Rocking Around The Christmas Tree

Summary:

“You’re a tree I won’t mind rocking myself into.”

Officers Jace Wayland and Alec Lightwood are called to a public disturbance. The suspect is a man that shamelessly flirts with Alec. So Alec is left with the only option of taking him down to the station…right?

A completely unplanned crack fic to bring some humour into the holiday season!

*Smut only at the very end of the story, and can be skipped if it’s not your cup of holiday tea!*

Notes:

This is Tbiz’s first posted smutty smexy fic! Omg! *hides*

Thank you all for being here! This fic started out from me seeing a policeman patrolling downtown with a Santa hat! Then a certain special baker friend of mine baked me way too many delicious puns, and thus this was created. This is a completely self-indulgent crack fic, so no research was done!

TW: Magnus’s flirty comments may be seen as harassment and this fic may contain dubious consent as a result!

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

“Reported public disturbance over at Grandin Station.”

“This is officer Wayland and Lightwood on patrol responding.”

“Thank you officers. Suspect is an Asian male, mid 30’s. Unarmed but not confirmed. Proceed with caution.”

“Copy.”

Jace turned to his partner and smirked. “I bet you it’s another drunk guy. Loser has to pay for dinner.”

“I am not making another bet with you.”

“Come on, Alec. How can you resist this?” Jace patted his chest and waggled his eyebrows at the brown haired man beside him.

Alec’s face turned as red as the irritatingly soft and fluffy hat perched above his head. He made a face at his best friend and partner, accompanied with a signature Lightwood eye-roll.

“Chin up, Grinch. Look, that little girl is waving at you through the window.”

Alec looked up to see a cute little girl staring at them from inside a Dunkin Donuts. He gave a smile and a small wave as the little girl shyly waved back.

“If it wasn’t for your stupid bets i wouldn’t have to wear this stupid hat,” Alec muttered under his breath as they picked up the pace and headed down the steps of the underground station.

“Shh, be quiet. They can hear you jingling all the way.” Jace snorted in amusement as he watched the silver bell attached to Alec’s santa hat bounce up and down jovially.

Alec was about to retort when he heard a man’s voice shout out. Jace raised a knowing eyebrow and a sly smile spread across his angelic face.

“You owe me a steak dinner,” the blonde-haired man whispered as his hands subconsciously patted the holsters that housed his gun and taser.

“We’ll see.” Alec placed a hand on his belt as they turned the corner. The voice was getting louder now, and it was then that Alec realized the shouting he had heard earlier was actually someone singing. He grimaced. If the completely off-key version of Rocking Around the Christmas Tree was anything to go by, then they were probably dealing with another intoxicated civilian. He checked his watch and sighed. Who gets drunk at 4 in the afternoon?

The male suspect in question, who was still belting at the top of his lungs, stopped when Jace addressed him.

“Sir, I’m going to have to ask you to lower your voice.” Jace said with an authoritative tone that was in stark contrast to his playful banter just moments before.

The man cocked his head. “Why? I’m not disturbing anyone.” He looked defiantly at Jace before turning his attention over to Alec. When his golden eyes reached Alec’s, Alec felt his mouth go dry.

By golly, the male suspect was drop dead gorgeous.

“We have received complaints and ask that you kindly move off the premises.” Jace took another step forward and raised his arm towards the stairs.

The male kept his eyes trained on Alec. “I haven’t done anything wrong. I’m just singing. I haven’t committed any crimes.”

“Have you had anything to drink today, sir?” Alec managed to croak out.

“The name’s Magnus. Magnus Bane. It is a pleasure to meet you. ” Magnus purred as his kohl lined eyes twinkled with mirth.

Alec felt all the blood rush up to his face.

“Alright, let’s get you moving now.” Jace huffed.

Magnus turned to Jace and glared. “No. You can’t make me.”

“I can give you a ticket for public disturbance or you can leave here quietly.”

Alec watched as Magnus rolled his eyes dramatically and he found himself unable to fight the small smile that was creeping up against the corner of his lips.

“Will you give me a ticket?” Magnus suddenly looked over at Alec. His voice was challenging, yet his eyes sparkled flirtatiously. Alec froze to the spot.

“Y-yes. If you do not leave the premises now, sir, we will issue you a ticket for public disturbance.” Alec managed to say weakly. What the hell was going on with him?!

Magnus’s lips curled up lasciviously and his eyes raked down Alec’s uniform. Alec shivered, despite the fact that he was sweating inside the heated underground station.

Magnus leaned in and Alec was hit with an earthy scent of fresh pine. “Why don’t you give me a ticket with your number on it?” Magnus licked his lips and Alec was completely mesmerized by the way they shined, glittery and gloss like. He suddenly had a fleeting thought of wonder, if the Asian man’s lips tasted like the sugar coating on a candy apple. His face flushed as his mouth opened and closed, unable to form any incoherent words.

A loud tearing of paper knocked Alec out of his trance and he looked towards Jace, who was staring at Magnus, completely unimpressed.

“Here is your ticket sir, now we will escort you off the premises.” Jace handed out a pink slip. Magnus continuously held Alec’s gaze as he pinched the paper with his thumb and forefinger. Alec noticed the array of rings that lined the man’s fingers, mentally taking note that the man had no wedding band on his ring finger. His face flushed again and he berated himself for thinking such weird thoughts about this entrancing stranger.

“So, officer Lightwood.”  Magnus’s eyes strayed to Alec’s chest before making its way upwards. “Does this mean I’m on your naughty list?”

Alec almost choked on his own spit as Magnus looked playfully upwards toward his Santa hat.

“Say one more word and I’ll add indecent conduct to your ticket, sir,” Jace stepped in and held up a hand between them.

Magnus blatantly ignored Jace as he stuffed the pink ticket into his coat pocket. He ran a hand through the side of his perfectly gelled faux hawk and cocked his head. His eyes bore into Alec’s as that playful twinkle once again reflected in those golden browns.

“I wouldn’t mind it if that meant you’d have to handcuff me,” Magnus purred and dropped a glittery wink at Alec. And that one simple motion did things to him that were most highly inappropriate.

“Alright, that’s it. You’re coming with me,” Jace huffed as he grabbed ahold of Magnus’s elbows.

Magnus instantly wrestled his way out of Jace’s grip and sent him a death glare. Jace’s eyes grew dark with fury and Alec quickly grabbed his partner’s elbows.

“Let me handle it, Jace,” Alec whispered.

Jace shot him a look. Alec shook his head and Jace begrudgingly took a step back. Alec turned to Magnus and held up his hands in a peace offering.

“We don’t want to escort you out in handcuffs but we will do so if you continue to cause a disturbance here. I will ask you once again to leave the premises.” Alec looked Magnus straight in the eye.

