Monday - 26th July 2021

Mood: Good
First day as a security guard! I can do this! Wanted to make a good impression, got there at 7. Turns out, the shift didn't start until 8. Well, sat in the lobby for an hour.
So many people work in this plaza. They all wear suits. Do I have to wear suits in the future?
Got my uniform. Boss said I only have to wear uniforms in the future. I like the hat, makes me look pretty cool.
Lunch was okay, but the stores around are super expensive. 5 Dollars for a sandwich. Will need to make my own sandwich in the future. But today, I rode a couple blocks to get cheaper sandwiches. And some idiot scratched my bike on my way back.
He said, he just learned to ride the bicycle, and didn't get the handle on how to brake yet. Wanted to tell him he's a road hazard, but, he has kind eyes. So I let him go.
Also, turns out, I don't have to make my own sandwiches. The security work is pretty light. Watch the monitors, and then go on a patrol at times.
The breakroom even has coffee and tea. And sometimes the building catering gives us some snacks. Nice!
