All was lost when Sapnap lost George.
George was just having fun with friends. One of his friends decided to drunk drive.
And now, he's in the hospital. In a coma. And somehow the only person who got seriously hurt to the point of this.
He was the one who got all the pain when it wasn't even his fault.
Sapnap and Dream sit in the waiting room, waiting for George to get out of surgery.
"Hey man, he's going to be alright. The doctors have him in surgery. He's going to be okay Sap." Dream tries to calm the younger male down. Who was currently pacing like crazy with tears running down his face.
"No it's not. George is at deaths door right now and all I can do is sit here and wait to see if death actually answered the door or not. My fucking boyfriend is gonna fucking die Dream." At this point, Sapnap was hyperventilating. He couldn't calm down. Just the thought of George leaving him forever makes him panic and sick to his stomach.
"Hello, are you two here for Mr. Davidson?" They both turn and see a doctor. She had some faint spots of blood on her scrubs and was waiting at the door to wear the emergency room is located.
"Yes, we are, is he okay?" Dream stands up and walks up next to Sapnap.
The doctor stay quiet for a second and let's out a sigh.
"I'm sorry for your loss. He died during the surgery. We tried saving him, but there was to much glass and sharp objects in his chest that we couldn't get it out fast enough. I'm sorry."
The when Sapnap breaks down. Sobbing his heart out, face in his hands, Fallen onto his knees. Dream was quick to comfort him. He had broken down into tears as well, as one of his best friends were gone.
A few minutes go by and the doctor comes back, informing the two that they can view his body on last time before they leave to plan his funeral.
They follow the doctor down hallways until they make it to a certain room. They see a table with a large piece of cloth covering to which they knew was George's body.
The doctor slowly removes half the cloth, showing some of George up half of his body, covering his chest to hide the wounds, surgery scars and stitches.
Sapnap chokes on a sob when he sees George. He was pale, really really pale. Had scratches, scars and bruises all over his face. Some dried blood in his hair. Yet, to Sapnap, he still the beautiful boy he loved.
He was his Angel. And now he really has become one. Sapnap slowly walks over to George's and looks down at his face.
He lifts his hand up and brushes George's hair back. Getting it out of his face.
"I love you, George."
He set George's hair aside and kisses his forehead.
That day. Was the day he ever felt that much Grief in his life. He never lost someone in his life like this. Especially someone like George.
He's going to miss George.
Everyone would George.
But not as much as Sapnap will.
