Chapter Text
“What do you mean they are getting married? What do you mean? WHAT do you mean?” said Matthew, his eyes wide. He could never imagine this wedding, even if he tried. And here it was. The invitation letter was lying on the kitchen table, and Gunwook looked happy about it.
Matthew could be happy too, if he believed it.
“Is it April 1st? No, it isn’t. Do we have a new date for jokes?”
“No, hyung, we don't,” said his ridiculously bright husband. Gunwook was busy lately, so seeing him like this, like he just saved a patient, made Matthew grin a little bit. “Aren't you surprised, baby?”
"I thought they hated each other for years, and now they are getting married… I am very surprised indeed. But isn't it like the movies you like, hyung? Enemies to lovers, was it?”
Matthew thought for a second and nodded. It was just like the stories he adored. Knowing someone's all bitter sides yet still falling in love with them inevitably… He needed to listen to all the details from the very person who was getting married next month. His best friend didn't even tell him he had fallen in love with a specific person; he needed to scold him big-time.
“Hanbin hyung will die. I will kill him,” he said without any edge in his voice. He was actually happy, but he was having a hard time processing it. Gunwook just ignored his unnecessarily violent comment.
“And the wedding is in China! We have to explore the whole country when we are at it!”
Gunwook stood up, getting near Matthew, who couldn't even sit down after coming home. He leaned and held Matthew's waist, pulling him to himself. “It's been a long time since we went on a trip together, hyungie… Wouldn’t that be nice?”
His tone, hands, and eyes made Matthew take a deep breath. He really was going to die on this hill. He clenched his jaw and said, “We went to Italy last year.”
Gunwook leaned in even more. He actually knew they were going to go to that wedding for sure. But teasing his hot and cute husband gave him immense pleasure. He whispered. “But I was busy that time. I couldn't take care of you properly. Hm?”
Matthew, who was slightly losing his mind, pouted. Gunwook was right. They went together to Gunwook's conference, hoping they would have time to sightsee. Instead, Matthew strolled around alone because his intelligent husband was making connections throughout Europe's medical associations. Matthew wasn't angry at him; he was actually proud. Gunwook apologized a thousand times anyway. Yet, he was still sad about not getting to spend time with Matthew on that trip. He thought of this wedding as an opportunity.
“Well, that is… not a bad idea,” Matthew murmured. He also wanted to see China and Hanbin after a long time. He tried not to think about how Gunwook treated this as a 12th-something honeymoon. Whenever they went on a trip, well… Gunwook was changing a bit. Getting outside of their standard routine would make him different. He wouldn't be as tired as normal and had abnormal energy blasts. Matthew was the same; he would be more energetic, but Gunwook would just tire him out anyway.
So, they decided to go to China for the wedding and decided to stay for two weeks. Matthew had some jobs to finish before the trip, and he ended up not coming home at the usual time.
When he entered the house, it was past ten most of the time. He really didn’t want anything on his mind on this trip, working himself to the fullest.
Gunwook was also busy, but it was not so different from his daily life. Same type of surgeries, same type of patients, but his husband was stressing Gunwook out again. Whenever Matthew overworked himself, Gunwook was getting sour. He was just concerned, but sometimes his words could be harsher than they should have been.
There were two weeks to the trip, and Matthew didn’t want to give his cases to anyone. He didn’t want to burden his colleagues, and also didn't want to delay any of them. He couldn’t realize it was even later than usual, and when he heard his phone ringing, he got startled. His eyes were burning from looking too much at his computer screen. He picked up his husband’s call while yawning.
“Yeah, babe?” he said. He didn’t know Gunwook was stressed because of him.
There was no sound at first.
“Gunwook-ah?”
“Do you plan to come home?” Gunwook said, his voice was bitter. He actually didn’t speak to Matthew about this matter before, so Matthew couldn’t know Gunwook was hurting. That was why Gunwook tried to stay calm, but his voice crack gave him away.
Matthew stood up immediately, sensing the tension.
“I’m sorry, I was too immersed in work. I am coming right now.”
Matthew knew better than to mess with Gunwook when he was mad. He got rarely mad, unlike Matthew, but when he did, it would be hell.
Gunwook didn’t speak again. He was having a hard time gulping. He didn’t know why he got so sad and mad, but he just did, and he wasn’t going to hide it.
