LETS GOOOOOOO

Chapter Text

Teenage romance is a weird thing, Giyuu still thinks not a lot of high school relationships will last, people are young, indecisive, and too dumb for a long relationship commitment.

Worst of all, sometimes even friendships are lost after a breakup, it doesn't really need to be a bad one, people would just naturally drift away from the other, and, honestly, the idea terrifies him.

It's been almost two months since he met Rengoku, but despite the short time, he feels like he had known the blond all his life. They would come with him and Sabito to eat lunch together sometimes, partake in their jokes, and after they exchanged phone numbers they would send him the occasional meme or even photos of their little brother doing cute baby things. In return, Giyuu would send them back memes. He tried once to send them a funny photo of Sabito when he was a baby, but his brother ended up finding out and he scanned all of his embarrassing photos they had when he was a little kid and sent them to Rengoku, so he decided to never do it again.

"You were a really cute baby, though!" Rengoku had told him the day after they saw the pics. "Don't worry, I won't show them to anyone."

He thanked them, but it didn't erase his embarrassment.

The point is: despite the short amount of time they've known each other, Giyuu can't think of his life without having Rengoku around anymore. Their presence brings him joy and a strange warmth inside his heart he hasn't felt in a long time, he doesn't want to lose that.

"It's not like she's going to accept my feelings to begin with," He mutters.

"Who's gonna accept what?"

He gets startled and almost falls backward from where he's sitting. He looks up and finds those golden-red eyes that he likes so much. "W-what are you talking about?" Giyuu stutters, feeling flustered for being caught daydreaming, especially daydreaming about the person in front of him.

"Oh, I thought I heard you say something!" Rengoku tilts their head, a bit confused. "Anyways! Hi, senpai!" They say cheerfully.

He coughs. "H-hey."

They sit next to him and start talking about their day. It is a Saturday afternoon with nice weather and the club decided to go to a nearby mall to fool around for a few hours to get their minds on something else. In a couple of weeks, the local kendo tournament is going to happen and they were going to get really busy not only training, but the amount of homework they had was also annoying, so they all agreed on going out together to calm their nerves. Rengoku asks where his siblings are, Giyuu explains Sabito went to get something to eat, and Makomo would arrive later.

“Man, I’m glad we’re having this day out, I was going insane inside my house, I really needed a break,” Rengoku sighs.

“Why?”

“Nothing too bad, is just-” They make vague gestures with their hands. “Dad’s been kinda annoying with me practicing kendo at school, says it’s not a girl’s thing,” they huff.

“That sucks,” Giyuu says with genuine worry.

“I know right!” They pout, Giyuu tries not to think how cute they look. “Well, in part it’s his fault, he said no when I asked him to join his dojo, so if he doesn’t want me there, then of course I’ll go somewhere else!"

“Sounds reasonable,” Giyuu agrees. “... wait, your dad has a kendo dojo?”

Rengoku nods. “Yeah, it’s a family business. Now that I think about it, what's your dad's job, senpai?"

"Oh, he's a carpenter."

"That's so cool!" They say with a genuine sparkle in their eyes, he chuckles a bit.

"Thanks."

"Well, well, well, what have we here?"

And now their moment together is ruined.

"Hi Sabito-senpai!" Rengoku waves at him. At some point Rengoku got close enough to everyone at their club to call them by their first names, which was great! But Giyuu low-key wanted to be the only one to have that privilege. He mentally slaps himself before he can get another embarrassing thought.

"'sup!" He would wave back, but there are two cones of ice cream in each of his hands. "If I knew you were here I would've got you another ice cream."

"Nah, it’s ok! I'm lactose intolerant anyway."

"But the other day you ate pizza with a lot of cheese on it?" Giyuu remembers their conversation from the other day.

"Yeah, I said that I'm lactose intolerant, not that I make good decisions."

Sabito laughs, and before the ice cream could fall from his hands he gives one to Giyuu. "I get ya, I get ya. Actually, did I ever tell you I'm allergic to shellfish?"

"Are you?" Rengoku looks surprised.

"Yup! The only time I got to eat shrimp it was both delicious and deadly." He laughs.

"We were very worried that day, Sabito." Giyuu frowns, not liking how lightly his brother takes his near-death experience.

"I know, I know." He shrugs. "Wasn't your fault, though, no one knew about it at the time, not even the people at the orphanage. But yeah! Point is, I feel your pain."

"We bond through our pain."

