You returned home after going out for a walk to clear your head, you had not long come back from a mission and it had taken a lot out on you and exhausted you both mentally and physically, so you decided once you got back home you would clean up, change and then head out for a bit. While you were out, you went to your favourite secret spot that no one else knew about, there was a wooded area a bit further out from the Tower, you knew Tony hated anyone being too far out but you needed to relax, once you walked so far in the woods, you came across a river and waterfall. The sound of the water helped to relax you immediately and calmed you also. You got up to head back when you started to feel a little bit hungry, it had been a while since you had last eaten. When you reached the stairs at the tower, you practically ran up them, even taking two at a time.
"There you are, where have you been, we've been looking all over for you" Clint said as he walked in the direction of the elevator, the same as you
"Sorry, I just went out for a bit to clear my head and calm down" you say as you walk in the elevator
Clint presses the button for the floor at the top where the living room and kitchen were based
"Tony is beyond fuming with you" Clint warns
"I'll talk to him when I see him, don't you and the other's do your own thing to calm down after a mission ?"
"We usually end up having a famous Stark party" Clint shrugs
That figures, of course that's how they unwind with music and fancy expensive alcohol, you think to yourself. You weren't keen on alcohol much, you had the odd drink once in a blue moon if you were lucky. The rest of the ride up to the floor was peaceful silence between you and Clint.
"You look tired kid" Clint remarks
"I am, I just wanna grab some food and then sleep for at least a week !" You joke
"Some how I don't see that happening" Clint laughs
Once you reach the floor, you both walk out of the elevator, you make your way to the kitchen, your not sure where Clint goes. When you enter the living room, you notice the other's all gathered there, Tony, Peter, Steve, Bucky, Bruce, Wanda, Thor, Loki, Sam and Natasha.
"There you are, where the hell have you been ?" Tony practically yells at you
"I went out for a walk to calm down after the mission, I had to destress" you answer him
"You should have told one of us where you were going" Steve chimes in, agreeing with Tony, wow now this was a first for him !
"You all destress by having a party, I destress by having some quiet me time to relax"
"You could have called or answered our texts" Nat points out
Speaking of your phone you check your pockets for it but it's not there. Oh no.
"Did you go out without your phone ?" Tony asks
"No of course not, I've just put it onto charge in my room"
After some grilling from the others, you finally managed to get something to eat and then head back to your room where you can hopefully maybe try and watch a film and chill for the rest of the night before you fall asleep. Surprisingly the only three not to give you any grief was Peter, Thor and Loki. As you were making your way to your room, you bumped into Peter.
"Oh hey, just wondering if you wanna join us all for a movie ? We're gonna let the Cap watch some great classics" Peter tells you excitedly
"Thanks for the offer but I think I'm just gonna call it a night, I'm really tired" You answer as you yawn
"Okay see you tomorrow" Peter smiles as he walks off
You smile and continue walking to your room, as you reach your door, a confused look crosses your face as you see a white envelope there. You pick it up and red the front which has your name on it, you take it inside your room to see what it is and who sent you it. When you opened the envelope, there was a white piece of paper inside it so you took it out to read it, the message scribbled on the paper simply read
"Dear Crush,

This was weird, was it from one of the others ? Did Peter leave it himself or from one on the others ? You shake your head and put the letter into one of your drawers before you climb into bed, once your comfortable, you easily fall into a deep sleep. You sleep the whole night through without waking up. You woke up in the morning, in a happy mood, probably because you had manged to get a peaceful sleep. You had forgotten about the letter, you got up and made your way to the kitchen, you were hungry, there in the kitchen you found Nat and Wanda.
