Work Text:

The pale beige sand beneath his feet glitters brightly in the sunlight, and the bright specks of umbrellas that dotted the seashore during the summertime are completely gone. All of the sand castles and buckets and children playing happily along the shore are gone too. This wintertime beach is lonely and almost frightening, but it's glistening in the summertime. The sea's now dark and turbulent, seeming as though it's hiding some deep secret beneath its murky waters.

A few yards away, two seagulls standing still, ominously gazing at the ocean's surf. Their stillness is unsettling as Sasuke remembers the seagulls that once tried to steal his mate's food while they were enjoying a beach day. The sky above him is now gray and stony, such a contrast to the bright sunshine that was shining on Sasuke just yesterday. He walks to the edge of the shore and stands mesmerized by the dark ocean. It crashes into the seaside and Sasuke doesn't flinch away from the cold water like most people would. A few seconds later, another crash comes forward this time almost knocking him over and he decides he's had enough which makes him go back inside his beachfront home.

Uchiha Sasuke doesn't ask for much. He isn’t selfish or greedy, but this time is different. He wants to be selfish, but he missed his chance. Having a mate in the military isn’t easy because the raven haired man will never know for sure if his love will make it home safely. Sasuke sighs as his onyx eyes are now glued to the television, hoping he'll receive some news of his love returning until there isn't any. Uchiha Naruto, formerly known as Uzumaki Naruto, has been Sasuke's mate and husband since they turned eighteen. Their wedding was a beautiful unforgettable day, but the newlywed bliss came to a screeching halt when Naruto enlisted in the military and was deployed shortly after finishing basic training.

"Sasuke… I want to join the military. I can't explain this well, but serving our country seems like it's my calling, ya know?" Naruto began to explain after the newlywed couple returned from their honeymoon in Sasuke's home country, Japan. He was fretting about how he should tell Sasuke about his decision, but Naruto just prayed his husband wouldn't hate him for it.

"Naruto, I won't stop you from enlisting. However, I'm not sure if it's a good decision, but… I'll support you." Sasuke responded after a moment of hesitation, feeling a wave of ice cold water wash over him as he tried to process Naruto's words. Never in his life had he imagined that Naruto would want to enlist, but it made sense oddly enough. "I… I'm going to miss you."

The Christmas decorations are up inside his beachfront home, but they don't mean anything anymore. Sasuke hasn't paid them any mind since he knows Naruto isn't home to enjoy them with him. This huge house he calls home is waiting for a beautiful blonde with baby blue eyes that pierce Sasuke's cold heart every time he looks into them. There's nausea swirling unrestrained inside of Sasuke's empty stomach as his head swims with a mountain of loneliness. His heart feels as if his blood has become tar as it struggles to keep a steady beat. Sasuke's melancholy mood hangs over him like a black cloud, raining sorrow onto him wherever he goes. Even the colors of the day make him feel numb and the remaining bird songs sound like noise on a child's glockenspiel, grating his nerves.

Limp extremities creak and crack under the pressure of his body as Sasuke's lifeless corpse navigates the halls of his empty home with grotesque difficulty as he nears the front door. Sasuke wants to cry out in agony again, just for a sign someone to hear his broken heart, but the whimper that came out instead is quickly lost in the thinning air. Numbness spreads throughout the alpha's body like a lethal plague, sinking Sasuke further into despair and he doesn't even feel a set of arms around him when he opens the door.

"Sasuke-kun? I know you said you didn't want to go out, but you should come over… we don't have to go anywhere if you're not up for it, we could stay here.." Sakura offers and feels her heart breaking for the man she once loved with every inch of her soul. When they decided to remain friends, Sakura was honestly content with that when she met the current love of her life.

"Sakura, you're pregnant. You shouldn't be on your feet so much… Kankuro will worry." Sasuke comments without rolling his eyes for once, not really feeling up to being around other people but he knows Sakura won't leave him alone now. "I guess I'll come. I don't feel like cooking today."

"Perfect! Ino, Sai, and the others will be there, too. It's a big Christmas dinner in my house. Kankuro is oddly excited about cooking for his siblings again." Sakura explains, brushing off the friendly concern since she's already used to Kankuro and Sasori fussing over her every day. "And I'm pregnant, not disabled. I can handle some walking, the exercise is good for me and the baby."

