Work Text:
He had drifted for years and on.
The Ultimate being prayed and prayed, until it was granted.
Releasing him from limbo and into death.
The answer was his punishment.
Kars was relieved yet horrified. For he was born as being who did not feared the sun; a human.
Recollection of his past came to him naturally. It wasn’t anything dramatic. The memories were like a rolling fog, reaching him in silence. It didn’t take too long for Kars to grasp his own identity.
But unlike his past self, he relinquish the idea of becoming the Ultimate being. He could walk down the streets and be unafraid of the sun crumbling him, not to mention, immortality is overrated.
He had desperately wanted death when he became an asteroid whom wondered the space for eons; for now a numbered life seemed ideal.
Kars had born into a rich family in Italy. He respected his parents but did not loved them; despite their good nature and affection he kept them a bay. For some reason, love was something he refused for others and himself. Anyhow, although he was at present Kars hunted for the past. Becoming an archeologist, it was rather strange. Looking back at the old relics that once he used to own, had become alien to him. Kars knew it was foolish, to grab on to the past. But this time, he had nothing to lose. Because he had become a stranger in the world he once master over.
------------------------------
It was late. But the city never slumbered.
Kars was informed of an artifact that was carried at the museum in New York. It was ancient item donated by British archeologist named Jonathan. He was a rich man from 18th century who discovered Kars' stone mask. Immediately the university he worked for flew him the very next day. New York was strange place to Kars. It was too loud and smelled of chlorine. Despite the complaints, it was only for couple of days and he could handle that.
Normally he would be in his room. But this time, the mysterious beauty found himself at the hotel bar.
The establishment was high class yet festive. He needed the noise, for Kars developed a habit because of the isolation of space; he hated silence. They were too cruel and ugly to him. Because of it, Kars grabbed his paperwork and set himself in the booth at the corner of the bar. The window seat had provided him a marvelous sights of sky scrapers and rushing crowds down below.
Kars ordered himself a bottle of overpriced Cabernet and focused on his work.
Well, he could if people stopped approaching him.
He had arrived at the bar less then an hour and already multiple strangers attempted to flirt or get him in bed with them. Kars will admit that he still has his other worldly beauty with him. Professors at the university often remarked that Kars was more beautiful then the statue of Venus. Flattering indeed, but attention wasn’t what Kars seek that night.
As Kars brushed through another article, a man approached him.
“Hey there sweetheart, instead of sipping on that cheap wine why don’t you drink something high quality stuff like me?”
He then pointed down toward his own crotch.
Kars mentally sighed.
Utterly foolish.
He gave a quick glance at the man before him. The guy looked like rich snub who thinks money can get him anything and anyone he wanted.
Dismissing the suitor, Kars retorted.
“I tend to favor a man who thinks with his brain, not his crotch. You have already wasted enough of my time. Now if you excuse, I have something important to review.”
The spectators hoot and hollered at Kars' harsh words with delight.
The rich snub growled and stomped away.
“Fine! Who need stuck up man bitch like you anyway?!”
Crowds who kept their eyes on the scene hissed at the burn the sour loser received. While the bar tender took another tally.
Hottie at the window seat = 30 points
Suitors = 0 points
Everyone stared at Kars with lust and wonder.
Who could this mysterious and beautiful stranger be?
How would they know?
They could never comprehend it.
Kars glanced at his own reflection from the window. He still had his wild, silky kinky hair. But he had it wrapped underneath his head wrap. This would heighten features of his beautiful face. He no longer possessed his horns and the golden headband. He did had his ear piercing, but they were small diamond nubs. Unlike his previous life, his beautifully sculpted body was covered. Concealed with pale shirt and lilac beige suits.
Despite his concealment, it could not hide his flawless beauty. Anyone he met was drawn to him like a moth flying toward flames.
How tiring.
Ignoring the crowds, Kars focused on the night sky.
It was snowing in New York.
Snow, fragile as a whisper. The once wet and loud city seem to simmer down. Peace that captivated him felt unreal.
The only reason he came to New York was because he wanted to experience a nostalgia. Kars shamefully admitted it. Perhaps seeing his old project would strengthen his fading memories.
If that was the case, he could have visited his home Land. But the historians called his home, or time line Mesoamerica. And no, he hasn’t returned to his old home.
It was obvious that everything had changed and he won’t be able to recognize anything. Such thought brought unnecessary emotions. Kars took another sip from his Bryant wine. Sweet, bitter, fruity and it flow down his throat like glass marbles.
Kars wondered if the wines he used to drink to match up to what he had in his hand. When Kars gazed into the window again, he almost choked.
There was a reflection of Phantom.
A man whom he buried in his heart and memories.
Kars’ mouth felt extremely dry.
Esidisi….
Oh he barely changed.
That alluring blue eyes, his bright, striking tattoo, and that awfully familiar smirk.
And….was he chugging down a pint of beer?
