Work Text:
Yeosang was a good caregiver to Yunho and Mingi. He knew all the signs to look for to figure out when they were slipping and treated them accordingly. It hadn't always been this way though. Yunho and Mingi hadn't been honest at first, too scared to tell anyone, until a few incidents occurred.
Yeosang and Mingi had been playing video games together, becoming a bit loud as they played, yelling at the screen and each other. It was all in good fun, no matter how loud or how crude their comments got. Their yelling had gotten them a scolding from Hongjoong only once surprisingly and though they were quiet for a bit, it didn't last for long.
"Dude you're running the wrong fucking way!" Mingi yelled at Yeosang. Yeosang laughed at him.
"No, I'm going back to get ammo!" Yeosang yelled back. "Holy shit, did you just die?" Yeosang asked. "Dude I left for five seconds and you fucking tanked it!" Yeosang laughed.
"Fuck off!" Mingi laughed, putting his controller down. He looked to his right, noticing Yunho had been standing in the door way. He looked a bit disturbed. Mingi furrowed his eyebrows at him and Yunho looked away. "Are you okay, hyung?" Mingi asked.
"Why are you yelling?" Yunho asked.
"It's not serious." Mingi told him. "We're just joking around." He explained. Yunho looked back at Mingi, nodding silently and Mingi noticed tears cornered in his eyes. Mingi stood up, feeling something was off.
"What the hell, Mingi, the match is about to start!" Yeosang shouted. Yunho flinched. Mingi looked back at Yeosang with a glare.
"Shut up, dude!" Mingi scolded. When he looked back, Yunho was gone. "Just pause it, something's wrong." Mingi said. He left the room, looking for Yunho. "Hyung?" He called out. He looked around, noticing Yunho sitting in the corner next to the doorway of the living room. Mingi crouched down to his level. "Are you okay?" Yunho didn't answer, only letting out a small cry. "What's wrong?"
"Just want you to stop yelling." Yunho said quietly, keeping his gaze averted as he held his legs to his chest.
"Is that what's bothering you?" Mingi asked. Yunho nodded softly. "We'll stop being so loud, we didn't know it bothered you." Mingi offered. Yunho sniffed and nodded. He flinched as Yeosang came out of the room, looking for them.
"Mingi, what's going on?" Yeosang asked. Yunho hid his head in his knees as Yeosang approached them.
"Shh, keep your voice down." Mingi warned. Yeosang crouched down as well.
"Are you okay?" He asked Yunho. Yunho didn't answer.
"We startled him by yelling." Mingi explained. Yunho's shoulders shook as he cried, becoming overwhelmed by the sudden attention of his two friends.
"Oh." Yeosang let out. "I'm sorry for yelling, hyung, we were just playing around." Yeosang said. He reached forward to place his hand on Yunho's head instinctively. "It's okay, we weren't actually mad with each other." He told Yunho, petting his hair softly.
"Promise?" Yunho asked.
"Promise." Yeosang said. Yunho finally looked up at them and wiped his tears.
"Okay. Gonna go to bed now." Yunho said softly, standing up to leave. Yeosang and Mingi didn't stop him, allowing him to leave the room before turning to each other. Mingi looked a bit shocked.
"That was weird." Yeosang said. Mingi hummed and nodded.
"I think I'm gonna go to bed too, I'm not in the mood to play anymore." Mingi said. Yeosang nodded.
"Yeah."
That was only the first incident which pointed to something being wrong. Neither Mingi nor Yeosang had the guts to question Yunho over it, quickly forgetting about it the next day. Though they had remembered not to be so loud while playing video games, not wanting to disturb Yunho.
The second time came when they'd gone out shopping for a day. Mingi was excited, bubbly and happy to go out, while Yeosang was a bit on the downside. He'd missed a bit of sleep from stress the night before and Mingi had been getting in his nerves all day. It didn't help that while shopping, Mingi had knocked a few things over in one of the shops, earning a scolding from a worker and another from Yeosang, saying "great job".
By the time they got back to the dorms, no one else was home yet. The air was thick with tension between Yeosang and Mingi, yet they ignored it. Yunho couldn't lie, he was uncomfortable to say the least. Both Mingi and Yeosang took their posts at seperate sides of the couch, leaving Yunho the middle while they all conversed on what to get for dinner. Mingi was adamant on what he wanted yet Yeosang was indecisive.
Yunho tried to pick a middle ground, but the two couldn't decide on what to get. They went quiet for a bit before Mingi suggested different restaurants again, all being shut down by Yeosang.
