Chapter Text

Itadori's eyes were still closed after a few days of resting in the makeshift hospital they'd set up in the hotel. The room was tiny, with an IV drip set up next to the bed. The small office-turned-bedroom was full of supplies Shoko had brought up, sheets, towels, water. Itadori was so still, his body looking almost corpse-like as it lay in the tiny bed. The blanket rose up to his chest, partially covering the bandages wrapped around the strange wound they had discovered after cleaning him off.

His chest was littered with scars that hadn't been there before. Large puncture marks circled around his upper left chest, as if someone had stabbed him with some sort of pole over and over. No, a pole wasn't correct... the marks were too uneven. Megumi rubbed his forehead, staring down at his friend. He would've been more concerned for his heart, if Shoko-sensei hadn't confirmed it was indeed in his body. Not that Itadori would've been able to walk back to the hotel without his most essential organ.

Then, of course, there were the bite marks on his neck. The bruise covered most of the right side of his neck, but the tiny bite holes were bright red, scabbing over after three days.

Sukuna.

Megumi pressed his teeth into his lower lip. Ultimately, this was his fault. Itadori was so new at this, always trying so hard to prove himself. He was more than strong enough to defeat younger vampires but... not Sukuna. Megumi should've warned him, explained just how dangerous the situation was.

"Hah! How scary could this Sukuna guy be?!"

Itadori often made wide sweeping comments, showing off, trying to be brave. It was obnoxious, how genuinely determined he was. Admittedly, he was strong, stronger than most humans. Paired with his spirit, the teen was practically unstoppable.

Regardless of what vampires thought, humans were a different breed altogether. Megumi had understood that from the moment he had interacted with them. Hunters were, mostly, immortal beings. Humans were mortal creatures, yet their determination was built from something most hunters didn't understand. Humans fought battles harder, constantly strove to be better, while hunters made everything look easy, just like Gojou-sensei.

What had always come so easy to Megumi was something Itadori worked hard at constantly. The fact that he absolutely refused to give up on hunting despite not having the blood for it...

"I won't let anyone else get bitten like I did!

It was a cute sentiment, Megumi hadn't expected him to mean it, but he had.

Megumi admired him.

The last thing he deserved was to die by the hands of the Vampire King. Hell, Megumi probably wasn't even strong enough to face him. But he sure as hell was going to try. He owed it to Itadori.

Shoko was monitoring Itadori practically around the clock, but it was difficult to tell when the boy would wake up since no one knew what exactly was wrong.

"There's no difference," Shoko said, folding her arms across his chest. "His heart rate is slower than average, but other than that, there's nothing out of the ordinary."

"Nothing?" Gojou asked, leaning in closer to Itadori's body. Megumi was tempted to push Gojou back up. "Then why isn't he awake?"

Shoko shrugged. "I honestly couldn't tell you."

"Sukuna," Megumi muttered. "It has to be."

Gojou let out an awkward chuckle, waving his hands back and forth. "Megumin, there's no reason to jump to such a drastic conclusion."

Megumi could see the light blue color swirling in his eyes just over the edge of his sunglasses. He despised that look, one full of knowledge not shared. Gojou was too smug for his own good, too cocky too. Megumi was certain it would get the idiot killed one day.

His green eyes scanned over Gojou's body for any sort of tell. A feeling tingled in his chest whenever he was around the elder, Megumi hated it. There was far more than the elder was letting on.

"Who else could it be?" Megumi asked, letting out a tiny huff. "Itadori is strong enough to take on older vampires-"

"He's still a human though," Gojou muttered.

"Then what about the markings?"

Gojou shrugged. "I've never seen those before."

Clicking his tongue, Megumi rolled his eyes. There was no way, in all of Gojou's many years of living, that he hadn't seen something similar.

"Fine," Megumi snapped, immediately turning on his heel toward the door. "I'll go after Sukuna myself."

"Megumi, let's not make any hasty decisions," Gojou said, rushing to block Megumi from exiting the room.

"Sensei..." Megumi muttered, gritting his teeth.

"Let's discuss, shall we?" He hummed, pressing his fingers together. "You do realize that you are one of the few hunters left who has the ability to give Sukuna exactly what he needs. If you find him, what do you plan to do?"

Admittedly, Megumi hadn't thought that far. His brain was so focused on what was fair to Itadori.

"I'll kill him myself," Megumi said, his green eyes glaring at the Gojou.

Gojou tilted his head back, chortling loudly. "Me-gu-mi~! While I appreciate your determination, you have to know you're not a strong enough hunter for that. No one is, really!"

Except Gojou. The words hung unspoken in the air.

An indignant huff slipped from Megumi's lips. Gojou was correct. There was no way he could actually take on the King of Vampires, regardless of how talented or hard he worked. Gojou himself had only been able to force the creature into a 100 year slumber.

