Work Text:

There weren’t many occasions when Bakugou sough Ochako for comfort. Rainy days were some of those – just like that Saturday. The sky had a considerable amount of clouds on it already in the morning; however it started pouring around five in the afternoon.

Bakugou was hanging out with is idiots of a squad in the common room when the first thunder could be heard. Not long after, rain started patting the window with such strength Kaminari flinched.

”It really rains cats and dogs!” Tape said and Katsuki felt annoyance bubbling in his chest.

”What a great discovery!” He spat and Sero raised one of his eyebrows.

”Wow, you are really nasty today, Blasty,” Kaminari said and Bakugou was only seconds away from blowing his ass to space.

”It’s just the weather,” Shitty Hair said, then patted him on the shoulder. ”Bakubro hates rain.”

”I-I shouldn’t touch the angry Blasty if I were you,” Kaminari said, but Kirishima only waved his free hand. Everyone knew that he had more rights than the others when it came to Bakugou.

”Suddup, Shitty Hair!” Bakugou grumbled, then pushed himself up from the sofa and stomped away towards the elevators.

He felt the ride to his girlfriend’s floor extra long that day, even if it was not any longer than usual. As soon as the elevator stopped, he practically jumped out and sprinted o Uraraka’s door. There, he stopped and took a deep breath. He knew he couldn’t just kick the door in just to get in faster, but he was close to it. Instead of that, he took the knob in his hand and pushed the door open.

His girlfriend was lying on his stomach, reading one of her textbooks. Bakugou kicked the door shut with his foot gently, then walked up to the bed. He climbed on it, then lay down to his side. He draped one of his arms over Ochako’s back and rested his head on her pillow. Ochako let the textbook go with one of her hands and started scratching Katsuki’s scalp. The boy closed his eyes and hummed.

”Rainy days always makes you softer,” the girl hummed and Bakugou cracked one of his eyes open.

”Shut up, Mochi!” He grunted, scooting closer to her warmth.

”You know I just tease you, right,” Ochako asked, her hand stopping.

”Right, right!” Bakugou mumbled, then peeked up at her. ”Keep going!”
