Chapter Text
The music was loud and there was a slight buzz in my ears. I was starting to get a slight headache, and could barely focus on the glass that was in front of me. I wonder how many drinks I've had so far, I must have drank over my limit since I already feel drunk as hell and can barely focus on anything. I let out a sigh as I turned my head to the right. I noticed my friends were busy mingling with some random strangers, guess they got lucky tonight, hell, I’m pretty sure all the single people in this room got lucky tonight…all except for me.
“...Shit,” I sighed as I took another sip of my drink. Why did I let Clyde convince me to come here? As if I’ll find someone here to score with, and even if I did find someone, I’m sure they wouldn’t want to sleep with someone like me. Already twenty-five and I’m still a fucking virgin. Never once dated anyone, never had a boyfriend or girlfriend, and never had sex with anyone. Fuck….
….Sigh…this was a waste of time. I should just go home. Maybe I can watch the new Red Racer movie that came out recently, now that would be a better way to spend my Saturday night instead of drinking alone and feeling shitty that I’ve been single for this long in my life.
“Hey…is this seat taken?” A voice spoke.
I turned my head to my left and noticed a decent looking guy standing next to me. He smiled at me in that way you know he’s trying to flirt with you, and it’s obvious with the way he was eyeing me up and down, he was checking me out. I’ll admit…he was attractive…though not really my type. He seemed a bit too forward and obvious with what he was after.
“......” Oh fuck it…the whole reason I came here is to score it with someone and finally pop the cherry, and I ain’t getting younger here. Might as well make up this night somehow, right? “....No…the seat isn’t taken,” I muttered, trying my best to play it cool despite the fact that I was probably as drunk as a skunk right about now.
The next ten minutes felt like a blur to me. I guess I really did have too much to drink since everything felt like it was moving fast. All I remember was talking to the guy a bit, suddenly we started kissing in a corner of the bar, I then remember him asking me to come with him to his place, and before I knew it, I was outside the bar, following him while the cold breeze hit my face.
The fresh air…it felt…nice.
“Careful, cutie. The roads in this area can be pretty busy, especially at night. Best to stay close to me and wait till the light is green before we start crossing.”
“Uh huh…” I muttered, though I could barely understand what he was saying, I was more focused on the air in my face.
It felt so nice, I always liked the cold air hitting my face, especially after a long night of drinking. Ah…how nice.
I stumbled a bit as it was getting harder to keep myself steady and stand on my feet. I looked up, my eyes feeling heavy, and I could barely focus. Just then, I noticed a green light across the street, and I immediately realized the light was green.
“Ah…green…light. Let’s go,” I muttered as I began crossing the street.
“Huh? W-wait! That’s not the light! That’s just a kid waving a green glow stick!”
I paused and turned around, all confused, “huh? What did you-”
Suddenly, I heard a loud honking noise, causing my head to ring. I turned my head, only to see a bright light coming towards me. Before I could react or do much of anything, I felt something big and heavy crashing into me, and a surge of pain went through my body. I was sent flying up in the air before landing on the cold ground, my head hitting the ground first. The pain was unbearable, and it was getting harder to breathe or even keep my eyes open.
“Nnngg…” I could barely let out a groan as my vision was getting darker and darker, and my heartbeat was getting slower and slower.
“Oh my god! He got hit!”
“Shit! There’s a lot of blood coming out of his head! Someone call an ambulance!”
“Hey! Young man! Stay with us! Help is on the way! Whatever you do, don’t close your eyes!”
“......” Ah…so noisy…and I’m so tired…I just want to rest a little bit and hope this headache will go away.
“....Everything will be okay now…you can rest now.”
“.....” I looked up and saw someone staring at me with a smile. I couldn’t see them clearly, all I could see was the light blonde color of their hair and the almost angelic looking smile they were giving. For some reason…I felt so…relaxed. Maybe…it wouldn’t be such a bad idea to rest here for a little bit. Just a short break and I’ll get back up later.
I then closed my eyes and let out a heavy sigh.
“.....Nnng….ugh…my…head,” I let out a groan as I slowly started to wake up. My head was killing me, same goes for my back. Fuck…how much did I drink last night? “Mmmm…hm?” When I opened my eyes, I was surprised to find myself in an unfamiliar room. “W-what?” I looked around, confused.
…Where the fuck am I?
