Truth be told, Tomate would always cheat on her; she knew he did when she was away, with proof and pictures from many islanders. Multi had Quackity, too, and maybe that was the same kind of relationship. The more Katie thought about it, her and Multi shared the same troubles, deep down. Different from everyone on the server, powerful, alone, scared to trust… the Polish man was just as complex, someone Katie wished to dissect and learn about beyond the co-parent persona. Summary
Multi, after the last incident with Graf and the subsequent moment he shared with Quackity, shuts himself inside his laboratory, invigorated like he had never felt before, and works tirelessly on his studies. Unfortunately, he is so consumed by his experiments that time only reminds him of itself when Multi's condition begins to worsen again.
And like clockwork, by a stroke of bad luck Quackity finds Multi at his worst yet again.

He’s not sure if he should tell her.
Because noticing something so small and inconsequential about her feels strangely intimate.
As if he’s unconsciously holding on to every little expression and mannerism she has without meaning to.
So he brushes the topic aside.
And as the conversation moves on, he doesn’t miss the soft exhale she lets out, or the way her shoulders droop ever so slightly in relief, a reaction that mirrors his own, albeit for completely different reasons.
Or, Multi starts noticing little things about Katie unconsciously.
