Yesterday, on his very first weekend, he gets called up by the Doppelgänger Detection people or whatever, and was abruptly briefed that ‘for the next four weeks he’s to spend time with each tenant of the building he’s working at and build a bond with them for an hour’ then being told details will arrive at his doorstep the next morning. Time skip to next morning, there’s a neat file on his doorstep along with his usual newspaper.
‘Under Community Familiarity Directive of 7.3 of the D.D.D’s neighbour engagement policy (drafted by Dr. Laverne’s behavioural unit) the doorman of xxx building is instructed to conduct structured, legally recorded “social visits” with each identified tenant, up to one hour per resident to help map persona baseline for anomaly detection.
