Work Text:
The end of the story is written. Embrace and tears, their emotions spreading towards Paimon who’s behind Aether, crying and smiling at the spectacle. Turns are taken for pent up agony to burst out, twin comforting their mirror as they weep. Paimon wondered who would weep louder and harder when reunion came. She thought it would be Aether. He spent night after night, be it hot or cold, yapping away about her. She knew from how he talked, how campfire colored his delicate face, and how he intertwined his own fingers, how much he loved her. She had convinced herself that Aether would be the one wailing in his sister’s arms.
It was Lumine.
She wrinkled and soaked Aether’s clothes with tears, crying his name out through broken sobs, her trembling urging him to hold her protectively. He comforts her not with words, but with all the care he can muster. Aether takes a second to glance at Paimon, and she can see the sorrow on him that comes from Lumine. The two of them in front of her, tear stricken, she knew she was wrong. Wrong for underestimating their love.
Eventually the water works come to a stop. Lumine slumps on Aether, and Paimon gets closer to them.
“Did she fall asleep?”
“She did. Could you take out the Serenitea Pot?”
Paimon takes out the gadget and they make it inside, moseying towards the mansion and heading to Aether’s room. He lays Lumine down on his bed, not having a spare one ready. He and Paimon follow along, exhausted beyond belief, and the image of the twins from earlier comes to her mind. Now that she thinks about it, no longer emotional over a touching reunion, Lumine seemed unhealthily frantic.
“Lumine was really crying back there.”
“She was.”
“Do you think she’s okay?”
“Let’s choose to believe she is. But with the hold she had on me…”
On his waist are red prints, fresh and stinging.
“Whoa, does it hurt?”
“It’s nothing.”
He shakes his head and the two stay silent. Relaxing their weary bodies, the exhaustion is known again, a huge yawn building up and escaping.
“We’ve had a long day. We can talk more in the morning. Goodnight Paimon, and thank you for your concern. For us both.”
“Anytime buddy. Goodnight, Aether.”
Paimon floats on up, but a hand shoots out and grabs her.
“Aether…”
A small movement from Paimon made Lumine instinctively reach out, believing her to be Aether. The two exchange a worried glance. He sits up, and expectedly the remaining hand shoots towards him. He takes hold of it, prying her grip on Paimon on to him.
“Poor Lumine…”
“You can go sleep now. I’ll stay awake for a while longer.”
“Okay. If you need anything, let me know.”
“Thank you. Sleep tight.”
She exits the room, closing the door and leaving the twins. Aether slowly lays down next to Lumine and fits her snuggly to his side, stretching one arm around her. He stares at her sleeping figure, clinging to him with a calm expression. A smile grows on his face, almost breaking out into a full grin, and he can feel his heart beat with tranquility.
The extra weight on his bed, her presence next to him, it reassures him. His hand drifts to the top of her head, stroking very gently to feel her hair ruffle against his hand. He’s never done it before, but he can’t shake the feeling of wanting to care for her. If she likes him petting her head, he doesn’t know. For now, he treats it as a way to get back at her for clinging on to him too roughly.
“Good night, my sister.”
There’s lots he wants to say, but home is all he thinks about as he lays with her. He falls asleep, happy that the person next to him is the one he’s been longing, yearning for since the start of his journey.
------
Morning comes, and when Lumine’s consciousness returns, she’s alone. She feels the absence of weight on the mattress, the serene cocoon around her gone that comes with reassurance. Her brother is not with her, off somewhere he doesn’t need to be because she is not there.
Rising from the bed, she observes the room she’s in. Accessories and furniture decorate the place, some she never thought Aether would have in his possession, some not matching at all. Intricate flower stands, masks, miniature snowman. A dandelion seed, a singular coin of mora, a sakura petal, and strangely two balloons, blue and gold. An assortment of randomness, proof of his long journey without her.
Setting aside Aether’s odd sense of rooming, she gets out of bed to stretch, well rested from quality sleep well into the day. She’s at peace, in an instance of reverie, standing in the middle of the room. Her heart and soul, body and mind, have yet to register that she’s home. It wouldn’t be long, as two muffled voices come from outside the door.
“What are you going to do now?”
“I was planning on taking a break from the Adventurer’s Guild, if that’s even a thing. Maybe stop all together… That way I can spend time with Lumine.”
“Spending time with her is your priority now, isn’t it?”
“It is. Can’t go doing four commissions first thing in the morning. Well, I could, but it’s time for relaxation. We’ve been running around for so long.”
“You’re right. We all deserve it, especially her.”
“Definitely. I want Lumine to rest as much as possible.”
Aether’s and Paimon’s voices. She focuses on his voice as he chats, goosebumps forming on her skin, anxious at what lies beyond the door. It’s sinking in. Home, her home, is in her grasp. The place where she’s always at ease. No matter rain or shine, day or night, up in the sky or down below.
Lumine imagines Aether beyond that door, wearing the same get up he’s been wearing for ages, with his braided hair going past his shoulders and his singular earring and long scarf. Perhaps he’s eating, or drawing, or reading. She can’t remember the last time she saw him do something recreational, can’t remember the last time she saw him do something as simple as blinking. She missed all of him. The longer she stands at the division between her and her brother, her home, the more she imagines.
