Summary
It was supposed to be a quiet birthday. One normal day where Clark Kent didn’t have to be Superman.
Instead, he hears Lois Lane’s heart stop beneath a collapsing warehouse.
When Lois ignores his request to wait five minutes and nearly dies chasing a story, Clark loses his temper in a way he never has before. Fear turns into shouting. Love turns into blame. And for the first time, being invincible doesn’t feel like enough.
