The reader is a poor boy struggling to pay for his needs, and the desperate want to medically transition. When searching for an extra job he finds an old couple all the way in England asking for a live-in babysitter to sit their baby boy as they go on vacation. They're offering to pay for the trip and hotel, and the weekly pay is more than enough for everything the reader needs. The catch? They demand that the job is for women only.
Lucky for them, you're just desperate enough to risk your dysphoria for the cash. It's only going to be for a month or two, and kids are easy to bribe. This is going to be a piece of cake.