“Oh baby, I’m just waiting for you to handcuff me.”

Before Jace could launch himself at Magnus, Alec had already swiped the glittery man’s arms behind his back and wrapped them in cuffs.

“You have been given many warnings and still chose not to leave the premises. We will now escort you to the police station.” Alec said gruffly as he tightened the cuffs. Jace stood to the side, watching with a smug look on his face. As he took a step forward to help Alec, Alec shook his head in warning.

As they carefully walked up the stairs, their footfalls reverberating against the cold concrete, a clear crisp jingle could be heard with every other step. Alec could feel Magnus’s eyes on him the entire time, and he couldn’t help but feel his face heat up. The man clearly did things to him, things that no one had ever did.

“I’ve never been in a police cruiser before.” Magnus whispered.

Alec didn’t say anything and kept his gaze forward.

“Will you sit in the cruiser with me?” Magnus continued to ask as they reached the top of the stairs.

“We will be escorting you back to the station, yes.” Alec answered. Curious passersby looked towards them as they walked down the street.

“Can I sit in your lap?”

Alec almost tripped on his feet. His eyes widened, breaking up the neutral facade he tried to hide behind. He snapped his head to look at the man in the handcuffs, and it was then that he knew Magnus could see through him completely.

Magnus smiled, a knowing smile. “You’re Santa. So I want to sit on your lap and…” Magnus lowered his voice, “tell you all about what a bad boy I’ve been.”

Alec swallowed hard and turned his head back towards the street. His cheeks were aflame now, and he thanked the December chill. His hands were sweating in his gloves, and he tightened his grip on Magnus’s elbows.

“What do you get out of this?” Alec suddenly asked. “You cause a ruckus in the middle of the metro station. I know you haven’t been drinking. It seems to me that you are trying to get yourself arrested.”

The sparkle in Magnus’s eyes suddenly deflated before it was replaced with a look of indifference. The man shrugged and his shoulders slumped. Alec almost felt sorry for the man. He really didn’t understand what was going through that mind of his. He also couldn’t quite comprehend why he cared so much either.

“It’s kind of ridiculous for me to arrest you for your horrible singing.” Alec made a pathetic attempt of a joke. What the hell was he doing? Trying to flirt with a man in handcuffs?!

Magnus scoffed. “I’m offended that you didn’t like my beautiful rendition of rocking around the Christmas tree.”

“Singing is not your forte.” Alec deadpanned. When Magnus didn’t respond, he chanced a glance over at the man. Bad mistake.

Magnus clicked his tongue and side eyed him lazily. It was by far the sexiest thing Alec had ever seen.

“Well, you’re a tree I wouldn’t mind rocking myself into.”

Alec stumbled then, as his feet hit a patch of black ice. His legs slipped from under him and he instinctively grasped at something to break his fall. Needless to say, Magnus came crashing down along with him with a high pitched yelp.

Alec felt a weight on top of him and groaned.

“Say, officer Lightwood,” came the snarky voice on top of him, “is that your gun or are you just happy to se- oof!”

“What the hell is going on?”

Jace roughly hoisted the handcuffed man off of his partner and narrowed his eyes at Magnus. “I’m not keeping my eyes off of you. You’re walking with me.”

Magnus rolled his eyes as Jace grabbed him by the elbows. “Even better, now I can have his pretty eyes on me.” He craned his neck and looked back at Alec before giving a quick sashay of his hips.

Jace’s eyes burned as he gripped onto Magnus with a little bit more force than necessary. “You are a vagrant. We have no interest in dealing with peace disturbers like you. Now get in the car and the only thing you should be thinking about is who you will call to post bail for you.”

Magnus’s gaze fluttered and Jace smiled triumphantly. “No one who cares about you enough to post bail, huh? Should have thought about that before getting yourself arrested.” Jace opened the cruiser and Magnus grudgingly got in. He shut the door and turned to Alec.

“You okay, bud?”

Alec nodded. “Yeah, fine.”

“The nerve that guy has, coming on to you like that.” Jace’s face contorted in anger as his hands balled up into fists. Alec placed a gentle hand on his partner’s shoulders.

“It’s okay, Jace. He…he’s okay.” Alec said softly.

Jace’s eyes widened as he took in the light dusting of pink rising on Alec’s cheeks. “Seriously, Alec?” He asked, bewildered.

“What?”

Jace continued to stare at Alec in shock. “Don’t tell me you arrested him because you like him.”

Alec spluttered. “W-what are you talking about? I did no such thing! I don’t like him.”

Jace’s eyes turned teasing and he clicked his tongue. “My my, Officer lightwood, you have been a very naughty, naughty, boy.”

Alec rolled his eyes. “Shut up, Jace. We have to head back to the station.”

The ride back to the station was completely silent, much to Alec’s surprise. He didn’t dare turn his head to look in Magnus’s direction.

“I changed my mind, I want truffle oil lobster pasta for dinner.” Jace suddenly announced. Alec looked at Jace, confused.

Jace eyed the rear view mirror. “He’s passed out. Told you he was drunk.”

Alec slowly turned his head back and sure enough, Magnus was fast asleep in the back seat. The man looked so peaceful, and it filled Alec’s heart with warmth.

“He’s not drunk. I didn’t smell any trace of alcohol on him.” Alec said as he turned back to face the front.

“Just because you didn’t smell any alcohol doesn’t mean he didn’t drink. You should test him.” Jace said.

Alec fumbled for the glove compartment in search of the breathalyzer.

“Don’t need to use that,” Jace interrupted. Alec looked at his partner, confused.

“Just use your mouth. See if you can taste any alcohol on him.” Jace snorted in laughter and Alec’s face turned beet red.

*******

“Wake up, sleeping beauty.”

Magnus snapped his eyes open as something shook him awake. He blinked, confused at where he was. Right. He was in a police car. The blonde-haired officer guided him out of the cruiser and he looked around for the other officer. But the dark haired blue eyed officer was nowhere to be found.

“Where’s your partner, blondie?” He asked sarcastically.

The officer stared at him, seemingly sizing him up. “That’s none of your business.”

The station looked nothing like what he saw in the movies. A handful of people stood in line, waiting as if they were at the bank. All eyes turned on him as he walked in. He ignored their judgemental looks and kept his eyes trained for a particularly tall officer.

“My partner’s gone for the day. So you can stop trying to harass him.” Jace stated. He pointed towards a chair in front of a desk. “If you want to flirt your way out of a ticket, you can try all your antics with that officer.”

Magnus sat down and the officer sent him a fake smile. A middle aged balding man in uniform took a seat behind the desk and stared at Magnus with beady eyes.

“Name?” The man asked.

