“Cait,” Vi rasped again, and this time Caitlyn looked at her. Really, really looked at her.
Vi’s eyes were bloodshot and wide. Dried blood ran down her nose and she wore a haunted look of panic. The first thought that struck Caitlyn was that something was really wrong.
“I don’t know what’s happening.” Vi cried out the second she finished her sentence, relinquishing her grip on Cait’s wrist to hunch over and clutch at her stomach.
“Violet, what’s wrong? Where does it hurt?”
One of her hands came up to her mouth, clutching at her face as Vi groaned in pain. Caitlyn shuddered. It could’ve just been a trick of the light, but she swore she saw Vi’s spine move beneath the uniform.

When Mel is a child she is kidnapped due to the many political enemies the Medarda family has made. When her mother fails to pay the ransom in time one of her abductors is instructed to end her life. Not having the heart to kill a kid, but still wanting revenge on her blood thristy mother, she is instead sold into indentured servatued finding herself shipped all the way to Zaun where she meets a sweet boy named Viktor. The two grow up together working hard to keep each other alive and get back their freedom. After many trials and heart aches they find themselves both students at the most prestigious university in Pliltover. Thinking that all of their adventures are behind them they are ready to finally live a normal life. That is however until they meet Jayce a sweet caring and nieve alpha with an affinity for inventing and a scent that is sweeter then anything they have ever smelled.
