Yoongi swings his legs off the mattress ledge and gets to his feet. “Don’t grow up too fast, okay? Jiminie appa is going to be sad he missed it.” The bassinet is a mere four steps away; in under a second Yoongi has scooped his fussy kitten out and into the comfort of his arms with a theatrical grunt, Jihoon’s chubby, warm body melting against his chest.

Tried not to ogle at the sheer size of their Seocho-gu estate (that was something he’d never grown accustomed to). Tried not to ask too many questions. Stuck to the constraints of his contract—nothing more, nothing less.

“You don’t take me seriously,” Jimin’s inflection tilts into a growl, only to deepen when Yoongi automatically reacts and tilts his head in instinctual invitation, “Is that it?” He curls his chubby fingers over Yoongi’s hips and rocks him back, their bodies now pressed together. A crazed part of Jimin’s mind supplies that it’s a perfect fit, them.
“Relax, alpha,” Yoongi says on a breath, though his voice is anything but relaxed. “Not questioning you—just want you to fucking do something—smelling like you do and just standing there fuckin’—fucking doing nothing—"

Mingyu likes this Jihoon best, open in all the ways he says he isn't, gestures so quiet and filled with love that Mingyu suspects Jihoon doesn't know what to do with the way it overflows. So Jihoon malfunctions, like he's in front of ten cameras being forced to do aegyo instead of under the duvet where no one's watching but Mingyu.