“Magnus Bane.” Magnus sighed.

“Is that your legal name?” The man asked, sounding annoyed. The distaste in his judgemental eyes made Magnus want to retort but he kept his mouth shut. He had enough experience in his lifetime to know when to keep silent.

“You will stay in the holding cell until someone can come and post bail for you. You can call only one person.” The officer stated as he finished writing. He slammed the pen down and gestured for someone to take him away as if he was some dirty garbage needing to be thrown out. Magnus was escorted down the hall.

“Your one phone call. You better wish that person will pick up.” Jace stated as he undid the handcuffs and left Magnus alone with the telephone.

Magnus rubbed his wrists and sighed as he picked up the receiver.

Jace glanced over at the suspect they had picked up. The man, Magnus Bane, was completely different from all the other vagrants and drunkards that they had arrested before. He was well-dressed, and from the way he reacted when they first stepped into the police station, Jace could tell that the man had never even been inside a station before. A quick police check also found his record to be clean, without even a speeding or parking ticket. So what was a guy like Magnus Bane, doing here?

“Okay, I’m done.” Magnus had walked back to him and placed his arms out. Jace handcuffed him from the front and led him to the holding cell where a dozen other people were sitting in.

“We’ll call you when your bail is posted. Until then, you will sit here and behave yourself.” Jace stated as he closed the metal bar behind him. Magnus nodded and sat down. Jace gave one last look at the Asian man before walking away.

“Hey Lewis, can I see the clipboard of people in the holding cell?” Alec asked casually.

“Sure, Lightwood.” A petite officer with black rimmed glasses handed the board to Alec.

Alec scanned the paper and suddenly stopped when his eyes landed on a name.

“Verlac is still here?” He asked.

Lewis nodded. “Yep.” He lowered his voice and leaned in close. “I’m sick of seeing these assholes pay their way out all the time. Maybe this time he’d actually have to sit for a whole day in there.”

Alec handed the board back to lewis. “Thanks.” He quickly made his way over to the holding cells at the back of the station.

“You’re disgusting. Get out of my line of sight.”

Magnus opened his eyes to see a tall, muscular man standing in front of him. He closed his eyes and ignored him.

“Hey, you, I’m talking to you!” The man roared, his foul breath making Magnus scrunch up his nose. He opened his eyes to see two more men step up beside him.

Magnus sighed. “I’d gladly get out of your sight but we’re all stuck in this room here, aren’t we?”

“Think you’re so smart, don’t you?” The man snarled. He turned to his two henchmen. “You better wish you get out of here before nightfall.” His eyes trailed down Magnus’s frame and Magnus held back a shiver of disgust.

“At least I have someone who can bail me out, unlike you.” Magnus snapped back. The man narrowed his eyes and his face turned red in anger.

“Verlac! Sit down!” A loud bang echoed against the metal bars.

The man, Verlac, plastered a sickening sweet smile as he turned his attention away from Magnus.

“Officer Lightwood. Of course you’d be here. Why am I not surprised.”

Magnus breathed a sigh of relief. He looked up to see the dreamy officer Lightwood holding up a baton in his hands. If he wasn’t fearing for his life right now, he could allow himself to fantasize just a bit more at the image he saw in front of him. Officer lightwood’s stern face was offset by the red Santa hat still perched on top of his head, making him look quite adorable and still dashingly handsome. Magnus felt a warmth course through his entire body.

“No one has come for you yet so sit back down.” Alec stated firmly.

Verlac clicked his tongue and narrowed his eyes as he grudgingly made his way back to the bench across the room. As he sat down, Alec saw the look he threw Magnus, and it made his blood run cold. He took a quick glance at the Asian man, and his heart deflated as he saw the fear etched on Magnus’s face. He took a deep breath and turned away from the cell.

“How’s your lover boy doing in there?” Jace nudged him in the elbows as Alec sat back down in the break room.

Alec threw the blonde haired man a look. “Did he make contact with someone who can post bail for him?”

“You’re pretty far gone for a stranger, Alec.”

Alec furrowed his brow. “It’s not like that. Verlac and his thugs are in there.”

Jace didn’t bother looking up from his phone. “He’ll be fine, there’s guards on duty.”

“Morgenstern is on duty.” Alec nervously tapped his foot against the tiled floor.

Jace looked up then. “Oh, jeeze. What are you going to do?”

Alec’s shoulder slumped in defeat. “I don’t know.”

Just then, an officer walked and asked for Jace. Jace threw Alec an apologetic look and clapped him on the shoulder before heading out, leaving Alec by himself in the break room.

Alec sat back and pulled out his phone. After fiddling with it for a while, he got up and headed out the door. He passed Lewis on the way out.

“Goodnight, Officer Lightwood.”

“Have a good night, Lewis.” He nodded to the brown haired officer before making his way out of the station.

Magnus sat on the bench, trying to figure out his options. Everyone he knew was gone for the holidays and the only reason why he had ended up here in the first place was because he had found his ex in their bed with another man. After getting kicked out of his own house without any money, he found himself wandering down into the metro station to hide from the weather. He hadn’t meant to make a scene but when that officer showed up, every rational thought in him just flew out the window. He was absolutely pathetic, latching on to people who never really loved him, and yet here he was again. And Verlac was there, still staring at him with malice in his eyes. Just his luck. He could only hope that they would get bailed out soon because he definitely wouldn’t be getting out anytime soon. At least it was warm in the cell, and he’d figure out what to do tomorrow when they kicked him out.

Magnus closed his eyes, but not before he felt a pressure against his knees.

“Looks like nobody wants you.”

Magnus cracked his eye open to see Verlac looming above him, his knees pinched together by the man’s muscular thighs. He was about to call out to the guard when he saw the same disgusting smile plastered on the officer’s face. His heart plummeted and his fingers tightened against the cold steel bench.

A strong hand clamped down on his shoulder, and Magnus instinctively shrunk back.

“Bane!” A voice shouted out as the sound of the metal gate screeched open. Verlac turned at the voice, his face scrunched up in annoyance.

“Sit down, Verlac! Nobody’s bailed you out yet.” A brown haired officer yelled, his voice surprisingly loud coming from his small frame. A tall, beautiful woman with flowing brown hair stood behind him. The officer looked around the room before setting his eyes on Magnus.

“You Bane?”

Magnus nodded.

“Come with me.”

Magnus scrambled to get up and gratefully followed the officer out of that dreaded cell.

“Your bail has been posted by Miss Lightwood. Please sign right here.” The officer passed a clipboard to Magnus and he frowned. Miss lightwood? Magnus stared at the document before looking up at the officer. Lewis, he noted.

“Do you have questions, Mr. Bane?” Officer Lewis asked Impatiently.

