Work Text:

Lexi’s eyes dart to her phone again, hoping to see something has changed from the last time she looked about 11 seconds ago. It’s still turned upside down charging on her nightstand where she kept it so she wouldn’t be distracted. It didn’t help, and she still knows when a text comes through. Her ringer is always on and turned up. Something in her needs to stare at it ‘til it rings, her legs shake in anticipation waiting for the sound of her notifications. Lexi’s supposed to be finishing her term paper research but is instead reading the same sentence of the same article over and over again waiting until her brain memorizes it. Her eyes flick to her nightstand.

In all honesty she just wanted Fezco to text her. She hadn’t seen him in days and knew he was back home today. And while he had texted her when she was at school just to say ‘hi’ and check in, she hadn’t heard from him since. They weren’t together but she knew they were close. It was truly a matter of just asking the question. Lexi could count on one hand how many real dates Fez had taken her on, but over the last month and a half they’ve spent a lot of time together and she still gets butterflies.

She thinks about when he first kissed her. A big group of kids from school were hanging in front of his store, playing music and tailgating. Lexi had been sitting in someone’s trunk with her sister and her friends until they one by one left her to drink alone. Usually she doesn’t mind. She liked observing the conversations between strangers, but her eyes scanned the crowd for Fezco. The last few parties they had been to he always found her in the end. He asked her questions and talked to her all night, making her feel important enough to talk to. It was Lexi’s favorite part of going to those parties. That night she didn’t want to wait, so she jumped down from the car and walked into the store hoping to find him there.

Lexi felt confident that night. She wore a dark red shirt that hugged her shoulders, tucked into a brown skirt and tights. Before they left for the party, she tightly braided her hair so by the time she was ready her brown curls fell in a beautiful pattern down her back. She finished the look with red lipstick that matched her shirt and small gold hoops. As she stepped through the doors Lexi smoothed out her skirt and smiled at her shoes.

The pack of teenagers moved from the counter just as she looked up to see Fez. He was moving the cash in his hand into the register with a very swift motion and slammed the drawer shut when he was done.

“Ay Lexi, I was hoping you were here.” His eyes lit up when he saw her. Most of the time, you can barely even tell what color his eyes are, but whenever he’s around Lexi they’re the first thing you notice. Lexi quickly walked to his counter as he came around the corner, tucking her hair behind her ear.

“You were?” Lexi responded unsure of herself.

“Yeah, of course.” Fez paused, waiting for her to finally look at him and smiled. His face was still when he talked, his lips barely moved to get the words out. “I wanted to show you something.” He gently grabbed her hand and held it as he led her through a door in the back. He stopped them in front of a ladder up against the wall and looked up, then back down at Lexi. “Hold on, gimme a minute.”

She watched as he climbed up to the top, his shirt was two sizes too big so when she looked up she could see his stomach and back. Lexi was just glad she didn’t have to go first in a skirt. Fez opened the small door that was on the ceiling and disappeared through the opening showing the dark blue sky. His face reappeared and he stared down at her.

“Are you coming?”

Lexi nodded with a large smile spreading across her face. She fidgeted with her skirt for a few seconds and looked back up. His face was gone again so she took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. Her cold hands climbed the metal ladder until her head popped through and a gust of wind hit her cheeks, making her hair whip fast behind her. She got half way through when Fez walked back over and grabbed her from the waist to lift her all the way up. When her feet touched the ground, he grabbed her hand once again and took her to the edge of the building, overlooking their small suburban town.

The mob of people moved together to the faint sound of music. Cars honked quietly and people yelled over each other. There’s no railing on the edge of the building so Fez doesn’t let go as they inched forward.

“I just know you like to watch people, you know?” Fez said in his quiet voice. Lexi turned to look at him. “Observing people, and shit? So I thought you’d like it up here.” He shrugged and looked back out to the lights.

Lexi let out her small laugh into an exhale and rubbed her lips together nervously. “Yeah, I find myself doing it a lot, and this. This is beautiful.” There were rows and rows of houses and industrial buildings lighting the landscape with a warm glow. Lexi shivered when she saw her breath, tightening her grip on Fez’s hand.