Kars snapped his head back toward the bars.
Great Star….it was him!
Esidisi ….
Barely above whisper, Kars murmured to himself in disbelief.
“Was he…..reborn as a human too?”
It took everything in Kars not to run up and kiss him ferociously.
Esidisi wore a tight black shirt that shamelessly showed off his biceps. He wore a baggy dark green jeans and worn out leather boots. He had black, round gauges instead of hoop earrings. But he still had the nose ring! Traded the grand crown away, Esidisi fashioned a simple red bandana on his head. He was surrounded by many whom cheered as he inhaled the alcohol. When there wasn’t a drop left in the cup, Esidisi slammed down the cup and wiped his mouth behind his hand.
Esidisi turned and Kars realized that their gaze locked.
With a confidence of a king, Esidisi stride towards him. Without hesitation the dark, handsome man slide next to Kars on the booth. The spectators in the bar focused, they wanted to see if the tattooed man would get lucky or burned.
Giving Kars his best smile, Esidisi wiggled his brow less ridge.
“Hey there love, did you get hurt when you fell from heaven?”
Dear God. Kars had heard lame pick up line but what Esidisi threw at him was just cheesy and sad. Group of the rejected suitors knew what was coming. A sharp lash no doubt!
In Kars' case, he bite down a smile forming on his lips. Human or not, Esidisi was still himself.
Setting the cup down Kars answered him.
“I don’t know. I think I died before I crash landed on Earth.”
That might be partially true.
But in Esidisi's case he didn’t know how to respond. Was the beauty giving him a chance or rejecting him?
Well, it was good try I guess . Thanks to the power of alcohol.
Esidisi was making a dumb face which resembled a duck. It was one of the face Kars secretly adored.
Could he tell Esidisi the truth? That both of them once were powerful, immortal beings who were born again as a mere human being?
Of course not.
Holding his tongue is a must. One thing he knew was that Kars refused to loss Esidisi again.
First thing first, Kars questioned the man.
“Do you drink wine?”
A chance! Or was it a trap? Esidisi decided to take a chance and answered honestly.
“Occasionally.”
Nodding Kars motioned at the waiter.
“Bring me another cup, would you please?”
Esidisi curiously watched as another glass was handed to Kars. Pouring the dark, rich liquid in to the cup, Kars slide it to Esidisi.
“It’s Bryant Family wine. Is that alright?”
Holy Shit!
The tattooed man pointed himself.
“For me?”
“Do you not like this brand?”
Shaking his head, Esidisi happily took the glass.
“No it’s fine. Thanks!”
This wine was worth at least his six month rent of his condo!
Internally, the hunk was squealing.
Wow! The mysterious hottie bought him a drink! Or at least sharing a drink. Spectators watch Esidisi with gapped mouth as he tried the ridiculously expensive grape juice.
While he took a sip, Esidisi noticed the documents Kars was reading over and recognized an item.
“Huh, the stone masks.”
Kars studied him calmly.
“You know about them?”
Taking the paper for closer look, Esidisi chatted excitedly.
“F**k yeah! I’m nut about this stuff!”
Handing the paper back to Kars, Esidisi gave him a toothy grin.
“I’m a historian! I travel and write about ancient weapons and warfare. I was looking for a new stuff to write about, and I thought the Mesoamerica Stone mask was unique.”
Kars poured himself another drink.
“I’m an archeologist, I was called to New York so that I may examine one of the masks.”
That got Esidisi sparkly eyed.
“You’re an archeologist?”
Hearing that the mysterious hottie had same interests as himself was a extra bonus for Esidisi. Scooting closer, Esidisi stretched and placed his arm behind the booth. Esidisi was almost touch Kars’ shoulders and the beauty allowed it.
Glancing at the paper then back at Kars, Esidisi smiled with anticipation.
“Wanna tell me about them?”
His flirting was obvious but his curiosity was genuine.
Typical of his lover really.
Sitting up straighter and Kars moved around the papers.
“It’s believed that there was an ancient race in Mesoamerica. Race whom lived in caves, for sun light was deadly to them. They never ventured under the sun, instead they prefer to continue their life under the moon.”
Esidisi swallowed a large gulp of wine without refinement.
“Why? Were they vampires or something?”
Kars chuckled.
“Who knows? But legend has it that they were very advance. People had called them gods or demons. These race lived almost thousands of years, highly intelligent and powerful.”
The silent but very attentively intrigued Esidisi encouraged Kars to continue.
“They were matriarch society, and same time people who valued warriors and keeping up with peace. Oh, and since they lived for long time procreation was rare.”
Esidisi kept smiling and gushed.
“Wow. That’s amazing. I haven’t heard about these ancient race, what are they called?”
It felt strange that Kars was explaining their own race to Esidisi, but a little education won’t hurt.
“The historian who discovered a statue of the race in Mexico pyramid called them the Pillar Men.”