"You never know what you want, do you?" Mingi sighed. Yeosang was quiet for a second, glancing up from his phone with a cold stare.
"What the fuck do you mean by that, Mingi?" Yeosang asked. Mingi shot him a glare and Yunho watched quietly as Yeosang gave him a questioning look.
"You know what I mean." Mingi said. Yeosang huffed and rolled his eyes.
"I never know what you mean, Mingi." Yeosang said. "Tell me how you really feel." His voice held a bit of sass behind it as he leaned back in his seat.
"You've been up my ass all day, being the fucking peanut gallery. Just taking quick nips at me and hyung like it's fucking funny and it's not." Mingi said.
"Like you haven't been doing that too." Yeosang accused. "You've been so obnoxious and high energy today, I can't take it all the time. It's not my fault that you're a bull in a China shop." Yeosang said. Yunho shrunk into his seat as the argument became louder and more heated. He had to remind himself to breathe, trying to tune them out. Eventually they'd become so enamoured with their yelling that they'd even forgot Yunho was there.
"Can you just be quiet, Yeosang!" Mingi shouted out. "I can't get anything across when you're like this!"
"Like fucking what, Mingi?" Yeosang asked.
"You're in attack mode, you don't know when to calm down!" Mingi yelled.
"Well maybe if you weren't yelling at me in the first place then I wouldn't feel the need to be defensive!"
"Stop!" Yunho shouted. "No yelling!" Arguably, Yunho's voice was louder than both of theirs, cutting their argument in half. When both Mingi and Yeosang turned to look at Yunho they saw tears in his eyes. The silence in the room was quickly filled with Yunho's chest racking sobs and gasps.
He tried to quiet himself down, however the buildup of the days tension had been stressing him out, pushing him past his limits and the yelling had broken him down. Yunho gasped when he felt a hand touch him. He knew it was meant to comfort him, but it hurt instead. He looked up and flinched away, feeling pain in the spot where Mingi had placed his hand. He shook his head quickly as Mingi furrowed his eyebrows.
"No touch." Yunho said. "Please." He added. Mingi nodded, confused as to how to react. Yeosang scooted closer a bit.
"Are you okay?" Yeosang asked quietly. Yunho just shook his head and hid his face in his hands, bringing his sleeved arm across his face to wipe his tears. The prior yelling was still fresh in his ears, echoing in his head. "What's going on?" Yeosang questioned him softly. Yunho sniffed and tried to compose himself to speak.
"I-" He started, his voice coming out weak and shaking. He didn't know how to word what he was feeling. He was just as confused as the other two. His mind was so jumbled with thoughts but also as blank as a freshly bought notebook. This situation had happened before, but not like this. Yunho could barely think at all. So many thoughts and smells and physical feelings were being brought up, throwing him in for a loop. He barely knew where he was. He felt like a little kid again, scared by all the yelling and fighting, wondering if this time he'd be dragged into it. Wondering if he'd be hurt again like last time.
He tried to fight it, tried to fight the way that time tried to swallow him into a vortex, but the pull was so strong. He'd forgotten Yeosang and Mingi were both next to him, forgotten he was on the couch. He'd forgotten where he was and how he got there and everything began to look and feel so unfamiliar and strange.
"Sorry, sorry, Yunnie sorry." Yunho said quietly. He felt bad for yelling at them, but it felt like the only thing that would make them quiet. "Didn wanna yell." Yeosang and Mingi were still confused. They wanted to give Yunho his space to allow him to calm down, but they also wanted to know what was going on. But then it hit Mingi. As he heard Yunho apologizing he realized what was going on.
"It's okay, we shouldn't have been arguing in the first place." Mingi spoke softly, not wanting to startle Yunho. Yeosang nodded. "Yunho, can I ask you a question?" Mingi asked. Yunho looked up slowly, wiping his face with his sleeves again. "Are you... regressing?" It was now Yunho's turn to be confused. He tilted his head and furrowed his brows in confusion.
"What's that?" He asked. Mingi was shocked. Yeosang looked to him with the same confusion as Yunho.
"Oh?" Mingi let out, sounding more of a question. He felt his cheeks heat up as Yunho and Yeosang waited for him to explain himself. "It's like... um..." He tried to find the words that Yunho could understand. "Like being a kid again, but you're not. Doing kid things like colouring, or... playing with stuffies." Mingi tried to explain.
"Bein' small?" Yunho said. Mingi nodded his head.