"Sometimes I forget you're a doctor." Sasuke says dryly as he grabs the scarf Naruto had left for him here, trying not to whimper over the faint scent left behind since it's reminding him that he's alone. "I miss him…"

The dread creeps over him like an icy chill, completely numbing his brain. In this frozen state, Sasuke's mind offers him only one thought. Naruto better come home safely… I'll kill him if he doesn't, I don't want to be alone again . Sasuke feels like a cow being herded into a truck for the slaughter house, only the cow doesn't know where it's going and he does.

It feels like a cold hard rift in the chest. It's spreading throughout his body, in slow drips aching with a slow, agonizing pain. He feels incredibly heavy, heavy and tired. It's becoming hard to breathe, and he lost the desire to eat. There's nothing but a titanic weight that's crushing him softly, it's hard to think. It feels like Sasuke is spending his efforts and strength to stay conscious now.

He feels incredibly light-headed, and the pain gets sharper, cold like the winds on a night, it’s going through his spine, his heart the center of it all, a pulsing center of endless pain. Everything from head to toe begins to numb at a faster rate than any of them were prepared for, leaving Sasuke feeling like he is trapped inside of an iceberg the more he thinks about the worst case scenario.

Naruto… you better not die on me.

The despair in his heart is a heady blackness as any hope he has could possibly have vanished to black, not even blocked. It's as if there was nothing there to begin with. The notion of hope has become meaningless, making Sasuke's mind linger on such ideas that they start to feel like cruel tricks, as cruel as any desert mirage.

"Sasuke-kun? We're here already. You look pale, are you feeling okay?" Sakura bites her lip as worry courses through her. She knows better than anyone how much Naruto's deployment is affecting Sasuke and she just wants her friend to be happy again. "Let's get you inside before you end up fainting."

The exterior of Sasori, Kankuro, and Sakura's home is a pale blue color and the roof is a deep shade of gray with faint smoke rising from the white painted brick chimney on the side of the home. A steel fence surrounds the property. The front door is a simple metal door with the address number on the top of it, with a gold mailslot slightly off from the center. A warm, cozy atmosphere still radiates from the home despite the misery that resides inside.

A French window is hidden behind a sheer white curtain in the living room, giving it an elegant feel to it. A small balcony connects to the living room through the French window, and the sofa is a simple black leather sectional couch pressed against the wall. Inside the kitchen stands a very beautiful man. His cheeks are chiseled like a finely-carved Michelangelo statue. His nose is perfectly symmetrical. His lips are slightly full: the kind that ends in a cute little smirk at the corners. The rays of sun highlight the dimples in his cheeks and it makes Sasuke stop to wonder if there was any more of a way for Sakura to prove she's happy.

"Kankuro! I'm back and I brought Sasuke-kun with me to stop him from sulking alone." Sakura announces into the house to catch her mate's attention and hugs him from behind the best she can with her growing stomach in the way. "It's hard not having Naruto around and… Sasuke-kun isn't handling it well."

"Sakura, it's been a few years already. It would make anyone depressed, especially when you're separated from your mate." Kankuro whispers to his pregnant mate, thinking there's no way for anyone they know who can relate to Sasuke's despair. He wouldn't even wish the pain the other alpha is feeling upon his enemies because it's tearing down one of the most prideful men Kankuro knows. "Maybe seeing the others for the first time in months will help."

"Do you guys need help here?" Sasuke suddenly offers and it snaps the couple out of their private conversation, quickly regretting his decision as he's intruding.

"An extra set of hands would be helpful while Sakura goes to sit down to get off her feet." Kankuro replies with a chuckle when Sakura glares at him, ignoring the pouting in favor of looking for an apron for Sasuke to use. "You usually cook at home, right?"

"Yeah, Naruto can only make instant ramen, omelets, and rice without burning it. He's hopeless in the kitchen." Sasuke explains fondly, thankful for the change of subject and making sure his hands are clean before helping Kankuro with the rest of dinner preparations. "Have you guys decided on a name?"

"Sakura thinks we should pick Kaito, Sasori thinks we should pick Daiki, and I like the name Kiyoshi. What do you think is better?" Kankuro asks while flashing a smirk over his shoulder at his now sulking wife, finding her pouting one of the most adorable things she does.

"Sorry, Kankuro, but I'm with Sakura on this. Kaito is a better choice." Sasuke chuckles softly as he agrees with his childhood friend on this much to Kankuro's dismay, watching the couple bicker fondly until the doorbell rings.

"That's probably Ino and Sai! Despite Ino's rapunzel hair, she's always on time. Sai is a good influence sometimes." Sakura giggles mostly to herself as she begins to walk to the front door, squealing with delight without meaning to when she sees it's none other than her, Sasuke, Naruto's former teachers at her door with their mate who is Sasuke's cousin. "You came!"

