“Well,” Mike shrugs, swallowing hard in a desperate attempt to soothe his very, very dry mouth, “I don’t know why someone wouldn’t be interested in you.”
“Oh?” Will says, and it’s definitely teasing now, enough for Mike to feel himself turning warm, all down his neck and to the tips of his own – sadly unpatterned – socks. “Someone?”
“Yeah.” Mike nods. Oh, god. This is fine. “In a very arbitrary sense of the word. Just– people. Someone.”
Mike is approximately ninety-eight percent sure that his feelings are requited. That last two percent, however, has really been throwing him for a loop.

“bed.” gojo mumbles drowsily, breaking eye-contact and turning his head to the side. “suguru.”
“yes?” geto asks, trying to fight the urge to run his fingers through gojo’s hair. he seems awfully comfortable right now anyways, his infinity powered off. geto wonders how gojo would react to hearing about all of this later - if geto decides to tell him.
“bed!” louder, more demanding.
geto blinks at his completely drunk best friend. “my bed is right here, satoru. shoko passed out in it, remember?”
“um,” gojo goes quiet at first and then mumbles, almost under his breath. “i’ve got a bed.” geto does not know how to react to that. “‘s just next door.”
eyes still closed, he gestures in a sideways direction - the completely opposite direction from where his room actually is, geto realizes, but that is the least of his worries right now, given that the strongest sorcerer of their times was currently lying in his lap, demanding to go to bed.

“I had wondered—” Erwin coughs again, and is cowed into lowering his gaze when the Captain looks at him. He has the most scrutinising of stares. Erwin isn’t sure if he can see out of his left eye, but in that moment, it could well be penetrating his heart. “Ah, that is. In your letter, you didn’t mention much. Of what you expected from me during this session.”
The Captain takes so long to answer, that Erwin begins to think he does not feel inclined to say anything at all. He finishes his tea, and returns his cup to the tray. “What does your job usually entail?”
“Usually? Well, I might accompany a client to an event, or have dinner with them, or simply keep them company.”
“Do you have sex with them?”
“Yes.” Erwin swallows.