“Ugh…god damn it, Clyde…how many times have I told you to stop taking me to some weird looking hotel just because you’re too lazy and drunk to take me back to my apartment,” I sighed as I slowly got up from the floor, staggered a bit because of this aching headache. “...Hm…is this even a hotel? Not a lot of furniture here…and the color scheme is…questionable,” I muttered. I wasn’t sure where I was, the room was pretty small, and there was barely anything in here aside from a small table, a chair, and a small bed. Not only that, but there were no windows, and the walls and floors were all a different shade of red, it kind of hurts my eyes to stare at all this red in this room. “Wait…why the fuck was I sleeping on the floor if there was a perfectly good bed right next to me? God damn it, Clyde…” I sighed, I sometimes wonder why I’m even friends with Clyde if this is how he “takes care of” his drunk friends. Fuck…I should really stop going out for drinks with him.
I sighed as I scratched the back of my head, but I suddenly noticed that my hat was missing. I frowned as I looked down on the floor for my hat, and when I saw it on the floor, I went to pick it up, but paused when I saw a red stain on the back side of my hat.
“What the?” I frowned as I picked up my hat and stared at the red stain in confusion, “what…is this?” I muttered. I looked at it for a second, trying to register what this red stain was. It wasn’t until I touched it and took a small whiff of it that I realized it was familiar. “Is this…blood!?” My eyes widened, and my brain immediately woke up when I realized there was blood on my hat. However, the moment I noticed the blood on my hat, I then noticed blood on the sleeve of my jacket. I followed the small blood trail until I looked down at myself. To my shock and horror, I was covered in blood. “W-what? What the hell!? Why am I covered in blood!?” I started to panic. Was this someone else’s blood!? What the fuck happened last night!? “Fuck fuck fuck! What did I do!? Shit…did I somehow kill someone last night!? …No…no wait..if I did kill someone last night…there should be a body or even a weapon…something….and I’m sure I wouldn’t have killed anyone, even if I was drunk last night!” I tried to reassure myself, but that doesn’t mean I felt any better since I was still covered in blood…I just don’t know whose blood this was.
Of all things I could be covered in after a long night of drinking, blood was not one of them. Maybe a spilled drink, maybe even vomit, maybe even someone else’s vomit, but blood? Yeah…not what you want to be covered in and wake up to the next day after a lot of drinks.
God damn it…this can’t be real…this has to be a prank, right? Yeah…this must be some messed up prank that Jimmy came up with. He’s always the type to raise the antic levels of his pranks, so this has to be some sick and twisted joke he came up with the help of the guys. That’s it…yeah….
“Oh those fuckers are so going to get it. They went too far on this,” I said as I managed to convince myself that this whole thing was a prank that the guys were pulling on me. I swear, once I find them and kick their asses…I’m really going to reconsider our friendship. “Okay…now that I’ve calmed down…let’s just get out of this room and find those assholes.” I was so ready to chew them out for going too far on this prank. Still…it was kind of creative…and I wonder what they used for this fake blood, and how they managed to get it on me, and look so…realistic.
I walked over to the single door in the room, believing it was the way out of here. I grabbed the door knob and tried to turn it, but to my surprise, the door seemed to be locked.
“...Okay you assholes, I already figured it out, so you can drop this prank and let me out now,” I said as I continued to shake the doorknob and banged on the door.
No one responded.
“...I’m serious. You can stop now and let me out! I promise not to be too mad…I’ll even just kick you in the ass as your punishment, and it won’t be that hard, so cut the crap and let me out now,” I said as I continued banging on the door.
Still no response.
“...Okay, the joke isn’t funny anymore, and I would really like to get out, go home, and take a long bath. This fake blood you put on me is starting to stink and is sticking everywhere on my clothes, so let me out already!” I shouted.
Still no response.
“......” Either the guys are really determined to stick with this prank of theirs…or…this isn’t a prank at all…and I’m stuck in an unfamiliar place and covered in real blood.
….Shit!
I stepped away from the door and looked around the room. I wasn’t sure what was going on. I didn’t know if I did something bad or if someone had kidnapped me, or what. All I know is…I had to get out of here and get help, or at least figure out what happened last night for me to end up like this.