"Then..." He trailed off, glancing back at Itadori. What if he never woke up? Were they supposed to leave him here, sleeping forever? He swallowed, rubbing the side of his shoulder. "Fine..."

Gojou let out a sigh. "I'm sure we'll figure out what's going on with Yuuji-kun. For now, we have too much to prepare for," he nodded. Peering over the top of his sunglasses, his lips pulled into a wide smile. "Don't do anything stupid, Megumi-kun. Like I said, you are exactly the type of hunter Sukuna is looking for."

"I got it," Megumi snorted. He glanced back toward Itadori once more, lying on the bed. His chest rose and fell slowly, eyes peacefully closed.

He couldn't let him stay like that.

Making his way to the corner of the room, he picked up Itadori's backpack and jacket. "I'm going to search through his stuff and see if it has any sort of clues that could explain what happened then."

"Good, good," Gojou nodded. "Do that. We can reconvene for a meeting later tonight. I'll let the others know."

"Great," Megumi muttered. Storming out of the room, he made his way back toward the lobby. He had Itadori's things. If Megumi took them to his dogs, it was possible they could scent out the vampire who had attacked Itadori.

He paused in the hallway, glancing around at the lobby. People walked through the sliding front doors, casually chatting, completely unaware of the dangers that lurked on the city streets at night.

Vampires viewed humans as fragile things, food they could pluck off the street and drain dry. Megumi couldn't deny that certainly, there were some humans who probably deserved to be treated like prey.

But then there were humans like Itadori, unsuspecting, pure, wrong place, wrong time. Regardless of his bloodline, he hunted to protect those people. The good ones who couldn't protect themselves.

Of course, normally, Itadori would have been able to handle himself. He was a far stronger human than anyone Megumi had ever met.

"Fushiguro?" Kugisaki's voice broke through Megumi's thoughts and he turned toward her and Maki. Kugisaki's long overalls covered a small pink tube top, and Maki had on tight pants and a leather jacket. The two looked ready for a night out, most likely to hunt. "Did you just come from Itadori's room? How is he?"

Megumi nodded, twisting his lips. "Same. No change."

"Odd," Maki muttered. "Shoko-sensei said there wasn't anything wrong with him."

"I know," he said softly. "It has to be Sukuna doing... something."

"You think he woke?" Kugisaki asked, glancing toward Maki. There was a flicker of anxiety in her eyes, as a half-blood hunter, she very much was not prepared to take on someone of Sukuna's level.

Maki brought her hand to her chin. "I don't know, it's highly possible. That sunglasses wearing idiot has been non-stop talking about his return."

"Be careful if you're going hunting," Megumi said, glancing up and down at them.

Maki rolled her eyes. "You don't need to tell us that." She peered at the bag in Megumi's hand, raising her eyebrow. "You took Itadori's things? Megumi, you can't possibly be thinking you can go take on Sukuna alone?"

Megumi exhaled slowly. "No. Just... looking for clues." A lie. A blatant lie, one Maki most likely saw through.

"Alright, detective," Kugasaki snorted. "Let us know if you find anything. We're going to the nightclub a few blocks over. We're getting some reports from there." She twirled on her foot, heading toward the exit to the hotel. "Come on, Maki-senpai!"

Maki chuckled, shoving her hands into her pockets, slowly walking past Megumi. She looked at him over the rim of her glasses. "Seriously. Don't do anything stupid, Megumi," she whispered, waving once before continuing toward Kugisaki.

He clenched his fingers around Itadori's backpack, knuckles turning white.

~~

The old church on the other side of the city was dilapidated. Stone crumbled all around it, pieces of rotting wood scattered about from renovations that had never come to pass. Moss curled over various stones, clinging to the building, choking it through its slow death. The upper windows were broken, as though stones had been thrown through the beautiful stained glass. The path that led up to the place was more than overgrown, weeds the height of both Shiro and Kuro covered the dirt.

However, both of the dogs had stopped in front of the church, the moonlight glistening against the surviving stained glass on the top of the door.

He had to be here.

After sneaking back to his apartment with Itadori's things, he had given the backpack and jacket to Shiro and Kuro to scent, leading him to the church.

Megumi's heart throbbed in his ears, an unpleasant reminder of the blood pumping through his veins. He knew he held the one thing Sukuna needed above all else; a good bargaining tool.

He simply had to make sure he didn't give it to him, even if he said he would.

Next to him, Shiro let out a bark, pawing at the ground in front of the door. Kuro whimpered, pressing his snout against the door, his tail drooping.

"Hey, shh," Megumi whispered, kneeling down toward them to gently pet their snouts. "Stay close."

