He just needed to say he couldn't do it. That was all. Trevor would ask questions, sure, but he'd deflect, come up with a good excuse. It wasn't like it was the best sketch they'd ever written. No one was that excited about it. He tried to tell himself it didn't matter that it was Trevor who had come up with the skit.