“Come on…there’s gotta be a window in here, or at least a vent…something! Fuck!” I cursed as I looked around the small room, hoping to find something, I even thought of moving the bed just to see if it was hiding a secret door underneath or something. “....Huh?” When I turned around, I noticed red curtains on the opposite side of where I was standing. “Huh…I guess since this room was so red…I must have not noticed those curtains from earlier,” I muttered. Oh whatever, this is what I was looking for! If there are curtains, that means there’s a window, and I can probably get out of this room through the window!
I rushed towards the curtains and pulled them out of the way, but my heart sank when what I saw was a window…but the window was blocked up by bricks. I took a step back, staring at the bricked up window in shock and horror.
“...Who the fuck would brick up a window like that!? W-what the fuck!?” I began panicking. Just where the hell am I? Am I in some sort of prison or something? Who did this to me!? What happened to my friends? Why am I stuck in this room with no way out? Argh…what happened last night!? “....Shit…am I being locked up because…I hurt someone, and this is some sort of revenge or something? Is that why I’m covered in blood? Did…did I accidentally kill someone last night!?” So many thoughts ran through my head, it just doesn’t make sense as to why I’m covered in blood or why I’m trapped in an unfamiliar room, nor do I even know where I am. Was I being held captive because…I killed someone?
“...Wow…for someone who loves to think logically…you sure jumped to thinking you murdered someone way too fast…I’m surprised.”
I flinched when I heard someone talking and quickly turned around. I was surprised by a guy who appeared to be around my age, maybe a little younger. He had blonde hair that was a bit of a mess, was wearing a green button up shirt, and had this angelic looking smile on his face as he looked at me.
He was…pretty attractive…and was totally my type.
…Wait..that’s not important right now! How the fuck did he get in here? I didn’t even hear the door opening. Just…who was he?
“W-who are you? W-were you the one who kidnapped me!?” I asked as I started to tense up.
“Kidnap? Ha ha…wow….all that alcohol must have really made you forget,” the blonde guy said with a small chuckle.
“....?” I stayed silent, but was confused as to why he was laughing at this situation.
“Do you seriously not remember what happened last night?”
“....I…I don’t…” I said.
“....Well…that’s okay…you’ll figure it out in no time. But for now…to help you feel at ease, you weren’t kidnapped…you just ended up here. That’s all.”
“I…ended up…here?” I asked, even more confused. “What does that mean? Why did I come here? A-and…do you know…why am I like this?” I said, gesturing to all the blood on my clothes. I’m surprised he wasn’t freaking out about seeing a guy he doesn’t know being covered in blood.
“Everything will come to light very soon,” he said with a smile.
“Why can’t you just tell me since it seems like you know what’s going on here,” I said. What’s with the ambiguous answers here?
The guy smiled, “because…it’s more fun this way.”
“....?” Fun? How is any of this fun? “O…kay?” I said, my head hurt too much for me to ask further on what he meant. “Can you at least tell me who you are? If I haven’t really been kidnapped as you said…I would prefer to have a name here,” I said.
The guy looked at me and smiled, “Call me Tweek.”
“...Tweek? Okay. Um…nice to meet you…despite what the hell is going on right now…I guess,” I said. I was still confused as fuck. “Oh, I should probably introduce myself as well,” I said.
“No need. I already know who you are, Craig Tucker,” Tweek said.
I paused, “how did you…” Suddenly, my head started aching, and a memory popped into my head. I remember…seeing a blonde haired guy standing in front of me, looking at me. His face was blurry…but…the way his hair looked, it was exactly the same as Tweek. I didn’t know where I saw him, probably at the bar maybe? I wasn’t sure…but…I think I did see him last night. “Were…were you at the bar last night?” I asked.
“No,” Tweek said, “I’m not a fan of…drinking alcohol,” Tweek said.
“Really? …I could have sworn I saw you last night,” I said.
“Oh you did,” Tweek said.
“We did? So…we did meet then?”
“....Sort of. You did see me…but this is the first time you’re talking to me…though…I’m sure I talked to you before your eyes shut,” Tweek said.
“Huh?” I stared at him in confusion, but winced in pain when my head kept aching and there was this ringing in my ears.
“Mmm…seems like your memories are starting to come back. I’ll give you a bit of time to organize yourself. Once you’re done, you can leave the room and I’ll be outside…waiting for you. Now be quick…you wouldn’t want to miss the surprise now, do you?” Tweek said.
“Sur…prise?” I asked. Just…what the hell was he talking about? What was going on, and why was he treating me as if he knew me for years or something? It’s all very odd to me.