"Sakura, you invited us. Did you think we wouldn't come?" Iruka asks curiously but the question remains unanswered for a bit as he gets pulled into a hug by his former student. He taught Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto throughout their elementary school years while his mate Kakashi taught them in high school. "Is Sasuke here, too?"

"I dragged him here so he wasn't by himself. We're going to surprise him tomorrow, remember?" Sakura whispers that last part just in case Sasuke comes over to check on her in Kankuro's stead.

"Hiding things from an Uchiha always proves to be a difficult task, especially when Obito is involved." Kakashi teases with his usual stoic tone and grins behind his mask at the overly dramatic expression on Obito's face. "Babe, don't make me embarrass you in front of everyone."

"You're a dick, Kakashi. I don't know how Iruka tolerates you." Obito huffs before getting ushered inside by both Iruka and Sakura, letting himself get pulled in so there's less strain on Sakura. "So where is my mopey cousin?"

"He's in the kitchen with Kankuro. He wanted to do something to keep busy." Sakura begins to explain as she lets the three older men into her home before whispering happily. "All of us are going to surprise Sasuke-kun tomorrow, we're surprising him with Naruto."

"Really!? That's wonderful… we all miss him, especially Iruka and Kakashi." Obito teases quietly before quietly going to the kitchen to pester his youngest cousin.

A distraction should help Sasuke cheer up!

To put it into simple terms, Sasuke is in love with a beautiful, kind man. The way he feels about this man is something not easily put into words, not that Sasuke is ever good with words to begin with. He makes the alpha laugh and smile, most of the time he’s either highly aware or completely unaware of how he makes Sasuke feel. This man is willing to do something relaxing like cuddling or simply listen to him blow off steam after a long day on the job or for anything before offering to fight whoever pisses him off. This very man is even willing to deal with his lover’s temper that rarely spikes.

Every time he smiles, Sasuke feels like he's losing every ounce of oxygen down to his very soul. The smile that forms on his mate’s face makes Sasuke's heart race. His smile lights the room and fills the darkest dwellings with a beautiful glow that radiates from him. His smile always leaves Sasuke breathless, speechless, heart pounding, needing deep breaths in order to come back to earth, and with shaky hands. That smile is truly a beautiful smile and the raven haired man would do anything to protect that smile, and the person whom the smile belongs to is a complete idiot with the biggest heart of gold.

The only person who managed to capture the stoic male’s heart is Uzumaki Naruto. When they met during their elementary school years, it took Sasuke almost an entire lifetime to come to terms with his own feelings and now he has to come to terms with his whole world that might not come back.

The thought of that immediately washes away whatever joy Sasuke is feeling at the dinner party.

"Nope, none of that. No moping allowed." Ino pouts when she arrives with her husband and mate Sai, taking a seat between Sasuke and Sai on the couch. She's farther along in her pregnancy than Sakura so she is definitely more exhausted, but that doesn't stop her in any way. "We miss Naruto, too, but he'll come back. He always does."

"But-- fine. You're right, I'll only say this once." Sasuke huffs before finally cracking a smile which has everyone cheering in their own ways. He's grateful for all of the friends he and Naruto share or he'd be no better than Karin who isolated herself when she found out he was gay years ago. "Apparently I'm not fun without Naruto, so what should we do?"

I'm going to regret this, aren't I?

Sasuke can't shake a gut feeling that everyone is plotting something after a few cocktails that are way too sweet for his usual taste. Then it's like all of the drinks he consumed are suddenly weighing him down on one side and his muscles are struggling to compensate for his lack of balance when Sasuke stands up to try and go home.

"I should go before I start getting too drunk… thank you for having me. Merry Christmas, I guess." Sasuke comments and rubs the back of his neck without noticing it right away, immediately stopping himself when he realizes he caught the habit from his mate.

"Wait, Sasuke-kun! You can't go yet, we have to give you a Christmas gift from all of us!" Sakura exclaims quickly and nudges her other mate Sasori to pull the dark haired male back onto the couch before she looks at the time. "Ino, let's do this before neither of us can move."

"Right! Hopefully Inojin will let me move around a little more." Ino snickers and helps Sakura secure a blindfold around Sasuke's sharp eyes, wanting to completely take his vision so he doesn't see through their plans. "Now don't take these off until we tell you to!"