Magnus opened his mouth before shutting it and shaking his head. He scribbled onto the paper and placed the pen down. Officer Lewis took the clipboard back.

“Your court date is located on the ticket that was handed to you by Officer Wayland dated today at 15:05. Do you still have your ticket?” Officer Lewis asked. Magnus reached into his coat pocket and took out the crumbled piece of paper.

“Failure to appear on your court date will land you right back in here. Do you understand, Mr. Bane?”

Magnus nodded once again.

“You may leave, and I don’t wish to see you back here again.” Officer Lewis glanced at the signed document before dismissing Magnus. He turned to the tall lady standing beside him. “He’s all yours, Isabelle.”

The woman, Isabelle, smiled and looked towards Magnus. “Shall we?”

Magnus blinked and followed the mysterious woman out the police station. When they were outside, he finally spoke up.

“Who are you?”

The woman turned to him and extended her hand. “Izzy Lightwood. You must be Magnus Bane.”

Magnus shook her hand. “You are the miss lightwood who posted my bail?” He asked.

Izzy nodded as she flicked her hair. “The one and only.”

“Why?” Magnus looked on curiously. “I would remember if I have met such a beautiful young lady as yourself.”

Izzy’s lips spread in a wide smile. She looked magnus up and down and clicked her tongue.

“You share the same last name as an officer from this station.” Magnus stated.

Izzy’s smile grew wider and her eyes twinkled curiously. “My brother,” she explained, “is officer Lightwood.”

Magnus blinked. “Where is he?”

Izzy threw her hair back. “I don’t know who you are, Mr. Bane, and what you said to my brother, but he put his job on the line for you.” Izzy’s eyes grew serious as she took a step forward. “My brother is a straight-laced cop and he has a heart of gold. He has a strong sense of justice and will put himself at risk for others. If I find that you have taken advantage of him, I will throw you back in here myself.”

Magnus’s heart leapt at the knowledge that this gorgeous woman was not officer Lightwood’s spouse, but rather, sibling. He let out a breath he hadn’t known he was holding and smiled widely. “Girl, your brother is far from straight.”

The shocked look that appeared on Izzy’s face was enough for Magnus to wonder briefly if he had offended the Lightwood sibling. His friends had constantly harped on his bluntness, but he found himself to be quite an intuitive being and he’d always trusted in his skill of being able to read others quite well. Alas, he may have finally found his weakness against the gorgeous Lightwoods. It just seemed he couldn’t help but run his big mouth today.

Izzy shook her head in disbelief. “Jace was damn right about you. You are annoying as hell.” She stated, but the slight curl at the end of her lips gave her away. Magnus immediately jumped on it as he straightened up his collar.

“I see the resemblance now between you and your brother. You both have gorgeous eyes, but I think he lacks your fashion sense.” Magnus gestured.

“You couldn’t flirt your way out of a ticket. Don’t bother sweet talking me.” Izzy scoffed, but her voice was light and teasing.

“I’ll pay you back. I just… I don’t have any money on me right now, but I promise I’ll pay you back the bail money.” Magnus suddenly remembered that she was the one who posted bail and got him out of the station.

Izzy cocked her head at him before slowly responding. “The money gets refunded if you show up on your court date.”

“Ill show up. I swear.” Magnus held up his hand. “I can give you my number if you want.”

Izzy just shook her head before turning down the street. “If my brother trusts you, then I trust you. Don’t make us regret it.”

Magnus nodded but Izzy had already turned her back to him. She didn’t get too far before he remembered something and called out.

“Wait! Izzy!”

Izzy stopped and turned her neck to look back at him.

“Can I have your brother’s number?” Magnus blurted out.

******

“Did you get him?”

“Calm down, big brother, of course I did.”

The huge sigh of relief that flowed through the phone had Izzy raising an eyebrow. This was interesting. Very interesting.

“Is he hurt? Did he look hurt?” There was a sense of urgency in Alec’s voice, and Izzy raised her other eyebrow.

“No, and first of all, why do you care so much about this guy, Alec? You literally just met him, or arrested him, I should say.“

Alec stumbled over the phone. “I-I, just, is he okay?”

Izzy smiled to herself. She had never seen her brother so flustered before. This Magnus guy really got to Alec.

“He’s gorgeous, Alec. That eyeliner he has on? I’ve been putting eyeliner on since I was 14 and I still can’t get it to look as perfect as his. You really know how to pick them.“

“Izzy!” Alec screeched over the phone.

“Okay, okay. He’s fine, Alec. He said he’d show up to his court date. Don’t worry, you’ll get your money back.”

“It’s not about the money, Izzy. The guy that was in the holding cell with him there. He’s bad news. Really bad news. Are you sure he didn’t do anything to Magnus?”

Izzy didn’t respond. The gears were turning in her head, as they always did whenever her gut instincts kicked in regarding her brother’s love life.

“Izzy? Hello? Did you hear me?” Alec’s voice continued to echo through the phone.

“Gah you guys are all so annoying! Just ask him to marry you already!” Izzy shouted as she hung up the phone. She turned on her heels and stormed back towards the direction of the police station. “Lets see if luck’s on your side, big brother. If Magnus is still there, I’ll get his number for you.” She muttered under her breath.

Sure enough, Magnus was still loitering around the spot that she had left him.

“Why are you still here? Can’t get enough of this place?” Izzy asked as she stopped a few feet away from the Asian man.

Magnus shrugged as he looked down at his feet. “Don’t feel like going home yet.”

Izzy blinked. “Right. Do you need money for a cab?” She asked, recalling their previous conversation.

Magnus shook his head. “N-no, it’s fine. I can walk.”

“Where do you live?” Izzy asked.

Magnus didn’t answer.

“Do you need a place to stay?” Izzy had no idea why she even asked. But she now understood why her brother acted the way he did. There was something about this Magnus bane that was quite alluring. Which was also quite alarming, because he could be a serial killer for all she knew.

“I…” Magnus started before shaking his head. “Goodnight, Isabelle. You and your brother have been more than kind to me. Please reassure him that I will be on time to court.”

It had started to snow heavily, and Izzy had an uneasy feeling. She watched as the faux-hawked man walked away slowly before sighing and running after him.

“Wait! Magnus!”

Magnus stopped in his tracks.

“We need an extra roommate for the townhouse that my friends and I live in. If you need a place to go, you can stay with us temporarily.” Izzy said.

Magnus bit his lip as he contemplated Izzy’s words. “You’ll let a stranger into your house? Especially one that just got arrested?”

Izzy shrugged. “You don’t seem all that bad. Like I said before, if Alec trusts you, well he’s always been the most intuitive one in the family.”