“You look really beautiful tonight, Lexi.” She hides her smile at the ground and shakes her head lightly. “I mean it. You do.” He sounded almost mad that she didn't get it. She finally made eye contact with him and couldn’t help her smile. Lexi moved her free hand to the side of his face and leaned in for a kiss. Fez’s nose was cold against her cheek as she moved her chin in closer. They finally let their hands go as Lexi put both hands on the sides of his face. Fez slid his hands around her back and pressed their bodies together, catching the needed warmth between them.

A few moments went by before Fez pulled back to give one more peck. “I feel bad now, I should’ve brought you a jacket or something.” His hands were on her shoulders trying to keep her warm.

Lexi shook her head but her knees shivered as her small skirt flapped in the biting wind. “No, it’s fine. I’m still having a nice time.” He leans in and kisses her a couple more times before grabbing her hand to lead her back to the hatch.

“Come on, I don’t wanna be the one to give you hypothermia or some shit.”

Other than a very few times, that was it. They’re not together. It’s not like Lexi has ever asked, but they never really talked about it. The two of them just enjoy spending time together and left it at that.

So instead of rereading the article she’s been staring at for the last 45 minutes, she goes over every moment she’s had with Fezco that makes her toes curl. The moment his cold nose hit her face, when he pulled her closer gently. All of the small, stolen moments buzz in her head. Lexi’s eyes move to her phone again. She doesn’t move them until she hears a ‘ding’ and jumps up from her desk to check it.

Fezco: do u have plans for tomorrow?
Lexi: if i can finish this hw then no!
Fezco: good cuz i was hopin i could see u
Lexi smiles at the text and before she can respond another comes through.
Fezco: unless u wanna bring ur work here?

She hesitates for a moment, not knowing how to respond. She really wants to see Fez, but doesn’t know if that’s allowed- this has never happened before. Lexi looks up to the other side of her room, reminded of her sister and all the times she hasn’t been home. Lexi knew she wouldn’t be able to get any of her work done until she saw Fez anyway, so her stomach starts to flutter looking back down at her phone.

Lexi: are you sure? i’m writing a term paper for my government class i’m going to be completely boring
Fezco: course im sure i just wanna chill w u
Lexi: ok i can be over in an hour :)

Packing the first bag she can find with clothes, chargers, books, and anything she can find that she’ll need for the weekend, Lexi begins to imagine being with Fez for a whole weekend. Her heart beats fast as she talks herself up in her head. After a full eight minutes staring at her closet, she changes from her pj’s into a tight blue sweater and tan dress pants. She brushes her hair out and carefully braids it into a bun. She does a sweep of her room to make sure she has everything and heads downstairs to make her case with her mom.

“Fez asked me to come over tonight, so I’m bringing my homework and staying the weekend, is that ok?” Her mom sat alone on the couch with an almost empty glass of wine on the coffee table, legs curled up to her chest while mindlessly watching Real Housewives.

“Honey, you’re bringing your homework? That’s such a drag, you can always do it before school, right? That’s what most people do, anyway.”

“Mom! Can I please go?” Lexi stares at the back of her head.

“Yeah, sure, just be careful.” She points at Lexi without looking. Lexi rolls her eyes and runs back upstairs to grab her bags. Before she leaves she adds red lipstick and grabs her jacket.

Lexi slows her bike down when she pulls up to the newly familiar white house. It was unnerving being there late at night but it just made Lexi more anxious to get inside. The bike drops at her feet as she pulls out her phone to text him she’s here. A few moments later she hears quiet footsteps and the front door opens. She can barely see Fez’s face through the dark shadows and screen door but the spark at the end of his cigarette is shining through the small openings.

“Hi Fez.” She says softly, yet failing to hide her joy. Fez opens the screen door so she can finally see his face clearly. His smile spreads across his face, wrinkling his wide eyes.

“Hey, Lex. How are you feelin’?” She steps inside to the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and takes a deep breath. The whole house smells like Fezco.

“I’m good. I’m just really glad to see you.” She carefully swings her bag by her ankle.

“Me too. I was missing you.” Fez leans up against the post behind him folding his hands behind his back. Lexi moves next to him and wraps her arm through his. She looks up to see him staring right back down at her. He nervously flicks the end of his cigarette with his other hand.

“Really?” She furrows her brows up at him.