"Yes, yes, being small." Mingi repeated. "Are you... small right now, Yunho?" He asked. Yunho looked away and sniffed.
"I-I tried not to, but couldn't stop it." Yunho said. "Sorry." He apologized again. Mingi tsked.
"No, no, darling, it's okay if you couldn't help it. Sometimes I can't help it either." Mingi said. Yunho looked up again.
"You get small too?" He asked. Mingi hesitantly nodded. He hadn't wanted to come out about it, but he wanted Yunho to know there was nothing shameful about it.
"Yeah, when I get upset or feel sick, I get small." Mingi told him. Yunho nodded. "So there's nothing wrong with you doing it now." Mingi reassured.
"Okay." Yunho said softly. Mingi looked to Yeosang, who was still a bit confused. Whoever Yeosang rolled with it, putting Yunho's comfort first.
"Do you... need anything, Yunnie?" Yeosang asked, noticing Yunho had called himself that earlier. Yunho turned his attention to Yeosang.
"Hug?" Yunho asked. Yeosang opened his arms and allowed Yunho to embrace him. As Yeosang began to rub his back, Yunho softly cried into his shoulder.
"You okay?" Yeosang asked. Yunho shook his head. "You will be, I promise." Yeosang told him. Yunho nodded. Mingi watched as his back shook with every breath he took and began to feel guilty. Yeosang looked up at him with a sad face as he held Yunho. Mingi could tell Yeosang felt the same way.
"You two not mad with each other?" Yunho asked, hiccups breaking his sentence. Yeosang looked to Mingi again.
"No... I'm not mad with Mingi." Yeosang replied, though it was more directed at Mingi than Yunho. Mingi nodded softly, tears gathering in his eyes.
"I'm not mad with Sangie either." Mingi said. Both Yeosang and Mingi suddenly felt like parents arguing with their child, Yunho, trying to keep them from getting a divorce.
"I'm sorry for being mean to you, Mingi." Yeosang said. "I shouldn't have tried to get under your skin like that all day." Mingi wiped a tear from his eye.
"I'm sorry for raising my voice at you. I won't do it again. Especially in front of Yunnie." Mingi told him. Yeosang gave him a soft smile before waving him over. Mingi joined in on the hug and eventually Yunho's tears came to an end, feeling satisfied that the two had apologized.
"No more yellin' okay?" Yunho said. Mingi hummed in agreement.
"No more yelling." Yeosang echoed. Yunho pulled away first, wiping the remainder of his tears off of his face.
"I'm sleepy." He said as Mingi and Yeosang composed themselves. "Naptime." Yunho said quietly.
"Do you think you can stay awake for a bit so we can have dinner?" Mingi asked. Yunho nodded.
"What do you want for dinner, sweetheart?" Yeosang asked. Yunho thought for a bit.
"Pizza." He said simply. Mingi and Yeosang nodded. They both didn't want pizza but they sure weren't going to argue with Yunho over it. Mingi ordered for them, letting Yunho decide what the toppings were and if he wanted anything else.
"Do you wanna watch a show while we wait?" Mingi asked Yunho. Yunho layer down with his head on Yeosang's lap and looked up.
"Like what?" He asked.
"Like... a kids show. You're too small to watch anything else." Mingi said. Yunho furrowed his brows.
"Am not." He pouted. Mingi tilted his head, giving him a questioning stare. Yunho backed down. "Fine." He huffed. "What do we watch?" Yunho asked.
"How about something like... Moomin?" Yeosang suggested. Yunho nodded and hummed excitedly.
"Oh, do you like Moomin, little one?" Mingi asked. Yunho nodded again. Mingi set it up while Yunho and Yeosang cuddled on the couch, Yeosang threading his fingers through Yunho's hair. Mingi scooted a bit closer to the two, picking Yunho up and letting his body sprawl across the two of them. Yeosang picked up his phone as he noticed Yunho immersed in the show. He glanced over at Mingi, who was also on his phone and quickly sent him a text.
6:33 pm
Yeosang:
so what's going on?
Mingi:
it seems like he's regressing
Yeosang:
and that means???
Mingi:
it's difficult to explain
over text, so I'll send
you a link.
Mingi:

Yeosang:
right, give me a second
6:38
Yeosang:
so he's doing it involuntarily?
Mingi:
I don't even think he's aware
that he does it at all
Mingi:
he doesn't seem to know
what it is, just does it
Yeosang:
you think that's what
happened that night we
were playing video games?