Matthew whined. “Gunwook-ah… Speak to me, will you?” He was already wearing his jacket, took his car keys, and hurriedly left his office. He was getting more and more nervous as time went by.
“Are you coming?” Gunwook whispered.
“On my way, love. I’ll be there in ten minutes.”
Ten minutes got longer because Matthew crashed into someone on his way to his car. He was so huge that Matthew fell right after. The guy swore something under his breath. Matthew rolled his eyes and stood up. “I am fine, thanks for asking,” he said sarcastically. His wrist was hurting from the fall, but all his mind was occupied with something else. He just wanted to go home. His husband, who was angry at him, was home alone. The guy looked at Matthew with anger. Matthew thought to himself that the guy must have been having a bad day, so he didn’t want to argue with him. “Good night,” he murmured and walked to his car. Matthew could hear him shouting behind his back, but he didn’t want to turn back. He was aware he had lost time because of the incident, so he tried to be quick.
When he entered the house, all lights except the living room’s were off. When he reached there, Gunwook didn’t look up at him.
“I will change my clothes, and we can talk, hm?” Matthew said and almost ran to their bedroom.
And there he was, standing in front of his husband, feeling anxious beyond belief because he could never handle Gunwook being angry at him, not in this lifetime.
“Gunwook-ah… Won’t you look at me at all?”
Gunwook raised his head from his phone. He was scrolling on his social media, but he couldn’t even recall one post he saw. He was pissed because he couldn’t see his husband’s face for more than 2 hours a day for weeks. And whenever he spent time with Matthew, he was too tired to keep up with anything.
“Look at you?” he said, shaking his head. “You said you would be here in ten minutes. Have you noticed the hour?”
“Oh, yes. I know, I’m sorry. On my way-”
But Gunwook didn’t want to listen. “Since when have your promises lost their value, hyung?”
Matthew was raising his hand to show his wrist to Gunwook, but he changed his mind mid-movement. He was surprised because he wasn’t expecting such a harsh comment. Gunwook rarely spoke to him so harshly; that was why it was obvious how mad he was. But Matthew lost his will to explain himself. Gunwook didn’t even plan to listen to him anyway.
Matthew, with his slumped shoulders, sat next to Gunwook without saying anything. “You think that way?” he said silently.
“Yes, of course. Didn’t you tell me that you wouldn’t overwork yourself again? I thought you would come here right after our phone call, but I was wrong, I guess. Did you finish your work? Good job.” Gunwook didn’t even look at Matthew.
Matthew blamed himself. For being too immersed in work, for not being able to keep his promises, for being so dense to the point of not realizing his love was sad…
“I didn’t do that, I was-”
“Stop.”
Matthew really stopped and looked at Gunwook. “Why are you asking questions if you don’t want to hear my answers?” His voice was quiet, almost inaudible. His nervousness was no longer there; he just felt uneasy. Uneasy with this feeling, he wasn’t used to being disregarded by Gunwook this easily.
It was almost midnight, Matthew was at work more than fifteen hours, and was dealing with a particularly difficult client, and he also fell and hurt his wrist. It was a hard day for him, but none of it was harder than dealing with a dismissive Gunwook.
Gunwook didn’t speak, nor did Matthew. They sat there for minutes until Gunwook went to bed silently. Matthew didn’t want to bother him, so he decided to sleep in the guest room. After an hour of watching the darkness, he couldn’t bear the pain in his wrist; it was starting to throb. He stood up and looked for their medical kit, but he didn’t know where it was. Whenever he was hurt, Gunwook would treat his wounds. Gunwook would know where the medical kit was.
He suddenly sat down on the couch in the living room, crying silently. He didn’t know how to act. He leaned forward, holding his wrist. He was hurting, and Gunwook was probably sleeping. Or he thought so.
“Hyung?”
Matthew’s eyes widened in the dark. He tried to compose himself. “Yeah?”
Gunwook turned on the lights and sighed.
“You didn’t sleep?” Matthew asked, trying to play it cool.
“Are you crying?”
“No.”
It was a hurried answer. Matthew knew he wouldn’t be able to fool Gunwook. But he tried despite the wetness of his cheeks.
Gunwook walked to him without any expression.
Matthew stood up and smiled. “You couldn’t sleep without me, right? I knew it.” His regular dismissal of bad situations didn’t seem to work today.
“Why were you crying? Because we argued? Hyung, why didn’t you come to bed?”
