Was writing a meet cute but the voice chat throughout this idea and my brain clung to it.

Morgan was in the kitchen cooking when Alex came in. “ What are you making?”
“Grilled cheese, I’m almost done. Will you get the plates out?”
“Yep” Alex quickly went to get the plates, happy to help Morgan out any way they could. They set them out for Morgan then went to grab the skull cup for themselves before sitting down at the bar and watching Morgan cook.
Morgan finished up shortly after and put a sandwich on each plate. He offered Alex a plate before taking a seat next to them.
The two villains talked about one of Morgan’s upcoming heists. About half way through their meal Alex took a sip from Skull mug.
“Oh, can I have some?” Morgan asked excitedly at seeing what appeared to be tomato soup in their friend's cup.
“Of course.” Alex was confused but handed their mug to Morgan. Morgan quickly stuck his sandwich in the mug before taking a bite and immediately cringing at the taste. After a few seconds he manages to swallow his bite before coughing.
“What the hell kind of soup are you drinking?” Morgan asked while he was at the sink, drinking straight from the tap to hopefully get the taste out of his mouth.
“Human?”
