“Toshi!”
Shinsou glances over from where he’s lounging underneath a large tree, squinting at the bunny hybrid that’s bouncing over to him.
“Hey fuzzball.” The cat hybrid greets, stretching out his legs and yawning real wide. “What have you been up to?”
Izuku plops himself right next to Shinsou, leaning against his shoulder with a ‘huff’. “I just got done babysitting Kota and Eri. They’re both perfect- but we did a lot today so I’m exhausted.” The bunny hybrid sighs and looks up at the kitty with his own little questioning expression. “Have you been here all day?”
Hitoshi snorts, raising a hand and placing it on top of Izuku’s curls. “Those two are cute brats, you’re lucky you have them instead of that one gremlin at the next town over. I babysitted her once and decided I was never going to do it again.” The cat hybrid smirks at Izuku’s small laugh, “And yes, I’ve been here for.. Most of the day. Catching up on sleep.”
Izuku sighs at that tiredly, “Toshi you’re gonna be up all night again.”
“Eh? What’s so wrong with that? I get to watch your cute lil face as you dream.” Hitoshi purrs, and the bunny hybrid pouts.
“You can’t just nap all day like Aizawa. You’re gonna get shadows under your eyes.”
“I think it’s too late for that… Anyways, are you ready to go home, Zuku?” Hitoshi questions softly, eyes watching Izuku as the bunny curls up against his 'comfort kitty’s' side.
“Mm… I kind of just want to sit with you here for a bit.” Izuku mumbles, arms coming to wrap around Hitoshi when the kitty pulls him into his lap with a laugh.
“Sure, bun. I don’t mind doing that.” Hitoshi hums, placing a kiss on top of the bun’s head.
Izuku falls asleep to the sound of soft breathing and a gentle breeze.
A perfect little life.
