hyun: [laughs] Do you like it?
hyeju: I do although I haven’t tried it yet.

[hyeju is muted.]

hyun: She’s back!

[antiwatermelonhater created a new world; ‘survive for bread’.]
[ae0ng has joined the game.]
hyeju: Woah.
hyeju: We spawned next to a huge cave.
hyun: I see it!
hyun: It’s like the size of our nostrils combined!

hyeju: No comment.
hyun: I’m going to check it out!
Hyejoo watched as Hyunjin’s character went running towards the big cave ahead of them. Curious to know the surrounding as well, Hyejoo trailed behind her girlfriend.
hyun: This is so creepy and epic!
hyun: We should build our base here.
hyeju: No.
hyun: Joo! There are spiders!
hyun: Hi ugly ass thing!
hyeju: [notices something] Uh... Babe–
hyun: Oooh look Joo! There are coals here!
hyeju: Hyun, behind–
[ae0ng was blown up by Creeper.]
hyeju: You…
hyun: WHAT THE HELL!!
hyun: WHERE DID IT COME FROM?!
hyeju: From behind.
hyun: I don’t want to play anymore.
hyeju: [laughs] Hey no we just started.
hyun: Hm.
Hyejoo picked a Dandelion flower before she went running back to where Hyunjin respawned. Her girlfriend’s character was not moving – Hyunjin was probably taking a moment to process on whatever the hell just happened to them. Just imagining her girlfriend’s reaction right now made Hyejoo missed them more.
hyeju: [throws the flower in front of Hyunjin] For you milady.
hyun: [gasp]
hyun: [aegyo] Joojoooooo!
hyeju: [makes her character dance]
hyeju: Let’s gather some logs first, okay?
hyun: Okay. Love you.
hyeju: Gross.
Hyunjin put the flower in her inventory and followed Hyejoo’s action where they both started to collect logs from the trees nearby.
hyun: Minecraft is crazy.
hyeju: Hmm?
hyun: Who chops trees with their bare hands?
hyeju: [laughs]
hyeju: It’s a game, Hyun. Sometimes stuff doesn’t have to make sense.
hyun: Hm.
hyun: [notices something]
hyun: [gasp] Joo! I see houses!
hyeju: Oh?
Hyunjin’s character was jumping up and down while trying to catch Hyejoo’s attention. When she has succeeded, she made her character to point at a place. Hyejoo looked over the spot and indeed there were houses not too far from where they were – They found their first village!
hyun: Should we go there?
hyeju: [picks up the crafting table she just made] Yes.
hyeju: Let’s go.
hyun: Let’s goooo!
The duo went running towards the village together. Instead of exploring by herself, Hyunjin followed Hyejoo’s trail as she feared she might meet another Creeper somewhere. She noticed a giant white mob walking around the village and was about to run towards it until she heard Hyejoo called for her name.
hyeju: Hyun.
hyeju: Whatever you do, do not hit the big guy okay?
hyun: [looks at the said big guy that’s walking towards her] This guy?
hyeju: Mhm.
hyun: …
hyun: [hits the big guy]
[ae0ng was slain by Iron Golem.]
hyeju: …
hyun: …
hyeju: What did I literally just say?
hyun: It was tempting!
hyeju: [sighs]
hyun: Wait.
hyun: I’ve lost my stuffs!
hyeju: They will drop if you die.
hyeju: I’ve picked it up though.
hyun: Hm.
hyun: Come back soon.
hyeju: No. Come here.
hyun: No. You come here.
hyeju: Big guy won’t hurt you if you don’t hit him.
hyun: [whines] Joojooooo!
hyeju: [sighs]
Hyejoo had no choice but to leave the village and went back to where her girlfriend was at. However after a few minutes of trying to appease Hyunjin, the duo finally returned to the village again. The game falls into night time in which caused them to invade one of the houses.
hyun: [looking outside the window] Woah! The big guy is fighting zombies!
hyeju: Yeah. That’s his job.
hyun: That’s your job too!
hyeju: If you meant fighting zombies for you then no.
hyun: Meanie.
hyeju: [kisses through the mic]
hyun: [does the same]
hyeju: Anyway.
hyeju: You should wake up this villager and sleep on his bed.
hyeju: I’ll crash in another villager’s house.
hyun: [gasp] No!
hyeju: But it’s night time and we have no beds of our own yet!
hyun: Then we’ll spend the night sleepless!
hyeju: That would literally take forever.
hyun: I don’t mind.
hyun: Let my people have their sleep!
hyeju: Your people?
hyun: This is my place now.
hyun: [checks villager’s chest beside the bed]
hyun: OH MY GOD JOOJOO HE HAS BREAD
hyun: It’s mine now.
hyeju: So we can let them sleep but not let them keep their bread...
hyun: Exactly.
Hyejoo rolled her eyes behind her screen. Since there was nothing else they could do as they have no armor and weapons at the moment, Hyejoo picked up her phone and started to spam Hyunjin with emoticons out of boredom.
hyun: Hey….
hyun: Why are you so cute?
hyeju: Reply me loser.
hyun: No.
hyun: But keep going.
hyeju: Hm.
Hyunjin was smiling down at her phone as she watched Hyejoo’s texts coming in; although the emoticons were mostly poop and hearts back and forth, she was enjoying every second of it. Spending time with her beloved is always the main highlight of her day. She was about to look back at her laptop screen when she realized Hyejoo had sent her a selfie.
hyun: Oh my God.
hyeju: This hoodie has your scent all over it now.
hyeju: I will commit arson.
hyun: NO!
hyun: But Joojoo you look so adorable, my heart is melting.
hyun: Come over so I can cup those cheeks!
hyeju: I’m lazy.
hyun: Hm.
hyun: I’ll come over then.
hyeju: No, it’s almost 9 o’clock.
hyun: And?
hyeju: And you have a morning class tomorrow, hello.
hyun: Okay but you don’t so YOU come over!
hyeju: No.
hyeju: Tomorrow is me time so I would like some time alone, thanks.
hyun: Hm.
hyun: It’s not even tomorrow yet.
hyeju: It’s already tomorrow in Minecraft.
hyun: [sighs] Just say you hate me and go.
hyeju: With a passion, yes.
hyun: Eat shit.
hyeju: [kisses through the mic again]
hyeju: My beloved.

