He grabs the hem of Katsuki's shorts again and looks at him as his finger finds his soaked underwear, petting up and down and playing with the fabric in a teasing motion that threatens to drive Katsuki insane.

    “Kacchan,” Izuku softly calls, intrigue dancing in his eyes.
