Summary
Dr. Spencer Reid is an Omega just joining the BAU. Fellow Agents Hotchner and Morgan are Alphas, but react very differently to Reid's arrival. In the workplace, Hotch is harsh, rude, and demeaning, but Morgan is sweet and accepting. The rigorous nature of their work and Hotch's strict rule leave Reid without the time or ability to manage the parts of being an Omega that make working in society difficult. Without any other outlet, Spencer finds himself separately involved with both Morgan and Hotch, who are strikingly different in private than at work.
