Summary:

William Cipher, the leader of one of the most notorious bandit groups in all of Greece.

Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

There were once two lovers, one born under the bright hot sun, a silver-tongued bandit born from magic with the blood of a god running through his veins. The other, born under the pale cold moon, was wrapped in silk and jewels, a crown perched atop his brown curls. The golden boy grew alone, under the watch and rule of no one, wandering the world until the day his luck ran out. The pale boy grew with dignity, knowing all his life where he would one day end up, married and ruling a kingdom of his own.

The golden boy wandered the world for years after being run from his home. Even though the boy constructed a created a carfree, and overconfident mask, his golden iris held more knowledge of tragedies than most mortals could comprehend. His grandparents, gods, left his mother to struggle, and his father, another god, left his mother to die.

The pale boy lived under lock and key, never allowed outside the kingdom to which he was born. He was quiet, intelligent, and resourceful, but still lived with bittersweet happiness in his twin sister’s shadow. He watched the world go without him while resting on a lavish throne.

Two men, alike in dignity, but opposite in hierarchical position, meet, love, and die by the others side.

And so, here begins the tragedy of Prince Dipper Pines of Gravity Falls and Bill Cipher, self-proclaimed demigod of the mind.
