Here we go! This story is nothing like my last one so if you only want romantic fluff, please don't read. There's triggering subject matter which is why I'm including this entire chapter dedicated to warnings. I originally didn't plan to post this story because of the subject matter but then I hit 98,000 words and 16 chapters so I said YOLO, let's post.
If you can't relate to this story, that's a good thing. Lots of scenes might make you uncomfortable. Here's the warning:

I'll add trigger warnings to specific chapters that the topics are present in as well. Another thing:
GiyuShino starts off a little toxic in this story. Full disclaimer. Please don't get upset and leave me death threats (looking at you, commenter on my last story). But there's fluff too. Because in real life, toxic relationships have good days too. You actually might not like Giyuu or some of the other characters at first. But they grow and learn from their mistakes, I promise.
Romance isn't completely centric. This story has 4 main characters with their own motivations and development. They each have their own character arcs. This story is 300,000+ words long. Why? Because there are 4 main characters so buckle in for the ride!
It's a crack fic, we don't have time to world-build so here are your character profiles. You don't actually have to read it, some are spoilers. But it's crack, so who cares about spoilers, right?
Main Characters:
Giyuu Tomioka (21) - Grew up in foster care after the death of his sister. Close friends with Sanemi and Mitsuri. Like a brother to Sabito. Lives in Kyojuro's apartment. Busboy at Tits-Tac-Toe. Might have a crush on "Jailbait". Labeled toxic by his ex. Known to be violent, rarely loses fights. Pothead since he was 14.
Sanemi Shinazugawa (21) - Grew up in the system with Giyuu. Best friends with Mitsuri, codependent. Lives in Kyojuro's apartment. Line cook at Tits-Tac-Toe. Multiple FWBs. New crush on Kanae Kocho. Gave Shinobu her nickname. Bad role model to Muichiro. Gets high to control his temper. On probation.
Mitsuri Kanroji (20) - In and out of foster care growing up, neglectful father and drug addict mother. Met Giyuu and Sanemi at Ubuyashiki Group Home. Best friends with Sanemi, codependent. Waitress at Tits-Tac-Toe (Pink Tits). Fuck buddies with Kyojuro, lives in his apartment. Undiagnosed schizoaffective disorder. Social stoner.
Shinobu "Jailbait" Kocho (18) - Rich, good girl. Daddy is a politician. Weird crush on a busboy. Loves her sisters, hates her sister's fiancé. Canoodles with criminals. Formerly clean pee. Dubbed Baby Tits.
Tits-Tac-Toe is a breastaurant. Employees:
Kyojuro Rengoku (20) - Fry cook at Tits-Tac-Toe. University student, takes his classes in person and online. Father owns car dealership, pays his rent. Fuck buddies with Mitsuri. Friends with Ozaki and Murata. Highly observant. Lets friends stay at his place rent free. Social stoner.
Tengen Uzui (23) - Manager at Tits-Tac-Toe, names all of the girls personally. Poly, open relationship with Hinatsuru and Makio. Loves cocaine and drinking. Cares about all of his employees. Birth control advocate.
Hinatsuru (22) - Hostess at Tits-Tac-Toe (Sweet Tits). Poly. Primary partners are Tengen and Suma. Calls Shinobu 'Bu. Very nice.
Makio (21) - Waitress at Tits-Tac-Toe (Hotter Tits). Poly, primary partner is Tengen. Fuck buddies with Sanemi. Nasty cocaine habit. Stomps bitches.
Suma (20) - Waitress at Tits-Tac-Toe (Tig Ol' Bits). Poly. Dating Hinatsuru. Shinobu's "special friend", overprotective of her. Cries very easily.
Hakuji "Akaza" Soyama (23) - Bartender at Tits-Tac-Toe. Everyone's drug dealer, doesn't sell to females. Has a 2-year-old son with Koyuki. Mentor to Inosuke. Wants Shinobu.
Koinatsu (26) - Manager at Tits-Tac-Toe (Mommy Tits). Opposite Tengen, disagrees with his management style. Destroys evidence after fights. Motherly figure to her employees.
Murata (23) - Line cook at Tits-Tac-Toe. Student at Kimetsu University. Promoted to assistant manager. No respect from his employees. Pro at recording fights. Has epilepsy. Friends with Kyojuro.
Ozaki (21) - Hostess at Tits-Tac-Toe (Ocean Tits). Psychology major at Kimetsu University. Friends with Kyojuro.
Sunni (22) - Waitress at Tits-Tac-Toe (Sunshine Tits).
Chihime (21) - Waitress at Tits-Tac-Toe (Princess Tits). Fuck buddies with Sanemi.