“Can I answer?” Matthew asked; he wanted to be sure these were real questions this time. Gunwook nodded, his face looking surprised. They sometimes had these kinds of fights, but Matthew never acted this way. He looked more vulnerable than ever, like he would fly with a breath.
“Well, yeah… I…” Matthew stuttered. He didn’t want to speak about his wrist anymore. “I had a headache, but I couldn’t find the medicine,” he lied clumsily.
Gunwook’s eyebrows shoot up. “You cried because you couldn’t find a painkiller?”
Matthew nodded, avoiding eye contact. He was not a good liar.
Gunwook got closer and held Matthew’s shoulders. “Tell me the truth.”
Matthew sighed and raised his wrist to Gunwook’s eye level. His wrist was red and swollen, and it was throbbing painfully.
Gunwook’s eyes widened immediately. “Hyung… This… How did this happen?” He took Matthew’s hand carefully and examined it with his eyes. “Why didn’t you tell me?”
Matthew was still avoiding his gaze. He didn’t want to blame Gunwook for not letting him speak; things had come to this, and it was his own fault anyway.
Gunwook made a run for the medical kit, which was apparently in the bathroom. Matthew felt stupid for not guessing that.
Putting ointment on Matthew’s wrist, Gunwook was focused. He didn’t say anything, just did his job with professionalism. Matthew was sniffing from time to time. “I’m sorry,” he said again. “I didn’t notice you were feeling bad because of me. I should have been more careful.”
“No, hyung. I’m sorry. I knew you were doing this for us, but I just missed you so much. I didn’t even let you explain yourself, I feel so stupid. Look at your wrist; we should have treated this much earlier. How did this even happen?”
Matthew shook his head; he didn’t want to be in the victim position. He was feeling guilty. “You were right to be angry.”
“I know. But my anger should not be a reason to hurt you.”
Matthew looked at him this time. Really looked at him, and realized he also missed him too much. How could he spend all his time in the office when he could just sit at home and watch his pretty husband? He really was an idiot.
“I want to sleep,” he said instead of taking anything further. All he wanted to do was to sleep in Gunwook’s arms.
“Okay,” Gunwook said softly. “Let’s sleep, baby.”
They went to bed together, and Gunwook pulled Matthew really close in his arms. He was also feeling guilty, so he kissed Matthew’s bandaged wrist a few times.
Matthew murmured. “I won’t go to work tomorrow.”
“You won’t?”
“I won’t.”

When they landed in China, they were greeted by Ricky, who had a certain facial expression. He was a friend of Hao’s, one of the grooms, and he hated Hanbin and his friends. He was forced to greet Matthew and Gunwook, which made Mathew so happy. Because Shen Ricky coming to his feet? Such a delightful view.
“Hi, Rick! Have you waited too long?” said Gunwook. He wasn’t a part of this endless rivalry, but his voice carried a little bit of mock. If Matthew had a beef with them, he also had.
Ricky didn’t say anything; he looked like he was trying to be patient. Matthew couldn’t imagine how much Hao nagged at him about being polite.
They arrived at the hotel in no time. The wedding was going to take place in its garden, and they were going to stay there for two weeks. Gunwook looked around with stars in his eyes while Matthew was watching him with a smile.
“You still look ridiculously in love,” Ricky commented.
“I am. Thanks, I guess? How is it going with Gyub?” Gyuvin was the only person Matthew liked in that friend group; he was cute.
“Good. He is a pain in the ass.”
Matthew actually thought he and Ricky could be good friends if it wasn’t for this weird enemies thing. It was all because of Hao and Hanbin’s stubborn antics in university. They were the presidents of their own respective clubs, and it was about some sponsorship thing. Matthew couldn’t even recall what it was, but it went on for years. And there was the duo, getting married. Such a love story…
The wedding was in a couple of hours, so Matthew and Gunwook went up to their room to get some rest. They were going to wear matching suits, and Matthew was totally in love with Gunwook in a suit. Gunwook rarely wore suits; he usually was in his scrubs at work and regular clothing on trips.
“You look gorgeous, you look ethereal. Am I dying? If I am dying like this, it’s worth it. Damn!” Matthew showered Gunwook with compliments, making his husband grin and show off.
Matthew was still feeling bad about their fight, and he was trying to behave as well as possible. But that didn’t mean that he wasn’t being sincere. His husband was a killer being in his eyes, and Matthew was worshipping him.