Slowly, he rose to his feet, pressing his palm flat against the wooden door. If the vampire was actually here, it was highly likely he had heard or smelled Megumi coming from miles away. Any normal vampire would never have been able to detect Megumi, as a higher level hunter, his scent was masked, but Sukuna... was a different beast altogether. It was possible this was an ambush, or it was possible this wasn't Sukuna at all.

There was only one way for Megumi to find out. It was useless to keep thinking about it.

Kuro let out a growl, pressing his snout against the door. Megumi sighed, scratching the back of his ear. "You don't have to come in with me. I'll be fine," he said, but knew there was absolutely no way the dogs wouldn't follow him.

The door creaked open slowly when Megumi pushed his hand against it, grunting. He slipped through the opening crack, stumbling into the large, crumbling church. Shiro and Kuro hopped in behind him, jumping over some broken debris.

Peering down the front aisle, Megumi narrowed his eyes at the figure sitting atop the altar. Their legs were crossed, leaning forward with a smirk on their face. Megumi could see it glistening in the moonlight pouring in from the holes circling the roof. The figure looked oddly familiar, though from this distance it was impossible to make out exactly who they were. The shadows from the moon covered their eyes.

A deep chuckle was heard from the end of the aisle, the vampire bouncing their leg up and down.

"You saved me lots of work, hunter, though I must say, I am very disappointed to see Gojou Satoru didn't come to greet me himself," he purred.

Megumi frowned, holding both of his palms up to stop either of his dogs from walking any closer.

Another laugh echoed in the rundown church. "Then again," he hummed, "I've heard plenty over the last few days about you, Fushiguro Megumi."

He froze. How? How did Sukuna know his name already? How long had the king been tracking them and Gojou? Sukuna's grin pulled across his lips and he hopped down from the altar, standing directly at the front of the church.

"A pureblooded hunter, you use those dogs of yours to track down vampires and kill them," he smirked, flicking his finger toward Shiro, then Kuro. The two dogs whimpered, yelping, and collapsed to the ground.

"Shiro! Kuro!" Megumi whipped his head around, looking at the dogs. He immediately rushed to their bodies lying motionless on the ground.

"Oh calm your pretty little head," Sukuna snorted, flicking his hand back and forth. "I didn't kill them. They'll wake up in a few hours. I don't want any distractions during our conversation."

"Sukuna," Megumi glared, whipping his head around to glare at the creature. He clenched his hand around the knife on his belt. He would decapitate this monster, ridding the world of his trail of evil. The bastard wouldn't touch another soul Megumi cared about.

"Oh, so you are aware of who I am then. This should make things easier," Sukuna drawled, leaning back against the altar, folding his arms over his chest.

Megumi unsheathed the knife, pulling it out as he charged down the aisle, rage fueling his desire to slice the creature's head clean off. His feet pressed against the dusty carpet, rushing forward until Sukuna stepped out into the light.

Megumi's eyes shot open and he skidded to a stop, clutching the knife tightly in his sweaty palm.

How? How could Sukuna...

"...I-Itadori..." Megumi breathed out.

"Oh, this?" Sukuna said, gesturing his hand in front of his face. "Do you like it? That little human was supposed to be a gift for Gojou, but it seems like he works for you too." He flicked his finger toward Megumi, twirling it in a circle. Tucking his hands into his pockets, Sukuna hopped down from the steps, walking slowly down the aisle to Megumi.

Run. His body screamed at him, his shoes pressing into the tired carpet. Still, as Sukuna slowly approached, Megumi was frozen. His hand trembled as he fought against the King's magic, trying to move the dagger.

"H-How..." Megumi grunted out. "What did you... do to him?"

"The boy?" Sukuna asked, blinking. His red eyes looked ugly with Itadori's face, bloodthirsty, hateful, a look entirely unwelcome on Itadori's features. Odd marks covered Sukuna's face, a second pair of eyes sat just below Itadori's normal ones. It was Itadori's face, no doubt, but with some modifications.

The creature sighed dramatically, letting his head fall back. "You see, normally I can take whatever form I want... like that," he said, snapping his fingers. "But without my full powers, I can only assume the form of someone I drain."

Megumi's face paled, staring at Sukuna.

"What? Do you have an attachment to this boy?" Sukuna asked, pointing to Itadori's face. "Mmm," he hummed, his eyes trailing over Megumi's body.

"Did... did you kill him?" Megumi stammered, glaring at the vampire. He had to get free. There had to be some way to break the binding spell Sukuna had put on him.

"Oh, no, not yet," Sukuna chuckled. "Just slowly draining his life force. I'm sure he'll be dead in a few days."

"A few days?!" Megumi growled. "I'll kill you."