Morning finally came in the game; Hyejoo immediately went out and gathered some wools while Hyunjin just strolls around the village – she found so much bread that she forgot Hyejoo had given her a task which was to collect more logs at a forest nearby. The duo was away from each other and played the game in silence for a few minutes. When the game falls into night time again, Hyunjin quickly went back to Hyejoo who was in the middle of building a house on top of a hill.
hyun: Woah!
hyeju: Welcome back.
hyeju: Oh. We need to sleep.
hyun: Mhm!
[antiwatermelonhater is sleeping.]
[ae0ng is sleeping.]

hyun: Good morning!
hyeju: Morning.
hyeju: What do you think of our house so far?
hyun: Very orange-ish.
hyeju: Hm… Well, we are in a Savanna biome anyway.
hyeju: I chopped 3 stacks of Acacia logs and a few Oak logs.
hyun: Oh! I brought Oak logs!
hyun: I have like 4 stacks so far.
hyeju: Good job babe.
hyun: I’ll bring more!
hyun: Do you want the white logs?
hyeju: No.
hyun: So orange and brown logs?
hyeju: Mhm.
hyun: Okay! [hits Hyejoo’s character] I’ll be right back!
hyeju: Ow?
hyun: That’s me trying to kiss you.
hyeju: Gross.
hyun: I love you too!
Two hours passed, their starter house was finally finished – Hyejoo was very proud of the outcome while Hyunjin was still somewhere out in the wilderness; thinking Hyejoo still needed a lot of materials. When Hyejoo told her to return to their base, Hyunjin came back with a stack of raw chicken in which she passed it to Hyejoo.
hyeju: I can’t believe you went on a chicken massacre.
hyun: We need food!
hyun: [gasp] And the house looks great!
hyun: I never knew my baby is a Minecraft architect!
hyeju: Thanks to my Minecraft boyfriend for giving me inspiration.
hyun: You’re gay.
hyeju: Not when I watch MythicalSausage.
hyun: HM.
hyun: Then what am I to you!!
hyeju: My Minecraft wife.
hyun: …
hyun: I want a divorce.
hyeju: I don’t.
hyun: Okay good because I was joking.
hyeju: Cute.
hyeju: I will now build a bread farm.
hyun: [gasp] WE CAN MAKE BREAD FARM??
hyeju: Using seeds, yes.
hyeju: Once the wheat grows, you can have an unlimited supply of bread.
hyun: Oh my God.
hyun: Where can we find seeds?
hyeju: Destroy some grass and–
hyun: I’m on it!!
Hyejoo built a small crop farm in front of their starter house while Hyunjin went on a seed hunt. It only took Hyejoo a few minutes as she already had a design in her mind. Since Hyunjin was still out and about, Hyejoo decided to mine a little bit of stones and iron ores at a nearby cave.
[ae0ng fell from a high place.]
hyeju: What the–
hyun: MY STUFFS!
hyeju: Were you far?
hyun: I was making my way up the hill and a zombie on fire push me off the cliff.
hyeju: Oh. Condolences, I guess.
hyun: HM.
hyun: Where are you by the way?
hyeju: Some cave.
hyun: You went mining without me?
hyun: Hurt aeong noises incoming.
hyeju: No–
hyun: A… Aeong….
hyeju: Cute.
hyeju: I was just gathering a little bit of materials.
hyeju: I’m coming back now.
hyun: Hm.
hyeju: We can’t have bread farm without a bucket of water, babe.
hyun: Well if that’s the case then good job.