“Well, Seok Matthew-ssi… Are you ready for your best friend’s wedding? You won’t weep, will you?”
“Oh, I most definitely will.”
Gunwook smiled. He had stars in his eyes again. Matthew could join 365 weddings a year if he knew Gunwook would be this happy.
He kissed Gunwook.
****
After the huge ceremonial wedding, everyone was finally free. So, they decided to have a drink together.
In the long table, there were nine people.
Hanbin and Hao sat together in a corner, laughing and speaking loudly but never separating hands. As Matthew learned, Hao had his eyes on Hanbin all this time. And they all knew; if Hao wanted something, he would get it, even if it took several years. He was the reason why everyone was together on a random Saturday night. Matthew was thankful in an annoyed way.
Next to the newlywed couple, Taerae was sitting. He was desperate to make Yujin puke by giving him shots and beer constantly. And Yujin was desperate to get out of Taerae’s hold, but nobody wanted to help him. He got really cute when he was drunk.
Ricky was nagging at Gyuvin about something across them. Matthew didn’t want to hear what it was. He guessed it was something about their suits not matching, as Ricky had wanted. Normally, Matthew would try to annoy Ricky just because, but he was feeling unusually sentimental.
“We will open a music school together, if things work well,” announced Hao. He looked like he was about to burst from happiness. “It will have dance workshops for little children. I will be teaching violin, and maybe some vocal lessons. We will need more teachers, though.”
While he explained their visions for the future, everyone watched the couple with wide smiles. Then, Gyuvin started to speak about their university memories. It was something about Ricky trying to make Matthew fall in the cafeteria.
Matthew didn’t understand how they ended up sitting on a long table together after so many years. He could feel the love in the air despite some bad memories.
“Are you going to cry?”
He turned to his side, immediately making eye contact with Jiwoong. The oldest one of them all sat quietly beside Gunwook and Matthew. He was drinking and listening mostly. Matthew guessed Jiwoong was feeling the same as he was.
“I will not. I hope so,” he responded. After a moment of pause, he continued. “Hyung, what if we got separated? You never know… What if we don’t get to hang out again like this in the future?”
Gunwook was also listening to the duo; he looked a bit tipsy but grounded as well. His hand was on Matthew’s thigh.
Jiwoong breathed. “Then we will find a way. If we want to be together, what can prevent us?”
“I agree,” said Gunwook. “If you love someone enough, it is easy to create opportunities.”
Matthew nodded. He believed in their words; they could always find a way.
*****
“Gunwook-ah! Can you try to walk, please? You are heavy!”
Gunwook murmured something, but Matthew couldn’t understand it. He was scared of getting crushed under his husband’s weight. When they decided to end the night, Gunwook was already drunk out of his mind. And carrying him was Matthew’s job, unfortunately.
“Hyung… Give me a kiss…”
“Nope. Walk straight, or I will smack you.”
Gunwook grinned. “Oh… Kinky.”
Matthew clenched his jaw, finally reaching the hotel room. He would love to kiss Gunwook, but not like this, not in this pathetic state.
“Get in,” he said, in the calmest way possible.
He wasted half an hour trying to wake Gunwook up. It was hard, but manageable. By the time Gunwook laughed, cried, and passed out.
Matthew sat on the bed, watching Gunwook sleep like a baby.
*****
After that… Gunwook was even more insufferable. He never left Matthew’s side, acting a bit too clingy. And the nights were… interesting. Matthew knew he was going to have a hard time on the trip, and there were a few reasons for that. Firstly, it was a trip. Gunwook wouldn’t hold himself on the trips; he wouldn’t pity Matthew at all. Secondly, Matthew just recently made Gunwook angry. Matthew could easily tell from his experiences that making Gunwook angry would never end well for him.
While the newly married couple is on their honeymoon, and others are going back to their jobs, Matthew and Gunwook have suddenly found themselves all alone in the hotel. Gunwook had everything planned already, so Matthew only needed to enjoy what was coming.
On their first day, they wandered through the Forbidden City, seeing the red lanterns and golden rooftops. They ate some dumplings in the alleys, just enjoying themselves calmly.
Then, they arrived back at their hotel room.
“Kneel.”
“Hm?” Matthew didn’t understand the command. He was just out of the shower, trying to dry his hair with an ugly towel.