“I…I’m not homeless,” Magnus explained, “I just…trusted the wrong person and got kicked out of my house and she took all my money. I…I can’t pay rent right now.”

Izzy sighed. “Well, if I leave you out here, you’ll freeze to death. Why don’t you just come over for a night and you can figure out what to do tomorrow?

Magnus shook his head. “‘that’s very kind of you, Izzy. But I can’t take advantage of you like that.”

“How about you pay me back by teaching me how you applied your eyeliner?”

Magnus blinked in surprise. Izzy pointed to his eyes. “Deal?”

Magnus grinned. “Deal.”

2 weeks later

“Get up jace! You have a court date today!” Alec threw his pillow at the sleeping blonde.

“Ugh, go away Alec, I’m so hungover.”

“You’ve got 5 court appearances today, Jace.”

“How many do you have?” Jace mumbled with his eyes closed.

“Three.”

Jace groaned. “Why do I have so many?”

“Because you kept handing out tickets to people like Santa handing out gifts.”

Jace pulled the covers over up over his face. “Why are the courts even open? It’s the holidays for goodness sakes.”

Alec pulled back on the covers. “Quit whining and get up, we’re going to be late!”

Jace pouted. “Take mine, please, Alec? I’ll cook you a full vegetarian dinner. Tomorrow. With your favourite garlic mashed potatoes and vegetarian gravy.”

Alec rolled his eyes. “The gravy better be made from scratch.” He sighed as he got up, but Jace had already fallen back asleep. Alec shook his head and made his way out.

“How do I look?” Magnus straightened his collar as he nervously looked up the stairs leading to the courts.

“You look fine, Magnus. Clean cut and shaven, you won’t have to worry about anything. Remember to plead guilty and pay your fine. Don’t make a scene, don’t be rude and whatever you do, don’t be defensive to the judge.”

Magnus’s shoulders drooped. “Why can’t you come with me? You’re a lawyer, right?”

Izzy dusted Magnus’s shoulders. “It’ll look suspicious, Magnus.”

“Why? It’s not like your brother’s going to be there. You said so yourself, the ticketing officer was Jace.”

“I know, but just in case. Remember what I told you before, Magnus. If anyone finds out that I’m involved, things can get messy.”

“But that officer who signed me out seemed to know who you were.” Magnus pouted.

Izzy’s face turned red before giving a small cough. Magnus grinned but kept his mouth shut.

After Izzy had bailed him out and extended a room for Magnus to stay in, what was supposed to be a temporarily living solution ended up being quite permanent. They got along so well that Izzy didn’t really want to find another roommate. As for the finances, Izzy had, bless her heart, told Magnus to think about that after his court date. She had eagerly prepped him for court, and patiently taught him everything he needed to know.

“You’ll be fine, Magnus. Just do what I told you to. I’ll see you when you come out okay?” Izzy reassured him. Magnus nodded solemnly and Izzy reached in for a hug.

“Maybe we can have dinner with Alec tonight, to celebrate?” Izzy smirked. Magnus’s eyes beamed.

“Really?”

“Ill ask him if he’s free, but don’t lose focus, Magnus!” Izzy reprimanded sternly.

Magnus nodded and took a deep breath before heading up the stairs. Izzy watched from behind, and once Magnus was inside, she got back into her car and pulled out her phone. She sent a text message, smiling as she received an instantaneous reply.

“Officer Alexander Lightwood, standing in for Officer Jace Wayland today, your honor.”

“And your relation to Officer Wayland?”

“He is my partner, your honor.”

“How many cases will you be presiding on today?“

“8, your honour. 5 of Officer Wayland’s and 3 of my own.”

“Very well, Officer Lightwood, you may proceed.”

“Thank you, your honor.”

“Calling the case of The People of the State of New York versus Magnus Bane.”

Alec stood at attention as the doors opened and Magnus was escorted in. His eyes widened slightly as he took in the Asian man with his hair down and gelled to the side. He wore a plain grey suit with a purple tie, and his eyes looked around nervously before landing on Alec’s. Magnus’s eyes grew wide with surprise before he quickly snapped his head and turned away. Alec swallowed dryly as his hands shook slightly. Even in the court room, Magnus still managed to take his breath away.

“Are both sides ready?“

“Ready, your honor.”

The proceedings ended in half an hour. Magnus pleaded guilty, as Izzy had taught him, and received a slight discount on his ticket. The judge banged the gavel and immediately proceeded with the next case. Alec saw the relieved look on Magnus’s face and smiled internally to himself. As magnus was excused, the man didn’t glance in his direction and Alec felt slightly disappointed. He took a drink of water to regather his thoughts as the judge proceeded with the next case. He sat down in the audience and checked the clock. 7 more cases to go. He hoped they would all go smoothly.

Outside, Magnus rubbed his hands together to fight off the chill. He kept glancing up at the doors whenever they opened, but each time was disappointed when he didn’t see a familiar tall brown haired man. His phone vibrated in his pockets and he picked it up.

"Magnus!’ Izzy’s voice screeched from the device. Magnus winced.

“Where the hell are you? It’s been 2 hours! You didn’t text me!”

“I’m waiting for Alec.”

“Jeeze, Magnus! Alec’s not going to be out of there until the end of the day. I’m coming to get you.”

Magnus placed his phone back in his pocket and shuffled his feet in the snow. Seeing Alec inside the courtroom had completely taken him by surprise. So much that it had taken every ounce of self control in him not to swoon every single time the man looked at him. But he knew he had to, with all eyes on him, he couldn’t do anything to jeopardize Alec. He continued to look as more people came out of the doors. When Izzy finally picked him up, she handed him a peppermint mocha. With extra whipped topping and chocolate sprinkles, just the way he liked it.

“You are one crazy man, Magnus Bane!” She rolled her eyes at him.

Magnus just shrugged as he buckled in. “Hey…wait a minute…”

“Why didn’t you just wait inside like a sane person?” Izzy babbled.

“Izzy!” Magnus exclaimed.

“What?”

“You told me Alec wasn’t going to be there today. How did you know he was in the court, and that he would be there all day?” Magnus narrowed his eyes suspiciously.

Izzy blinked a couple of times. “J-Jace called me and told me he was sick and couldn’t make it to court today. I thought if you knew you’d freak out and declare your love for him in front of the judges.”

Magnus scoffed. “As if I would do that! What do you take me for? Hmph!”

“We’re still going over to Alec’s for dinner tonight. Do you have something to wear?” Izzy smirked.

Magnus ignored her and looked out the window.

“Thought so. Let’s go shopping!”

Magnus just shrugged, but he knew Izzy would catch the small smile that danced across his lips at the mention of shopping.

*******

Alec dropped his keys onto the table and carefully placed his gun, taser, and badge in the safe. He made his way to the kitchen, where Jace was busying scooping takeout into bowls.