"Very cute," Sukuna smiled, leaning forward. He wrapped his fingers around Megumi's jaw, squeezing his face. "You hunters are all so pretty. Is that part of your genetic makeup?"

"Don't touch me," Megumi spat, spit flying onto Sukuna's face.

Laughing, he brushed it off. "And feisty," Sukuna smirked. "Ah well, it doesn't matter. The brat completed his purpose. Though you're not Gojou, I will happily regain my strength with your blood."

Leaning forward, Sukuna pressed his nose against Megumi's neck, inhaling sharply. "After I refueled with human blood, I can smell your hunter blood perfectly. Delicious," he purred, licking at Megumi's skin.

Move! He cried out internally to himself. He gripped the handle of his knife hard. Megumi had to break out of this trance or Sukuna was going to bite him and gain all his powers back. He was the most powerful of all vampires, but right now his strength was nothing like it used to be. Pressing his teeth into his lip, Megumi focused all his energy into his arm, finally shoving his hand forward, jabbing the knife into Sukuna's side.

"The fuck-" He growled, angrily, pressing his hand against the blood oozing from the wound.

Whatever spell Sukuna had been using on him broke, letting Megumi jump back away from him.

The creature lifted his gaze, red eyes wide as he stared at Megumi down the aisle. For a moment, all Sukuna did was stare, his beady eyes trailing over Megumi's body, his expression full of something akin to wonderment. Megumi despised the look.

"Heh. You broke through." Sukuna's lips pulled into a wide, toothy grin. "I would say I was impressed, but you never would've been able to do that if I had my full strength."

"But you don't," Megumi panted, gripping his dagger in his hand.

"But I will," Sukuna hummed, and turned his back on Megumi, heading to the altar. "And you, Fushiguro Megumi, will be the one to give it to me."

"Never," Megumi hissed.

Charging forward would be a trap. Though Sukuna had turned his back to him, there was no way he wouldn't catch Megumi and try and trap him in the spell if he charged him.

"I think you will, because you care about this boy too much!" Sukuna chuckled, stepping up the stairs toward the altar.

"They say," the creature began, letting his fingers brush over the marble. He rubbed them together, blowing the dust away. "...hunters are descended from angels, just like vampires. The Devil fell from heaven millennia ago, and God sent angels to kill him. Instead, the Devil corrupted humans one by one. Angels, or hunters, tried to kill all the corrupted humans, but as time went on, more and more of them became vampires, causing the angels to hunt for eternity," Sukuna explained. "It's why your blood tastes so good, because it's the perfect opposite of our corrupted blood."

"So you're the Devil then," Megumi growled, inching forward toward the altar. Sukuna wasn't as strong as he normally was. If he could just find a way to take him out now, while he was distracted and acting cocky..

"Hah! No, no," Sukuna chuckled, glancing over his shoulder. He narrowed his eyes, as if he realized how much closer Megumi had gotten. "I was human... at some point."

"I find that hard to believe," Megumi scoffed, clicking his tongue. With Sukuna's back turned, he slowly moved closer to the altar. If he could get close enough to attack, maybe he could have the upper hand.

"I'm sure it's easier to tell yourself that," Sukuna scoffed. "You hunters are so high and mighty. Always going on and on about protecting humans, yet you all kill vampires without a second thought, despite the fact that almost all vampires used to be humans! Some vampires don't even want to be vampires," Sukuna grinned. "Those are the best kinds," he laughed, giddy, lost in the idea of it.

"When a human becomes a vampire, there's no one way to come back from that. They will kill eventually, and we have to stop them," Megumi snapped.

"Did Gojou teach you that?" Sukuna asked.

Not exactly. Everyone in his family talked about it. There was no such thing as a 'good' vampire. There were a few that tried to survive on animal blood, but it never lasted. Eventually the cravings for human blood were too strong. Even vampires who took from donated blood often struggled with urges and caved to their natural, violent instincts.

"No, it's just the truth," Megumi said.

Sukuna scoffed, glancing back at him. "You certainly are something, Fushiguro Megumi."

"Something?" Megumi questioned, taking another step closer to the altar.

"Interesting," Sukuna said, tapping his finger against his chin. "At first I thought there would be no one worth my time here. Humans are so easy to seduce now. Some of them want this lifestyle. They don't even know it's real and yet, they yearn for it. It's utterly boring," Sukuna said, yawning. "But you are something else, little hunter."

"I don't get it." Growling, Megumi slowly inched forward, stepping even closer to where Sukuna stood.

"Heh. Well for one thing, you may have thought I didn't notice you moving closer and closer, but I did. In fact, why don't you come up here? I have a deal I'd like to make with you."

Megumi froze. Of course Sukuna would've noticed him slowly making his way closer. He wasn’t subtle at all.

"No," Megumi stated.