“Hell yeah. Ash and I had a 5 hour car drive with just ourselves. All I could think about was talking with you.” Lexi instinctively leaned in and kissed him. She felt him exhale deeply into her. “Come on.” He pushes off the wall with a smile and grabs the bags from her hand. She follows him down the hall and into his room.

In the small, dark space there is a nightstand lighting the whole room with a small yellow lamp. The bed has white sheets and it faces a small TV on a wooden dresser. The window behind the bed is cracked open with weed paraphernalia cluttering the ledge. Fez sets her bags on the bed.

“I was thinking you could be here, ‘cuz you can plug in shit if you need to and the light is right here.” He motions to the right side of the bed where some pillows were propped up. “I was just gonna turn on some music and lay with you, if that’s cool.” Fez stands in front of her.

Lexi nods with a small smile. “That’s perfect, actually.” He smiles back. Just staring back into her large eyes.

“Did you want something to eat or drink or…?”

“No, I’m good for now, I think. I promise this won’t take me long, and then we can actually do something together.” Lexi opens her bag for her laptop and begins to pull out countless items like a magician. What she really wants to do is just say ‘fuck it’ and kiss him ‘til she can’t anymore, but the little voice in the back of her mind won’t let her until her homework is done.

“It’s all good, take your time.” He turns and shuffles to the dresser where a speaker sits. He puts out his cigarette on a small ashtray when Lexi turns him around and kisses him again. Fez’s hand finds the small of her back and pushes gently. She pulls back with a smile as he leans in for another.

“Thank you.” She says. She turns around to take her shoes off and turn on her laptop. Fez has to physically stop himself from letting his small laugh out. He plays a song Lexi’s never heard, she’s grateful she won’t be distracted.

Lexi sits cross legged on the covers with her laptop and textbooks littering the blanket. Fez layed out next to her with his legs spread out in front of him. He stays on his phone while she desperately tries not to look at him. It gets harder when she hears him light a blunt that was on the windowsill. The spark of the lighter catches her attention before she turns back to continue typing. The room quickly fills with smoke that dances up to the ceiling fan and disappears through the window. Each time she felt his hand move to his mouth she wanted to watch. The way his fingers move against his beard and lips. When his chest expands and he relaxes into his breath, watching the smoke travel up again. It was mesmerizing.

After almost an hour of nonstop reading, Lexi sits up straight to stretch out her back. She lifts her arms high and twists ‘til she hears a crack. With a deep breath Fez looks at her with needed distraction.

“So what exactly is your paper about?” He mumbles while he sits up a bit and puts his phone down. Lexi sighs as she rubs her eyes from the blinding laptop light.

“Well,” She pauses, “ok, I have to explain why the Constitutional Preamble asserts that one of the key purposes of our government is to ‘promote the general welfare’ and to choose a policymaking institution of the federal government to present an argument for why my choice is responsible for ensuring that to the American people, all in a 10 page paper with at least 3 sources, per page and is actually worth 30% of my whole grade.” Lexi leans down to her bag to pull out a pair of round glasses. She rubs her eyes a few more times before sliding them on. “I just need to sort out the bibliography so my sources are all there but I swear I’m almost done.” She looks to him pleading.

Fez looks like he’s trying to understand what she said as he leans forward to check if her laptop gave any other hints. “I hope you know what you’re talking about ‘cuz I don’t.”

“I mean if you really wanna know, our Congress is charged by the Constitution with providing the well being of the country's citizens. So in the past this meant improving transportation, promoting agriculture and industry, protecting health and the environment, seeking ways to solve social and economic problems. The concern of the government was for the health, peace, morality, and safety of its people, but then I have to show the evidence of them doing the complete opposite of that, you know, arguing for the American people.” Lexi laughs at herself.

“Oh, word.” He nods, taking another hit and blowing it out the window. He leans back again but doesn’t take his eyes off of her. “Shit, Lexi, you're so fucking smart.”

She scrunches her nose in disagreement. “I don’t know, but thank you.” She says slowly.

“No, this is straight intelligence. I don’t know a lot of people who think like you.” Fez picks his phone back up so she can finish but quickly adds, “I like your glasses by the way.” Lexi’s eyes shoot to him with a smile.

“Thank you.”

More time passed than she would like to admit, but when Lexi is finally finished, she dramatically pushes all of the books off the bed and closes her laptop. Fez turns his head to look at her while putting out the last of his bud.

