It was a surprise that their friendship -- although stemming from the scheme Zhongli has created with the Fatui -- had meant as much as it had to Tartaglia. Zhongli frankly hadn't had the time to think about how getting close to him could have had such effects on him. But now that he did, and saw the snarl on Tartaglia's face and the way anger ran through him, Zhongli realised that he fully understood.