"It's not like I can resist two heavily pregnant women." Sasuke replies dryly before sighing in defeat, letting Obito and Kakashi guide him into the backseat of Iruka's soccer mom minivan. He's never been one for surprises, but he decides to play along since he doubts they can bring Naruto back to him.

"You better enjoy it. We put a lot of thought into this and it took a lot of planning." Obito snorts before pouting when he's stuck with everyone else in the back rows while Kakashi is the one driving. "Oi--"

"Obito, you know Kakashi is the better night driver out of the three of us. Don't complain." Iruka playfully scolds his other lover and miserably attempts to hold back his laughter as his former students tease Obito for getting in trouble.

Sasuke doesn't laugh often, but when he does his laughter is free and pure. childish despite his adult years. It reaches everyone's ears as a tickle and bounce, and even a rocky heart can't do anything but join in such generous mirth. This laughter is far from fake, exposing true unadulterated joy that Sasuke's normally hiding when he isn't around Naruto.

"Obito, you're such a moron." Sasuke snorts between laughter and shakes his head when he eventually calms down, wishing he could see the sulking expression on his older cousin.

This is definitely a nice break… I shouldn't ignore them so much. Naruto won't like that.

The airport is a cocoon of steel and Sasuke's heart races faster than the speed of sound. The walls are elegantly curved and wrap around to create this inner space. There are many beams which support many windows which let in so much light. In the daytime, it's as bright as any summer's day and Sasuke is more than ready to take off the blindfold Sakura and Ino forced him to wear. When he arrives with everyone at noon, there are a lot of people moving in chaotic rainbows with brilliant colors. They flow from the check-in desks to the cafe's and through the gates, each one of them heading for a destination of their own making.

"Why are we at the airport?" Sasuke questions without bothering to hide the annoyance in his voice, letting himself be guided so he doesn't walk into anything or anyone. "This better not be a prank. Now take this off me."

"It's not a prank and soon! Your surprise is straight ahead." Sakura giggles suddenly, feeling just as giddy as the others. When Naruto called in the beginning of December asking for help with surprising Sasuke, she and Ino immediately got their friends ans mates involved.

"The springtime of youth will never fade! You'll definitely like your Christmas gift from us and--" Lee exclaims happily before getting shushed by his mate Gaara, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly and feeling grateful for Gaara or else he would have ruined the surprise. "I'm sorry…"

"Don't apologize, you're just as excited as the rest of us." Gaara replies softly, gently holding Lee's hand to keep him as calm as possible until Naruto's flight touches down.

"What's going on, you guys? Seriously, I hate surprises." Sasuke growls once more before getting flicked on the forehead by none other than Iruka.

"Paitence is a virtue, Sasuke. I taught you that before, but don't worry. All of us want you to enjoy this surprise." Iruka smiles though Sasuke can't see it and simply pulls his former student into a brief embrace before releasing him when his eyes land on the arrival board. "Ah, it's time to go."

"Wha-- Oi!" Sasuke frowns as he's suddenly being dragged into another direction, hating that he can't see what's going on and hating even more that he isn't in control of himself with his vision being temporarily taken. "Where are you taking me?"

"Just trust us, okay? Itachi would literally murder us if something happened to you." Kakashi comments and gives Sasuke's shoulder a gentle squeeze, wrapping his other arm around Iruka's waist while they gather at their destination then glancing at his watch. "Everyone ready?"

Anxiety and anticipation spike inside Sasuke over the simple question, making him feel a tidal wave of emotions and he's pretty sure his heart will beat out of his chest if it beats any faster. The alpha can barely hear anything around him now as he listens to people applauding a group of people, making Sasuke even more curious about what's going on.

"Time to lift the blindfold!" Ino says eagerly when everyone's favorite blonde is heading towards them, having Sai gently nudge Sasuke closer to their gift . "Merry Christmas from all of us, Sasuke-kun."

"Thanks, I guess… now--" Sasuke's eyes glisten with unfallen tears of joy after he slowly lifts the blindfold Sakura and Ino put on him earlier and sees Naruto standing in front of him. Before the alpha can think, he pulls the other man into a tight loving embrace. It's more to make sure this isn’t a dream or some sort of cruel joke. "N-Naruto!?"

Streaming tears cleanse Sasuke's cheeks before his skin becomes soaked. Soon they are forgetting their way as the path was swept from beneath them, consequently blurring Sasuke's vision with waves of sadness only the broken encounter. The salty release calmly flows into his mouth so that he could taste his own sorrow as the portal closes before his eyes.