Mingi:
probably.
Mingi:
we were swearing and
yelling all the same that
night. I think it might be
a negative trigger for him.
Yeosang:
right. so
Yeosang:
how do I act?
Mingi:
just be nice to him.
don't raise your voice,
don't swear, and don't
criticize the way he acts
or talks.
Yeosang:
got it.
When Yeosang was satisfied, he put down his phone, focusing on Yunho. Yunho looked up at him for a second as he felt Yeosang's glance on him. He gave Yeosang a small smile that melted Yeosang's heart. He smiled back and began petting his hair again. Yeosang looked to Mingi who seemed intrigued with the show. Yeosang picked up his phone again as he remembered something.
6:42 pm
Yeosang:
you do it too, right?
Mingi:
yeah
Yeosang:
so what does that look
like?
Mingi:
well I only really do it
if I feel sleepy or sick.
so there's a lot of crying
Yeosang:
:(
Yeosang:
you know, I'd be willing
to help if you need someone
to take care of you.
Yeosang:
Yunho too. he seems like
he needs help with this.
Mingi:
that's saying a lot, Sangie.
i don't wanna burden you
with it.
Mingi:
but I do think it would
be good for Yunho.
we have to talk to him out
of headspace.
Yeosang:
you don't have to agree
to it now, and I'm new to
it. learned five minutes ago.
but I'm willing to know more
without judgement.
Yeosang:
so don't think it would be
a burden to me.
Yeosang and Mingi were interrupted by knocking on the door. Mingi stood up, not wanting Yeosang to move and disturb Yunho. Yeosang shook Yunho a bit as he noticed the regressors eyes fluttering.
"Get up, angel, pizza's here." Yeosang told him. Yunho whined a bit before sitting up and rubbing his eyes. "After you eat a slice, you can go to bed, alright?" Yunho nodded and stretched before leaning his head on Yeosang's shoulder. Mingi came back in, pizza box in hand, giggling as he noticed Yunho's clingy demeanor.
"Do you like Sangie more than me?" Mingi asked, almost offended. Yunho shook his head and sat up straight.
"No! Jus' wan cuddle with Sangie." Yunho said nervously. Mingi giggled again.
"I'm just pulling your leg, darling." Mingi said. "Now be careful, it's really warm." He warned Yunho as he handed him his food. Yunho nodded and blew softly on the pizza, gaining a coo from Yeosang's direction.
When they'd finished their food, Yunho looked to Mingi, seeming expectant of something, though he didn't voice it. Mingi tilted his head.
"What's up, buttercup?" Mingi asked.
"Sleepy." Yunho said. Mingi and Yeosang both nodded and stood up.
"Alright, bedtime." Yeosang said. "Let's get you in your pajamas and go to bed." He said, helping Yunho up from the couch. Yunho nodded and held onto Yeosang's hand. "You know, I think he does like me better than you." Yeosang teased Mingi.
"You wish. Hold my hand, pumpkin." Mingi said, holding out his hand for Yunho. Yunho took it with a smile. "See?" Mingi bragged.
"He's holding my hand too." Yeosang huffed. Yunho giggled between them.
"You think you can change by yourself?" Mingi asked as they got into Yunho and San's room. Yunho nodded, heading to his dresser to grab something softer to wear to bed. Yeosang and Mingi both turned around while he got changed.
"All done!" Yunho exclaimed. The two turned around again while Yunho laid down on his bed, pulling his covers up.
"Good job!" Yeosang praised, bringing a smile to Yunho's face. "You ready for bed?" Yeosang asked. Yunho nodded as Mingi tucked him in. As Yeosang and Mingi left the room, Yunho voiced a concerned.
"Wait..." Yunho said softly. Mingi and Yeosang turned around. "Mingi stay?" Yunho asked. Mingi smiled and gave a look to Yeosang who rolled his eyes. Mingi nodded and sat down on the bed. "Thank you." Yunho said.
"Alright. Sleep well, you two." Yeosang said as he turned off the light and shut the door. A soft light flooded the room from a night light plugged in at the corner of the room.
"Cuddle?" Yunho asked. Mingi hummed and laid down next to Yunho.
"Goodnight, sweetheart." Mingi said, placing a small kiss on Yunho's forehead.
"Night night, mama." Yunho said softly. Mingi's heart jumped into his throat at the title.