"Hell yeah." The two of them bump their fists.

Giyuu shouldn't be jealous about them sharing bad food reactions, so he just eats his ice cream while looking away, trying to think of something else.

They talk a bit more, Sabito casually mentioning how no one at his house can eat any type of shellfish because of him.

"Even if they cooked something else for me, I'd end up eating their food and die," He laughs, Giyuu glares at him.

"Oi, what are you guys doing?"

They all turn to look where the voice comes from.

Sanemi crosses his arms, right behind him is Obanai. Rengoku waves at both of them.

"Hi Iguro! Hi Sanemi-senpai!"

Sanemi frowns, but he gives a small wave back, Obanai does the same.

"Man, you guys are late, what took you so long?" Sabito huffs, crossing his arms too.

"Nunya," Obanai replies.

"Nunya?"

"Nunya business."

Before Sabito could get angry at his answer, Rengoku intervenes. "C'mon Iguro, we were worried."

Giyuu can see how Obanai wanted to say a snarky remark, despite the mask he always wears, Giyuu learned to notice the subtle change in his gaze and the slight raise of his eyebrow, but it changes at the last minute and he sighs. "We got stuck in traffic, nothing to worry about, really."

"If you say so."

"Well, let's worry about something else," Sabito says. "What are our plans for today?"

"We talked about watching a movie, right?" Sanemi asks. "Maybe we should go to the theater first."

"Makomo hasn't arrived yet," Sabito reminds him. "She'll kick our asses if we watch a movie without her."

"Maybe we can go get something to eat?" Rengoku asks. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm starving."

All of them try to figure out a plan, Giyuu stays behind during the conversation, he quickly finishes his ice cream and then takes Sabito's, his brother not noticing until he doesn't feel the ice cream in his hand anymore.

Sabito glares at Giyuu and he sticks his tongue out in response. Sabito mutters something but before he attempts to get his ice cream back with violence, Rengoku tugs his arm to get his attention back.

In the end, all of them decide to check some stores first, then go eat something, and then finish the day with a movie.

They start walking towards the Mall's biggest clothes store and Giyuu stays behind them. He still doesn't get along with the other two teens, so he prefers to keep his distance. Even though he and Obanai have an unspoken truce whenever the blond is around, and Sanemi also started to tolerate him after he sort of befriended Sabito -the two of them are always fighting for whatever reason.

At least, Sanemi doesn't yell at Giyuu anymore, but still, he wants to play it safe... Maybe if he offers him some food he could get close to him… what was Sanemi's favorite food again?

He gets snapped out of his thoughts when feels his phone vibrate in his pocket, he takes it out and reads the text he received, he walks a bit faster to catch up with his brother. "Hey, Makomo is arriving."

"Cool! Tell her to wait for us at the entrance of the big clothing store."

He nods and immediately texts his sister back. They finally reach the store Sabito mentioned, everyone looking around as they wait for his sister.

A couple of minutes later he can hear Makomo calling out to them, all of them wave at her as she approaches.

"Sup guys," She says with a smile.

"Sup cap," Everyone greets her.

"Haven't caused any fights yet?" She looks at Sabito.

"Your lack of trust wounds me," He says in a mocking hurt tone. "But nah, not yet."

She rolls her eyes. "Keep it like that. What are we gonna do today?"

"Just gonna look around before getting lunch." Sanemi shrugs. "There's not a lot to do here honestly."

"I see, I see. Welp! We don't have all day, let's go." She softly pushes Sabito forward, trying to get the group to move.

Everyone responds jokingly with an 'aye, aye, captain' before walking inside the store.

The inside of the store is, well, really big. At the entrance, there's a lot of mannequins wearing the latest trends in clothes for Spring, small stands of cosmetics and other beauty products all around them. They try to walk past all of that pretty fast, trying to avoid the employees offering them free samples.

When they're finally out of the employee’s swarm, Giyuu notices they're missing someone. He turns to look back from where they came.

"So you're telling me this perfume smells like sea breeze?"

Rengoku was caught by one of the employees.

"Ahh! We lost her," Sabito laments. "It was good to know you, Rengoku." He fake sobs, Makomo raises an eyebrow at him.

"It's not the end of the world." Sanemi shrugs.

"She's sort of an impulse buyer, so it'll be the end of the world for her when she notices she wasted all her money," Obanai chimes in.

