Here she is again, grand realisation of some feeling or another presumably a few weeks old and she's just… ready to say it. Ready to try and make it happen. Just like that. Summary
20 years ago, Andy was left with no parents and was legally responsible for her 5 yo sister. Her best friend stepped up and helped her take care of her sister. They always teetered the line between friend and something more, but never gave in because of Ava. 5 years later, Andy and Ava moved to Chicago for a big career move for Andy that would put them closer to relatives who could help with Ava and more money. Andy and Emily fell out of touch within 2 years of Andy and Ava moving to Chicago. It hurt too much for them. When Ava was finally allowed her own laptop, she found Emily, reaching out and establishing a quiet maternal relationship that Andy didn’t know about. Andy moved back to NY when Ava went to college, but never reached back out to Emily, and then they ran into each other when Andy started back at Runway. Will Ava help them come to their senses, or is it too late?