Esidisi tried out the strange name.
“Pillar Men.”
Kars pulled out a old photo among the documents.
“There was a single Pillar men statue found in Mexico, but it was stolen by the Nazis during World War 2.”
Esidisi nodded as he studied the photo.
“This dude has awesome armor! But why did the Nazis stole it?”
The smaller man shrugged.
“They had often stole arts and items from other nations, I assume they were collecting items from other nation for their Ayranian museum of Achievements.”
While Esidisi gave him back the photo Kars went on.
“There was Three Pillar Men statues in Italy. But during the bomb raid, the museum was destroyed.”
Kars didn’t had the photo of their old slumber location. But he did had a written document. Esidisi leaned toward Kars and traced over the lines of the record.
“Uh, what does it say? I can’t read Italian.”
Kars shrugged.
“It’s a statement that the Statue had surfaced during High Roman Empire. It was large and the three Pillar men were covered in gold and precious stones.”
That sounded really neat to Esidisi. Heck he would really like to see it for himself. Too bad it was destroyed long time ago.
Tilting his head back, Esidisi pressed the wine glass against his own lips.
“Isn’t there any surviving statues of the Pillar men?”
There was mysterious glint in Kars’ eyes.
“I’m glad you asked.”
He produced another photo and allowed Esidisi to study it. The photo was within another dark cave. Surface of the caves had been carved out to resemble three large heads of people, and not too far from it was another smaller face. The sculpture was terrifying, monstrous and utterly beautiful.
Esidisi was in awe.
“Amazing.”
Kars agreed.
“There’s a legend behind that cave carving. It happens to be my favorite, would like to hear it?”
The tattooed man wiggled on his seat like excited child. He also motioned at the waiter.
“Hey could we get two Chocolate Cake with chocolate ganache with sea salt?”
Turning to Kars, he winked.
“My treat.”
After the waiter jot down the order and walked away, Kars begin.
“Do you see the top two sculpture?”
Kars pointed at the photo and Esidisi’s eyes followed his finger.
“Yes.”
The first two was the largest and also equal in size.
“The three horned pillar man, he searched for a cure so that his people may walk under the light. He wanted to conquer the sun.”
Esidisi examined the three horned being. Even though it was prehistorical sculpture, it was marvelously done. Unlike the rest of three heads, the three horned pillar man was more refined and charismatic. Behind the large sculpture, the cut stone made Esidisi think of sun light bursting forth. As Esidisi was lost in thought, the archeologist spoke on.
“It has been theorized that he was the one who created the stone mask. Despite his effort, his tribe rejected such idea. All except one. The five horned.”
Unlike the three horned figure, the five horned sculpture was rugged and had dangerous look about him. A deep scowl. And yet something told Esidisi that his creature was playful, because the figure wore a smirk. It was wearing a nose ring. Unlike the three horned pillar man who had a divine atmosphere, Esidisi got the hunch that the five horned one was a seasoned warrior. Behind the head sculpture was carved out surface which indicated flames. Decorative reason? No, he was sure it was some sort of symbolism. However, what Esidisi did not understand was that from the warrior’s eye had tear marks running down from his face.
That was incredibly interesting! Not many cultures used expression on their sculpture until the Hellenistic era! The historian within Esidisi was impressed!
“What a bizarre looking fellow.”
Pointing at the second sculpture, there was enduring look on Kars’ face.
“You believe he looks strange?”
“Kinda.”
There was small chuckle from Kars.
“Well, I think he's handsome.”
Smirking, Esidisi motioned at the strange looking pillar men
“Why is he crying then?”
Kars simply answered.
“It means he’s passionate.”
Shrugging, Esidisi pointed at the three horned being.
“If you want to know my opinion, I think this guy is the better looker.”
A smile tugged in corners of Kars’ lips, but he stopped himself. Instead of commenting, he continued with the story.
“The five horned whole heartedly agreed with the three horned. To the point when the whole tribe tried to killed the three horned, the five horned pillar man was willing massacre their entire race.”
Esidisi raised his brow ridge and whistled.
“That’s quiet a commitment.”
Pouring another drink to Esidisi's nearly empty glass, Kars agreed.
“Indeed it was. The two of them raised two infants, and turned them into mighty warriors. The single horned and two horned pillar men are them.”
Esidisi respectfully nodded.
“They traveled for many years to find a cure. But were forced to hibernate after a long hard battle. When they woke up again, it would be their last moment.”
“Yeah?”
Kars no longer stared at the photo, he focused on the man before him.
“The warriors of light, from the Hamon tribe came to stop them. For what pillar men seek would corrupt the balance in the world.”
Esidisi sipped on the Cabernet, but his sight never left Kars.
“How so?”
Without Esidisi noticing, Kars let out a shaky exhale.
“Because, in order for the pillar men to be under the light, they must obtain all life forces. It can sustain to be under the sun light, however what they would do will cause utter destruction of the life on the planet. Creatures of darkness are in the shadows for a reason. And the foolish three horned being wanted the sun light despite everything he was gifted with.”
