Chapter Text
it's june, almost to humid for any comfort but watching the little stream in front of him makes up for it, even if he is sweating like no tomorrow. he must've been staring at something for too long, hoseok - the boy who lights up yoongi's world and who seems like the sun it's self- was waving his hand over his face.
"wow, should i be worried right now?" hoseok asks quietly. he moves to stand by him. "you been standing there for like a whole two minutes." hoseok takes his hand in his, with a concern look on his face.
yoongi stares at the streams waves bumping against the big rocks before answering. hoseok knows his thinking about an answer. "nah, just wondering what kind of angle I should use. don't worry about seok-seok." or not.
yoongi knows hoseok understand. he known the boy half his life. from little reckless children who were barely getting to know about the world around them. to awkward teenagers who were enjoying their youth years. a little curious about everything, who were becoming more than just friends. to adults with responsibility and endless questions of all sorts. to who are they are now.
it's always been a bit funny to him, how hoseok can be everything. a thunderstorm with no high wind, but with soft simple drops of rain for the plants to grow and the flowers to bloom, with lightning in the sky that looks likes tree roots but never striking the ground, with the sun shining so bright after. he has a smile that will have the world tilt their head to look at him and his laugh will have the sun, the moon, and the stars laughing along with him.
"min yoongi." hoseok calls him. ah, hes in trouble now. "yeah, jung hoseok?" he turns his head towards him. hoseok has this look on his face like he can see through yoongi. when yoongi drops his gaze downwards, he sees that hoseok is holding his camera in his hands. this makes yoongi want to kiss him, everywhere he could reach. for now. "if you're going to continue to stare at whatever you are looking at, you better have this with you, mr. photogenic man."
"i love you so damn much, jung hoseok. did you know that?" he grabs hoseok jacket to pull towards him. hoseok seems suprised at the sudden movement but doesnt question it. he lets yoongi do what he wants. he knocks their mouth together, it hurts a little but it doesnt matter. they fit together perfectly, even if hoseok gots a couple of inches on yoongi.
hoseok moves his hand that doesn't have yoongi's camera up to cup his face. hoseok feels that tongue slide across his bottom lip, he instantly up his mouth. their tongues slide against each other, but yoongi seems to lick everywhere. anywhere he can seek, like mapping out his whole mouth. when yoongi moves against him, hoseok pulls away. yoongi groans. "what the fuck." he tries to kiss hoseok again, but hoseok puts his hand on him to stop him.
"hey, we have all night to do this, but not right now, its too fucking hot. i am sweating." he grabs his hand and squeezes it before handing him his camera. "now, would you please get on with whatever you were doing." he says before retreating a couple steps back.
yoongi takes the camera and starts to frown not because hoseok stops him from kissing him but because he can feel the heat now. "when we get home, we're continuing this." he points and waves between them before turning around.
he turns around, and looks up at the sky above them. a light shade of blue with small puff of clouds barely covering them. the sun shining so bright, just like hoseok, lighting the whole goddamn sky. he pulls the camera to his face and look, his camera helps him see the world a bit differently.
maybe he should start somewhere, go somewhere, where hoseok can go. the boy who means more than anything.
when he leaves next week for the first time, visiting another country. a foreign country, he will take hoseok with him. thats if what the boy wants to anyway, if hoseok decides to stay, he will bring back a story for him. for them.