"No?" Sukuna asked, curling his lips into a pout. "I take it you don't mind if I just finish sucking the life force from this brat then?"

Blinking, Megumi watched as Sukuna raised a hand to his own chest, pressing his fingertips to his shirt. "What?"

Sukuna smiled, pressing his fingers against the shirt harder. Of course. The puncture wounds around Itadori's chest; Sukuna cursed his heart, shoving his hand inside of the human.

"I said, I'll make you a deal. You want to keep this brat alive don't you?"

Megumi swallowed. Vampiric deals weren't something to get involved with. Hunters weren't supposed to make them, no matter the situation. Megumi thought making a deal with the King of Vampires himself was probably the ultimate taboo.

But... if Megumi didn't do something, Itadori wouldn't be alive for much longer, and this monster would be walking around with his face.

"I'll return Itadori Yuuji's life force, if you let me drink from you," Sukuna smirked.

Megumi's eyes opened incredulously. "You really think I'll bare my neck for you, and give you back your powers?"

"I do. Wouldn't you just hate to see this human die?" He raised his eyebrows, curling his lips into a pout. If Megumi didn't know any better, it was like he was looking right at Itadori. Sukuna's eyes were momentarily softer, staring at Megumi with a desperation so uncanny...

Itadori... he should never have come into this world, and now he was going to die because of Megumi. Itadori, who wanted nothing more than to save people... a good soul, who didn't deserve this.

Swallowing, Megumi stared at the vampire in front of him.

He couldn't give Sukuna his blood. If the vampire didn't kill him... Gojou would. He would be creating so many problems for his own kind... Sukuna would be stronger than ever. Right now they had a chance to kill him. Gojou had been waiting a hundred years for this.

It was a hunter's duty to protect humans... protect humanity. Wouldn't he be doing the opposite if he gave up his blood to the creature? But knowingly letting Itadori die...

"Don't do anything stupid, Megumi."

Well, this certainly wasn't going to be his smartest decision.

Pulling in a long breath of air, Megumi nodded. "Fine," he sighed, keeping his voice steady. He had to be convincing. "I'll give you my blood if you let Itadori live."

An evil smile pulled across Sukuna's lips, an expression Megumi prayed he would never have to see on Itadori's face again. "Good. It's a deal. Come here. Knife away."

Megumi pressed his teeth against his lower lip as he sheathed his knife, tucking it away. Slowly, he approached the altar, stepping up to stand in front of him.

"Good boy," he smirked, smiling wide. His fangs cut through his gums, and he ran his tongue over the sharp canines. "Mmm, I'm looking forward to how delicious your blood will taste," Sukuna purred. "Hunter blood is a special delicacy."

Megumi narrowed his eyes as Sukuna approached him, wrapping his fingers around Megumi's elbow to yank him closer. "I promise it won't hurt," the creature whispered, leaning his face toward Megumi's neck. "I should be thankful I got you, Fushiguro Megumi. Gojou would've let the boy die." Hot breath tickled his skin, and Megumi squeezed his eyes shut, praying he executed this plan perfectly.

Reaching for his knife, Megumi moved fast, grabbing it as he sliced across Sukuna's body.

"Idiot boy," Sukuna growled. He lunged forward and grabbed Megumi's wrist, snapping it with his hand as if Megumi's bones were nothing but toothpicks.

"Shit!" Megumi yelped, knife dropping to the ground. He clutched his hand to his chest and Sukuna grabbed his other fist, twisting him around to press his chest down against the altar.

"Did you really think you could trick me?" He laughed in Megumi's ear. "Your poor little human friend. You do realize... I'm connected to his life force right now. If I had my powers I could take his form whenever I please without affecting him. But right now, every time his heart beats, I obtain just a bit more of his life force, right now, he's probably bleeding out."

Shit. Itadori was now possibly bleeding from the side of his chest and his stomach. That is... if the vampire wasn't lying to him. It... made sense though. Itadori's heartbeat had been slower since he'd been asleep... it was apparently the only thing different since he had come back. If each beat gave up more of his life force... it meant he was slowly dying.

Megumi grunted, trying to pull away. He couldn't push against the altar and Sukuna had him pinned down, trapped. Wriggling, he desperately tried to get free, until Sukuna flipped him over, pressing his back against the marble surface.

"Fushiguro Megumi," Sukuna smiled wide, fangs dripping with venom. "You really are so interesting. Your determination is unmatched." He laughed wildly. "There's so much untapped potential in your little hunter body. Mmm..." He licked his lips. "I'll offer you my deal one more time. Let me drink from you, or Itadori dies."

Smirking, he leaned down and licked at Megumi's neck, gently scraping his fangs across Megumi's skin. "Of course, if you say no, I'll probably still take your blood anyway. I have you in a rather compromising position, don't I? Really, I'm doing this as a favor to you."