"Naruto… w-welcome home." Sasuke hiccups before burying his face into Naruto's neck, taking a deep breath and inhaling his mate's cherrywood scent. The aroma immediately makes his brain register that Naruto truly is here in his arms.

Naruto tenderly wipes away the alpha's tears after holding both cheeks in his hands and offers a rare gentle smile. He presses their foreheads together as their eyes meet once more, tilting his head and closing the distance between them. Naruto slowly slides his arms around Sasuke's neck when their lips meet chastely and tenderly at first just to prove this isn't a dream.

"Sasuke, I'm back." Naruto finally says despite his face being buried into Sasuke's neck to hide tears of his own. He's being squeezed in the best way and he never wants to let go of Sasuke again. "I-I'm really back… I've missed you so much. The letters were never enough…!"

Naruto's smooth tenor voice makes Sasuke sob harder than he's ever had since childhood though there's also a pleasant shiver running down his spine. His omega has become a thousand times more attractive since the last time he saw Sasuke. It makes Sasuke want to thank every god out there that his lover was blessed with wonderful puberty after enlisting at eighteen.

This has to be a dream...

Hugs from Sasuke could never be long enough for Naruto. In his alpha's arms, he is safe and his worries disappear like rain on summer earth. In that embrace, Naruto's cocooned better than any captillar turning into a butterfly. Naruto can feel Sasuke's unsurprisingly soft skin and the firm squeeze on his own. He bathes in Sasuke's warmth and the smell of smoky cedar fills all of his senses in an instant.

When their eyes finally meet, it's as if every ounce of breath is yanked from Naruto's lungs. That oxygen is floating into the air like midnight smoke. Every time their lips have touched so far, the world stops. It leaves just the two of them to wander the earth together. Every time Sasuke holds his face between his hands, it feels like the alpha is knocking down all of his walls for a second time.

Sasuke tilts the blonde's head up by his chin and kisses him a second time, softly at first to show affection, then with a swift gradation of intensity that makes Naruto cling to him as the only solid thing in a dizzy, swaying world. Sasuke's insistent tongue is parting Naruto's now shaking lips, sending wild tremors along his nerves, evoking from him sensations he never thought capable of feeling. And before a swimming giddiness spins Naruto round and round, he knows that he’s kissing back just with a matching passion.

Their pheromones and scents collide and intertwine as the air becomes borderline suffocating. Naruto is drowning in Sasuke's scent and  growing arousal, not needing to see in order to ask to know his companion feels the same way. What they have between them isn't simply lust or desire: it's true love, despite their bickering and public shenanigans since they met. True love is a unity of two souls. A bond that won't be wiped away clean by the end of the day.

"Don't have sex in the airport, please. People don't need a show." Sai comments and it surprisingly doesn't kill the mood, but it does make Ino burst out laughing which is a victory in his book.

"S-Sai! They're having a moment, don't be so crude." Ino manages to get out while laughing loud enough to draw attention to all of them, especially when an adorable snort escapes and she immediately feels embarrassed when she calms down. "Ugh how embarrassing…"

"Firstly, that was adorable and secondly, we definitely have to catch up! Tomorrow… I really want to spend time with Sasuke." Naruto snickers after barely pulling away from Sasuke, never wanting to let go of his mate ever again.

"We'll drop you guys off first, but the van is packed so you'll have to sit on Sasuke's lap." Kakashi says nonchalantly while Lee eagerly grabs Naruto's luggage, watching everyone hug Naruto as tightly as possible and deciding to ruffle the omega's soft blonde hair instead of a hug. "Let's get going."

It feels so surreal. Sasuke was smiling and crying! Naruto thinks to himself with a wide smile then climbs into the back of the van, making himself at home on Sasuke's lap and melting from those strong arms wrapping around his waist. "Sasuke… Merry Christmas."

"This, This is the best gift I've ever hoped for." Sasuke stammers quietly, burying his face between Naruto's shoulder blades and spacing out for the ride home. His only focus is on the beautiful blonde on his lap and he's never felt so joyous like he's feeling now.

After arriving home later on, Sasuke watches Naruto promise to see their friends tomorrow night for dinner and a smile sneaks onto his face before taking his mate's luggage inside. Beauty has never truly struck Sasuke as important apart from his own mother, sister-in-law, and brother before. When his eyes meet Naruto's, his lips slowly smile warmly as he lays the blonde on his bed. Pink slowly creeps up Sasuke's pale face as he blushes ever so slightly when he truly sees beauty and happiness radiating from Naruto. It’s the first time he has seen such a unique person who is an angel in heaven.