"Morning, someone looks happy" Nat commented on your happy form
"Probably because I managed to get a good night's sleep"
"Any plans for today ?" Wanda asks
"Nope, probably just chill out, relax and unwind"
"Let's all go shopping" Nat says excitedly
"I'm in" Wanda smiles
Suddenly both of their eyes are on you
"Yes I'm in too"
"Great ! Let's all go get ready, I'll speak to Stark, convince him to let me borrow one of his cards" Nat smirks
Once you were finished, you headed back to your room, Wanda and Nat went to their rooms to get ready. Once you were in your room, you looked at all your clothes trying to decide on an outfit to wear, it was sunny outside and it was dry but you knew it would be cold, it was the middle of Autumn ! You decided on a nice jumper, cosy leggings, paired off with a pair of ankle boots, it was a cute Autumn outfit. You pulled out one of your coats from your wardrobe before opening your drawer to pull out your beanie hat. When you opened the door, you noticed the envelope from last night which contained the letter from some mysterious person. You put the letter in your bag along with your purse, phone and other essentials you liked to keep close in case of an emergency. You made your way downstairs where you waited for Nat and Wanda, this was a first for you to beat them and ready before them, usually you were the last one there. You sat down on one of the sofa's and took the letter out of your bag and read it again, you didn't even recognise the hand writing. You weren't sure if this was someone trying to be romantic of part of a sick joke. You began to wonder if it was maybe from someone you knew. Tony ? No, he was very happy with Pepper and they were engaged, Clint ? Again, no, he was married with a family, Steve maybe ? No, Steve was still in love with Peggy, Thor ? No he was in love with Jane, Vision was with Wanda, Bruce was harbouring feelings for Nat, Peter was too young, you got on well with him but only saw him as a little brother, that left you with three possibilities, Sam, Bucky and Loki. Come to think of it, Loki never really paid much attention to you or showed any interest in you, besides you were only a simple Midgardian girl, not fit enough for a prince of Asgard so you were left with Sam or Bucky.
"My lady, why are you sitting here all alone ?" Thor's voice boomed
You look up as Thor, Clint and Loki are walking right for you
"Oh hey, don't mind me, I'm just waiting for Wanda and Nat, we're going out shopping, into town"
You quickly hide the letter in your bag without any of them seeing it, you also put your room key in your bag although you hated taking it out with you in case you lost it.
"Not like you to be ready first" Clint smirks
"I know, shock horror right, hey Clint, could you do me a small favour until I get back ?" You ask
"Depends on what it is" Clint jokes
"I was only going to ask you to keep hold of my key until I get back, I hate taking it out with me in case I lose it"
Clint agrees to keep your key safe for you and you place the small cold metal key in his hand.
"What's taking Wanda and Nat so long ?" Clint asks
"Nat is going to speak to Stark to convince him to give her a card"
"Well knowing Nat, she will get Stark to give one up, at least take something off Tony for once, burn some of his cash" Clint encourages you
"What do you mean ?" Thor asks confused
"She doesn't like anyone spending their money on her" Clint explains
"My lady, you refuse to let a man cherish you and spend money on gifts for you ?" Thor asks shocked
"I just prefer to buy my own things like clothes, shoes, accessories and stuff"
"Okay but what if you meet a perfect gentleman who wishes to spoil you rotten ?" Thor asks
"He'll be told from the start that I don't like people to spending their money on me" you shrug
"She means it, I remember one year, it was her birthday so Tony, Steve, Nat and I took her out shopping, we all gave her a limit, she never took anything from us" Clint informed Thor
"We went for a meal, that was fine for me"
"I even tried to bribe her and encourage her to take something, you know like clothes, shoes, perfume or even a piece of jewellery but she refused" Clint told Thor
"Hey guys" Wanda's voice called as she made her way downstairs, saving you from the awkward situation
Soon Nat had joined you, flashing one of Tony's cards which she had managed to get her hands on
"How did you manage to get Tony to hand that over ?" Clint asked in disbelief
"Oh you know, a little persuasion" Nat smirked
You, Nat and Wanda were soon in town, in the usual expensive shops. You did have a brand make hand bag and purse which the other's got you one year as a Christmas present, you absolutely adored them very much. You ended up picking up some new clothes, trainers and other bits and pieces. You ended up paying for your stuff with your own money while Nat and Wanda burned Tony's card. You shopped around some more but your arms soon began to hurt so you all decided to go to your favourite restaurant, one where you always went when you were out with Nat or the others. You sat down at the table you were shown to and placed your orders with the waiter. You went into your bag, forgetting that you had the mysterious letter in there too, you stopped looking for your phone as you looked at the letter again.
"You okay ?" Wanda asked
"I don't know, I found this envelope by my door last night, when I opened it, there was a letter or note inside it"
"Let's see" Nat demands
You hesitantly pull the envelope out and hand it over so Nat and Wanda and read it for themselves.