Megumi slammed his eyes shut, his mind racing. He couldn't say yes, it would be breaking all the laws of being a hunter. Then again, saying no would get him nowhere. Regardless, Sukuna was going to bite him.

His chest heaved as he opened his eyes, looking at the vampire. "Fine..." Megumi whispered. "I don't want Itadori to die."

"Good boy. Now, I'll take what's mine."

Opening his mouth wide, the vampire slammed his fangs into Megumi's vein, puncturing his flesh. The pain shot down through his shoulder, trailing all the way up through his head, wrapping around his mind as he cried out.

Sukuna's laugh echoed in his mind, barely audible through the sound of his slamming heartbeat.

Megumi squeezed his hand around Sukuna's arm, the other hanging limply at his side. His wrist was no doubt broken, absolutely useless to him now. "Give it a moment," Sukuna whispered. "Soon, you'll feel the most immense pleasure you've ever felt in your life."

It wasn't as though Megumi had never been bit before. In fact, Gojou had forced him to be bitten multiple times as part of his training. Sometimes, the bites were without vampire venom, to know how painful it was, and other times the bites had it, to see how intensely hunter blood reacted to the venom. Neither times had been pleasant, though in very different ways.

Sukuna pressed on the wound with his thumb, blood bubbling up to the holes. Megumi’s heart beat rapidly, and he tried to not pay attention to the burning sensation in his neck, like Sukuna was digging his claws into his vein to rip the blood out. It was far more painful than he could ever recall.

"Ngh!" Megumi groaned, thrashing against the altar.

"Don't be so dramatic, the pleasure will set in momentarily," Sukuna hummed, running his tongue up Megumi's bare neck, lapping at the blood rolling down his pale skin.

Megumi's eyes fluttered shut, electricity shocking under his skin. It felt like his blood was boiling, heat running over his body. Blood rushed toward his neck, the crumbling ceiling above spinning through his vision.

His hands shook when he felt Sukuna's lips wrap around his neck, the pain in his wrist subsiding. His heart continued to pound in his ear, his cheeks, his stomach dropping out with a sudden rush of pleasure. Just as the pain had been more intense, the pleasure was almost enough to knock him out; maybe Sukuna's venom was different, more potent.

"Fuck," the vampire breathed, his breath hot against Megumi's neck. "Your blood is delicious," he murmured, slurping at Megumi's skin.

"S-Shut up," he grunted, wincing when Sukuna's hand snaked into Megumi's hair, yanking his head back, exposing his neck more. His pulse throbbed against the wound on his neck, his blood rushing lower. He needed to focus on some sensation that wasn't pleasure. He had been taught this, there were ways for him to not succumb to the desire threatening to overtake his normal thoughts.

Megumi's fingers curled around the edge of the altar, clinging to it so hard his knuckles began to turn white. It was difficult to focus no matter how hard he tried to breathe. Blood rolled out of the holes in his neck and into Sukuna's mouth, but it was no longer painful. When the venom reacted to hunter blood, it always caused a reaction, generally an overly pleasurable one, far more than humans. The rest of the blood in his body had rushed lower, making cock achingly hard in his pants.

"It's just what I needed," Sukuna purred, brushing his fingers over his neck. "Thank you," he chuckled.

"Ngh..." Megumi grunted, wrapping his fingers around Sukuna's resting on his neck. "Get off," he growled.

"Mmm," Sukuna hummed, pulling away from his neck. "Are you still conscious? Here I thought you'd be begging me to fuck you by now." He rolled his eyes. "Hunters are so damn stubborn."

"I'm trained... to deal with this," Megumi panted, breathing heavily against the altar.

"Are you?" Sukuna asked, licking his lips. He smirked down at the hunter, his red eyes falling upon Megumi's pants. "It looks like you just need a little more... encouragement."

"T-This wasn't part of the deal," Megumi urged, wincing as he tried to push himself up, but Sukuna's fingers pushed against his chest, immediately pressing him back down against the marble surface.

"I never said I was done drinking my fill," Sukuna said, fangs glistening underneath the moonlight.

Megumi huffed under his breath, sucking in air as he prepared for the worst.

Sukuna's tongue rolled up his neck, his fangs pressing back into the hole he had already created. There was a rush of venom trickling into his bloodstream and Megumi immediately felt the jolt of electricity again, his body shaking.

"Fuck," Megumi hissed, jerking upward as more pleasure venom poured into his veins, hips jerking up. His cock was painfully hard in his pants and he was desperate for friction. He bit on his lip hard to stop himself from moaning.

"Why do you fight it, hunter?" Sukuna chuckled, licking his lips. "It seems so painful this way." With a smirk, he stroked up his waistline, stopping at the button on his pants. He flicked it open, yanking down the zipper to grip Megumi’s cock over his underwear, giving him a nice squeeze.