“Whats going on?” Alec asked as he slumped into a chair.

“Izzy’s coming for dinner. And I hear she’s bringing a guest.” Jace waggled his eyebrows.

“It’s probably Meliorn.” Alec yawned. “Wait, how’s your hangover?” He narrowed his eyes.

“No, I don’t think they’re together anymore. She sounded…giddy on the phone. I sure hope it’s not Lewis.” Jace scrunched up his face, blatantly ignoring Alec’s question.

“Simon’s not that bad. At least he’s better than Meliorn. As long as he makes Izzy happy, then I’m happy.” Alec got up and poured himself a glass of water. The bell rang and Jace threw down his spoon.

“I’ve got it. Do u want to…get uhh changed?” Jace gestured to Alec’s uniform.

Alec shook his head. “It’s just dinner with Izzy. And I’m tired and starving. I’ll change later.”

Jace shrugged. “Fine, suit yourself.”

Alec rolled his eyes as Jace disappeared into the hall. As Alec took a look at the takeout on the table, it was then he remembered his conversation with Jace earlier. “Hey, Jace! Don’t forget you still owe me a vegetarian din-

Alec stopped mid sentence as he took in the two figures that stepped into the kitchen.

“Hey big brother.” Izzy smirked. “Remember Magnus?“ Her eyes twinkled mischievously as she pointed to the man wrapped around her arm.

He stared from Magnus to Izzy, then back to Magnus, who was dressed in metallic silk shirt with a royal purple vest. He snapped his mouth shut before they could water. What the hell was Magnus doing here, and why was he Izzy’s guest?!

“Hello again, Alexander.” Magnus spoke, his voice as smooth as velvet. This wasn’t the Magnus he had seen earlier in court but rather, the Magnus he met in the underground station. Alec shook his head to clear his thoughts.

“You can’t be here.” He said with a straight face.

“Alec! Don’t be rude, he’s my guest. He has every right to be here.” Izzy snapped. She turned to Magnus. “He’s always been a bit of a grinch.”

Alec watched as Magnus patted Izzy’s hand and smiled. “That’s alright, darling.”

“Alright, let’s eat!” Jace announced as he came back into the kitchen took a seat at the table.

“Great! Everything looks delicious, blondie.” Magnus winked as he and Izzy sat down. Jace grumbled as he stabbed his fork into the spaghetti.

“Blondie?” Alec whispered to Jace. Jace just looked at him and shrugged.

Alec watched as Izzy and Magnus talked and joked like old friends. Halfway through dinner, when he finally had enough, he placed his fork down.

“Okay, Izzy, what is going on here?”

Izzy stopped mid-sentence and looked up at him with puppy dog eyes. “We’re…having dinner?”

“How long has this…” Alec gestured vaguely at the two of them, “been going on?”

Izzy smiled. “Oh, well, long story short, he stayed at my place the night he was bailed out, and then well, here we are.”

Alec’s brows furrowed. A knot formed in his gut, filled with a mix of emotions that he couldn’t decipher. He took a deep breath and got up from the table.

“I’ve got reports to finish up. Enjoy the rest of dinner.” He said as he gathered up his plates and placed them into the sink.

“Alec…” Jace called out.

“I have a ton of work to do because you were too busy fooling around today.” Alec snapped. The kitchen fell silent as all eyes were on him. Alec sighed. “I’m just tired, and I really have to get these reports done.”

Alec turned and shut himself in his the shared office space he had with Jace. He sat down at his desk and rubbed his temples. He huffed and pulled out the stack of papers and got to work.

Outside, three pairs of eyes looked at one another.

“I told you it was a bad idea.” Jace muttered.

“I didn’t do anything!” Izzy retorted.

“I should get going…” Magnus placed his fork down.

“No, Magnus. You should go talk to him.” Izzy urged.

“Are you crazy, Izzy?” Izzy shot Jace a death glare and he backed down.

Magnus stood up. “Jace is right, I don’t think it was a good idea for me to come tonight.”

Izzy grabbed Magnus by the elbows and dragged him out into the hall.

“Magnus! You’ve been asking nonstop about my brother the entire time. Now that he’s literally right there, you’re going to chicken out?” Izzy whispered.

“Izzy, your brother wants absolutely nothing to do with me. He couldn’t even look me in the eye at dinner. Even i know when to fold. He arrested me for goodness sakes. Life isn’t a fairytale. He’s a cop. And I’m some vagrant that got arrested in a subway station.” Magnus shook himself out of Izzy’s grasp.

“Magnus Bane! Get your ass in there right now or don’t you dare step foot into my apartment tonight!” Izzy crossed her arms.

Magnus slumped his shoulders. “I have to move out someday anyway.”

Izzy’s eyes widened and she gripped onto Magnus. “Ok, ok, I’m begging you. Just, go see my brother. Please. Just once. And then I’ll never ask again.” Izzy pleaded with her puppy dog eyes.

Magnus sighed. The lightwood charm was definitely going to be the death of him. “Ok, fine.”

Magnus gingerly stepped towards the closed solid oak door. He knocked lightly. When there was no sound, he knocked again.

“Come in.” Alec’s voice sounded annoyed and far away. Magnus held his breath as he slowly turned the handle.

“I know this was all your doing, Izzy. And I’m not ready to forgive you yet.” Alec said, his eyes busy scanning the papers in front of him. Magnus swallowed as he closed the door lightly behind him.

“Brains and beauty. Not surprising, coming from a Lightwood.” He breathed out.

Alec’s head snapped up and Magnus was met with swimmingly blue eyes. They were blue, as crystal clear as the first time he had seen them under the fluorescent lights of the subway station. Alec placed his pen down with a clatter.

“What do you want, Magnus?

Magnus flinched under the scrutiny of Alec’s cold demeanour. He coughed and took a brave step forward.

“Thats the first time you’ve called me by my name, Alexander.”

There was a brief flash of surprise on Alec’s face, which was quickly covered up by the same neutral expression he had on earlier. The dark haired man’s brows furrowed as he spoke up.

“Don’t call me that.”

Magnus took a chance and stepped closer towards the desk. He bit his lip as he ran his eyes down Alec’s pristine uniform. “Shall i call you…. Officer then?”

“Stop it.” Alec stood up abruptly. His eyes flashed with anger, and Magnus stopped in his tracks.

“This is all just a game to you, isn’t it?” Alec’s hands were wound up tight into fists. “You laugh, you flirt, you use your charm on everyone around you.”

Magnus took a step back, feeling hurt. Alec continued on. “At the end of the day, you risk nothing, but I wont let you hurt Izzy like that.”