"You have a mystery admirer" Wanda smiles
"I don't know, I mean I kinda feel creeped out, I don't if it's genuine or a joke someone is playing"
"Do you have any clues or suspects ?" Nat asks
"I don't know, I mean I thought about it, not Tony, he's engaged to Pepper and he seems very settled, not Steve since he's still pretty hung up on Peggy, not Peter, he's too young and he's like a brother to me, Thor is in love with Jane so not him either, Vision is with Wanda, plus I don't think he'd do something like this, Bruce is-" You begin but stop and look at Nat
"Bruce isn't like that, so that only leaves you with Bucky or Sam" Wanda says
"Yeah, it also leaves Loki but he's never paid me any attention or noticed me before so I can't see it being him"
After your meal, you headed back to the shops with Nat and Wanda to do more shopping, it was starting to get late. Nat's phone rang off, Tony had called her, he was no doubt worried about how much of his money she had spent from his card. He agreed to come and pick the three of you up as long as you grabbed some food for dinner, which you had all agreed to do. Tony did indeed come and pick you up but his face fell when he saw how much stuff you all had.
"Before you start, I paid for my own stuff, I have the receipts to prove it"
"I can believe that with you but them two, what have you two bought with my card ?" Tony asked
You put all your stuff in the boot of Tony's flash expensive car and he drove you all home, you all had some food, keeping it with you where it was safe and wouldn't spill over Tony's car. Once back at the Tower, you walked straight to the kitchen and placed the food down on the kitchen work top, and then went to walk to your room, you found your key, hidden in it's usual place that only you and Clint knew.
"My lady, let me help you there, you seem to be struggling" Thor called as he ran up behind you
"Thor, I told you just to call me by my normal name"
"I know, sorry, seriously though, you look to be struggling with those bags" Thor gestures to the bags and holds his hands out
"Thank you"
You smile and let Thor take a few bags from you.
"What have you purchased from town ?" Thor asked as he examined your bags
"The usual, clothes, shoes plus some bits and pieces"
"I still can't get used to Midgard and how things work down here" Thor tells you
"You'll get there, eventually"
You reach your door and open it, letting Thor in first, he puts your bags down on your bed then looks around your room.
"Those roses you have are lovely, I had no idea you were fond of them" Thor smiles
This confused you, what roses was he talking about, you had no roses in your room
"Roses ?"
"Yes, there on your dresser" Thor points to the white roses which are also in a vase with some water
"Is something wrong ?" Thor asks
"Oh no, I just forgot I'd gotten them and moved them"
Thor left you alone in your room, you closed your door and then rushed over to the roses and looked around for a card or something. Your eye soon caught sight of a small envelope, you grabbed it and opened it to reveal a small card. Thank the lord, hopefully they have signed it or given you a clue as to who it was. The small card read

You suddenly felt sick and ran straight into your en suite, just making it before you emptied your stomach contents. You felt slightly scared that someone had been inside your room while you were out with Nat and Wanda. Then it hit you, you had left your key with Clint. You got up and went looking for him, you found him with the others, tucking into their food. It didn't take long for them to notice you.
"Hey kid come for your food ?" Tony asks
"No, I'm not hungry or feeling too good"
"Is something wrong ?" Nat asks
"I don't know yet, urm Clint can I have a quick word in private ?" You ask nervously
Clint is clearly confused but agrees and gets up, walking out to the hall with you.
"What's up ?" Clint asks
"Did you leave the flowers in my room ?"
"Flowers ? What flowers ?" Clint asks confused
"The white roses that are in my room that wasn't there before"
"I have no idea what your talking about" Clint defends himself
"You didn't put them there ?"
"No, if I did, I'd tell you but I don't buy flowers for anyone, to be honest, I never took you as a flower person" Clint tells you
"Did you give my key to anyone ?"
"No, I put it straight in it's usual place" Clint tells you
The stress and worry soon gets too much for you, you begin to feel dizzy and nauseous and pass out, in front of Clint who quickly catches you before you fall to the ground.