Esidisi rubbed at his chin.
“Hmm. That’s a pity.”
“Wait until you hear the end. It gets tragic.”
“Um. Ok.”
“The five horned decided to duel against the most powerful Hamon warrior. Just so that he's comrades could advance. But it was all in vain. He was completely destroyed.”
There was a knot in Kars' throat, but he pressed on.
“The three horned promised vengeance for his fallen comrades. He wanted to killed the Hamon warrior. Despite his best underling fought heroically, and even though the three horned could finally walk under the light he was eternally damned. The Hamon warrior had placed him in eternal limbo. So that he may exist in isolation, no death will brush him. He was to be there until his sanity would turn into dust.”
Esidisi cringed.
“Ouch. That’s rather harsh ending. How is this your favorite story?”
Why? Because….
Looking down at the photo, Kars fingered at the five horned sculpture.
“It’s because of him. I don’t understand him at all.”
Esidisi frowned at that.
“What do you mean?”
Sighing, Kars spoke slowly.
“Why would the five horned warrior did all that for the three horned? Why? He knew it was a walk on the path of hell and utter anguish. The whole world was against them, then why?”
Chuckling, Esidisi shook his head.
“Babe, this is your favorite legend and you still don’t know? It’s really obvious.”
In low tone, Kars questioned the stranger with familiar face.
“Then tell me. What was his reason?”
Puffing his chest out proudly, Esidisi hummed.
“To me, I’m pretty sure that five horned loved the three horned. To the point he didn’t mind sacrificing everything, including his own life.”
Kars remained motionless as Esidisi spoke out.
“I’m don’t really understand it myself but from what you are telling me I can feel how this guy was really devoted. The tear marks on his face, you told me it represented his passion. Rightly so! And let me tell you if it wasn’t love, five horned wouldn’t have massacred his own people. I mean, if someone I love was being ganged up on I would be pissed mad too.”
Nodding mostly himself, Esidisi beamed.
“Yeah. This guy is alright in my book. Personally, I think you’re smitten by his devotion and unfailing love for the three horned.”
Esidisi was trying to tease but then again, something bothered him.
“But I can’t help thinking about what happened to three horned. Fated to drift in Oblivion until he’s drowned in madness. That’s f**ked up man. Ha.. is it silly that I’m actually worried about a legendary character?”
While he tried to laugh it off, Esidisi saw something strange. The mysterious beauty had rather complicated expression, also his eyes were glazed. As if he was about to….
Just before Esidisi could reach out to Kars, someone came between them.
“Here’s the cake you ordered sir.”
Thankfully because of the waiter blocking Esidisi’s view, Kars quickly wiped away at the gathering tears in his eyes.
Fool….even now….you still have concerns over me? I had failed you and yet….
Composing himself, Kars focused on Esidisi before him. Whom did not possessed any memories of his past.
Smiling, this time it was Esidisi who poured him a glass.
“The cake tastes great with the wine.”
Taking a mouthful of his own share, Esidisi motioned at Kars.
“You’re a great story teller. It felt like you were there to witness everything.”
Kars slowly stabbed at the cake.
“It’s because I appreciate their legend that’s all.”
Putting the sweet, chocolaty dessert in his mouth Kars chewed. And watched. Esidisi was happily eating and drinking. How his comrade became accustomed to simple living. It almost felt like a lie. Here he was, sitting beside him and not knowing their past.
The truth.
Should he be mad?
How come Esidisi was born with ignorance? However, even with memories he still had the same spirit and….
Same love.
Putting the fork down, Kars drank up his wine. The chocolate cake and the Cabernet was extremely wonderful combination. Often Esidisi would eat and smile at him. Kars set the wine cup down and focused on the tattooed man.
“Let me make a confession.”
Half chewing, Esidisi blinked.
“Uh, sure?”
“You resemble him. The five horned.”
A smirk formed on Esidisi's lips.
“Really now? If I recall right, you called him handsome.”
“Oh did I?”
It dawned on Esidisi that the gorgeous archeologist was being playful. Before sipping on the wine again, he pointed toward Kars’ unfinished cake slice.
“Aren’t you going to eat it?”
Kars rested his chin on his palm.
“You look sweet enough, could I have you instead?”
Esidisi nearly snorted the wine out through his nose. When he finished chocking out, he made sure the beauty wasn’t messing with him.
This time, Kars wanted to be the one offering. It had always been Esidisi in the past. But now, Kars thought it would be for him to flirt.
Licking at his own full, luscious lips Kars gave Esidisi a seductive gaze.
“There's too much people, should we carry on our conversation in the privacy of my bed chamber?”
Esidisi's eyes widen.
F**K. YES.
With in three minutes, Esidisi had the cakes boxed and paid. So did Kars, he gathered the documents while the waiter ran the card for the wine.