Gunwook, sitting on the edge of the bed, repeated. “Kneel. Should I repeat for the third time?” he asked with a grumpy expression. Still, there was a hint of glint in his eyes.
Matthew sighed. He knew what was coming, and he didn’t even want to resist. No, he was actually quite excited. Yet, he didn’t want to show it to Gunwook. Being a brat always made him feel more powerful, and made Gunwook more aroused.
“As you command, your highness,” Matthew mocked him as he kneeled in front of him with an attitude. His chest was showing because of the loosely tied bathrobe. He looked up at Gunwook, knowing too well that they were going to have a battle. A fierce battle in which Matthew always lost to his beautiful husband.
“Do you know why you are kneeling?” Gunwook asked.
“I made you mad.”
Gunwook shook his head. “That could be a reason. But, no. Try again.”
Matthew raised his eyebrows. “I… I made you sad?”
Gunwook looked like he could smile, but he didn’t. He fixed Matthew’s bathrobe a little, covering his chest. “Not everything is about me, my love. You didn’t take care of yourself. Then, I assume that you want me to take care of you, hm?”
Matthew nodded, hypnotized by the way Gunwook spoke calmly and got closer. Gunwook smiled this time. “Then, I will take care of you.”
And he untied Matthew’s robe, slowly pulling the rope. “Take it off.”
Matthew did what he said; he felt like his bratty attitude was gone to somewhere far away. Gunwook held the rope in his hands, and Matthew knew what he needed to do with just a look. He kept his wrists together and extended them to Gunwook.
Gunwook shook his head. “Turn around.”
Matthew bit his lower lip; he knew he fucked up. Yet, he turned around and let Gunwook tie his wrists. Gunwook kissed his wrists a few times and asked if the rope was too tight. Matthew let him know it was okay.
“You hurt your wrist, and you didn’t tell me about it. You didn’t come home before ten p.m for weeks. Did you know how I felt when you weren’t by my side?”
“Sorry,” Matthew murmured. Gunwook didn’t expect apologies or anything else; he was going to punish Matthew beautifully. But Matthew still wanted to apologize, and he wasn’t able to forget how Gunwook looked at him. He was ready to pay for his sins.
“You can turn back now.”
Matthew turned back to Gunwook while he was still on his knees. It was hard to move while his wrists were tied behind his back; he was careful not to lose his balance. But Gunwook looked like he wanted Matthew to lose his balance, so he made a voice like ‘tch’.
He didn’t say anything, just played with Matthew’s hair. Matthew was starting to feel uneasy. He was all naked, and nothing was happening. He looked at Gunwook under his eyelashes, nervous about what would happen next. His dick was twitching with excitement, not yet hard.
“Gunwook-ah…” he whimpered.
“Hmm?”
“What are you doing?” Matthew was hesitant; he was expecting to be told what to do. Their dynamics were pretty clear. Gunwook would tell him what to do, and he would do it, sometimes with a little bit of attitude. Being dominant suited Gunwook, and being submissive was a crown on Matthew’s head.
“I am loving you,” said Gunwook. He didn’t look into Matthew’s eyes. His eyes were on Matthew’s freshly washed hair, and his hands were on his nape.
Matthew gulped. The tension in the room didn’t let him breathe.
Then it happened: the order Matthew was waiting for.
Gunwook suddenly pulled Matthew from his nape, pushing down Matthew’s head on his clothed crotch. Matthew could feel the hardness leaning against his cheek. He couldn’t help but grin.
“Take my pants off, can you, my little kitty?” Gunwook said.
Matthew murmured something like a ‘yes’. His hands were tied, so his only solution was his mouth. He tried to get closer on his knees and caught Gunwook’s sweatpants’ waistband with his teeth. He pulled, but Gunwook wasn’t moving; he couldn’t fully take it off. Matthew glared at Gunwook while letting go of the waistband.
Gunwook giggled evilly. “Are you pissed? Can’t you even pull off a pair of sweatpants? How clumsy.”
“Why aren’t you letting me? Are you trying to hide the fact that you can’t get it up?”
Gunwook smiled. He knew Matthew was trying to rile him up. “Oh, baby… You know my cock works really well, you are a victim.”
Matthew bit the waistband again while staring at Gunwook. Gunwook slightly lifted his butt to help Matthew this time, and the sweatpants fell around his ankles, leaving him in his boxers. Then, Matthew did the same thing for the boxers.