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON ?!" Nat yells as she and the others all walk into the hall
"I have no idea what happened, one minute she was asking me about flowers in her room the next thing she's passing out on me" Clint tells everyone honestly
"Let's get her to the lab quickly" Tony states
Clint gets up and picks you up, carrying you to the lab, the other's all follow but wait outside the room while Tony and Bruce tend to you. After a while Tony walks out to the other's.
"Anyone know what's going on here ?" Tony asks
Wanda and Nat share a look which catches Tony's eye.
"okay you two, spit it out, what's going on here ? Don't tell me nothing because her blood pressure is sky high, she is clearly worried about something, judging by that look you two just shared, you obviously know what's going on" Tony states in an angry tone
"She mentioned something to us today when we were out in town, she went back to her room last night and found a letter from someone unknown" Wanda explains
"What did the letter say ?" Tony asks
"I'll go get it out of her bag for you to read yourself, she wasn't sure if it was genuine, creepy or some kind of joke" Nat explains before walking off to your room
"Clint, what happened in the hall ?" Tony changes his eye to Clint now
"She just asked me if I left the roses in her room, but I honestly have no idea what she is talking about" Clint held his hands up in defence
"Oh the white roses ? Yes I saw them earlier when I helped her with her bags, she seemed very confused by them" Thor tells everyone
"So what ? does she have some kind of creepy stalker or something ?" Peter asks worried
"Don't know but she was creeped out and worried about it" Wanda said
It has now been a few months since that incident and you were still living on edge by everything. Nothing got resolved when you were in the infirmary, in fact, it only seemed to get worse with the notes being left for you when you returned from training which you couldn't even concentrate on properly. You had even tried locking yourself in your room for a few days and only opened your door if one of the other's had left your food outside your door for you. It was needless to say that they were all very concerned and worried for and about you. Wanda and Nat had both offered to sit with you and even sleep over in your room or offered for you to go to one of their rooms but you refused to leave your room, you were scared in case anyone just let them self into your room like they had numerous times now. You had just come out of the shower only to find Nat and Wanda in your room.
"How did you two get in here ?"
"Spare key" Nat says, holding the key up
"Right, what do you want ?"
"To see how you are and to get you out of this room for a bit, it's not healthy being cooped up in here 24/7" Nat tells you
"I'm not leaving my room"
"Come on, it's only for a little bit, aren't you fed up of staring at the same four walls ?" Wanda asks
"I can't just the thought of leaving this room makes me feel sick"
"I know it's a scary thought but you'll have us there with you, you'll be fine" Wanda tries to reassure you
"No" You shake your head
"Sorry kid" Nat says, before you know it, both Nat and Wanda are lifting you up by your arms and carrying you out of your room
Of course you try to protest and beg them to stop and let you go but they don't take notice of you. Nat and Wanda take you through to the lounge room where it's quiet. You look around not sure if you like your new surrounding or not, what if this was all a cruel prank on you ?
"The guys are all out, showing Thor and Loki around town" Nat answers your unasked question
"Haven't you missed any of this ?" Wanda asks
You only shrug in response
"Okay look, I know whoever this guy is that's been messing with you has really gotten to you and is freaking you out but you can't let him get to you and drive you away from your friends, if you keep locking yourself in your room then your letting him win" Nat says in a serious but warm tone
"What if I do come out and he sneaks into my room again like he has before ?"
"I know he's scared you, I really don't think Clint gave your key to anyone and I also don't believe that he left you those flowers" Nat tells you
You all decided to watch a movie to try and cheer you up after your long chat with the girls. You were half way through the movie when the others suddenly came back earlier than planned. You shot right up and was about to rush back to your room but Nat and Wanda both stopped you.
"Tony what the heck are you doing back early ?" Nat snarled at him
"It's not his fault, we got a call from Fury, there is a mission for some of us so we need to get ready, get the quin jet prepped and leave" Steve informs you all
"Who's all going ?" Wanda asks
"Tony, Sam, Bucky, Vision, Thor, You two women, Bruce and myself, Loki and Peter are to remain here for obvious reasons" Steve explains
Wait, Steve only said two women so that also meant that you would be here alone with Peter and Loki.
"You know I wouldn't do anything to hurt you right ?" Peter asks you
"I don't know anything anymore" You shrug answering Peter
You began to worry even more after the other's left since you had no idea how long they were going to be gone for.