Getting out of the booth, Esidisi boldly wrapped his arms around Kars’ waist and drew him close.
Normally he could have shrugged him off, but that’s not what Kars wanted. Instead placed his hand over Esidisi’s and lead the way.
“Come now.”
As they existed, Kars felt the spectators eyes lingering on them with bewilderment. Just then the bartender changed the score on the chalk board.
The Tattooed guy = Definitely scoring.
-------------------------------
It took few minutes to get up to the hotel room that Kars was staying in. During those moments, Esidisi would steal silent glance at Kars. Usually he was a chatty guy but this time he was being awfully shy.
Well of course. Although I know him, to Esidisi I am a perfect stranger.
They took the elevator and Kars pressed 69. That’s when Esidisi decided to break the silence.
“You uh, are you in relationship?”
Kars peered over at the taller man.
“Are you?”
Esidisi fondled at the to go bow with cake inside.
“I had couple of flings in the past years, but nothing serious.”
The fact that someone else had their grubby hand on Esidisi displeased Kars. But he knew he couldn’t blame Esidisi on that. In Kars’ case, relationship was never worth his time so he never pursued it.
“I never had relationship. Or dated anyone.”
“Yeah?”
“Never kissed either.”
The Tattooed man's eyes widen and gestured at Kars’ whole body.
“Wait you serious? But you’re hot!”
Kars unintentionally chuckled at Esidisi's reaction.
“That doesn’t mean anything.”
“Wait… if you haven’t kissed then… are you a virgin?”
There was a calm yet shy smile from Kars. Before Esidisi could remark, there was a ring.
The elevator reminded them that it was time to get off.
As if he was enchanted, Esidisi followed Kars into the long hallway of gold and turquoise. Esidisi felt his heart was racing. What did the beauty had in store for him? Kars was the first to entered the room, and he motioned for Esidisi to follow.
The room was no doubt, high class. With giant windows that show cased the beauty of New York. Against the dark night drop, the falling snows we’re illuminated by the city lights. On the living space we’re black and gold leather sofas, giant flat screen TV and sleek kitchen.
Setting the boxed cake down on a counter, Esidisi whistled.
“Wow. This must be the loyal suites.”
But Kars didn’t let him explore nor turned on the lights. Instead he grabbed Esidisi by the collar and smashed their lips together. The tattooed man was first taken back by his ferocity, yet regardless enjoyed it. He cradled Kars’ face with both hands and shoved his tongue inside. The two of them lapped and licked each other until they ran out of oxygen.
Curses! That was never an issue in their past lives!
They had to pull away and Kars saw that Esidisi’s passion had inflamed. There was the glow in his eyes that wanted to consume Kars. Clicking his tongue, Esidisi shook his index finger at Kars.
“You lied to me babe. You kiss like deep sea diver.”
Kars hummed and tugged at his head wrap. Instantly his long kinky hair fell across his shoulders like glistering river. That caused Esidisi to pause. He knew the archeologist was a major hottie but with his hair down, he was gorgeous. While Esidisi was bewitched, Kars wrapped his arms around Esidisi's neck and returned for another kiss.
This time, the historian was ready.
Unlike the first kiss, the second kiss was slow and smooth. Their lips carefully over lapped and touched, as if they were dancers who tried not to step on each other’s toes. Esidisi pulled Kars gently into his arms and offered his warmth. Kars realized how cold the living room is. Pulling away, Kars eyed at the door.
“Shall we?”
Before he could walk toward the bedroom, Esidisi stopped him.
“Wait. I... need to ask you something.”
“What is it?”
Swallowing thickly, Esidisi frowned.
“I...I don’t know why...I know I never met you. I mean, if I had met someone as stunning as you, I would remember. But, I don’t know how, I know your name somehow.”
Kars eyes widen. And within the dark, tranquil blue space Kars carefully questioned him.
“Then tell me my name.”
Esidisi slowly tried out a foreign name.
“Kars...isn’t it? And...o.k this is crazy, but maybe you also know my-”
“Esidisi.”
That made almost made the historian’s mouth drop on to the floor.
“Holy Shit, how?”
Kars could only sigh.
He wanted to tell Esidisi so badly. But that was only dragging out a dead skin. Thing were a new. They had received their second chance. So why taint it with the past?
Smiling with reassurance, Kars held Esidisi’s hand.
“Who knows? Maybe we are kindred spirit.”
The hold on Kars’ hand strengthen as Esidisi returned the hold.
“Maybe....we knew each other in another life.”
Yes.... my love .... even after all those years, you could not stay away from me.....
Kars didn’t answer that, instead pulled Esidisi into bed chamber
----------------------------
It was the fastest shower Esidisi took in his life, but he made sure he got all the nooks and crannies. For now he only had his pants on and was sitting on the bed. Kars sure took his time though.