Before either man takes any notice, their lips are only inches apart and they can feel the heat of their breaths. Sasuke can hear the sound of their hearts racing and his chest aches from how hard every heartbeat hits his rib cage. Sasuke then slowly leans in and closes the distance between them before he can stop himself. Once they pull apart, their breathing comes in shaky, shallow breaths as the exhilarating tension increases. Unable to contain themselves anymore, Sasuke holds Naruto's head in his hands and pulls the other into a fiery and passionate kiss.

When their eyes meet after the kiss parts, it's as if every ounce of breath is wrenched from their lungs. That very oxygen is floating into the air like midnight smoke. The very moment their lips touch again, the world stops. It leaves just the two of them to wander the earth together. As soon as Sasuke gingerly holds Naruto's waist with his slightly rough hands, Naruto feels like the alpha is knocking down all of his walls in an instant since they've been reunited with only the look in his eyes.

I love him so much...

However, there isn't time to comprehend his feelings or time to declare his love once more. The reason is that Sasuke can't wait anymore and simply lifts Naruto up by his thighs without hesitation. "You've gotten heavy. I like it."

"Hey! I'm all muscle, ya know! Not all of us can be perfect, you beautiful bastard." Naruto retorts but wraps his arms around Sasuke's neck as he's being carried to their bedroom,  making him miss their bed even more.

Naruto is suddenly being pinned to the bed before his long legs wrap around Sasuke's waist to bring him closer. The air around them is disappearing as it grows warm from the heated atmosphere that's building. Sasuke pulls back slowly, allowing the omega to see the fire in his eyes before pressing their lips together for a third kiss.

"Sasuke… I-I want you to get me pregnant. I want to have your pup." Naruto whimpers without thinking and his entire face heats up with embarrassment when he realizes the slip up. However, he doesn't take it back after the seductive growl his words pull from Sasuke.

"Naruto, I'll gladly put a pup in you. We have all the time in the world until after New Year's." Sasuke replies with a husky chuckle, quickly melting when he feels Naruto's scarred hands cupping his cheeks.

Naruto then presses their foreheads together as their eyes meet once more, tilting his head and closing the distance between them once again. One of Sasuke's hands resting on his waist, the other buried into those soft blonde locks while supporting his head. Then, their lips meet chastely and tenderly again and again.

"Naruto, it feels like a dream… I wasn't expecting you back until after Christmas." Sasuke murmurs between kisses and his eyes widen suddenly the second Naruto rolls them over so he's underneath his omega. "Naruto?"

This is what Naruto has been craving, but he's been denying himself any pleasure for the sake of his own sanity. Sasuke has become the light in the dark that Naruto has been searching for his entire life after he moved out of his parents' home. Maybe that's his desire thinking, but he doubts that 100% especially when he is now sinking down onto Sasuke's achingly hard cock.

Naruto's eyes roll to the back of his head from the pleasure, already adjusting to the stretch as he slowly seats himself completely. He feels perfectly full with Sasuke inside him and he never wants to feel empty again. Naruto smiles brightly down at Sasuke, resting his hands on his alpha's chest and lifting his hips only to slam himself back down. Sasuke's strong hands provide the perfect guidance while Naruto sets a comfortable pace and he can't keep his voice down with every bounce.

Sasuke's patience is quickly wearing thin the more aroused he gets and he easily pushes Naruto down so the omega is laying on his back without pulling out. The world seems to stop moving around them while they make love, making the bed creak from every single thrust. Naruto is floating on cloud nine and beyond with every overwhelming sensation shooting through him. Oceanic eyes are rolling towards the back of Naruto's head as he nearly screams from the overwhelming pleasure and Naruto has tears running down his cheeks from the blissful feeling of Sasuke's knot swelling.

"You're beautiful, Naruto. I've missed you so much." Sasuke whispers and lightly wipes away his lover's tears with his thumbs, smiling warmly while his knot keeps them stuck together and chuckling softly as he's forced to lay on top of Naruto. "I love you."

"I missed you, too, Sasuke. I enjoyed serving, but nothing compares to being home with you." Naruto smiles from ear to ear and idly caresses Sasuke's back slowly, pouring his love into every stroke. He loves the way a simple touch turns such a stoic man into a happy puddle. "And… I love you, too… more than I love ramen."

"More than ramen? I'm honored." Sasuke teases as he carefully adjusts them without moving his knot too much, happily becoming Naruto's big spoon and holding him close while thinking.

This is where you belong, Naruto. Here with me and whatever children we decide to make.