"I know ! Let's watch a movie !" Peter cheers happily as he claps his hands together, causing you to jump in fear.
"Don't ! Peter, you are meant to be helping me !"
"Sorry, I guess I just got excited" Peter says apologetically
"What movie were you thinking of watching ?"
"We could watch Scream or I know What You Did Last Summer ?" Peter suggests
"Where the victims get stalked then hunted down by a killer ? Really Peter ?"
"Oh yeah, sorry, I know how much you love horror movies, I miss us hanging out watching them" Peter says as he reminisces about the times you spent together watching horror movies
"Why don't you go and check up in Tony's room for a decent movie ?"
"Okay" Peter smiles and leaves, running up the stairs
Once Peter is out of sight, you begin to walk away so you can sneak off and hide away again, not feeling comfortable or safe in the company of the two males in which you had been left in.
"Where you off to little dove ?" Loki asks
Loki's question catches you off guard
"To the toilet"
Loki just smiles a knowing smile
"You can't lie to me, I am the God of Mischief and lies" Loki points out
"I don't feel safe okay, I just want to be on my own"
"Your room is the first place the boy wonder would think of to look for you" Loki points out
"So I'll stay quiet"
"I think we can do better than that" Loki smiles
"What do you mean we ?" you ask nervously
"Relax, I am not going to hurt you, I promised my brother" Loki explains
"Thor ? Why ?"
"He is fond of you as a friend, he told me about how kind, friendly and gentle you are, it hurt him when you hid away in your room and became scared" Loki tells you
"Oh right"
You stand there awkwardly and fold your arms over your front.
"Do you still want to hide away ?" Loki asks and holds his hand out to you
You cautiously place your cold, shaking hand in Loki's large one.
"Your cold and shaking, relax, your safe with me, I promise you" Loki tells you
Loki takes you and leads you to the library which confuses you, why would he bring you here ?
"I like to come here to hide away when I need some peace and quiet from the others" Loki tells you
"Why are you suddenly talking to me ? You haven't before or even notice
"It's not sudden, we've been on missions together with the others and been in the same room during some of Stark's parties, Loki points out
"True but you've never actually spoken to me before, not like the others"
"I thought you hated me or scared of me like most people" Loki shrugs
A few weeks has now passed, you had spoken to Loki a lot more, getting to know each other and growing closer as friends or maybe something more, you weren't sure yet. You still did receive the odd letter, note or gift which still did scare you but rather than talk to Nat or Wanda or any of the others, you went straight to Loki. When you found him, he could tell from your frightened look that something wasn't right and always offered to listen to you and help you. One time you had stayed in Loki's room and even fallen asleep by accident but Loki left you to sleep in his bed while he slept on the sofa in his room. As you both grew closer, you soon discovered that you both had a lot of things in common. Loki had been kind and generous enough to buy you the odd present but he made sure you knew that it was from him, not the mystery person who had been leaving you gifts.
One day the other's were all sat in the kitchen when you and Loki became the subject of gossip after they all noticed your and Loki's unusual friendship.
"There's something not right there" Nat pointed out
"I know it's weird, why are they suddenly best friends ?" Tony agreed, voicing his opinion
"I don't like what you two maybe thinking, but Loki is still my brother, he's changed, he won't harm her. I asked him to be nice to her and look out for her" Thor says in a serious tone
"No one is saying anything bad about Loki, but he has been known to trick people and backstab them" Clint points out
"That was when he was under mind control, he's fine now, he's calmed down. How many times has he saved your life or all your lives for that matter ?" Thor asks angrily as he looks around the room at every one.
Thor left the kitchen before anyone else could say another word, not liking where their conversation was headed.
"Seriously though, Loki has never paid her any attention before, why the sudden change ?" Nat asked before getting up off her chair and putting her now empty mug in the dish washer.
Thor stormed through the Tower until he found Loki and his friend, who he was so fond of, together in Loki's room.
"Brother, I must speak to you urgently" Thor told him
"Okay, what is it about ? A new mission ?" Loki asked
"No, it regards you and your new found friend here" Thor answers and looks between Loki and you
"Me ? What do you mean ? What's going on here ?"