"Mama will be right here when you wake up." Mingi reassured him, feeling a bit giddy to use the title. Mingi entertained himself with his phone while Yunho slept for a while. The others had come home halfway through Yunho's nap, around eight, but Yunho didn't wake up. San entered the room, becoming embarrassed as he saw the two cuddling before leaving the room once again without even questioning Mingi.
Mingi suppressed a laugh at San's confused face. After a bit, Mingi felt Yunho shift in his embrace. He looked down, petting his hands through Yunho's hair and watched as Yunho's eyes fluttered open. Mingi leaned down, moving the hair from their view. Yunho furrowed his eyebrows and gasped as he registered the picture in front of him.
"Mingi, what are you doing?" Yunho asked, moving away. Mingi was shocked to say the least.
"Oh?" Mingi asked. The two sat in silence for a bit as Yunho sat up, taking in everything around him.
"What time is it?" Yunho asked with a panic behind his voice. Mingi checked his phone.
"Quarter to nine." He answered. "Yunho, are you okay?" Mingi asked.
"I... did I blackout?" Yunho asked.
"Did you?" Mingi questioned. Yunho looked frustrated, staring at his hand before rubbing his face.
"Nine pm?" Yunho asked. Mingi nodded. "No..." Yunho sighed. "No, it's... we were just talking about dinner, just now, how did I lose three hours?" Yunho said. "What happened?" He asked, looking up at Mingi with a frustrated look, almost as if he was accusing Mingi of breaking something.
"I should probably get Yeosang so we can give the full story." Mingi said. Yunho looked scared now.
"Full story? What did you do?" Yunho asked. Mingi texted Yeosang to go to the living room so they could speak. He brought Yunho with him, closing the door behind them.
"Hyung, I just want you to know that everything is okay." Yeosang said as Yunho stood near the couch. He was too freaked out to sit down.
"Okay? I blacked out for three hours!" Yunho raised his voice. "Sorry, I- sorry. I'm just psyched out." He apologized.
"That's okay." Yeosang said calmly. "Has this ever happened before?" He asked. Yunho nodded.
"Only a few times, but not like this. Usually I can remember some things, but I... I only remember coming home today." Yunho said, pacing around and biting his finger, eyes darting across the floor as he strained himself to remember something. He stopped himself, looking back at Yeosang and Mingi. "Please just tell me what happened." Yeosang and Mingi nodded, looking to each other to see which one would explain it. Yeosang went first.
"Well, we came home and then started talking about what we wanted to have for dinner. Mingi and I wanted different things and then it became an argument." Yeosang said. Yunho nodded, still pacing. "We were yelling at each other and it got really mean and then you suddenly shut us both up and started crying." Yeosang explained and Mingi nodded. Yunho furrowed his eyebrows.
"Yeah, and then I think the yelling made you have an anxiety attack or something and... well..." Mingi didn't know how to explain the rest of it. Yunho looked at him expectantly.
"What. Happened, Mingi?" Yunho said in a scarily calm voice. He sounded like he was about to explode with anger, but it was all out of fear. His jaw clenched at the ideas of something bad happening.
"You regressed." Yeosang spoke up.
"I did what?" Yunho asked. "What are you talking about?" He questioned further. Yeosang looked to Mingi to explain it.
"It's when someone mentally revisits a stage in their life that makes them more comfortable or where trauma happened, like childhood." Mingi said. "And we think that's what happened because you were acting like a four or five year old. You uh... You called me mama." Yunho's cheeks and ears heated up and he froze. "When I asked you if you were regressing, you didn't understand me. Has it ever happened before?"
Yunho thought to all the times he'd needed to have someone refresh his memory similar to today. How many times he'd blackout before going to bed and wake up the next morning being told he went to bed late. All of the times people had said he was acting out of character or childish. Yunho's heart pounded in his chest and he felt sick, turning around to leave the room. But Mingi was quicker than him, grabbing onto his arm.
"Yunho, don't go." Mingi said. "It's okay." He told him. Yunho shook his head and tried to pull away. "Yunho, look at me." Yunho stopped trying to pull away and looked at the floor, his back still turned towards Mingi as tears fell from his eyes.
"I can't." He said softly. Yeosang stood up.
"There's nothing to be scared of. It happened, and we don't see you any differently because of it." Yeosang reassured. Mingi let go of Yunho's arm.
"If you're uncomfortable with talking about it anymore, then you can leave. But... I want to talk to you about it because I do it too." Mingi confessed. Yunho hesitated before turning around. Yunho looked to Mingi, yet avoided eye contact. He lunged himself at the other as he cried.
