He swallows hard, struggling with himself one last time and losing. “I need your help,” he manages to whisper, voice cracking.
The air in the room immediately changes. The wound up tension drains out of Steve, his posture and voice going soft. “Sure, Buck,” he says, cautiously moving back toward him. Bucky can’t move, his arms locked tight around his knees, and he can’t lift his gaze higher than Steve’s knees either. Steve pauses when he’s still a few feet away, squatting down and angling his head in an effort to see Bucky’s face through the curtain of his hair. “Anything. What do you need?”
It’s everything Bucky can do to hold still, every cell in his body vibrating with the need to throw himself into Steve’s arms. He opens his mouth, but his throat sticks and he has to swallow again before he can force the words out. Slowly, by sheer force of will, he drags his gaze up to meet Steve’s eyes. “I need you to fuck me.”

The thing is, Tony doesn’t exactly consider himself a kinky person. He’s had a lot of sex in his life, and that includes some pretty kinky things, some of it he hasn’t enjoyed, some of it he has—the thing with the wine bottle still makes him hard and that was almost twenty years ago. But, and here’s the important part, he’d been just as happy having plain old vanilla sex with Pepper as he’d been when Rumiko had tied him up in sparkly ropes and fucked him with the biggest strap-on he’d ever seen, and when he’s by himself, his brain is just as likely to go to the basic fantasies as it is to go to complicated scenes with toys and ropes and paddles. He’s still thinking that right up until Bucky hauls the dead, fried Iron Man suit with Tony still inside up off the ground and throws him twenty feet out of the way of a falling spaceship like it’s nothing.

But Steve has never been the kind of guy to make the first move, too used to rejection as he is, so it’s been up to Bucky and Tony—except that their advances keep flying over Steve’s head, driving them to this point.