"The other's are talking about you two, About how close the two of you have suddenly become, is there something else going on here ?" Thor asks
Loki was about to answer but you got in there first
"What exactly are the other's saying ? Loki has been nothing but kind and a very good friend to me, he's here for me when your all out on a mission"
"They think Loki has another motive, they have been suggesting that Loki is your mystery person" Thor tells you
Without another word being said, you marched out the room and in search of the others to give them a piece of your mind. You stopped once you reached the kitchen and heard part of their conversation.
"Do you really think Loki would be that cruel though as to scare her like that ?" Wanda asked
"We all know he's done a lot worse" Nat pointed out
"I don't believe you all !" You snapped
All, their heads turned to you and their eyes fell on you, shock consuming their faces
"Kid we were just-" Tony begins but you cut him off
"I know what you were all doing, you were critizing him, he has been nothing but kind and a good friend to me !" You yell at them
"If you just listen to our theories, maybe you'll understand" Wanda tries to bargain
"No ! You can all stay out of my way for a while, I don't want to see any of you !" You snap before storming out the kitchen and back to Loki's room, Loki following behind you.
"I think you need to calm down" Loki says
"How dare they ! Who the hell do they think they are ?! None of them are perfect either !" You hiss and angrily push one of the doors in the hall really hard
You pace back and forth in Loki's room, you were still extremely angry with everyone.
"This stress isn't good for you" Loki tries to calm you down
"Urgh I just need" You begin but stop mid sentence
"What ? What do you need ? Maybe I can help" Loki offers
"I think I just need a break from this place and them, I need to get away"
"We could go on a nice holiday somewhere ? Maybe book a nice cabin somewhere or a hotel or villa, whatever you want" Loki suggests
"A nice cabin sounds" you smile
Loki picks up his laptop and sits on his bed then opens his arm out to you to join him on his bed, you smile and sat down with him as you looked up different places you could go.
Eventually, you did find a nice cabin, it was in the woods but it would be cold and snowing which you knew you'd secretly love since you loved winter and snow, it wasn't Christmas but it was still going to be fun, you really needed this break and distraction so bad. Loki put his laptop down once everything was booked and paid for.
"Thank you Loki"
"Anything to make things easier for you, plus you did fight my corner with the others" Loki smiled
"I just don't get why they're suddenly so judgemental"
"I knew before I came here to help out, they wouldn't accept me, not properly" Loki told you
"Well I accept you and so does Thor"
Loki smiled as he gently stroked your hair and ran his fingers through your hair, the both of you were so happy and content in the moment.
"Just so your aware before we go, I am not building a snowman and I hate the song from Frozen" Loki tells you
"Which song do you hate ? Frozen has lots of songs in it"
"Let it go" Loki says in an irritated voice
"Do you wanna build a snowman" You giggle, looking up at Loki
Loki just glares at you before he starts tickling your sides
"No Loki stop !"
When Loki did eventually stop tickling you, your faces where so close, you could feel his breath on your face. Loki's eyes flicked from your eyes then down to your lips, without a word being said, Loki leaned in and gently kissed you. You kissed him back and wrapped your arms around his neck. The kiss got heated really quickly, Loki took every opportunity he could to deepen the kiss. You both soon had to pull apart to catch your breath
"Please forgive me, I got a little carried away there" Loki says
"Loki it's okay, I enjoyed you kissing me and kissing you back"
"Do you want to do it again ? See where it goes ?" Loki asks
"Urm sure but I haven't....I've never..." You say, suddenly feeling shy and vulnerable
"Don't worry, I won't rush you, we don't have too if you don't want too, if you do, I will take care of you in every possible way" Loki reassures you
You can tell from the tone of his voice and the sincerity in his eyes that he means every word he is saying to you. You both lean in again and begin to kiss once more, you do end up spending the night with Loki, in his bed. Loki was true to his word, he took care of you in every way possible, he didn't rush it or move too fast, he always asked you if you were okay and comfortable and wanted to continue to which you told him you did. You never in a million years ever thought that your first time would be with the god of mischief but it was amazing. Loki cuddled you close to him, in his arms after.