“I’m sorry that took so long, but now I’m free for the rest of the weekend.”

“Don’t apologize, I like just sitting with you.” Fez doesn't look away from her. The music is still playing quietly as Lexi scoots closer to him.

“How was your trip though, now that I can finally ask.” She puts her legs out so they’re both laying side by side.

“Boring, mostly. 5 hours there and back in my piece of shit car. Plus, it wasn't really a trip we had to go for business, you know.” Lexi looks down at her hands folded together and fidgeting thumbs.

“How was the business part of it?” She asks, looking at him. He looks worried like she is gonna ask more questions that he doesn’t have the answer to, but she just blinks curiously.

“Fine, we got what we needed.” Lexi nods with a small smile and leans down against his shoulder. “I’m just glad you’re finally here.” He slides his hand through hers and Lexi takes a mental picture of the way her dainty fingers look intertwined in his large hand. “I think Ashtray could tell I was distracted though, he kept bugging me about texting so much.”

“Texting me?”

“Yeah.” Fez paused for a moment. “Who else?”

“I don’t know.” She shrugs with a smirk. “Does this mean Ashtray doesn’t like me?”

“Ash don’t like nobody, but he will.”

“Why do you say that?”

“Well I like you being here, so he’s gonna learn to like you.”

Lexi laughs out a small, “Oh.” under her breath. Fezco has his left arm wrapped around her shoulders as they both lean on each other. Lexi now wishes she had stayed in her pj’s so she can just stay here for the rest of the night, her head becoming heavy with fatigue. She sinks her body down a little further and brings her left arm across his stomach as his hand moves to her back. “Fez?” She tilts her chin up so they can make eye contact. “Are we together? Like- Would you say I’m your girlfriend?” Lexi holds her breath, silently cringing at herself.

“I mean I was hoping so.” He says gently.

Releasing her clenched jaw, Lexi props herself up on her elbow and leans in to kiss him. “Me too.” She says back, kissing him harder. Fez’s hand travels up her spine to the back of her head pulling her in. She pushes on his chest to back up. “I’m gonna put my pj’s on, give me a second.”

She rolls away and carefully picks up the books that had fallen to the floor. Lexi sets her bag back on the bed and unzips it to put her stuff away. When her eyes flick to Fez, he is staring at his phone, red in the face. She bit the inside of her cheek to stop from smiling but she found him so endearing she couldn’t help it. In the moment of packing, she had grabbed just a white t-shirt and a pair of red plaid pants to sleep in but as her eyes went from Fez to her bag she began to feel the butterflies come back.

First, Lexi undoes the braid in her hair letting it fall down her shoulders. She sees Fez watch as her fingers comb through her hair. He quickly looks back down to his screen when Lexi turns her back to face the wall. She takes off the blue sweater, places it behind her in the bag along with the pink bra she wore underneath. She swiftly puts the white shirt on and turns back around to fix her glasses. Without looking up, Lexi unbuttons her slacks and slides them off, folding them into her bag and placing it on the floor, leaving her bottoms with it. Fezco finally looks up at her as she lifts the covers to fall in. Lexi heard him inhale fast.

“Did you wanna turn a movie on?” She yawns.

Fez nodded. “What do you wanna watch?” He sat up and went to his dresser to turn off the music and grab the remote for his TV.

“I just made you sit and watch me do homework for two hours, I think I’ll let you pick what we watch, deal?” Fezco laughs, showing his toothy smile. He tosses the remote to her feet and bends down to open the bottom drawer. He promptly changes his jeans into black sweats and takes off his oversized shirt, not once looking up to see if Lexi was watching him.

“Deal.” Fez reaches back into his jeans pocket for a pack of cigarettes and lights one, setting it to burn on the ashtray behind him as he sits back down under the covers. He settles into position scrolling through what Lexi assumed was a pirated streaming service. Lexi easily falls into him, the scent of the smoke hitting her nose as she breathes him in. A few moments go by and Fez puts the remote down as sound comes from the TV. “Have you seen this?”

