Of fucking course he would wake up early the day his period decides to come. The universe just needs to fuck with him just that much more.
"Sukuna-" Megumi called out in a choked out sob. "This fucking hurts!" he screamed while clutching his waist. Writhing against the bed trying to get the pain to just go away wasn't working. Tears started to prick out of corners of Megumi's eyes and the putrid smell of distressed omega filled the air getting more potent as the seconds went on.
That's when Sukuna came running in. "Shh, Hey Megumi, it's gonna be okay. Here's your meds and some water." he said with a weak smile. He couldn't stand to watch his darling blessing hurt like this.
"Thank you, 'Kuna." Megumi said with tears streaming down his cheeks as he reached for the cup of water. After he was done taking the pain medication he sat curled in a ball on his lover's lap for a while and Sukuna just rubbed his back trying to make his omega feel better. The scent in the air finally becoming more calm.
"I deal with this shit every month 'Kuna, it's bullshit. It hurts like hell and I'm sooo done with it." The shorter male grumbed.
"I know, baby."
"I hate how it just has to happen every fucking month. Like heat wasn't bad enough? It's genuine torture."
"Mhm."
"I don't get why my life has to be struggle after struggle. It's not fair." Megumi whined looking like a kicked puppy.
"Atleast your strong as hell and push through this everytime." The alpha cupped Megumi's face and wiped the few tears away.
"Hey, Sukuna?"
"Yeah? Do you need anything?"
The omega shook his head and weakly got up while pulling Sukuna into a hug. "Thank you for letting me complain to you." he laughed. "I'm feeling a bit better, the pain pills are finally doing their fucking job."
"I'm glad, would you like any food? I bet your hella hungry."
"Damn right I am. Do we have soup?"
"I think? If not I can just make some." Sukuna shrugged.
"Oh my god, you're a true blessing." Megumi sighed.
Sukuna laughed. "Yeah, yeah. Okay, let's go get make your soup."
"Can you carry me?"
"Of course, anything for you, blessing."
"Oh my god, you're a whole ass sap."
They both laughed. This was gonna be one heck of a morning.