How his smile looked like, how is hand felt like, how he walked, how it hits her that his presence alone reassured her, and she chokes up at it. She’s more emotional now than the previous night. There was no time to think the at that time, acting on raw impulse. Now there is. To think about how it’s been five centuries since she’s last been home.
She needs to see him again, and after she’s seen him again, she needs to do anything with him. It could be the most mundane and boring thing, but if it’s with him, then that’s all that matters.
Lumine stumbles towards the door, tears welling up, quivering with unease, shaky hand on doorknob. She twists it open and almost sends the door off its hinges at the sight of Aether flooding her view. There he is, the same as when they were separated and long before that. He turns to her, his vibrant golden orbs meeting her gaze.
“Lumine, you’re up—What’s wrong?”
His voice enters her ears, no longer muffled. Hearing him is enough to open the damn. Tears scurry down her face, and he walks over to her. He doesn’t need to because she runs to him, her legs developing a mind of their own. Each step taken dissolves the anxiety, her steps turning into slams on the wooden floor that take her to him. When she’s close enough she lunges at him, the embrace replacing the distress with a spreading jubilation.
Aether expresses his worry for her, but she keeps the embrace going. It’s the answer he gets from her, the embrace filled with one thing. Pure happiness.
“Home, we’re finally home again.”
It sinks in for him too.
He’s back where he belongs.
“We are. We’re together.”
Aether’s dreamt of this moment, talked about this to Paimon for countless evenings, and it’s finally here. When he woke up in the morning to feel her presence next to him, an indescribable happiness smothered him. He felt victorious, rewarded with only the best after an arduous journey. Excitement bubbles in him, knowing that the vacant hole in his heart will finally be filled. Nor partly, but fully.
The feeling of returning to a dearly loved one after so long, it’s something they’ll never forget.
They rejoice in it for minutes, pulling away only after they’re satisfied.
“Lumine, you must be hungry. Sit down, sit down. I’ll make you something good as fast as I can!”
Aether’s excitement is that of a child on their birthday morning, rushing to the kitchen that connects to the living room. Lumine takes in her surroundings, more strange furnishings decorating the mansion.
“Uh… Good morning, Lumine.”
“Ah… Morning… Paimon. That’s your name, if I remember correctly.”
“Yes! Umm… Aether’s a very good chef! He can make super delicious food really fast.”
“That’s good.”
“Mhm, he’s something else…”
Paimon tries to converse with Lumine, but she finds it difficult to do so. She thought it would be easy to talk with her, but she’s keeping her distance.
“I’m going to go to Aether.”
“Okay. I’ll just… eat my food.”
Lumine leaves Paimon to wallow in the awkwardness they made. Her first conversation with Aether’s friend, and she failed horribly.
She finds him in the kitchen preparing breakfast for three. It’s amusing to her, seeing three plates and three portions of food being prepared.
“You can wait in the living room. I barely got started.”
“I uh… made things awkward with Paimon.”
“Well, the two of you haven’t had a proper introduction yet.”
“I also want to be with you.”
“You can watch me cook then.”
She watches his hands move with skill, masterfully moving pans and handling food with ease. Her gaze drifts upwards though, to watch her brother’s eyes shine brightly on a serene expression. She can tell that he’s happy.
“What is it? You’re staring at my face.”
“It’s nothing. I just want to look at you.”
“That’s weird you know. But if it’s you I don’t mind. Here, taste this.”
He puts a spoon up to her mouth, on it a steaming and ready to eat portion of the meal. She takes it into her mouth, chewing slowly and tasting the superb flavors melting on her tongue. Paimon’s right, he’s an amazing chef.
“It’s delicious.”
“That’s good to hear. I was worried on what you would think about my cooking after so long.”
“You’ve definetly gotten better.”
He smiles at her. A smile that he only gives to her, only shows to her, because the unimaginable joy that pumps in his heart is something only she can do.
“Are you sure? My food tastes the same as it always has to me.”
The two return to the dining area, Aether’s first breakfast for Lumine after five centuries spread in front of her. She salivates at the nourishment, and there’s a zero percent chance she’ll leave even a crumb on the plate. She gobbles everything down, surprising him at how fast she eats.
“She eats faster than I do!”
At Paimon’s comment, Lumine freezes in place and sheepishly wipes her mouth with a napkin, setting down her fork on a plate half full.
“It’s been forever since I last ate your cooking. I couldn’t hold back.”
“Hey, there’s nothing wrong with it. If this was your breakfast I would’ve been eating as fast as you. Think you’ll want seconds?”
With no hesitation she nods in agreement. Aether glances at her as they eat, happy that she missed his cooking that she’ll overeat. Meal finished they move on with the day, heading to Mondstadt’s Adventure Guild.
“Lumine, did you know I’m an Adventurer?”
“I do. I kept tabs on you every now and then.”
“So you also know I do commissions? Sometimes they’re small ones that take an hour, or sometimes they’re big ones that take days.”
“That too.”
“Then, do you think I should retire?”
“I thought you liked being an adventurer, from what I saw.”