Magnus blinked as realization dawned on him. “Oh, Alexander,” he breathed out, “your darling sister and I are just merely friends.”

Alec frowned, and Magnus smiled. He took the remaining steps forward and leaned in towards the taller man. “Why did you bail me out, Alexander?”

Alec turned away, but Magnus could catch the glimpse of a faint pink on the side of the man’s neck. Magnus beamed and continued. “You saved me, you know. From those guys. They almost…” Magnus trailed off.

“Did they hurt you?” Alec snapped his head back to look at Magnus, his eyes filled with concern.

Magnus shook his head. Warmth blossomed in his chest, a warmth that he had never thought he would ever get to feel again. It ignited his soul, and tightened the pull he felt towards Alec. One more step, and he was right in Alec’s personal bubble. One tiptoe forward, and his lips would press up against Alec’s. But Magnus held his ground.

“I never thought I’d be able to see you again,” he whispered quietly. Alec’s eyes continued to look at him, his gaze unwavering. “And then I learned from Izzy that you risked your job to get me out of there.” Magnus gently braced a hand on Alec’s forearm. A light touch, soft and seeking permission. When Alec didn’t move, Magnus continued. “Your sister wouldn’t let me contact you. Do you know how hard it was? Knowing that you were so close, yet so far?” Magnus looked down at where his hand was on top of Alec’s pristine uniform. “I couldn’t stop thinking about you. From the moment I saw you, I felt something. And I knew you felt it too. You did, right, Alec?” Magnus eyes searched Alec’s.

“I didn’t think I would see you again either…” Alec said as he looked away shyly, his cheeks turning pink. Magnus smiled and rubbed small circles on Alec’s arm. The strong muscle he felt there made his entire body shiver in want.

Alec felt Magnus’s grip against his arms, and when he turned back to look at the Asian man, the desire reflected in those darkened hazel eyes sent heat coursing through his entire body. He was still unable to comprehend what was going on right now. From the moment he met Magnus, every waking moment was filled with the glittery faux-hawked man. He had secretly counted down to the days of Magnus’s court date, hoping that he would be able to see the man again, even if just for a glimpse. He had never dared that Magnus would be standing in front of him, close enough that he could still smell the faint traces of pine.

Magnus smiled at him, and it was a genuine smile. One that wasn’t teasing nor flirtatious, but one that tugged at Alec’s heartstrings. It reached down into the depths of Alec, and lifted his own emotions out of him. He felt his breath catch, and his eyes naturally trailed down to the man’s lips.

“Alexander,” Magnus said slowly. There was a slight flush on the Asian man’s cheeks as he looked shyly up at Alec. “May I kiss you?”

Alec blinked, taken aback. He had fantasies about this very moment with Magnus. But it had always ended up with the two of them slamming into each other and making out ferociously against a wall. Or on his bed. Or at the police station. One time in a subway station. None of the scenarios had prepared him for this. For a shy, blushing Magnus, looking up at him as if he held the moon.

Magnus’s smile faltered at Alec’s silence. He swallowed thickly, unsure of what to do. He hadn’t planned on rejection and now it was staring at him right in the face. Until Alec moved. There was a brief moment of hesitation before Alec slowly lowered his head, moving closer towards Magnus’s lips.

The first contact was soft, both men hesitant and unsure. Alec pulled back, his eyes fluttering open slightly as he gauged Magnus’s reaction. Magnus’s eyes shined, filled with wonder and awe, and Alec closed his eyes as he leaned in again. Magnus was there with him this time, releasing his grip on Alec’s forearms. Magnus’s arms reached up and wrapped around Alec’s neck the same moment Alec pulled him in by the waist. Magnus smiled against the other man’s lips, his heart thundering at the thought of how their bodies moved in sync with each other. It felt so natural, like it was meant to be.

They pulled up for air and Magnus caught Alec chasing his lips. When Alec opened his eyes, the unchained desire that he saw in those blue eyes caused his own eyes to darken in response. Before Magnus could make a teasing remark, Alec spoke up, and it was enough for the both of them.

“I can’t stop kissing you.”

As if reading Alec’s mind, Magnus deliberately licked his lips and surged forward. Alec groaned as he hoisted Magnus’s legs up, lifting the man onto the desk. The force of it all caused the desk to thump against the wall, and Alec froze, mid-kiss. He nervously looked towards the closed but unlocked oak door, and Magnus let out a soft giggle before hooking his legs tighter around Alec’s waist, pulling the officer down for a searing kiss.

THUMP

Jace slammed his fork down and abruptly stood up. The ear piercing scrape of his chair against the tiled floor made Izzy wince.

“I am getting out of here.” Jace announced.

“Ive got myself a date too.” Izzy pushed her chair back gently and stood up. She was about to clean up when Jace stopped her.

“Leave the dishes, Izzy. I don’t want to risk seeing them run out of there naked.”

“Oh, don’t be crude, Jace!” Izzy rolled her eyes at the blonde haired officer.

THUMP.

Izzy blinked. “Alright, let’s go. Places to be, dates to go on.” She coughed as she quickly grabbed her purse and made a beeline for the front door. Jace was hot on her heels as they flung the door open and ran into the cold December night.

“A-Alec, stop, I’m ruining your papers.” Magnus gasped as the sound of another report being crumpling underneath his thighs mixed in with their pants.

“Those aren’t important,” Alec whined as Magnus pushed his head away from his neck.

“Your sister will kill me if you lose your job, Alec!”

Alec stopped, his nose scrunching up at the mention of his sister. Magnus took the opportunity to hop off the table gracefully. Magnus made his way towards the door and pressed his ears against it. Alec watched curiously as Magnus quietly opened the door and peeked outside.

“They’re not in the kitchen,” Magnus whispered. Alec straightened up his uniform before pulling open the door and stepping out. Both men surveyed the half eaten plates lying on the kitchen table and the missing shoes in the front foyer.

“I guess we have the whole house to ourselves?” Magnus interlaced his fingers into Alec’s. Alec blushed before quickly pulling Magnus down the hall. Their lips connected long before they made it to Alec’s room, and Magnus’s vest made contact with the bedroom floor at the same time Alec kicked the door shut with his foot. Magnus’s shirt was only opened halfway before Alec tripped on the edge of his bed, sending both men flailing on top of it.

“It seems you’re always under me, Alexander,” Magnus purred. “Is this some sort of sign?”

Alec rolled his eyes and pressed his lips to shut Magnus up. Magnus smirked against his lips, and it was something that Alec couldn’t get enough of. Magnus’s hands lowered and fumbled with Alec’s belt, successfully removing it. Alec kicked off his socks and pants before quickly undoing his uniform.

“Wait, wait, Magnus.” Alec gasped. “My uniform. I work tomorrow, I can’t get it wrinkled. Let me just hang it up first.”