"Sleep now my darling" Loki whispered in your ear
You instantly fell asleep, feeling safe and protected. The next morning, the other's all left early for a mission, as usual you, Loki and Peter were left behind. This gave you and Loki the perfect chance to pack for your holiday and sneak off away so none of the other's could stop you. Loki had arranged for a taxi to pick you both up and drive you to the air port. You met Loki in the hall, Peter was still asleep, there was no A.I yet since Tony and Bruce were still working on modifying a new one so there was no way they would know when you left or where you were going too.
"All set my darling ?" Loki asked
"Yes, you ?"
"I certainly am, okay let's go wait outside" Loki smiled and walked with you outside to wait on the taxi.
After a short drive to the airport and a long flight then another small walk to the reception to check in and then another walk, in the snow, you finally reached your cabin in the middle of the woods. You were given cabin number 17. The snow was really deep here, you couldn't help but smile.
"You like the snow ?" Loki asked
"I love it !" you exclaimed happily
Once inside your cabin, you both put your bags down in your shared room. Loki walked up behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist.
"We haven't talked about last night" he mumbles against your ear
"I enjoyed last night, it was amazing" You turned in Loki's arms so you were now facing him
"Amazing, huh ?" Loki asks
"Yes, I mean I never thought the god of mischief would be my first but yes it was pretty amazing" You smile and wrap your arms around his neck
"Are you sore ? I mean I know you didn't get much sleep, then we left and have been travelling" Loki asks concerned
"No I'm fine, I'm here with you"
You and Loki decided to lay down on the bed and rest for a bit, you were both tired and exhausted after all the travelling. You had grown to love snuggling into Loki, he really was just a giant teddy bear.
You and Loki had been enjoying your little quiet get away, you had been here for a few days, you had even managed to start a snowball fight with Loki which was fun until he decided to use his magic and trick you by producing a clone of himself so he could catch you off guard and sneak up on you. The both of you had even spent more intimate time together in the bed, you bathed or showered together, you felt like you were in the honeymoon period of a new relationship.
"My darling, I'm just going to pick up some food for us, do you wish to join me or stay here ?" Loki asked
"I'll stay here by the fire" You smiled
Loki left to head down to the reception, it was a long walk, it may be even longer now since it had been snowing very heavily. You were bored and decided maybe a book would help occupy you until Loki got back with the food so you went into the bedroom and into his bag, you didn't think he'd mind since he had offered to share his books with you and told you that you were welcome to read them anytime. You were carefully looking through his suitcase, in search of a good book when you accidentally knocked over his laptop bag and some pieces of paper fell out of it, you stopped looking through the suitcase and picked up the pieces of paper. Of course in true you style, your curiosity got the better of you and you began to read what was on the papers. It didn't seem like much at first just some of Loki's scribbled writing but as you kept reading it, the more you were able to start making out his hand writing.
"Do you think about me as much as I think about you ?" One of the pieces read
You were confused as you were sure you had seen this somewhere before so you went over to your bag and fished out what you were looking for. You matched the very first letter you received to the one you had just found in Loki's things. You felt sick and your face pale. No, surely not Loki. He wouldn't do such a cruel thing to you, would he ? Had one of the others maybe planted this on him ? You began to wonder. You checked the other pieces of paper and they all read the same message to which you had received from your mysterious stalker. You were so busy and deep in your thoughts, you never even heard Loki come back.
"What are you doing ?" Loki's voice asked, snapping you out of your thoughts
"Please tell me it isn't you Loki"
"So you finally found out" Loki says in a cold voice
"Why ?"
"Why not, after my brother told me about you and I met you, I wanted you but you never noticed me so I waited until the time came" Loki shrugs
"The others, they were all right with their theories about you and I defended you ! I fought your corner"
"I know, that wasn't part of my plan but it worked out in my corner, now I have you all to myself" Loki says in a dark voice
"No you don't, not anymore, I'm going back !" You tell Loki and go to move but he stops you
"Your not going anywhere, not now your mine" Loki tells you
"I'm not yours !"
"Oh but you are my darling, you are mine in every possible way and I protect what is mine" Loki smirks down at you.
The look in his eyes told you that you had lost this fight and Loki's smirk was one for his victory. He had scared you, frightened you and ticked you, now he had you exactly where he wanted you.
