THE FILLS
First Row
1. Red Dwarf: Dave Lister - mechanical / technological
Sometimes Lister thinks of pistons.
2. Neon Genesis Evangelion: Ayanami Rei - sensory deprivation
They float, touching nothing. Some days, the light comes on.
3. Sherlock Holmes (2009): Mary Morstan/John Watson - roleplay
“But, doctor,” Mary pleads, setting her handbag on his desk, ”I have such an ache.”
4. The Wolf House: Gretchen - orgies and decadence
Gretchen catches her breath. The blood is cool and caked on her naked back. The violin resumes. She starts to grin.
5. Books of Magic: Tim Hunter - tattoos/tattooing
Tim runs his fingers along the scorpion tattoo. He traces the sting, but it lies still on his skin. The moth flutters and moans.
Second Row
1. The Little Mermaid (Disney): Eric/Ariel(/Ursula) - tentacles
Eric doesn't ask. He knows what he's married to. He traces the suction marks on her thigh with his mouth, kissing their mystery. She chokes, and he stills, cautious.
2. Sherlock (BBC): Mycroft Holmes/Jim Moriarty - emotion play
“It's no use,” Mycroft says kindly. “I'm not my brother. I have thought of everything.”
Jim can't help it. The rage swells black and hideous in his chest, and the bastard just looks entertained.
3. My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic human!AU: Twilight Sparkle/Applejack - foot/shoe fetish
Applejack leaves her boots at the door, saying they're too muddy for Twilight's fancy floors. Twilight would protest, but then she sees Applejack's pink toes curling on the cool tiles, and it becomes difficult to say anything at all.
4. Discworld: Adora Belle Dearheart/Susan Sto Helit - oral fixation
Smoke can be a screen. Smoke can be a warning.
Susan traces it to the source, a red-painted mouth that exhales smoke, inhales, clings to suction and breath. She's calling to her. For her.
Susan leans in, breathing in that desire. Few people would.
5. Charlie's Angels (movies): Alex Mundy/Natalie Cook - watersports
“Hold it,” Alex says.
“But--”
“Hold it.” This time there's an edge in her voice that not even Natalie can ignore. Natalie bites her lip and stays seated.
Dylan is on the dancefloor, drunk and happy. Jason comes back with more drinks. A quiz is announced.
Natalie holds.
Third Row
1. Hawaii Five-0 (reboot): Danno Williams/Steve McGarrett unrequited - enemas
Danno thinks about it, but he doesn't say it, because there's a lot of shit that goes on in his head that's just not in his best interest to let out. But yeah, he thinks about, especially when Steve's fresh from a swim and a trickle of water winds its way down his inner thigh.
2. Psych: Carlton Lassiter/Marlowe - historical roleplay
Marlowe is waiting, bored, toying with a wine glass. He walks into the room, gait looser than usual, because he's nervous and doesn't want it to show. She takes one look and loses it. He only has time to shove the sword aside before she slams him into the wall. Authentic civil war era buttons rattle onto the floor.
3. Green Hornet (2011): Kato/Britt Reid - wildcard (fightsex)
It's important, even if it is just primitive status brawling like Lenore says. You can't act too grown-up and sensible around Britt. Fighting sets them right with each other, and it's only when Britt remembers who's alpha that they can grab each other and fuck until they're dried out and content and curl up together like puppies in Britt's stupid silk sheets.
It's important.
4. due South: ChooseYourOwnRay/Benton Fraser - temperature play
It's been years and Ray has everything he's ever wanted, right down to Stella and a baby daughter that he loves so much he sometimes wonders if his body can physically take it. There is no reason for him to stand outside on the balcony in the one month when this city actually gets cold until his limbs lock in place and every inch of his bare arms stings.
5. Star Trek TOS or Reboot: Kirk/McCoy - medical kink
“Dammit, Jim, sometimes I think you get into these things just so you can come down here to annoy me.”
Jim grins, but briefly, because the cut on his lip stings like a motherfucker. But then, you don't get physical with Vulcans unless you can't take a little pain. “What can I say, Bones,” he says cheerfully, “I just love it when you stick things in me.”
Bones just snorts and presses the hypospray.
Fourth Row
1. Beatles RPF: John Lennon/Paul McCartney - bodily secretions
John hasn't been smoking, but he's high as a kite by the time they're ushered off the stage at Shea, just on the heat and the screams and the giddy madness of it all. They're all sweating like pigs, but Paul is dripping. Stupid git played every song like his life depended on it, nevermind nobody heard it. His hair clings to his forehead like black tendrils of seaweed. He'll be slippery as a wet fish in the hand.
2. Big Bang Theory: Leonard Hofstadter/Sheldon Cooper - confined/caged
Sheldon likes to lock Leonard into his room sometimes when the roommate agreement violations stack up. It's not so bad since he got a chemical toilet and learned to keep sweets and a few bottles of water in his room. He's got the Internet, he can work.
Penny doesn't get it. “How can you let him treat you like that? That's sick!”
Leonard knows. You can't grow up with Beverly Hodstadter and not get it. It just isn't any of her business, that's all.
3. Firefly: Inara Serra/Kaylee Frye - wet, messy, dirty
Kaylee's skin is almost always stained, although unless she's had to do some heavy maintenance in the bowels of the ship, the dirt doesn't get on her face anymore. Mechanics learn to watch for it in the end. Her fingers do get black with oil and her overalls are always in the wash a the end of the shift. Smudges follow her around the ship like bread crumbs.
Sometimes when Inara's mind and heart are not full of Mal, she lies on her expensive silks and thinks about oil.
4. Boston Legal: Alan Shore - spanking/paddling
Alan once spoke to a man who described the sensation of being spanked as a thread running through his life. “It doesn't matter who's giving it to you,” he said. “Every new contact brings back the first one.”
Alan doesn't agree. Everybody is different, from that memorable prostitute on the Amsterdam strip to Tara, to Marlene, and all the rest. Alan can divorce a lot of things from sex, such as feelings, compassion or Freudian complexes, but he always knows exactly who he's with. It wouldn't be nearly as much fun if he didn't.
5. Buffy the Vampire Slayer (canon AU): Buffy Summers - bites/bruises
“Okay, that's a little weird,” says Willow, because she can't not say what she thinks out loud. It's a problem. Her brain catches up with her and she starts babbling, stumbling over her words in an increasingly disastrous attempt to repair the damage.
Willow has been trying her best not to treat her college roommate any differently just because she's a former mental patient, but delicate social interactions are not exactly her forte at the best of times. Buffy just watches her silently from her bunk, shifting one arm slightly to cover the bite marks all over her arms.