"That means someone has to keep an eye on our dear Rengoku." Makomo winks at Giyuu, he wants to say no but it's too late. "Go get her before we lose her." she softly elbows him. "I wanna see if I can find something cool to waste my money on."

"Dear sister, would you kindly get something for me too?" Sabito says in a mockingly sweet tone, both Makomo and Giyuu cringe at that.

"If you want money, come help us at the workshop, I ain't gonna give you my money for free," She says before walking away.

"Boooooo, you suck," Sabito says as he follows her. Sanemi and Obanai do the same, not before Obanai gives him the universal hand gesture of 'I'm observing you' at Giyuu.

He takes a deep breath before walking towards the blond, who was striking a friendly conversation with the employee.

"Ah! Giyuu, could you help me pick one of these?"

He nods. Rengoku hands him a couple of bottles, both with names that he's sure it's probably something in French.

"I wanna get one for my mom, but I don't know which one," They explain. "This one smells like tropical fruits, and this one has a floral smell."

He ponders for a moment, then gives a quick sniff to each bottle. He hands back the one with a floral smell. "I think this one smells nicer."

"I think so, too!" They say with a big smile, then turn to look at the employee. "I'll get this one, please!"

"A good choice!" The employee says with practiced fake enthusiasm, or that's what Giyuu thinks it is. "Your boyfriend has good taste."

Giyuu brains short circuits after hearing that, he makes a loud strangled noise, startling both the employee and Rengoku. "I- I'm not- I-" he tries to say, but he's too flustered to speak.

"Are you okay, senpai?" Rengoku places a hand on his shoulder, which honestly doesn't really help how he's feeling.

"Y-yeah," He manages to say, obviously not really okay but he isn't going to admit that.

"Oh! Sorry, I shouldn't have assumed," She's completely not sorry. "You two look cute together, though."

He feels his soul is ready to leave his body, he glances at Rengoku, they have a small blush on their face, which doubles the damage he's receiving.

"Ah, thanks I guess?" Rengoku tries to smile, clearly feeling uncomfortable. "If it's not so much trouble, I'd like to get this perfume, please?"

"Oh sure!" They grab the bottle from Rengoku's hand, Giyuu also gives them back the other bottle, trying to avoid eye contact with the employee.

It takes a moment of uncomfortable silence before she gives Rengoku a ticket with a code for the perfume, explaining they have to go pay for it first before getting it.

Rengoku nods. "Aight, thanks." There's no cheerful smile, just the need to immediately leave. Giyuu feels the same, ready to run away from there any second now.

"I'm sure your mom would love this perfume, but how about getting one for yourself too? You're a pretty girl and it would help you get a boy-"

"Thanks, we're leaving." Rengoku snaps.

Giyuu blinks in surprise, he has never seen Rengoku angry, he actually thought that such a thing was impossible, considering they're always in a bright mood.

They walk away with quick steps, and he realizes he has to follow them. He catches up with them quickly before they could get lost. "Are you okay?"

"Yes, I mean- ugh." They stop walking to take a deep breath. "It's just- I hate when people do that ."

"That?" He asks, clearly confused.

" That thing, they don't know me but because I was born a girl they think they can tell me what to do with my life," They say, frustrated. It takes a moment for them to take a breath and calm down. "Sorry, it seems like a dumb thing to get upset about, but it's not the first time that happens, and I'm tired of it, I just want to everyone just- to not treat me like that."

"I… I think I understand what you're saying, I mean," he thinks for a few seconds before continuing. "I don't know what it would feel to be treated like that, but I understand it must be frustrating."

They sigh. "Yeah, it is."

Giyuu gives them a worried look, he can only offer them a couple of pats on the back for comfort. "We should catch up with the rest before we get lost."

Rengoku nods.

He brings out his phone and starts texting his brother, trying to locate the group. After doing a lot of turns here and there inside the store, they managed to find the group in the men's clothes section checking the discounts.

"Should I get this one or this one?" Obanai has two pretty much identical shirts on both hands.

"They look the same," Sanemi says, not really interested.

"You're colorblind, of course you think they're the same," Obanai huffs.

"I may have deuteranomaly but even I still can see they are pretty much the same."

"Whatever." He then turns towards Rengoku, showing them the shirts. "What do you think?"

"I think the one on the left looks better!" They try to say in their cheerful tone, but Giyuu catches a slight change in it, he knows they're still bothered by what the employee said.

"They're the fuckin' same!" Sanemi insists.