"I didn't mean to do it." Yunho said quietly. Mingi froze for a second before he hugged Yunho back, holding him like a box full of fragile objects.
"I know." Mingi replied softly.
"I didn't want to." Yunho cried. Mingi nodded.
"I know." He repeated.
"I'm... scared." Yunho said. Mingi hummed.
"I know." Mingi said in a caring voice. "It's okay to be scared, it's scary." He reassured. "But there's nothing wrong with it." Mingi said. He pulled away and wiped off Yunho's tears. "Do you wanna sit down?" Yunho looked to the couch for a bit before nodding shyly. Mingi and Yeosang both sat down with him.
"It... it has happened before, but I'm usually able to stop it and go somewhere safe when it happens." Yunho told them. "But recently, I just... haven't been able to figure out when it's gonna happen and it just happens." He said with a sniffle. Yeosang gasped.
"Oh... do you remember last week when Mingi and I were playing video games and you told us to be quiet?" Yeosang asked. Yunho shook his head. "I think you did the same thing then." Yunho looked ashamed to say the least. He refused to look both Yeosang or Mingi in the eye and refused to sit closer to them, sitting on the furthest corner of the couch with his arms across his chest.
"I did?" Yunho asked.
"You were speaking the same way, and you looked uncomfortable with the way we were being so loud." Mingi said. "We were thinking that arguing and yelling might be a negative trigger for you." Yunho nodded.
"Well... it doesn't exactly remind me of anything fun." He scoffed. Mingi tilted his head.
"What does it remind you of?" He asked. Yunho bit his lip. He took in a shaky breath.
"My..." He started. He'd never trusted anyone but Hongjoong with the information he was about to divulge. He wasn't even sure if he should. Or if he could without getting upset. "It reminds me of when I was younger, and not in a good way. When people are aggressive with each other, especially me, all I hear is my mom and whichever boyfriend she had brought home at the time." Yunho said quietly. "And it makes me feel... like... it's my fault. Like the people around me are arguing because of me, because I did something wrong, and that I might get hurt." Yeosang and Mingi hadn't expected to hear that. They were silent for a while, taking it all in. "And I guess that's why I did it today." Yunho said, breaking the silence.
"I'm sorry." Yunho said.
"No, no, really, don't be sorry." Yeosang urged. "It's okay. You're safe with us, Yunho. After what I saw today, there's no way I could judge you for it." He said.
"So you're pitying me?" Yunho said. Yeosang sighed and shook his head.
"No, Yunho, I'm not pitying you. I'm saying that it's valid and it's okay and if it happens again then I would have no problem taking care of you again." Yeosang said. Yunho finally looked up.
"Why?" He asked.
"Because I think it would help your memory gaps if you did it more often in a safe and controlled environment." Yeosang said. "And I think... I think you're really cute when you're regressed." Yeosang said, turning his face away as it turned red. Yunho's turned red as well.
"And I'd like to be there for you too." Mingi said. "And maybe we can even regress together to make it easier for you." He suggested. Yunho hesitantly nodded.
"I don't know a lot about it, but if you think it'll help, then I can try." Yunho said. Mingi smiled at him and Yunho tried to smile back, but it fell weak.
"I'm guessing you don't have any comfort items then?" Mingi asked.
"What are those?" Yunho asked.
"Things that can make it easier to slip, like stuffed animals or colouring books... or pacifiers." Mingi said. Yunho shook his head. "If you want, I have an extra pacifier and plenty of stuffed animals if you want them." Mingi said. "But you can't have my stuffed frog, I like him too much." He said. Yunho chuckled and nodded.
"I won't take your stuffed frog." He reassured. Mingi nodded.
"I wouldn't be opposed to buying you anything you need." Yeosang spoke up. "We could do it online to be discreet." Yunho nodded.
"Okay." He said quietly.
And so Yunho agreed on allowing Yeosang and Mingi to take care of him, voluntarily this time. Yeosang couldn't get enough of spoiling him, showering him with stuffed animals, buying him anything he thought was cute. The first few times regressing was hard for him, but he found that it was easier when Mingi regressed as well. Yeosang was more than happy with taking care of the two together. Of course some times it could be tough and sometimes he was unable to handle them, but he got the hang of it pretty quickly.
He'd become protective over the two. Anytime Yeosang would hear anyone raise their voice around Yunho, he'd come to his aid, scolding the other person for being loud. Whenever Yunho felt triggered or if Mingi felt sick or his back hurt, they would go to Yeosang for help and Yeosang never turned them away.