She didn’t realize her eyes were closed until he said something that startled her awake. A long opening credit scene she didn’t recognize led to the title Boogie Nights and she shook her head against his torso. Fez’s hand made small circles on her back and slowly up to her shoulder as he tried to explain to the best of his abilities what was going on. At some point he knew she had fallen asleep but he continued to talk to her just in case she woke up. His hand played with her hair, combing through in a calming rhythm with the crickets chirping behind them. By the time the movie was over, it was 3AM and Lexi was in a deep sleep turned on her side.

Fezco turned off his TV, took off Lexi’s glasses, plugged in her phone, turned off the lamp and laid back down next to her. He just listened to her breathe for a while, matching his breaths with hers. The wind blows through the window, putting out his cigarette and sending a shiver down his spine. He places himself behind Lexi, one arm under her pillow, the other over her waist pulling her closer against him. She was so warm and deep in her hair smelled of watermelon and whatever floral perfume she had with her, Fez buried his face in her neck, falling asleep almost instantly.

He wakes up first to the birds singing in the tree sitting outside the window, silently cursing himself for not closing it last night. They have stayed in the same position, Fez tightens his grip around Lexi’s waist and breaths in.

“Good morning.” Lexi lets out without moving.

“Morning.” He says in her hair. Neither of them move for a long time.

“What do you wanna do today?” She says after a while, twisting her body in his arms so they are facing each other. Their legs comfortably fit together as Fez finally opens his eyes to look at her.

“I’m not sure.” He croaks out.

“Well what would you be doing if I wasn’t here?” She raises her eyebrows and looks at him curiously.

“Today’s my day off so I’d probably be doing this.” He’s silent for a moment, closing his eyes again. “The perfect day is getting high just to watch cartoons and chillin’ with you.” She laughs under her breath as he gives a big yawn.

Lexi started to think about how this day would go. There were no plans, nowhere to be, no one expecting them, they could just be together, all day. His perfect day included her and that’s exactly what she wanted too.

“Yeah, that sounds really nice.” She pressed her lips against his, and as soon as he felt her he reciprocated, his hand moving to her cheek. They kiss for a long moment, still half asleep. Lexi’s hand moves through his beard and to the back of his neck pulling him closer. She tangled their legs and pressed her whole body against his. In between each deep kiss Lexi pulls back to get her words out two at a time, “I’m sorry,”... “for falling asleep,”... “last night.” She suddenly jerks her head back a bit harsher in confusion and touches her hand to her face. “Did you take my glasses?” She turns her head to see them lying on the nightstand behind her.

Fez looks up behind her. “You had fallen asleep and I didn’t want them to break or nothing, so yeah.” She turns to look at him with a smile like some sort of reflex. “That cool?”

“Yeah, of course, thank you.” Lexi sits up to put them back on so she could really see him and checks the time on her phone, fully charged. When she turns back to Fezco he sits up and grabs a blunt to light it. She watches the smoke travel out the window as he puffs a few more times. “You know, of all the parties we’ve been to, I’ve still never been high. Been buzzed a few times sure, but nothing else.”

“Oh for real?” He turns to her wide eyed. “I don’t expect you to do nothing, you know. It’s not for everyone.” He sets it behind him on the windowsill ashtray as he leans up against the wall. Lexi just looks at him for a moment, trying to memorize this moment in her head. She twists again so she’s on her side looking up at him, thinking for a moment.

“I mean is today not the perfect day to try? Right? I trust you.” Lexi’s heart started to beat a little faster. She knew it would happen someday, smoking weed. If you went to her school, it was honestly the least you could do but Lexi never got the point, everyone around her was always fucked up a little.

“You sure?” He keeps his eyes on her as she scoots higher to lean on his shoulder.

Lexi nods. “There’s no one else I’d rather do it with, and you did say this was a part of your perfect day. What kind of girlfriend would I be to deny that?” She raises her eyebrows.

He smiles and grabs the blunt again to take another hit. “Lex, I’m serious, man. Don’t be getting into this shit unless you want to.” When he exhales the scent hits her nose and the smoke tickles.

“I know, I do.” Lexi takes the blunt from his lips and places it between her own. As she inhales Fez doesn’t move his eyes from her lips, watching as her chest expands with air. She holds her breath for a moment before exhaling out the window and failing to cover the quiet cough escaping her throat.

