Chapter Text
“Stop!” Katsuki yelled as he chased after his perpetrator. Katsuki’s been chasing after the same person for months and somehow the little shit is able to slip out of his grasp every time they cross paths.
This time they met on the streets, Kousagi had noticed Katsuki pretty quickly and started running. They ran into a five-story building, in the rush to get inside Katsuki hadn’t caught the name of the building. Kousagi looked around and spotted stairs. He shot up the stairs faster than a bullet.
“God fucking dammit!” Katsuki cursed under his breath as he followed Kousagi to the third floor. “Kousagi!! Quit running and fight me!!” Katsuki yells stupidly, no villain in their right mind would stop midway their escape.
Kousagi had quickly ran over to a window, he giggled as he jumped out the window. Despite it being the third story, he still jumped like the lunatic he is. Katsuki rammed himself up against the open window to look down just as Kousagi turned, beautiful green eyes flashing as he disappeared into the night.
“Where the hell is my fucking backup?” Katsuki sneered as he shoved himself away from the window.
Katsuki was beyond furious.
--
“Guess what day it is?” Eijiro says as he flashes his Million-watt smile straight into Katsuki’s soul.
“It’s Saturday shitty hair,” Katsuki couldn’t hide the small smile that adorned his lips.
“And… Don’t we go drinking on Saturdays!! C’mon I’ll pay this time,” Katsuki was already ready for Eijiro’s begging so for once he agreed to go without a fight.
“YAY! I’ll Invite Kaminari, we’ll go to that new bar in town!” Kirishima jumped up and down in excitement, he reminded Katsuki of a child.
“All right when will we be leaving?” Katsuki asked.
Eijiro looked at the time, “In about an hour or so, I’ll text you the details.”
And then it was settled, a night out with the two most annoying people, maybe Katsuki should have declined instead of agreeing right off the bat.
Whatever, there are free drinks so Katsuki wouldn’t mind too much.
--
Katsuki had always been a man of complete order, anything out of place would drive him insane. He had cleaned his kitchen, made dinner, thrown his police uniform in the washing machine, and took a shower. He had decided to dress casually, Black tank top, and loose-fitting jeans, he even brought a jacket just in case. With that he hopped into his car and sped off to the bar Eijiro messaged him to go to.
Katsuki arrived about fifteen minutes early, already, he was regretting everything. Eijiro, Denki, and Hanta were all waiting at the door for him with huge dumb ass smiles that made Katsuki want to jump into a river and drown… Katsuki sighed, turned his car off, and got out. It was going to be a long night.
The bar was, surprisingly Katsuki’s style. It was dark, the walls were black but if you looked closely you’d see white specks splattered against them, there was a long line of dark red that ran across the bottom of the walls, the counter was also the same shade of red. There were beautiful lights hanging from the ceiling over the counter. The seats were clear, they were obviously made to reflect the floor. The floor was see through, underneath was a water tank with about ten jelly fish, there were neon lights flashing underneath. It was honestly breathtaking.
Katsuki let a small smile pass his face before he frowned, the idiots he came with were making a scene about the floor. Badly needing a drink, Katsuki took a seat on the stool in front of the counter, rather quickly a bartender meandered over to me. She has round cheeks, brown eyes and hair and a huge smile. It looked like shed talk to me forever if I let her. Katsuki couldn’t help but frown.
“What’ll you have sir,” She asks all too cheery. Katsuki was going to sear a hole into her pretty face with how much his red eyes glared into her soul.
“I’ll have Sazerac,” Katsuki said.
“Coming right up!” She cheerily spun around and went to work on my drink. Katsuki hadn’t noticed until now but the girl had neon streaks in her hair, it was fitting for the theme of the place.
Katsuki’s drink came faster than he expected, which was great, he needed alcohol in his system before one of the goons he works with come by and bother him.
Seems he spoke… or thought too soon because after he thought that Eijiro came and sat by him. Katsuki took a swing of his drink and looked over at the smiling idiot. “What?” Katsuki growled.
Eijiro’s smile only grew, “Theres this cute boy with curly hair staring at you, I just thought I’d say something because your too busy glaring at a glass of alcohol.”
Katsuki scoffed and took another sip, he’d need a refill soon but he can already feel his muscles relaxing. “Yea? Well if curls wants to fucking talk to me instead of staring at my ass, he can,” Katsuki said smoothly.
In the corner of his eye, he watched Eijiro wave at the little fucker and beckon him over. Quickly Katsuki flagged down a bartender, there were only two working, this time he got the male counterpart of the girl. The bartender was tall, a bit buff looking, with black hair, and glasses. “Can I get a refill?” The bartender takes a look at what’s left of my drink and starts on a new one. No questions asked. Katsuki smirked, he’s starting to like this place.
That train of thought was brutally murdered, set on fire, chewed up and spit out faster than the speed of light because now there was a little green haired fuck sitting right next to him. That wasn’t the problem, Katsuki wasn’t that much of a dick, its just… The guy was staring at him.