Makomo calls Rengoku by their name. "Help me pick something for myself too."

"Sure thing!" They go with Makomo, Giyuu follows, not wanting to join the argument Obanai and Sanemi have, Sabito seems to think the same because he quickly follows them too.

"Why don't you go look at the girl's section?" Sabito asks as he eyes a few shirts.

"Are you kidding me? They might have some cute things but I don't want any of that. I. Want. Pockets!" She grabs a turquoise short sleeve button-up shirt. "And this one has them!"

"Okay fair enough." Sabito shrugs. "... Hey, dear sister-"

"I'm not gonna buy you anything."

"God damnit."

Giyuu snorts at the way their siblings interact. He glances back at Rengoku, who is eyeing some stuff too.

They still look down, and Giyuu isn't sure about how he could help them. He approaches them carefully. "Did you find something you like?"

"Hm? Oh, kinda." They shrug. "I don't think my dad would let me wear something like this though, heh." They say trying to put on a smile, but Giyuu could see the sadness behind it.

"Why do you think that?"

They look as if they were going to answer, but they stop to take a moment to think, putting their index finger and thumb on their chin. "I'm… not really sure. I mean, he didn't want me to join his dojo because 'It's not a girl's thing', maybe he wouldn't like to see me wearing this."

"Bah! That's dumb," Sabito chimes in. "Just wear whatever you want, who cares about what your annoying old man has to say."

"Do not insult my dad," Rengoku says with a stern voice, making Giyuu shiver.

"Sabito," Makomo calls him in her scolding voice.

Sabito looks taken aback, he avoids looking directly at Rengoku. "Sorry, but what I said it's true. I mean, it's just clothes, their only purpose is to cover your body, nothing else, any real man can see that."

"I mean, you're right, but don't insult Rengoku's father to prove your point." She raises an eyebrow at him, then looks back at Rengoku. "Sorry about that."

They sigh, "Eh, it's okay. Dad can be a bit annoying sometimes, so he's not completely wrong. Just don't do it again."

He shrugs. "Okay."

"I dunno though... I don't wanna cause trouble with him, I also don't wanna waste all my cash."

"That's understandable," Makomo says. "... But, what Sabito said is right, it's just clothes, you should wear whatever makes you happy and comfortable."

"If you say so." Rengoku looks back at the shirt. is another short sleeve button-up shirt, but this one is a brownish-orange shade with some details in white.

Giyuu looks at them, then at his sister, showing he doesn't know what to do. She smiles at him, then looks back at Rengoku. "Hey, you really like that one, don't you?"

"Ah! Is it too obvious?" They laugh a little embarrassed this time.

"I can buy it for you." She gives a quick glance back to Giyuu, making him understand he'll have to pay her later. He gives her a quick thumbs up.

"Ah! Oh gosh, no! You don't have to do that!" Rengoku's face flushes. "I can get it later!"

"Nonsense, nonsense." She waves her hand dismissively. "It's on discount, and I have extra cash, better get it now, and I won't take a no."

"Oh so you buy her stuff, but not to your brother?" Sabito huffs indignantly.

"She has something you don't, though."

"Yeah? And what is that?" He crosses his arms, looking at her defiantly.

"She's cute, you're not," she simply says, making Sabito mad.

"Ahhh it's not necessary!" Rengoku insists again.

Giyuu gives them another couple of pats on the back. "I think you should accept. Makomo is nice but she's not one to give presents just like that, and if you want to repay her later, you can get her something for her birthday."

"That sounds like a good idea to me!" She says, ignoring Sabito's grumbles behind her.

Rengoku ponders for a while, making an expression that Giyuu thinks is cute. "Oh, heck it, why not? But you better tell me what you want for your birthday!"

"30 million dollars and world peace," Makomo says in a heartbeat.

"Something easier to obtain!"

They all laugh, feeling more comfortable after that.

Makomo picks another two shirts aside from Rengoku's and then the group joins back with Sanemi and Obanai, who are still debating.

They all go to pay for the stuff they chose. On the way, Sabito found star-shaped sunglasses and tried them for fun. Makomo ended up buying them too and handed them to her brother.

"Here, so you can stop being a baby."

"... You know what? It's better than nothing." Sabito ends up accepting the sunglasses, he won't take them off for the rest of the day.

Once Rengoku has the receipt for the perfume they paid for, they go get it from the annoying employee, and when she isn't looking, Rengoku takes the chance to stick their tongue out to her, Giyuu snorts at that.