Junko (20) - Waitress at Tits-Tac-Toe (Jelly Tits). Public Enemy #1
Akira (23) - Busboy at Tits-Tac-Toe.
Friends of the Main Characters:
Sabito (22) - Giyuu's oldest friend. His family took in foster children all of his life. Works as a paramedic. Engaged to Makomo, father of her unborn child. Best man is Giyuu. Lives above Kyojuro. Former pothead. Labeled "so cool" by Shinobu.
Makomo (23) - Sabito's fiancée, the reason he stopped doing drugs. Registered nurse. 2 months pregnant. Friends with Yae. Lives above Kyojuro. Doesn't care for the stoners downstairs. Labeled "so cool" by Shinobu.
Kanae Kocho (21) - Shinobu's older sister. Stereotypical "rich, good girl". Law student at Kimetsu University. Recently engaged to Douma. Friends with Sanemi. Adorable nerd.
Masachika Kumeno (23) - Friend of Sanemi and Akaza. Current resident of Kimetsu Penitentiary. Sanemi puts money on his books. Due for parole soon.
Ume Shabana (17) - High school friend of Shinobu. Rich girl. Very rude. Still not legal.
The Underage Bunch:
Kanao Kocho (16) - Kimetsu Prep student. Shinobu's younger sister. Spoiled rotten by her parents. Dating Tanjiro. Friends with Zenitsu and Aoi. Secret "bad girl".
Tanjiro Kamado (15) - Kimetsu Prep student. Family owns Kamado Mart. Dating Kanao. Giyuu's only ally among "the rich folk". Very good at reading people. Ray of sunshine.
Zenitsu Agatsuma (16) - Kimetsu Prep student. Influential family. Likes to experiment with drugs.
Genya Agatsuma (15) - Kimetsu Prep student. Zenitsu's adoptive brother. Biological brother of Sanemi. Separated in foster care. He was adopted at 4 years old while Sanemi wasn't. Doesn't remember his big brother. School shooter vibes.
Aoi Kanzaki (16) - Kimetsu Prep student. Kanao's best friend. Very mature for her age, hates childish people. Judges Inosuke.
Inosuke Hashibara (15) - Kimetsu High student (public school). Baby drug dealer. Akaza's self-declared protégé. Terrible at math. Adopts Shinobu as a big sister. Likes Prep girl Aoi.
Ubuyashiki Group Home:
Kagaya Ubuyashiki (55) - Owner of Ubuyashiki Group Home. Loves children. Loves when past residents come to visit. Patient, very serene voice. Highly respected.
Amane Ubuyashiki (56) - Wife of Kagaya. Employee at the group home.
Hinaki, Nichiki, Kiriya, Kanata, Kuina (32-35) - Children of Kagaya and Amane. Employees at the group home.
Muichiro Tokito (14) - Kimetsu High student. Orphan, resident of Ubuyashiki Group Home. Separated from twin brother in the system. Flight risk. Wants to help Sanemi find his younger brother. Ray of sunshine.
Others:
Koyuki (18) - Akaza's "baby mama". Impregnated at 16 by the then 21-year-old Akaza. Son is 2-years-old. Kind-hearted but driven to extremes at times.
Douma (28) - Kanae's fiancé. Highly respected lawyer. Hated by Shinobu and Kanao. Schmoozer to Senator Kocho. A little sus.
Yae (22) - Giyuu's ex-girlfriend. Kicked out of nursing school after an unfortunate incident. Makomo's maid of honor. Doesn't care for Giyuu's teenage girlfriend.
Obanai Iguro (21) - Mysterious man Mitsuri meets. Has an emotional support snake.
Gyomei Himajima (40s) - Dentist. Blind in one eye. Does free dental work for children of Ubuyashiki Group Home at his clinic after hours.
Sakonji Urokodaki (50s) - Kyojuro's landlord. Knows about the squatters but doesn't care. Very kind.
Mr. Kocho (Late 40s) - Shinobu's dad. Senator, conservative. Loves his daughters. Doesn't mind Giyuu.
Mrs. Kocho (40s) - Shinobu's mom. Lawyer. Hates Giyuu and Suma.
Kokushibo (40s) - Police officer. Pulls over Giyuu's car every time he sees it. Gives people a hard time. Certified dick.
Ms. Eri (42) - Sanemi's longterm foster mother. Has 8 children.

Nakime (?) - Giyuu’s caseworker
Hantengu (?) - Tomioka family lawyer
I'm still writing so I'll add more characters as they show up. There's no outline so I can never predict where this plot goes. Some of these characters may not appear until as late as chapter 28.
It's crack. The settings aren't detailed, the timeline is very loose. No specifics are given about anything. Takes place in a fictional city but I'm from the U.S. so those are the norms this story follows.