“You ok?” He asks quietly. Lexi giggles as she looks at him, nodding with enthusiasm. She holds it in her fingers, feeling like a different person sitting in his arms. Feeling like herself. Lexi takes another hit as Fez turns the TV back on. A few minutes of scrolling and serious debate, they figure out where their favorite cartoons overlap, Bob’s Burgers. He starts at a random episode. “I’m gonna grab some water, be right back.” Fez quickly slides from under the covers and makes his way to the kitchen.

Lexi stays in that position, glued to the mattress with a heavy head leaning to the right. She felt herself rise out of her body and come back down over and over as the ukulele theme song began to play. When she remembers how to move her hands, she places the blunt on the windowsill and tries to lean as far as she can to reach for her bag on the floor. After what felt like a war between her and the zipper, Lexi found her Altoids to get rid of the burnt marijunana taste in her mouth. Her head spins fast when she sits back up, but the mint and taking off her glasses helps her focus, so she lays all the way down, only her neck and shoulders propped up by a pillow to blindly watch the cartoon.

Footsteps come down the hall and Fez lightly opens the door trying to hold two glasses of ice water in one hand. He closes the door behind him and safely gets the cups to the windowsill. Before getting in, he shuts the window behind them and takes off his thick black sweats so he’s just in his boxers. Lexi sits up to take a large sip, swallowing her mint like a pill as Fez pulls the long hanging chain to speed up the fan.

“Thanks.” She says to him as he lies next to her. Their shoulders and hips press tightly together, as they intertwine their fingers trying to watch the show. Lexi turns to smile as she kisses his temple and then his cheek, bringing her left hand to the side of his face to turn his head. He closes his eyes but keeps his smile as he leans in to kiss her. Her hand travels from his beard down to his neck, then his shoulder and all the way down to his bare waist. She holds his hip steady for a few moments with a tight grip. Fez’s hands stay cupping her face and brushing her hair back.

Using her momentum, Lexi pulls herself up and brings her left leg over Fez’s lap to sit on his thighs. His body slides down the wall so he’s lying completely flat against his pillows. Lexi looks down at him and he smiles with his eyes wide.

“I didn’t realize you still had lipstick on.” He said in his deep voice, a little confused. She brought her hand to her lips and smiled with an open mouth, very surprised it had stayed on not only through the night, but after kissing Fez many times. His eyes get a little wider. “Shit, do I got any?” He covers his mouth as Lexi laughs, bringing his hand back down and shaking her head.

“I promise there’s no lipstick on your face.” She smiles down at him. Turning her head to where her bag is, she debates getting her makeup wipes. “Should I take it off?” Her leg begins to slide off when Fez catches her arm and pulls her down gently so she’s laying on his chest.

“No, it’s ok. You can leave it.” Fez's fingers trace her hairline down to her ear. She kisses him deeply and can feel herself smile as their lips move. After a few moments Lexi pulls up again and Fez takes a deep breath for air. She reaches for the blunt and sits up to exhale deeply. Fez just stares up at her, never wanting to forget what this moment feels like. The way her shirt drapes across his chest as she leans forward, all of her hair falling into his face, her glossy red eyes looking at him. She puts the blunt between his lips and he puffs through it with ease, blowing smoke fast enough to fill the room. Lexi kisses his cheek one more time before taking it out of his mouth and putting it back. “How come you never got high before?” His hands rest on her waist.

Lexi closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, stretching her arms high in the air, genuinely thinking about his question. Fez looks carefully as her shirt rides up to show her stomach until they make eye contact again. “I guess I’ve never really been in the position where I actually wanted to.”

“What’s different now?” His hands move down to her thighs on either side of him.

“I don’t know, I guess I just feel safe here. With you. Like everything is under control ‘cuz you’re here.” She lays her chest down against his and leans in close so their noses almost touch. “Does that make sense?”

Fez blinks slowly and nods. “I get it. You know I got you. Anywhere we’re at.” Lexi leans down for his lips, feeling herself melt into his kiss. She moves her arms to either side of his head, holding her hands behind his ears.

The sound of their kisses sent a flutter to Lexi’s stomach, pushing her hips up. Fez continues his open mouthed kissing across her jaw and into her neck. She curls at his beard tickling her but his hands squeeze tightly on her thighs to keep her steady. Fez stays at her neck as she brings her hands up behind his head, pulling him as close to her as possible. She sighs heavily, closing her eyes tight and burying her face in his shoulder. Her heavy breathing warms them up while Fez’s hands move in a rhythm from her waist to her thighs.

