It took a few days before Byleth mustered up the proper courage to look at the papers retrieved from TWISTD’s base. Setting himself down heavily, he rubbed two fingers together over the heavily enchanted papers. Their age felt older than it truly should, perhaps ironically mirroring some of the side effects that TWISTD’s experiments have yielded in the past. But that was neither here nor there. Byleth summoned a sigil in between his fingers and brought it up to his eye. Previously blurred words came into focus as the sigil turned and clicked into place. Dread sunk into concern.Something was very wrong with Starloon’s research.

Updates will probably not come until the end of June (if not longer); I'm trying to deviate from following the script so closely for "Ashen Reincarnate", and it is taking me longer than I thought.
In true fanfic writer fashion, this will probably mean June in five years...
Update 12/22/2021: Yeah, the above statement is looking to be true. Working on a personal project that I probably won’t post here, so it’ll be a second. Sorry everyone!