But honest to God, it was weird when he first saw Kars in the bars. Esidisi had always been a flirt and had few lovers, but when he laid his eyes on Kars, Esidisi felt his heart swell. As if there was a fire work bursting inside of his soul.
At first Esidisi tried to convince himself that it was indigestion. But as time went by, he was compelled to talk to this beauty.
But who could have thought that it would lead up to this?
There was a gentle creek to the bathroom door, and Esidisi found himself immediately standing up. Kars gracefully approached the rugged historian. Wearing nothing but a white shirt. Without hesitation, Kars on his tippy toes wrapped his arms around Esidisi’s neck. For Esidisi his hands traveled down to Kars’ side to cupping Kars’ round, firm ass.
Esidisi whispered.
"F**k...is this actually happening? I’m not having a wet dream like some 15-year-old, am I?”
Kars too, had dreamt of this moment. Being back in Esidisi’s arms.
“It’s more than a dream. It’s answered prayer.”
Standing where they were, a passionate kiss broke out between them.
Esidisi !...My Esidisi !!!!
How he had longed for him in the darkest space. How he had wished to see his face again. Before he stopped thinking, Kars prayed to the Gods. That if he could do it all over again, it would be different. That he would never abuse the trust, loyalty and love Esidisi had offered to him all those thousands of years ago. If he was given another chance, he would make it right. And pay Esidisi back with tall the love he had given him.
Kars would cry, curse and beg...until.
He felt Esidisi pulling away from the kiss. The handsome historian worriedly watched Kars and thumbed at his eyes.
“Kars...you alright? You’re crying.”
The beauty with long kinky hair didn’t answer him. All he just wanted was to kiss and make Esidisi feel good. And he’ll do just that.
Kars launched on to Esidisi, clearly understanding what Kars wanted, he kissed him back as well. Between the kisses, Esidisi tugged down on his own pants and... Kars noticed the type of undergarment Esidisi was wearing.
“Oh.”
It was tight, black thong.
Esidisi sheepishly grinned and scratched his head.
“Bit much?”
“No, not at all. I prefer thongs as well.”
It was undeniably a habit and preference they carried from previous life.
While Esidisi dropped his thongs, Kars watched the naked man before him. Despite the fact that they were human, Esidisi’s body barely changed. It was well sculpted, muscular and glorious. All the dip and hard muscle to soft muscle, Kars remembered it all. Esidisi of course, knew that Kars was checking him out so the bigger man gave him a wink.
“Your turn babe.”
Taking a step closer to Esidisi, Kars begins to undo the button of his shirt. He revealed his body to the man he loved. Esidisi’s eyes traced Kars’ form from top to....
Wait....
His eyes widen with shock. Esidisi blinked multiple times just to understand that he was seeing. Kars had massive pectoral muscle, they were big, yes but it was man. But down there was...of female?
Esidisi tilted his head like a confused puppy.
“Are you a Greek god?”
Aztec god, but you were close.
Kars tossed his shirt aside.
“You mean, Hermaphroditus?”
The tattooed man nodded and stared at Kars. The being before him was flawlessly gorgeous, it was beauty exceeding both man and woman.
“I swear, you must be angel or fairy or something. You can’t be real.”
Kars softly chuckled at the flatteries.
“Aren’t you charming? But to correct you I’m rarer then angel or fairies. I’m what they called a true Hermaphrodite.”
Yup, when he was reborn in to the world, the universe had to make a decision for the ultimate being. What kind of human would he be? Man or woman? One or the other won’t quiet match up to an Ultimate being. So, he came to this world as a hermaphrodite.
“Do you have problem with that Esidisi?”
Taking Kars’ palm, Esidisi kissed the top of his hand.
“Not at all.”
They were pulled together like a magnet, and their bodies perfectly lined with each other. Kars reached up and scratched the area were Esidisi’s horns used to be. The tattooed man jolted but gradually, leaned into the touch.
“Sh-shit that feel good.”
Kars knew all the spots Esidisi enjoyed. The archeologist purred at the historian.
“Esidisi, you’re beautiful.”
“Nu?”
It should be Esidisi telling Kars that, not the other way around. Esidisi kissed Kars neck and nibbled at Kars’ ears.
“What are you talking about? You’re the pretty one here.”
His smirk grew as he felt Kars shivering in his arms.
“Like being praised huh? Heeh. You’re lucky I’m good with lip service. So divine Kars, everything about you is utterly gorgeous. So perfect. The gods took long, extra time crafting you into life.”
Kars moaned and left traces of hickey on Esidisi’s neck. The tattooed historian moved down and firmly pinched and sucked on Kars’ protruding, pink nipple. Kars was sure Esidisi did not knew, but that spot was a place that Kars enjoyed the most. At least Esidisi’s body remembered. Esidisi shamelessly humped on Kars thighs which caused him to tease.
“Aren’t you eager?”
“Guilty as charged.”
