Chapter Text
Natsuo Todoroki, a 19-year-old college student, and the son of the current No. 1 Pro Hero. Like his brothers, he grew up receiving physical abuse and rejection from his father. However, he could bear it thanks to a certain someone. Right now, the big white-haired man was heading towards the house where he had grown up, and where that special person was still living. That person, in fact, was currently his boyfriend. That same year they had completed two years of relationship, and Natsuo had never been at his best.
Seeing the disgusting scarred face of his father was a price he could bear to pay in order to see again the boy that brought brightness to his eyes, as if their last encounter had been an eternity ago. Although, in reality, it had been a month ago, thirteen days, and fourteen hours. That's right, Natsuo remembers that kind of stuff perfectly. However, it wasn't an obsession. Of course not, the doctor student preferred to call it "rigorous love". Besides, that certain person loved that kind of detail. And Natsuo would do whatever it took, no matter what it was, to make sure his beloved was happy.
Speaking of this, Natsuo had arrived at his house: the Todoroki household, where his two brothers and his father lived. Yes, nobody else. What about his boyfriend, you ask? Well, obviously it's Todoroki Shouto, his four years younger brother. As previously stated, the relationship between the pair began two years ago, when Shouto was thirteen and Natsuo seventeen. However, the spark between them had possibly ignited even before. However, that's a story for another time.
Since then, the Todoroki brothers have maintained a secret relationship. Knowing that the future of both was over if it came to light. Of course, it was a difficult and even painful decision, but it was also the only coherent option that allowed them to keep their lives as they were and at the same time build this new part that they had discovered together.
Although the first year of relationship was moderately simple (thanks to the couple having a lot of time alone at home, due to Enji's work and Fuyumi's studies), Natsuo's departure to college was what divided them. Of course they didn't break, they weren't going to do something so extreme after a year of getting used to each other. However, the location gap undoubtedly affected them.
That was Natsuo's biggest, most illogical fear every time he came to visit (which happened every two months or a little less, as in this case). What if Todoroki got bored of waiting? What if he got a distraction while Natsuo wasn't there? Yes, the relationship they had was not the most normal or ethical in the world. However, he loved Shouto, a lot. When the idea that they both got girlfriends so as not to attract attention went through his head, they both immediately dismissed it. The simple idea of being with another person, even if it was a farce, was something that none of the brothers could accept.
But Shouto was in full adolescence, it made sense that his lower head had more say than the upper one. Natsuo also understood that Shouto's hand might not be enough for himself at some point. However, the eldest of the duo couldn't distrust the minor. Even if he wanted to, Shouto had earned his trust in such a way that it was impossible for him not to believe anything his younger brother said. Possibly- No, surely because the two-color haired boy practically radiated goodness. Yes, he could be innocent and dense many times, but that was only part of the great mass of purity that was Shouto. So if Shouto said that Natsuo was the only one for him, then it must be fucking true.
"Natsuo?" A female voice behind the white-haired boy woke him up from the long trance he had been submerged without realizing. He spun around to recognize the person who called his name, although the voice had already sold her completely.
"Huh? Oh, Fuyumi!" The younger brother of this pair hugged his older sister, who was much shorter than him anyway. Eh, his shitty fathers genes were good for something. Natsuo watched the surroundings during the hug, trying to find him with his eyes. Fortunately, there were no traces of the tyrant. Unfortunately, neither of his "half ice cream-half Barbecue" boyfriend.
Natsuo entered the house and left his backpack near the entrance. That backpack had been a gift from his mother when he entered medical school, and he always used it to come visit his brother (like, yes, he also visited Fuyumi and the old man, but c'mon).
"How has school been, Natsuo? When are you going to introduce me to your pretty nurse girlfriend?" Fuyumi joked after closing the entrance door and continuing in the direction of the kitchen, assuming her brother would follow her. She knew that Natsuo was gay since he was fifteen and revealed it to her, but it was always fun to make fun of how he used to say he would have "thousands of varied, hot girlfriends nurses."
Natsuo blushed instinctively, as always happened when someone reminded him of his past in which he tried too much to seem heterosexual (although of course, for the whole family except Fuyumi he did want those thousands of non-existent girls). "Haha, very funny," said the younger brother sarcastically.
"Ok ok, now seriously. Have you met any interesting guy?" While the white-haired girl asked this, she was already preparing two cups of tea. Having tea with Fuyumi equaled a serious, embarrassing and very long talk.
"Oh, come on. I just arrived!" Natsuo cursed internally, knowing there was no way to escape Fuyumi's questions. Fortunately, she was very "classic" and it would never occur to her to ask if he is fucking their underage brother.
"No, I haven't been seeing anyone. I don't have time for it thanks to the school." Well, it wasn't totally false. Considering that Fuyumi could recognize lies, Natsuo had to be careful how he would formulate his answers.
"Ow, they aren't as cute as you?" Fuyumi giggled a little and then took a sip of her tea.
"Yeah, they look like bat shit compared to the most perfect person in the world." Natsuo affirmed with total certainty, and Fuyumi only turned her eyes with a small smile on her lips. Although the Todoroki girl thought that Natsuo was being self-centered, the biggest one actually meant Shouto.
"Ok, next question-" Before Fuyumi could continue what seemed like a police interrogation, a thicker voice interrupted her.
"Natsuo?" There, putting his head through the half-open door, was standing the most precious thing in Natsuo's life (and no, it's not an exaggeration, it's not as if Natsuo's life was constantly full of beauties). With his two-colored hair, his different but equally beautiful eyes, and that skin that felt soft just by looking at it.
"Shouto!" The medical student exclaimed, forgetting that he must seem totally disinterested in meeting his younger brother and lover. Before the middle brother in the room could say anything about his accidental enthusiasm, noise was heard coming from the entrance, meaning that someone had arrived.
"I will see who it is, surely it's dad" Fuyumi said and, without waiting for answers from her companions, left the kitchen. Natsuo wiped the sweat from his forehead, thanking the old man in his head for being useful for the first time.
"Sorry, Shouto. I almost screwed up-" Natsuo was interrupted by a pair of lips pressed on his, while two arms hugged his neck. Natsuo knew that this was even more risky than the happiness he had just shown. Whether their sister or their father, anyone could enter the room at any time and find them with their arms intertwined. Yes, the four arms, because Natsuo couldn't resist reciprocating the hug along with the kiss.
After a series of pecks, the youngest of the pair finally separated his lips from those of his brother. "Sorry, I missed you". Natsuo smiled, fixing his gaze on the uneven eyes of the boy in his arms. He shook his head and placed another kiss, this time on Shouto's forehead.
"I missed you too"
While the couple was in their own world, enjoying the heat that the other's body radiated despite the Quirk of one of them, the sliding kitchen door was wide open in an instant.