"What did you get?" Obanai asks as he tries to look inside Rengoku's paper bag.

"It's a perfume for mom! It's called e-... eauau-..." They take the perfume box from the paper bag and slowly read the name. "Eau d'écureuil!"

"Huh, sounds fancy," Obanai says as he examines the box.

"I know right! I wonder what it means." They put the little box back inside the paper bag.

The group leaves the store, Giyuu being the last one to leave, he gets distracted with some promotions he sees on the display windows of some stores.

"Tomioka, we don't have all day!" Sanemi yells, startling him and running to catch up with the group. "Sheesh, why are you so goddamn slow?"

"Don't make us lose our time," Obanai adds.

"Sorry," He mumbles apologetically.

"Oi! Don't treat Giyuu like that!" Sabito tries to defend him.

"If any of you start a fight here I'm gonna kick you out of the club!" Makomo threatens, making everyone shut up.

Giyuu keeps his distance from the group as they walk, not really wanting to interact with them and possibly get himself or someone else kicked out. He sighs, just what does he keep doing wrong?

"Psst, Giyuu-senpai," Rengoku whispers close to him, snapping him out of his thoughts.

"Hey, is something going on?"

"Not really!" They smile. "Just wanted to make you company."

"Ah, okay." He tries not to smile like a giddy idiot, partially forgetting what was bothering him, Rengoku has that effect on him.

"Mhmm! Say," They whisper again, a bit closer to him now. "How come you don’t get along with both Iguro and Sanemi-senpai?"

"Hm? Oh, that …" He glances at the teens in front of them, none of them are paying attention to him. He whispers back. "I honestly have no idea."

"Really? Not even a little?"

He nods. "We all met in our first year, we're in the same grade but are in different classrooms, we joined the kendo club pretty much the same day. We don't interact that much but somehow I got both of them to dislike me, and then they bonded over disliking me."

"That's tough." They give him a sympathetic look. "They've been mean to you?"

"Sometimes, but like, they don't go out of their way to bully me." He shrugs. "They just don't like me."

"I see… well, if it's any consolation, I do like you a lot!" Rengoku says out of a sudden, making Giyuu blush fiercely.

"M-me too." He knows Rengoku meant it as friends, but he took the chance to be smooth. "You're a good friend." He adds just in case.

Rengoku beams at him, their smile almost blinding.

It takes a moment for all of them to reach the food court, and having a small argument to choose what they were going to eat, in the end, they all chose burgers and sent Sabito to buy them, he tried to protest but no one gave in.

They all looked for a free table that could fit all of them, and when they found one Giyuu quickly sat next to Makomo, and Rengoku sat next to him. He felt thankful because that meant he wouldn't have to sit next to the other guys, but he also knew Makomo was giving him another one of her knowing looks, making him fidget on his seat.

He can see the blond texting someone, so he diverts his eyes to not accidentally snoop the conversation.

"Iguro," Rengoku calls. "Kanroji says hi!"

"Ah-" Now that is a rare sight to see, Giyuu can notice a faint blush creeping from under Obanai's mask, is he flustered? "Tell her hi from me."

"Sure thing!" They beam and continue texting.

"Who's Kanroji?" Makomo asks.

"A mutual friend!" Rengoku announces, Giyuu can see Obanai squirm on his seat. "She's in her last year of middle school."

"Heh, hard to imagine he has more friends," Sanemi teases, Obanai just glares at him and grunts.

"Shut up or I'll make my snake bite your tongue," He threatens.

"You said she wasn't venomous?"

"She can still try."

It doesn't take too long after that for Sabito to appear with their orders. They all eat in a relative silence aside from Rengoku who keeps saying “tasty!” bite after bite.

Sanemi stares at them, confused.

"You get used to it," Obanai says before he could ask. He just ordered a soda, drinking it with the straw under his mask.

Everyone else, even Giyuu, nods at his statement. Now Rengoku is the one looking confused but decides not to ask about what they were talking about.

After that, the movie was the only thing left and trying to pick it was more difficult than deciding on lunch.

Giyuu only watches as the guys argue about if one action movie with guns and cars was better than the other action movie with guns and cars. So once again, he stays behind, now with both Makomo and Rengoku.

He notices Rengoku shiver for a moment. "Cold?"

They nod. "Just a little."

"It's gotten chillier these past few days, so it's normal," Makomo says. "Why don't you wear your new shirt?"