But it was only Esidisi who was getting aroused, Kars felt the growing heat in between his leg. Ah...it was strange yet expected. Kars only desired for his mate, and no one else. By this point, Kars was pumping at Esidisi’s thick cock. From the lower region of his shaft, Kars drew out a one long pump and thumbed at the bright, head of the cock. That caused Esidisi’s ass to tighten and curl his toe. That felt amazing. It was almost as if Kars knew how his body worked. Esidisi wanted to make sure that Kars wasn’t left out, so he gently reached inside of Kars. The archeologist jolted. No one has ever touched him there before and trying to accustom himself to it was a challenge. Thankfully Esidisi noticed the twitch on Kars eyes.
“You got any lube?”
Kars nodded and pulled out a coconut oil from the drawer. Popping the cap, Esidisi poured himself a generous amount on his hand. He palmed it for a minute to warm it up. Then bringing Kars into almost an embrace, Esidisi gently stretched Kars from the inside. Kars knitted his brow and he felt his mouth dry.
No good, he wanted to focus on something else. He too helped himself with the oil and squeezed in on Esidisi’s hot cock. The muscular man’s shoulder twitched upon the contact.
“Ah. Cold.”
Oops, unlike Esidisi who warmed it up, Kars directly applied to him.
“My apologies.”
“Nah, it’s cool. You aren’t experienced so it’s fine.”
Kars used both of his hands to apply the oil on Esidisi’s growing cock, while the other stretched Kars open with his digits. Between them, kiss took place. Both of them were eager to taste each other. And there was a greed and unfathomable hunger. Kars moaned at being stretched, but really, fingers weren’t what he desired. He wanted Esidisi’s fat cock.
And Esidisi would thrust into Kars’ palm, but he knew that it was good enough. He needed a tightness, like Kars. Turning Kars around, Esidisi slammed his naked body against the cold window.
The beautiful archeologist gasped at the coldness, but was immediately comforted with heat from Esidisi’s body.
Panting, Esidisi spoke with low, husky voice.
“Sh-shit...Kars...I can’t wait, I-”
No. It was Kars who was growing impatient. He waited for thousand years in the space, all alone just praying that one day this could happen again. Kars felt from his own throbbing entrance, the arousal liquid was running down to his feet.
“Do it my love, make me yours.”
Esidisi then pushed Kars’s leg apart with his feet. Which caused the beauty to bent down. His head and chest were pressed on to the cold window while he presented his lovely entrance to Esidisi. The bigger man guided his lube covered cock to Kars’ opening. And without any warning, he thrusted inside.
Yes! Yes! Yes!
This was what Kars wanted. This is was he had begged for!
As Kars was getting f**ked relentlessly from behind, he saw the city life below him. Snow was falling down relentlessly. The people who were walking down below, did they know what was happening? Of course not. They were way, way down. In the late hours, the pedestrians were walking faster to get away from the cold. While in Kars’s case, he thrusted back so that his own entrance could be Esidisi in half way.
Esidisi used one hand to hold firmly on Kars’ love handle while the other on Kars’ large chest. The smaller beauty reached over and guided Esidisi’ head toward him.
“Kiss me Esidisi....”
Without hesitation, Esidisi granted Kars’ wish.
Esidisi shoved his tongue inside Kars and their teeth clashed and their tongues mashed. The historian felt his blood boiling.
Sure, he had sex before. But it never drove him over to edge in such way.
Why? He had no answer? Yet whatever it maybe, he didn’t want to stop. He wanted to keep on doing this. Being inside of Kars. How did the guy know anyway? Kars was matching up perfectly to his tempo of the thrust. He was hot, tight, and wet. Just the way he liked it.
The room was filled with lustful whimper from Kars and heated grunts from Esidisi. His balls were slapping againt Kars’ ass. Dirty, wet sound echoed on to the high, golden ceiling. Until....Esidisi felt something wet leaking down and dripping on the marble floor.
Did he cummed? No, he wasn’t quite there yet. The liquid was too runny and it was -
B-blood?
Esidisi stopped moving and pushed away at Kars’ wet locks so that they may have a eye contact.
“Love, you’re bleeding out!”
He could see that Kars was shaking and his knees buckled.
“O-of course. I never did this before, remember? I’m a virgin.”
Did he then just broke Kars’ hymen?
Ok. Shit. Shit. Shit. Plan B.
Nodding, Esidisi pulled himself out and gathered Kars in his arms.
“Alright, let’s move you over here.”
Taking three steps, they made it to the grand, canopy bed. The bed sheets were extra fluffy because of the cold weather. He gently placed Kars on his back, and made sure the beauty was alright.
“Does it hurt? I can stop.”
Esidisi placed the soft blankets on Kars’ naked form.
Stop? Over my dead body flowing somewhere in the space!
Kars gripped on Esidisi’s strong, muscular arms and spoke in low, trembling tone.
“Please don’t stop.... make love to me.”
