“Max seduced you?” Alex laughs incredulously. “Somehow I struggle to believe that.”
“Well he did. And now I think I’m kind of falling for him and I hate it. Help me.” George groans, lying back and sprawling out his limbs. It’s a little childish but he’s allowed to be dramatic about this- he’s falling in love with his rival.
“Okay, okay,” Alex soothes, probably sensing that George is about to go from playful theatrics to actual hysteria. “Well, do you think he might be developing feelings for you too?”
He thinks of staring at the outline of Max’s face as he said, ‘You could come find me. I’d look after you;’ he thinks of waking up in Max’s bed for the first time with the covers draped over his clean body; he thinks of Max’s firm, warm hand on his torso and ‘let me see you.’
And he nearly says yes.
Or. Max and George start hooking up in Qatar 2024. It's hate sex until it's not.

Summary
On the bright side, he was never really alone since Eita would visit often, usually bringing groceries or food. It slowly went from Shirabu’s apartment to Shirabu and Eita’s apartment.
On the downside… Eita’s visits were spontaneous. He would disappear for a week then come back like nothing ever happened and vice versa. There was no set schedule. He would just appear and disappear sometimes.
Some of these times being extremely inconvenient.