“Show me how you worship,” said Gunwook. He was relaxed, looking down on Matthew. Matthew bit his lower lip before poking Gunwook’s cock with his nose.
“Hmm…” Matthew murmured before taking the tip in his mouth. His eyes were on Gunwook’s eyes; he had a huge desire to satisfy his husband. He knew he was lucky to have Gunwook by his side, so Matthew was willing to give everything he needed, wanted, and desired.
He sucked the tip a bit before taking in more; his eyes were watering, but he didn’t stop until Gunwook was really deep in his throat. Then he bobbed his head. Since he couldn’t use his hands the way he wanted, he was getting frustrated. He let out an angry sound around Gunwook’s cock, which made Gunwook moan with the vibration. Gunwook giggled after that. Angry Matthew was cuter than anything else for him, and the position wasn’t helping.
Gunwook yanked Matthew’s hair and pulled his cock out of his mouth. “Will you be a little bitch about not being able to use your hands?”
Matthew had saliva in the corner of his mouth, and Gunwook’s cock was glistening with both Matthew’s saliva and his own precum.
Matthew smiled. “How can I fully satisfy my husband like this?”
“Try to be enough like this. Let’s see if you can.” Gunwook was stubborn; he didn’t give Matthew the satisfaction of releasing his hands.
Matthew gulped and looked at Gunwook with his big eyes. “Gunwook-ah… I am so wet for you, hm? Why don’t you just fuck me?”
Gunwook squinted his eyes, his hand was still on Matthew’s hair, and he was petting him unconsciously. “You are begging,” he stated mindlessly.
“I would beg for you anytime, baby. Hm? My hands…”
“No.”
Matthew took a deep breath. Gunwook’s voice was doing things to him, and he was loving it. Gunwook pulled Matthew’s head, and Matthew started to suck him once again. So he worked harder this time, gaining moans and groans from Gunwook.
Several minutes later, Gunwook stopped him. “Are you calling this a proper head?”
Matthew wiped the saliva on his mouth onto Gunwook’s thighs, furrowing. “Do you have a problem with your dick, asshole?”
Gunwook grinned and pulled Matthew onto his lap. “You have a nasty mouth.”
“And I deserve to be punished blah blah… When will you stop running your mouth and give me my fucking punishment? Stop being a pussy.”
“If that’s what you want.”
Gunwook positioned himself on Matthew’s hole. He was still grinning, unlike Matthew expected. He expected Gunwook to be angry at his words or be rougher with him. But Gunwook was having a nice time hearing insults.
“I won’t prepare you, you are already wet enough,” Gunwook said after pushing himself hard.
Matthew was wrong; Gunwook was as rough as he expected. He moaned loudly, feeling his insides rejecting Gunwook. The rope around his wrists was starting to hurt as he tried to get rid of it. “Gunwook-ah!” he hiccuped as Gunwook settled in.
“Does it hurt? Should I pull out?” Gunwook whispered, knowing so well that Matthew wouldn’t let him pull out.
“Hurts like hell… Keep going.”
“As you wish, baby.”
Gunwook started thrusting upwards; he was also keeping Matthew in balance. Matthew noticed how strong he was again for the thousandth time, and his insides were twitching with this thought.
“You’re so sexy,” he breathed between moans and caught Gunwook’s mouth into his. Gunwook gladly accepted the rushed kiss and gave Matthew what he needed. Their tongues tied together while Matthew cried, cried, cried…
Gunwook kept moving his hips under Matthew roughly, biting Matthew’s lower lip. “You feel amazing.”
Matthew wasn’t hearing Gunwook, his mind was far away despite feeling everything harshly. He kept hiccuping and whining, while Gunwook started kissing his neck and collarbone. He threw his head back in ecstasy. When Gunwook hurt him like this, it was a pleasure.
“Hyung…” Gunwook whined and thrusted one last time before releasing himself into Matthew’s hole. They stopped moving, but Matthew couldn’t stop crying for some time. Gunwook rubbed his back and played with his hair until Matthew calmed down.
“I’m sorry, baby… Was it too much?” Gunwook asked. He wanted to look into Matthew!s eyes, but Matthew was hugging him too tightly.
“No, it was amazing… I just feel too much right now.” Matthew hiccupped again, leaning his forehead on Gunwook’s shoulder.
“Okay, take your time. I am here.”
This vacation wasn’t good for Matthew, or maybe it was too good.