Megumi groaned, his hips thrusting up toward the touch. "S-Stop." He didn't want to let the pleasure overtake him. If he lost his mind now, there would be no way for him to recover until the venom was effectively out of his system.

The vampire chuckled, squeezing his cock harder. His lips wrapped around the wound on Megumi's neck once again, sucking in more of his blood. His head hurt, the pounding like someone slamming their fist on the door to his mind. "Succumb, Fushiguro Megumi," Sukuna purred, swallowing the hunter's blood, a small dribble trickling out of the corner of his mouth. His nails scraped along the edge of Megumi's underwear and he smiled, looking at the hunter lying so vulnerable on the altar.

"No," Megumi breathed out. He swallowed, moaning as Sukuna's fingernail danced atop the tip of his cock, his hips thrusting toward the touch. Shit, he was far too sensitive; a few strokes from Sukuna's hand and he'd be making a mess in this church. He didn't need it. He wasn't so pathetic that he needed to be pleasured by a vampire. He had already broken the rules enough.

No one was going to allow him to hunt again, he couldn't help but think about that as Sukuna suckled on his neck, like a child desperate for a meal from his mother. Still, Megumi was the pathetic one. Everyone would see the bruise on his neck, everyone would know that it was him who had given Sukuna his powers back. The ultimate taboo. Gojou would probably execute him on the spot.

There was nowhere for him to run to.

He felt a rush of dizziness, the broken ceiling spinning once again. Sukuna's hand was around his cock now, stroking as his eyes rolled back. "Ngh..." he moaned, the sound echoing against the stone walls of the building.

It did feel good, Sukuna's hand around his hard cock. The tight friction released waves of pleasure down his spine. Maybe... maybe it wasn't such a horrible thing to cum just once... just to release the tension making his body itch. Megumi wanted to bury his fingernails under his skin and rip out the venom that was even giving him these awful thoughts. Still, what did it matter if he came now? The damage had been done.

"Succumb, Fushiguro Megumi," Sukuna whispered, repeating the phrase as he licked up the shell of his ear. He squeezed Megumi's cock again, smearing pre-cum over his tip. His mind was screaming at him, yelling at him to cum and release the tension in every muscle on his body.

For a brief moment his mind went blank, a rush of white coming over his vision. The venom rushed through his veins, making his skin tingle with desire. The loss of blood was no help either, his head spinning through the cloud of white. His chest felt tight, the sound of his pumping heart, throbbing of his heart so loud in his ears. He felt alive; the onslaught of desire encircled his entire being, more pleasure than he had ever experienced in his life.

Megumi wanted it so badly, like his body would burst if he couldn't release.

His head pressed back against the altar and moaned loudly.

"Ngh... Su-Sukuna please!"

"That's it," the vampire purred, yanking his hips forward. He flipped Megumi over, pressing his chest against the altar, kicking his pants down more. "Now you'll really enjoy this."

Already Megumi was humping into the air, his hips rutting forward pathetically searching for some kind of friction. "Patience, hunter," Sukuna chuckled, leaning over his back to nibble on his ear. "Your mind is mine now, angel. Let me break you."

Megumi barely heard the words; all he could think about was how much his cock ached, desperate to be touched. "S-Sukuna... please, I need..."

"Oh, I know," Sukuna smirked, giving his ass a spank. He leaned forward, slipping three fingers into Megumi's mouth while he ground his hard, clothed cock against Megumi's bare ass.

"I'll give you what your body craves soon. Your pathetic, slutty little hips are cute to watch for now."

Megumi's lips wrapped around Sukuna's fingers, sucking hard on the digits. He swirled his tongue around them, panting so hard as drool slipped out of his mouth and coated his chin in his saliva. He wanted more, more of anything to get closer to his release, begging for it with his moans around Sukuna's fingertips.

He yanked them from his mouth, pressing a finger against Megumi's small, puckered hole. Just the tip of the finger touching there sent a shock wave up Megumi's spine. He jolted, back arching as he pressed down against the finger, his ass taking it in.

A deep chuckle erupted from Sukuna. "I don't even have to do anything, your hips really are so slutty. I can't believe you're a hunter."

Megumi froze, his eyes opening as he thought of the knife in his pocket, suddenly remembering his place. If he could just focus and reach-

A second finger pushed inside of him, Sukuna reaching them deep, curling them upward toward his prostate and pressing down hard. White covered Megumi’s vision once more.

"A-Ah!" He yelped, his cock jumping, pre-cum spurting onto the altar.

"You're making quite the mess, Fushiguro Megumi. And in front of God too," Sukuna chuckled, pressing the fingers against his prostate once again. Megumi jolted, his unbroken hand scratching over the surface of the marble, the other still limp by his side.

