Subject: Three days until I kiss you again
Dear Yuzu,
as you can see, I decided to go a little nostalgic route today. I know you’re alseep now, and I’m being an owl like usual, and I miss you so so much I just have to do something. And since I can’t talk to you right now, I’m going to write you probably a mess of a letter.
So I’m sitting in my room- that I will totally have cleaned before you come I swear- and I have my laptop in front of me, and I’m thinking of you, how we met and how everything happened between us and honestly, I’m so lucky? I’m so lucky that I decided to take that book to Toronto, and that I was so careless to drop it by the exact same gate you departured from later.
Is this a mess already? Well I’m definitely not deleting anything, you know what I think about that. So.
I just can’t believe you’re coming here. And I’m so, so ridiculously happy, because it’s been way too long since I’ve held your hand for the last time. We’re making it work, right Yuzu? And we’ll keep on making it work, because well- you’re the love of my life. I feel like I say it a lot, but it’s the truth, and I like to remind you of that, just in case, so you don’t trouble that amazing head of yours.
There’s so many things I want to show you, some you’ve seen on pictures I’ve sent you earlier. I want to go for long walks and hold your hand, and have dinner with you and my family, and fall asleep next to you, and wake up, and make sure your hair isn’t falling into your eyes.
And here I’m going to stop, and save something for when you arrive.

Dear Javi,
I feel like airports are such a crucial part of our story now. This is kind of where we met, and since that time we’ve been following each other around; and this is where I am now, writing to you, and I can’t stop my feet from tapping on the floor, because I want to be on this damn plane already.
I can’t do that now, but one day I will write you the longest of essays about all the reasons I love you for. And probably an equally long study of all the shades of brown and golden in his eyes.
I love you so much, Javi. You’re the best thing that happened to me, and now I need to run because the boarding has just started and I can't wait to get to you.
