She rolled her eyes. “Yes, Tim. We can’t invite some people and not invite others. Plus, aside from your sister and your mom, neither of us have big families, so we need our…other family there. Work family.”
“I still don’t think we need everyone from the station.”
“Okay, so who do we need, then?”
He looked at the list. “Well obviously, Lopez, Grey, Harper, Thorsen, Juarez, Nolan, and Penn. Then Webb, Pine, Enriquez, Smithson and Jan. And Percy West.”
“And Smitty.”
Tim exhaled. “Lucy.”
“What?”
“We are not having Smitty at our wedding.”

Summary
(This is basically a re write of the show if Lucy and Tim have been married since season one and have an eight year old daughter.)
Lucy and Tim have been married for six years but together for eight.
They keep their life pretty private so the only people at the station that know they're together are Grey and their captain and Angela since she is Tim and Lucy's very close friend and Ivy's god mother.
(There will be a part for every episode of the show but I'll obviously make my own changes and add things to it.)
(Ivy is played by Violet McGraw) - Lucy and Tim's daughter.

“Yeah?” she asked, turning around.
“Congratulations.”
Lucy smiled, dipping her head in that way she did when she was unable to accept praise.
“Thank you Sergeant Enriquez. I’m really happy that I got to work with you for this period of time, no matter how short. I’ve learnt a lot from you.”
Enriquez smiled. “I’m glad, Lucy. And listen, as a fellow female sergeant, if you ever need advice, mentoring, or even just to complain about people, I’m here. Or if you have questions about sergeant-related business. Although I’m sure your boyfriend will be able to help you with that.” She raised an eyebrow.

"Hello, is this Tim Bradford on the line?" A woman asks, calmly and collectively.
"Yes, this is he." He responds, intrigued.
"Hi, sorry to bother, this is social services. Do you happen to know an Isabel Davis by any chance?" Isabel? Tim couldn't possibly know what this was about. He and Isabel hadn't been in contact since they settled the divorce.
"Uh, yes, I do," Tim says, apprehensively.
"Well, I'm sorry to inform you that she was arrested last night, and I believe I have your daughter with me, Avery Davis?" Daughter? Last time he checked, he only had one daughter. Who was certainly not named Avery.
"I'm sorry, I don't know an Avery Davis." He tells the woman on the line that he's now assuming social services.
"You're listed on the birth certificate." The woman tells him.