Katsuki turned on his chair to look at the boy, He was short, dark green curly hair, the right side slightly slicked back, he was cute. Katsuki even noticed some freckles too. But what striked Katsuki’s interests were his eyes. Bright green and all too familiar. Katsuki scowled and turned so he could complain at the bartender for taking too long but, his drink was already there, sitting in front of him. When the fuck did that get there?
Katsuki picked up his drink and turned back the stranger sitting next to him. Katsuki can’t help but look at him. He’s wearing a white button-down shirt with a red tie and a black vest, it kinda suits him too. “What the fuck do you want fuzz ball?”
The frizzy haired guy smirks, throwing Katsuki completely off guard. “That’s no way to talk to people, you should be nicer.”
Katsuki could feel his anger, as he frowned more then he already was. “You have no fucking right to tell me how the fuck to talk to people,” Katsuki downed the rest of his drink, he needed more. So, he ordered another drink, which came just as fast as the others. Luckily Katsuki could feel himself relaxing with every sip of the cold beverage.
“I’m sorry, just thought you’d like to know. Angry drunks are always the ones who need help with communication,” The little fuck said, with a fucking smirk. He was even paying with his drink like he was fucking bored.
Katsuki was going to lose his shit. The loud mouth kept blabbering on about how bad I am with people. He doesn’t know shit about me, Katsuki took a drink. “And who the fuck are you,” Katsuki sneered, The stranger could feel death looming over him.
“Oh, I’m Midoriya Izuku, and your name?” Midoriya says with a cocky grin on his face, Katsuki took another drink before replying.
“Bakugou Katsuki,” Katsuki replied through gritted teeth. Midoriya just smirked wider. Katsuki finished off his drink. Katsuki had silently promised himself that he would control himself tonight, and if that meant dealing with this little shit, he would do it.
Katsuki willed himself to make conversation. “So, what brings you here?”
"PORN?!?" Eijiro yelled from across the entire bar, Katsuki couldn't help smile at his friends antics. With that, Katsuki relaxed a little more.
“Ah I just wanted to drink, with that said I need to order some shots,” Midoriya jumps up and catches the attention of the girl bartender. He orders 10 shots, half whiskey, the other half tequila. He turns and says, “Lets see who drinks their five faster.”
Katsuki stared at Midoriya, If the little shit wanted a challenge, he'd be more than happy to kick his ass. "Alright, ill take Whiskey," He says to the bartender.
Their shots came quickly, Katsuki had gotten Eijiro to count down for them. Adrenalin pumped through Katsuki, he couldn't lie and say he wasn't a little bit tipsy. The word 'Go' echoed in his mind and he threw back the shots, careful not to break the glass he slammed set the shot glasses down. After his last one he swiftly turned to see Izuku had already finished.
"That was fu-" Izuku said but couldn't finish the words.
"Rematch," Katsuki cut off angrily. "Now," He turned to the bartender, who had already gone to work on the next set of drinks.
The rematch ended the same as the first time. Eijiro was pulled away mid battle but Katsuki was too busy to notice anyway. "Aww, too bad huh, Can I pay?" Izuku asked the bartender. He payed for his drinks and looked back at Katsuki.
Izuku hopped out of his chair, grabbed onto Katsuki and pulled him out of his chair. The room swirled with bright neon colors, Katsuki suddenly didn't like the floor as much as he did before. Slowly the room stopped spinning, and Midoriya was pulling him to the dancefloor, which was surprisingly empty.
"Can you dance?" Midoriya asked as he put his hand on Katsuki's hip.
Katsuki brushed his hand off, "Of course I can."
Midoriya rolled his hips suggestively and backed up with a smirk, "Then dance."
Katsuki surprisingly listened to him, lightly bobbing his head to the beat. The song fit his mood quite nicely. Midoriya was another story, he was staring straight at Katsuki. He smirked at the look on Katsuki's face and moved closer, grabbing Katsuki's and spinning Katsuki so fast he didn't realize he was pressed against a wall till the fuzz ball was pushed up against him. Katsuki's hands end up on his waist. "Your no fun, lets play a game. I know who Kousagi is, If you can find him by the end of June I'll have him turn himself in.. If you cant. Well.. Then you owe me your life." The boy giggles.
"What the hell? Who is he? Wher-" Katsuki was cut off by Midoriya kissing him.
"I don't want your friends to find out about this, don't say a word or I'll find you," Midoriya playfully says, but something about those glowing green eyes chills Katsuki to the bone.
"Ok," Katsuki says and gulps.
"Good," Midoriya says as he leans up to kiss Katsuki again. Midoriya's chapped lips pressed greedily against Katsuki's. Just when Katsuki was goin to kiss him back, Midoriya backed away. "Bye," And just like that, he was gone.
Midoriya knew Kousagi, and Katsuki was so drunk.