“You’ll see,” Tweek said before he turned and walked towards the door.
“W-wait a minute, I still want to know-” Before I could finish, Tweek had already left the room. “....What a strange guy,” I muttered. I winced when my head started hurting again, this time even more painful than the first time. This didn’t feel like any regular hangover headache, this feels like I’m dying. Fuck…why does my head hurt so much…in fact…why does my whole body feel like it’s been run over or something? Something…isn’t right here… “Nnng…I need to sit down…” I muttered as I stumbled towards the bed and sat down. I flinched when I felt how hard the bed was, which was odd since it looked nice. It seriously felt like sitting on a pile of rocks. However, I couldn’t really complain about how uncomfortable the bed was, not when my head was killing me. “Ah…fuck…ah!” I clutched my head, tears pricking the corner of my eyes, and the worst pain I’ve ever felt was running through my head as if it was going to explode.
Suddenly…my memories of last night were coming back to me.
I…remember going out with the guys, it was Clyde’s idea. He…wanted to help me score a date for the night and finally lose my virginity. I remember how the night wasn’t going so well for me and I ended up being alone for the most part. I remember catching the eye of this one guy who was obviously flirting with me. Then…we made out and I drunkenly accepted going to his place. Then I remember getting on the road while the light was still red. Suddenly, I saw bright lights coming towards me, and something hitting me at full speed. Then…I remember seeing a blonde haired figure staring at me, saying something to me before I eventually closed my eyes.
…I remember…I remember…getting hit by a car and laying on the ground with blood coming out of my head. I remember the pain I felt, and how my body grew cold as my heart started to slow down. I remember….
“....No…it…it can’t be…” My whole body tensed up, and I felt like my stomach dropped. I wanted to throw up, I wanted to scream, I wanted to believe that what I remembered wasn’t real, that it was all a dream. There’s no way that I…I…last night…I didn’t…I couldn’t have… “...I…I need to get out of here and go home,” I said, trying to rationalize everything.
There’s….there’s no way I’m dead…right? No…even if I got hit by that car…there’s still a good chance I made it out alive, right? There’s just no way!
“...Fuck!” I cursed as I got back on my feet, ignoring the pounding in my head. I rushed towards the door, ready to go home and just forget about everything. Once I go home…everything will be fine, and I don’t have to worry about….
The moment I stepped out of the door, my heart sank as I realized I wasn’t in a house nor a hotel, but what appeared to be some sort of hellish dungeon. The walls and ground had a red tint to them, weapons that seemed to be used to torture people covered the walls. Skulls and flames were everywhere, and I could hear screams from a distance.
“What…the hell?” I muttered as my eyes widened at the sight.
“Oh, you figured it out already? Good for you,” a familiar voice spoke.
I turned around and saw Tweek, who suddenly appeared behind me. I stepped away from him, staring at him in fear, “what is this?”
“What do you think? You’re in Hell, duh. What? Was dying from getting hit by a car wasn’t a big enough hint for you? Or the fact that this whole place looks like something you’d see in your worst nightmares?” Tweek said with that angelic looking smile, but the tone of his voice sounded like poison mixed with honey.
“H-Hell? No…I can’t…I shouldn’t…be here…” I said.
“Mmm…no…you’re supposed to be here. I checked, double checked, and even tripled checked for good measure,” Tweek said, “face it, Craig Tucker…you died…and now you’re here.”
“It…can’t be,” I said as my whole body began to tremble.
“Oh it can…and it is,” Tweek said as his smile shifted to a smirk. He suddenly moved towards me, and I panicked and tried to move away, but I tripped on my own feet and fell to the ground. Tweek then came over and stood over me as he stared down at me. Suddenly, his eyes changed colors, and they turned from an emerald green to a crimson red, his teeth started to look sharp, two bumps suddenly formed on his forehead before they sprout out as long red horns, a tail suddenly grew out from behind, and two large wings were spread out right in front of me.
What…is this?
“W-what are you?” I muttered, staring at him in horror.
“....” Tweek looked at me before smiling, “let me properly introduce myself. Hi, I’m Tweek. I’ll be your assigned torturer here in Hell for all eternity. So I hope we can get along as I enjoy hearing your screams of pain and agony,” he then smirked at me as a pitchfork suddenly appeared in his hands, and it was pointed at me. “Welcome to Hell, Craig Tucker.”
“......”
Oh…shit.