His hands move beneath her underwear, resting on her hips and massaging his fingers against her skin. Lexi shifted herself closer to encourage him. He leaned back from her neck and kissed her jaw again making eye contact with her.

“This ok?” He whispers and presses his palms tighter on her waist to catch her attention. Lexi’s head pops up a little to wonder in what world would this not be ok, but she remembered the weed, and the new relationship deal, and couldn’t help but smile down at Fezco.

“Yeah, I promise.” She closes her eyes to kiss him and feels her head spin as their lips touch. “I would be doing the same even if I was sober, but for the record, it’s still nice even though I’m not.” Her left hand finds his arm resting on her hip and moves it around between them. She leads them in a deep kiss moving herself gently along his fingers waiting for him to respond. As soon as she opens her mouth for a kiss he begins to move his hand softly. She can’t help the quiet noises escaping her lips into Fez’s mouth. He kisses down her jaw and behind her ear while she whispers his name. She begins to move her hips in his rhythm while trying to push her hair out of their way. “This feels so good.” Lexi admits under her breath.

“Shit.” Fez lets out. He takes his hands out of her pants and quickly sits up to flip their positions. Her hair is wild against the pillow as he puts her down, kissing her once. His knees are in between her legs as he shuffles back to give himself room. Fez’s hands traveled down Lex’s sides, grabbing onto her underwear and carefully taking them off. Lexi’s face was red and she was breathing hard. He leans forward to kiss her lips, then both her cheeks, kissing his way down as his hands bent her knees.

Lexi feels herself falling over and over into the pillow, her mind racing with anticipation. She looks down and sees a flash of his blue eyes before disappearing in her legs. Her head falls back as he begins to move his mouth against her. As she begins to squirm and arch her back, Fez moves his forearm across her waist to hold her still, making her thighs shake against his head. Lexi lets out small obscenities under her breath, so he speeds up a little. She grabs tightly onto the shirt she’s wearing, making it twist into a tight ball in her fist, stretching across her stomach as it quickly moves up and down mirroring her heavy breathing. The other hand grips the blanket they lay on threatening to tear at any moment.

Her noises become louder and harder to control. Fez kisses the inside of her thighs to catch his breath but doesn't wait long to work her back up again, his free hand curling around and holding tightly on her thigh. Minutes later Lexi’s shaking stops completely and she is still for a moment. Her hand lets go of her shirt leaving it wrinkled on her stomach to cover her mouth as she tries to hide the noise trying to escape her chest, closing her eyes tightly. She lets out a loud involuntary noise as a shock was sent down her legs and up into her ears making her bite the inside of her cheek to stop from smiling. Her breath slowed down as Fez continued to kiss up her leg ‘till he was sitting back on his legs.

A laugh escaped Lexi’s lips as she looked at him. Her hand cupped his chin leading his face to hers trying to hide his smile. She kissed him a few times, giggling between each one.

“What’s so funny?” Fez says into her mouth. Lexi sits up and covers her mouth again as she laughs.

“I just don't know.” She kisses him again and giggles when she pulls away, eyes looking like James Franco’s. “I think I’m just really hungry.”

Fez leans over to pick up his sweats from the floor and hands them to Lexi to put on. He grabs his phone for the first time that morning and sits closely next to Lexi, who’s still kind of dizzy.

“What kinda food you want? We can get something delivered.” He asks. She scoots so she can see his screen and analyzes each option.

“Honestly everything looks good.” Lexi slips her hand into his and focuses her attention on the TV in front of them. She closes her eyes for a moment and smiles to herself. Her heart was still pounding and fluttering in her chest. Like she couldn’t help it, she leaned forward to kiss his cheek. “What are you in the mood for?” Her head rests on his shoulder.

“It might just be the show but I think I want a burger right now.” Fez says quietly. Lexi nods in agreement.

“That sounds so good right now.” She says, almost shocked at his satisfying choice.

“Hell yeah.”

After ordering their food, Lexi forces herself to get up to use the bathroom, both of them using the time to freshen up. She actually changes into the clothes she packed as he gets dressed. Fez chugs his water and lights a cigarette as he watches Lexi tie her hair up and smiles gently back at him.