The oddly sincerity in Kars’ voice almost broke Esidisi’s heart. Climbing on top of him, Esidisi kissed Kars’ on top of head. It was were Kars’ horns used to be and of course, Esidisi wouldn’t know that. The historian reentered. This time instead of going ballistic, Esidisi decided to be in control. He thrusted, or more liked bounced against Kars. The beauty appreciated that, as he felt himself getting wetter and wetter, tighten around Esidisi’s cock. Kars allowed himself to be overtaken by the sensation.
“Nngh. Esidisi...”
Esidisi leaned down farther until he was flat on top of Kars, bestowing a kind kisses all over his face. It was embarrassingly loving from the both side, but that was okay. Kars shivered and felt a released from within. With furrowed brow, Kars moaning.
“Esidisi...i think, I just have....”
The historian felt the extra lubrication and heat from inside of Kars, and admittingly so, Esidisi wasn’t too far from reaching the peak.
“Yeah....I’m, I’m right behind you.”
Collapsing on top, Esidisi embraced Kars head close to his own.
And came.
He made sure to release load of his seeds deep inside Kars, coating inside walls of Kars with his thick seman.
Kars was sure he would get pregnant, thankfully he didn't mind such idea. Carrying Esidisi's child....
Like a magic spell, they were swept away in to warm drowsy slumber. Kars held onto Esidisi for dear life. Fear was eating at him. What if this was all a cruel wonderful dream? Tears fell from Kars and of course, Esidisi took a notice of it.
“Kars?”
“Please....when I wake up....be here.”
Sweat rolled down from Esidisi as he nodded.
“I’m-I’m not going anywhere. Promise.”
He wiped away Kars' tears with his warm callous hand, this convinced Kars that it wasn’t a mere dream.
Within darkness of the night, Kars and Esidisi’s limbs were tangled like lovely ribbons. Throwing the silly thing as pride out through the window, Kars snuggled liked a kitten against Esidisi. The historian was running his finger in Kars’ smooth, dark hair and watched the ceiling thoughtfully.
“Kars....it’s weird....but I really feel like I know you somehow. And even if we have never met, I believe we are meant to be. Do I sound crazy?”
With heated face, Esidisi scratched his head.
“Sorry. Forget what I had just said.”
If they were a normal human being? Yes, that sounds crazy. Thankfully, they weren’t a normal human being. They used to be a pillar man and the Ultimate being.
Tugging the blanket up to his chin, Kars murmured.
“Ask me to marry you already Esidisi....”
That caused the buff historian to stare at Kars with shock. When his sense came back, he slowly questioned Kars.
“Wait...so...would you marry me?”
Smiling sleepily, Kars gently kissed his mate.
“Yes, I’ll marry you my beautiful fool.”
Esidisi blinked and a giant smile form on his lips as well.
“Holy Shit.”
---------------------------
Esidisi would never understand it. But that’s the beauty of it. He should never know. The mistake they have made in the past. What the point of bringing it in to the presence?
All Kars wanted to focus was the now.
Entering the highly secured museum, Kars introduced Esidisi as his fiancé. The contrast between them was amazing, yet who would dare to questioned the famous archeologist’s taste.
Thanks to Kars, Esidisi too was allowed to see the Stone Mask.
Many historians and scholars had gathered to view the ancient artifact that was in perfect condition. However, there was extra surprise for the visitors. The commissioner of the museum stated that there was a new addition of artifact of the Pillar men race. Specifically, two character that was frequently seen in the cave paintings and carving.
The three horned and five horned.
The curious historians all gathered to see what it was. So did Kars and Esidisi. Presenting it for the first time to the public, it was a wall carving removed from the temple built on the edges of the mountains.
When the tarp went down, the room was filled with gasps and awe. Camera flashes speckled the air as the present were marbled. For the longest time, no one knew the extent relationship between the three horned and five horned. And this new artifact has provided them an answer. The carving was of two figures, three horned with long flowing hair and five horned with his crown and nose piercing. They were facing each other with their nose touching.
A symbolism of love and affection.
A kiss. The legendary three horned and five horned were more than comrades.
They were lovers.
As historians and scholars were busy discussing amongst themselves, Kars recalled the art work.
Ah.... Esidisi had that commissioned for me on our anniversary....I can’t believe it has survived through the ages.
Kars squeezed Esidisi’s hand tighter.
“You were right Esidisi, they were lovers.”
The tattooed historian puffed his chest out.
“Of course I’m right. But I’m sorry Kars, I guess the five horned dude is taken. Don’t be jealous, okay?”
Esidisi gave him a cheeky wink, and the archeologist shook his head.
“I don’t need a legendary figure. I just need you beside me.”
Kars and Esidisi smiled at each other and then returned to gaze up on the ancient artifact. With grace it displayed the legendary lovers, whose love survived through the passage of time. Coming back, and presenting themselves in the new, bright world.
