Summary
He was nice enough to look at, Aerion decided. A strong nose bridge, plush lips and long eyelashes.
Which was surprising.
At least for a wizard cosplayer who tried robbing people at odd hours of the night.
Aerion sighed. He was absolutely done with tonight. He was ready to go home, sleep it off, and pretend it never happened. “Get up.”
Silence.
Aerion huffed a breath. “This is how you choose to surrender?” he asked. “By playing dead?” He kicked him lightly in the side, prodding more than anything.
Nothing.
(Or: The only thing Aerion hated more than college lectures and loose change was the royal jackass that seemingly spawned out of thin air.)

Summary
A single whistle is all he gives. Aerion's head snaps up, finds him in seconds and he grins. It's a feral thing; blood covered teeth looking almost sharp, and pupils blown wide enough that even in the low light, there's almost no hint of the violet of his eyes, just like the dragons he claimed to have living inside of him. Sometimes Valarr wondered if there might be truth to his cousin's words.
His cousin doesn't inform his guards, just steps through their ranks and throws them off beat for a second as they try and stop him. Slipping away from searching fingers until they realise just where he's going, who was waiting for him now. Pride slithers through Valarr's chest when they let Aerion come to him. He can be trusted. He can handle the prince.
