Timeline: set a year after the last chapter events
Vermouth's pov
Yukiko opens the door and smiles at me
"Hey Sharon" she says
"Can we talk?"
"Of course, come in"
We go to the living room where I see Yusaku sitting on the couch and I shake his hand, I sit down and look at my best friend and her husband
"I need to ask you something"
"What is it?"
I take a deep breath and ask the question
"I want to ask your permission to marry your daughter" I say all in one breath
They look at me wide eyed and don't say a word, a few seconds later I see Yukiko getting up and coming towards me with a giant smile on her face to give me a hug
"You will marry Giada-chan! You will be part of the family!"
"Does this mean..."
"You have my permission Sharon"
I smile and look at Yusaku
"You make Giada very happy so I give you my permission to marry her"
He hugs me and welcomes me into the family
"Can I help you pick the ring?" Yukiko asks
Giada's pov
I finish putting on some make-up and hear a knock at the door, I go open it and smile when I see my girlfriend
"Hey, you ready?" she asks
"Yes, just a second"
I grab my purse, close the door of my appartment and grab Vermouth's hand
"Let's go"
We get in the car and drive to the restaurant, we arrive and a waiter leads us to our table
After dinner we decide to go take a walk and Chris takes me to the park where we first met, we sit on a bench and I lay my head on my girlfriend's shoulder
"It's so beautiful" I say while looking at the stars
She kisses me on the forehead and interlocks our hands
"I love you Pretty Eyes"
"I love you too"
We watch the stars for at least twenty minutes without saying a word, the platinum blonde haired woman calls my name and I look at her
"What?"
She stands up and looks at me
"Pretty Eyes...we've known each other for a very long time...before I met you I didn't know what love was, you changed me for the better and I want to spend the rest of my life with you"
I gasp when she gets down on one knee and takes out a box with a beautiful ring inside of it
"Kudo Giada, will you marry me?"
"Yes! Yes! A thousand times yes!" I say
She slips the ring on my finger, quickly stands up and places her soft lips on mine. I smile into the kiss and wrap my arms around her neck, a few seconds later I pull away and look into my fiancée's hypnotizing blue eyes
"We're getting married!"
*A few months later*
I'm finishing up some of the last arrangements since the wedding will be next week, I finish talking with the photographer and mom sits next to me on the couch
"I still can't believe that my little girl is getting married" she starts tearing up
"Okaa-san" I start tearing up too
I sit on her lap, wrap my arms around her neck, kiss her on the cheek and hug her
"I will always be your little girl"
We stay like that, just cuddling, for I don't know how long and we both end up falling asleep
*A few years later*
"Ai-chan! Are you ready?"
"Two more minutes okaa-san!" I hear my daughter say
My wife hugs me from behind and places a kiss on my cheek
"Hey, where's our daughter?"
"Still upstairs...we're going to be late for my mom's birthday party"
"I'm sure Yukiko won't mind, she loves Ai"
"True"
Five minutes later we see our daughter walking down the stairs and coming towards us
"I was wrapping up my present for obaa-san"
"Alright, let's go"
We all get in the car and drive to my parent's house, ten minutes later we arrive and go inside
"There you are! I was starting to think that you wouldn't come"
"Yukiko, you know that we wouldn't miss your party"
"Happy birthday mom"
I hug her and kiss her on the cheek, I decide to go grab something to eat and drink and see Shiho
"Hey" I hug her
"Hey Giada"
"How are you?"
"I'm fine and I have to tell you something" she says
"What is it?"
She grabs one of my hands and places it on her lower abdomen without saying anything, a smile makes its way into my face as I realize what she means and I hug her
"Congratulations, have you told my brother yet?"
"He'll find out soon, it's kind of my birthday gift for Yukiko. She loves Hiroshi a lot and I'm sure she'll be thrilled to find out that she'll have another grandchild"
"That's so cute"
When it's time to open the presents I can't stop smiling at the sight of my mom hugging Shiho after she received the news, I look at my wife and kiss her on the lips
"I want another baby" I say
"What?"
"You heard me. Ai-chan told me that she wants a little sister and I have been thinking about having another baby for a few months now" I caress her cheek
"Alright, we'll have another baby"
I smile and hug her tightly
This is my life
I'm married to the person I love, I have a seven year old daughter that I love with all of my heart, my family is always there for me and my friends are amazing
I wouldn't change a thing