hyeju: [laughs] Thank you.
hyun: I have a stack of seeds!
hyeju: A stack.
hyun: A stack!
hyeju: We... We don’t need that much seeds.
hyun: Nonsense!
hyun: More seeds, more wheat and more wheat, more bread!
hyun: Thus we have an unlimited supply of bread!!!
hyeju: Oh God.
hyeju: You’re right.
hyun: I always am!
hyeju: We should stop soon though.
hyun: Huh? Hello?! No!
hyeju: Hi. Hello. Yes.
hyeju: Hyun, you have a morning class tomorrow.
hyun: Hm.
hyeju: We can continue another time okay?
hyun: Wednesday.
hyeju: No. I have a soccer match remember?
hyun: HM.
hyun: Thursday.
hyeju: We have night classes…
hyun: Friday.
hyeju: Double date with Heejin and Chaewon.
hyun: We should cancel–
hyeju: No.
hyun: [sighs]
hyeju: We’ll play on Saturday.
hyun: That’s so far away!
hyeju: You will survive.
hyun: [sighs again]
hyun: Fine.
hyeju: Come on, let’s keep our stuffs at the chest room.
hyun: Mm.
[call ended: 02:52:12]
They put their stuffs away after Hyejoo was done with the crop farm and decided to exit the game together. It was almost midnight when Hyejoo checked the time; Hyunjin requested a FaceTime after they exited Discord. Hyejoo accepted it and was greeted by a sleepy looking Hyunjin in a messy bun and yellow hoodie.
“Hi. Come over right now.” Hyunjin joked. She laughed when Hyejoo playfully glared on the screen. “I miss you okay? I want Joojoo cuddles!”
Hyejoo sighed. “You’ll get them tomorrow you loser.”
“Are you gonna sleep over tomorrow?” Hyunjin asked in excitement. When Hyejoo replied with an approval hum, she cheered happily. “Should we go on a dinner date beforehand?”
“Fine by me.” Hyejoo nodded approvingly. “Text me when you’re done with your classes.”
“Call you. Got it!” Hyunjin smiled as Hyejoo rolled her eyes. “Don’t wake up late, Joojoo.”
“I will sleep as much as I like.” Hyejoo concluded.
“Then I’ll spam you mid-class.” Hyunjin threatened.
“Okay thanks for telling me. I’ll mute you beforehand.” Said Hyejoo, causing Hyunjin to gasp. She flashed a devious smirk and ended up laughing when Hyunjin dropped their phone, her girlfriend was no longer on screen.
“Talk to my fucking ceiling.” Hyunjin’s faint voice was heard from a distant.
“Hi, Hyun’s ceiling – you wanna make out?” Hyejoo joked and just like that, Hyunjin was visible on screen once again; now looking as if she was taken aback.
“What was that, Son Hyejoo?!”
“Oh hey best girlfriend in the world.” Hyejoo said flatly. “Where did you go just now hmm? Thought you wanted to play some Minecraft?”
“I hate you.” Hyunjin said with a poker expression.
“Okay but I love you.” Hyejoo attempted to wink yet she failed – but it was good enough to make Hyunjin smile again. “Alright. That’s enough of talking… You need to sleep babe.”
“But I don’t want to hang up.” Hyunjin pouted.
“Mm,” Hyejoo thought for a moment. “How about I’ll stay with you until you fall asleep?”
Hyunjin nodded with a bigger smile. “Yes!” Her heart fluttered when Hyejoo gave her a smile in return. “Joojoo, tell me about your first Minecraft gameplay?”
“Oh!” Hyejoo looked more excited than Hyunjin was. “Don’t mind if I do.”
“Yay!”