The vampire added his third finger and scissored them inside of Megumi's ass, pumping them in and out, stretching his hole wide. It wasn't likely to be enough for the dick he was about to give the hunter, but it was good enough to trick the boy into thinking he was doing some sort of prep.

He pulled his fingers back and Megumi whimpered, his cheek pressed down against the cold altar. It cooled his hot skin down, the sweat still rolling off his back.

"Please, please... Sukuna...." he whined, his own cock swinging in the air as his hips continued to thrust forward.

"Don't worry you needy little thing." Spitting into his hand, Sukuna stroked over his cock, lining the tip up toward Megumi's entrance. "Tell me what you need."

"Y-Your cock."

"Good boy." With a smirk, he leaned over Megumi's back and slid his fingers into his dark locks, gripping his hair. He yanked his head back, turning Megumi's face to look up toward the cross. "Your ancestors are watching you, Fushiguro." Sukuna chuckled. "They must be so ashamed, watching their bloodline get fucked like a cheap whore... by a vampire no less!"

He laughed loudly, giving Megumi no time to react as he slammed his cock inside of him.

Megumi moaned, mouth wide as he stared up at the broken down cross in front of him, drool trickling down his chin, pre-cum dripping from his tip. He really was a mess... but he didn't care. He needed to cum. Despite the fact that Sukuna had refused to touch his cock, he was close.

The feeling of being full was so delicious. Sukuna's cock slammed into him over and over, the sound of the skin slapping together echoed in a wet cacophony against the crumbling church walls. His ass squeezed Sukuna in during each thrust, hugging his cock, the tip pushing up against his prostate.

Sukuna squeezed the hand in Megumi's hair, yanking his neck back even more. It pulled on the wound Sukuna had made earlier, blood trickling down his neck. The scent wafted into Sukuna's nose, the magical taste of hunter's blood was so difficult to resist when it was so easily accessible.

Leaning his head down, Sukuna wrapped his lips around Megumi's open wound and began to suck, gripping his hair, slamming his cock into his trembling hole. He sucked so hard, pulling blood into his mouth, swallowing it in large gulps.

Megumi couldn't stop moaning, his chest moving against the marble surface with each thrust. The tip of his cock brushed against the side of the altar and he thrust himself forward, enjoying the coldness of the surface.

"Hgn," he whimpered, his eyes shutting as he continued to hump the air.

"You belong to me," Sukuna growled, pulling off of the wound. "I'll make sure you belong to me and no one else." He snapped his hips against Megumi, thrusting into him frantically. "Now come for me, my angel," Sukuna purred, licking at the blood trickling down Megumi's bare neck.

A shudder rolled through Megumi's body, and he released, his cock decorating the marble altar with the white substance. Almost immediately, Megumi slouched forward, drool trickling from his mouth.

Sukuna chuckled through his breathy pants, slamming his cock into Megumi's ass as he chased his own finish. Megumi was unmoving, laying against the altar like a ragdoll, completely blissed out. "S-Shit..." Sukuna grunted finally, burying his cock in Megumi's ass, pouring cum in to fill his hole. "Mine," he moaned, nipping at Megumi's shoulder.

"Yours..." he mumbled, in a daze.

Sukuna wasn't about to waste time. Megumi was fucked out, completely mindless. Now was his only chance.

Pulling out, Sukuna watched as cum dripped from Megumi's ass to the floor. What a beautiful sight it was. Sukuna planned on seeing it again. He yanked Megumi's hips back and turned him around. His face was an even better sight, flushed red, mouth open, his pretty green eyes completely blank.

Sukuna nudged his leg against Megumi's, letting him drop down to his knees.

Now this was a perfect angle, Megumi looking up at him with such a blissful, satisfied look. He wondered if the boy had ever been so pleasured in his life.

Well, Megumi would experience what true pleasure was soon enough.

Sukuna tapped Megumi's chin with his finger. "Open," Sukuna purred, and Megumi did as he was told, dropping his jaw and sticking out his tongue. "Good boy." He gripped Megumi's jaw with one hand, yanking him forward to hold him in place.

Sukuna pressed his finger against his own fang, puncturing himself. Blood rose to the tip of his finger and he smirked. Holding it out over Megumi's tongue, he waggled the digit. He let a few droplets of blood land on his tongue and watched them roll down the back of his throat. Pressing Megumi's jaw closed, Sukuna's wide smile returned.

"There," he purred, running his lithe fingers over Megumi's jaw. He cupped his face, tilting his neck back gently. His bloodied lips brushed against Megumi's. "Now you're mine and only mine," Sukuna whispered, the last thing Megumi heard before his vision went black.