Magnus pouted as he let Alec get up from under him. Alec shot him a sheepish look before scrambling up to grab his pants and hang up his uniform. Magnus’s eyes landed on something on top of the dresser and he reached out to grab it.

Alec returned to bed to see Magnus smirking at him and twirling something red and fluffy in his hands. He groaned. “What are you doing with that, Magnus?”

Magnus’s eyes twinkled. “Didn’t I tell you before that I would sit on your lap, Santa?”

Alec’s face flushed, and the rest of his body followed suit.

*************

“Are you okay?” Alec huffed, his face pink and eyes glassy with desire. Magnus was perched on top of him, slim muscles on full display. Magnus’s cock, red and leaking, bounced against washboard abs as the man reached behind him and guided himself down onto Alec’s own leaking erection.

Magnus hissed and Alec immediately clutched the other man’s hands.

“It’s just been a while, Im okay.” Magnus reassured.

Alec nodded and he bit his lip hard as he felt himself slowly breach Magnus’s opening. It took a while, but slowly, Magnus had fully seated himself on Alec. With more kisses and reassuring words from Alec, accompanied by featherlight jerks to Magnus’s cock, pain started to turn to pleasure.

Alec gave a couple shallow thrusts, and Magnus’s walls squeezed him tightly. They moaned together in unison and Magnus doubled over with pleasure, pressing his face tightly against Alec’s neck.

“Fuck, Alec, I’ve never felt like this before. I don’t think i can last long.” Magnus panted.

Alec’s hands gripped tightly onto Magnus’s waist as he staved off his impending orgasm. He felt like an overexcited teenager and it was quite embarrassing. Though he did find some comfort knowing that Magnus was feeling the same way he was.

“Should I move?” Alec asked, his voice strained.

“N-no, let me. I really want to ride you,” Magnus whispered as he shifted his body up.

Alec swore. “Magnus, d-don’t say things like that!”

Magnus’s eyes shone as he reached for something behind him. Alec pouted, impatiently waiting for the man above him to move. When he saw what was in Magnus’s hands, he shook his head in bewilderment.

“Magnus, get rid of that thing and just fucking move already!”

Magnus placed the Santa hat on his head. “Tsk, tsk, Alexander. This is the hat that brought us together. Do you know how much I’ve fantasized you wearing nothing but this hat?” He ground his hips down a circular motion and Alec threw his head back against the pillows in pleasure.

“You have no idea how fucking sexy you looked wearing this.” Magnus continued in between gasps as he started to thrust himself on Alec’s cock. “Do you hear the jingling? That’s the sound of your cock as it goes in and out of me, filling me up so good, Alexander.”

“M-Magnus, f-fuck.” Alec babbled incoherently as Magnus continued to ride him. Pleasure coursed through his entire body, heating him up from inside as Magnus continued to praise him.

“That’s it, baby. You hear that?” With each motion of Magnus’s hips, the silver bell bobbed up and down, producing a sharp rhythmic jingle in accompaniment to the continuous slapping of flesh as Magnus slammed himself down on Alec, over and over again.

Hearing the jingle, the sound of their lovemaking, was almost enough to throw Alec off the edge. Magnus slowed down, just enough for Alec to see that the man’s pupils were blown wide with lust as well. Magnus’s lips glistened in the moonlight, matching his eyes as he gave a simple command.

“Fuck me.”

With a Herculean strength he didn’t know he had, Alec pulled Magnus off his cock and turned him around before slamming back inside. The new angle pushed his cock deeper into Magnus, and Magnus howled in pleasure. Alec pushed Magnus downwards so that the other man’s back was flush against his chest. He wrapped his arms over top of Magnus before lifting his hips and thrusting  upwards into Magnus’s tight hole. Magnus’s cock bobbed helplessly above as Alec’s hips pistoned in and out from underneath.

All Magnus could do was moan and curse as Alec set a relentless pace, thrusting into him with power and vigor. One particular thrust hit him right in the bundle of nerves and his legs immediately gave out on him.

“Don’t stop, I’m so close!” He cried out. Alec grunted in response and continued to lay assault on his prostate.

“Fuck, Magnus, I’m coming.” Alec’s gasped out, his voice strained and raw.

“Come for me, baby. I want to feel you in me, all of you. Fill me up, baby.” Magnus squeezed hard, and groaned as he felt Alec’s hips stutter against him.

Alec came with a shout as Magnus tightened against him. He let the waves of pleasure crash against him as he continued to deliver pleasure into Magnus. A couple more thrusts later, Magnus arched his back and came beautifully, his come spraying up into the air and dropping down onto his abs, splattering his golden skin with speckles of white.

Both men panted as they came down from their high. When Alec finally regained some strength, he gingerly pulled out of Magnus and both men winced from overstimulation. Magnus rolled off of Alec, collapsing onto his side as he caught his breath.

“That was…” Alec trailed off, at a loss for words.

“Incredible.” Magnus breathed out.

Alec nodded. He rolled to his side and looked at Magnus. Both men stared at each other, and without breaking their gaze, Alec effortlessly slipped his fingers in between Magnus’s.

“We really should get cleaned up,” Magnus whispered.

Alec opened his eyes. Wait, when had he shut them? He stared at Magnus and Magnus stared back, both men not wanting to move. Suddenly, Magnus grinned as he shuffled and pulled out something from underneath him. He dangled it in front of Alec’s face, and Alec blinked, trying to focus on what it was.

Jingle.

“Magnus…” Alec’s eyes flashed in warning.

Magnus looked up coyly as he slipped his hand into the cone shaped hat. He pressed the hat against his chest before slowly rubbing it downwards.

Alec groaned and covered his eyes. “Jace is gonna kill me.“

Magnus chuckled as he continued to rub the soft fabric against his skin, cleaning up the evidence of their lovemaking. Something cold and hard hit his nipples and his cock gave a valiant twitch. He stopped his movements and eyed the man in front of him curiously. Alec had closed his eyes again and seemed to be dozing off to sleep.

“Hey, Alec!” Magnus whispered lightly.

Alec mumbled in response. Magnus snickered as he slowly moved his Santa hat gloved hand lower.

“Do you wanna feel how soft and fluffy this is?” Magnus purred as he rubbed the hat against Alec’s groin. With a quick flick, Magnus rolled the cold silver bell against Alec’s slit and Alec’s hips bucked off the bed. Blue eyes snapped open and Magnus looked on in amazement at the man’s hardening length.

Alec groaned and covered his face. He didn’t even have the heart in him to roll his eyes when Magnus flashed him a look of playful triumph after successfully covering his erection with the soiled Santa hat.

Alec swore he would never wear a Santa hat ever again.