"Ah, you're right." It doesn't have long sleeves but it's better than just their tank top. They search for it in their bag, Giyuu can see the giddy expression on their face as they try it. It fits them pretty loosely, even if it was supposed to be their size, maybe they'll grow into it.

Even so, Giyuu also feels giddy, he wishes he could tell them it was a present from him after seeing how happy it made them, but he couldn't bring himself to do that, it was too embarrassing.

"How do I look?"

"Very pretty!" He sees Makomo stare now at him, her expression not matching at all the hidden intentions of her next words. "Isn't it right, Giyuu? Don't you think she looks pretty?"

Moments like this reminded him that Makomo is a lil shit just as much as Sabito is.

"It does look nice on you," It's the only thing he can muster, his blush increasing the moment he sees Rengoku smile at him.

After that, Makomo finally intervenes in her friends' debate, telling them none of them would be able to watch either movie because both are rated for people over 18, so they all settle for an animated movie, it also had action, just less cars and even less guns.

They get the tickets, the movie is going to start in a few minutes so they divide what they have left of money to buy snacks.

Makomo looks at Sabito, he still had his sunglasses on. "... Are you seriously going to wear that even inside the theater?"

"Yup!"

"... I created a monster."

Giyuu snorts a laugh.

It is pretty late in the afternoon by the time they leave the theater, all of them are talking about their favorite scenes except for Rengoku, who is texting someone rapidly.

"Everything okay?"

"Hm? Oh! Yeah, it's my mom, she is nearby and asked me if I wanted to go home with her."

"Do you want to?" Giyuu doesn't really want them to go, but the choice isn't up to him.

"Hmmmm." They think very hard about it. "... Yeah, actually, I feel bad sending her home alone."

"It's okay," He smiles. Rengoku smiles back.

After they announce the news to the group, all of them go with Rengoku to wait for their mom where they agreed to meet, it didn't really take her too long to arrive. Giyuu is surprised to see that, at least physically, they didn't have any resemblance.

They all wave goodbye to the duo, they wave back at them, Giyuu can hear faintly how Rengoku's mom is complimenting their new shirt.

"So-"

Giyuu is startled by his brother, what's with people just appearing behind him without any warning?

"That's your mother-in-law, huh?" He whispers, not wanting the other three to listen.

"Shut up." Giyuu tries to elbow him, but Sabito is faster and escapes Giyuu's attempts to hit him.

Back at home, Giyuu is counting every coin he had in his piggy bank on his desk, making sure to give the exact amount to Makomo. It's not like his sister would take any chance to keep the change, but he knows it'll take her a lot of time to remember to give it back to him.

He thinks about what happened earlier, and how happy Rengoku looked with their new shirt. He smiles fondly, getting giddier when he remembers Rengoku telling him they liked him.

He presses his face against the cold wood, embarrassed for his thoughts.

A noise coming from his phone gets his attention, after he's done counting, he grabs it.

It's a text from Rengoku.

His heart skips a bit, and he waits a couple of seconds before opening the text.

[From: 🍠♥️, to: Ocean man]

🍠♥️

Hey senpai! Have you guys arrived safely?

Ocean man

Yeah, hbu?

🍠♥️

Same here!

Hey, there's something I wanted to tell you, and I hope I'm not prying too much

Ocean man

What's up?

🍠♥️

I'm not sure what happened between you and Iguro, and, well, Sanemi too

But I don't like to see you three fight

Ocean man

We don't really fight tho?

🍠♥️

Standing there letting them yell at you is not good either

Okay, she has a point. Giyuu thinks.

🍠♥️

I can help with Iguro if you want! Or at least just ask him why he doesn't like you

Ocean man

Wouldn't it be too obvious?

🍠♥️

I will be sneaky!

He snorts.

Ocean man

It's fine, don't worry about it

🍠♥️

But I do :c

Like, I do care a lot about you guys, I don't like seeing you being treated poorly and I don't like seeing the kind of person Iguro is turning into…

Idk Sanemi that much but I don't want you two to be in bad terms either!!

Ocean man

… you're too kind, did you know that?

🍠♥️

I mean, if not wanting to see my friends getting hurt by the other is kind, then yeah I am!

Ocean man

Pfft, okay okay, I accept the deal then

🍠♥️

I'll do my best!!! Ttyl then?

Ocean man

I'm sure you will, ttyl

Giyuu rereads their conversation, a little smile forming on his face.