“I do, but continuing means I have to do commissions. Those take my time away from you.”
“We can always do them together.”
The guild is in their view from where they are, and before they take one step closer Aether stops.
“That’s the thing. I want you to relax, not get up every morning to do four commissions and whatever else the guild has for us.”
He approaches her and lays a hand on her head.
“Lumine, aren’t you tired from everything? I know I am. I want to spend our days lazing around, for a good long while. It’s been so long since we were last together, let’s just enjoy ourselves and relax. What do you think? Doesn’t that sound nice?”
It’s all true. She is tired from everything she’s been doing in Teyvat.
Spending day after day in the comfort of Aether sounds incredibly appealing.
“In other words, you want to spend time with me.”
“I do. Don’t tell me you got used to being alone?”
“No. Not at all. I never did. I want to spend time with you.”
“It’s the same for me.”
Aether playfully ruffles her hair, smiling at her in a way he’s never done before. His smiles are different now. They’re so full of life and richness. Not that they weren’t before, but now that he’s tasted the pain of separation, only to regain what was lost, it makes him radiate happiness to Lumine.
He fixes the hair he ruffled, strolling towards the guild. She remains still, fixated on the warmth that grows cold on the top of her head. It felt nice. Comforting, soothing, gentle, his kind and affectionate touch.
“Come on, Lumine. I’m not taking another step without you.”
Those words and his touch maker her lips curve upwards.
She sprints to close the distance, and takes her rightful place next to him.
“I see… The guild will miss you.”
Katheryne is the first to know, and is only slightly disappointed. It’s not the first time a highly regarded adventurer retires early. The second person to know is Bennet, accidentally hearing after returning from his commissions and immediately approaching Aether. The third to know is Fischl, Bennet’s booming voice catching her attention, forgetting about her persona and reverting to Amy at the news. The two confront Aether, creating a commotion outside the guild in Mondstadt that attracts more people, many being his friends.
“If you’d all calm down, you’d see the reason is standing next to me.”
Listening to him, they turn to look at the person standing by his side, a mere hair’s length shorter than him with a similar shade of blonde. Lumine is not ready for the attention, and gives a weak greeting to the crowd of people gathered. Even with the weak greeting many flock to her.
“We finally get to meet the person Aether’s infatuated with.”
“An honor to meet the well renowned sister. That is, well renowned by your brother.”
“You should have heard all the praise he said about you.”
“You guys think it’s bad? Guess who had to listen to him almost nightly?”
Aether’s face turns bright red from everything they say, refusing to look Lumine in the eye. If she was more childish than she is, she’d tease him relentlessly, but instead she smiles at him and pats his back.
After embarrassing him, they all bombard Lumine with questions about herself and her brother. The ones that try to pry into their personal life are promptly shut down by him, but the whole questionnaire is mostly carefree. Eventually the discussion moves on to small talk between Aether and everyone else, Lumine viewing him off to the side.
That’s when something peculiar happens. When Aether smiles, gives a short laugh, keeps eye contact, turns his body away from Lumine and to someone else, her chest stirs with an unpleasant and stagnant wave. The waves grow in number, resounding in her chest that it suffocates her. She’s restless, shifting her weight on one leg only to shift it to the other after a couple of seconds. He does not fail to notice.
“Alright, that’s enough for today. It was great seeing you all again.”
A round of goodbyes is done, and as the trio leave Aether checks up on Lumine.
“When’s the last time you were around so many people, or in a city for that matter?”
“Years ago. Too much time has passed.”
“You must have gotten people shy. It’s a good thing everyone is kind.”
People shy. Surely, that was the cause of her restlessness.
They return to the Serenitea Pot, spending the rest of the day in the living room. Aether and Paimon recount story upon story to Lumine. At first Paimon was the talkative one, most of the stories coming from her. But early on she stopped talking all together, choosing to let Aether do it instead. It’s the most she’s heard him speak in one day, a sunny demeanor that nulls his previous talks of Lumine.
Lumine listens to it all, never taking her sight off him. Multiple tales involve someone, and at the end of the tale a bond would form between Aether and the other. She’s grateful that he wasn't as lonely as she was, and she thanks Paimon for keeping her brother company. She remembers everyone she met earlier in the day, some of them the person in the tale, and again the wave of harshness crashes into her. The thought that he nursed an unnecessary amount of bonds jumps at her, causing her to flinch at her own nature.
“Here’s a good one. Paimon, remember when—Oh. She fell asleep. Hold on.”
Aether quietly heads over to Paimon who’s sprawled on a couch. He picks her up and takes her to her room, cradled in his arms due to her petite figure.
There is no wave this time, but a sharp and instant pain. It shocks her, and she grips her chest at the agitation. She doesn’t understand why Aether carrying Paimon agitates her. He was being a good friend to her is all, best friends who’ve spent years traveling together, their bond strengthening by the day, daring to grow stronger than what Lumine has with him. Her chest is slammed with perturbation at the thought, suffering at the pain.
“Want some more treats?”
He’s back to her side in no time. A sigh of relief escapes her. Aether had been attentive of her all day, offering drinks, snacks, a change of scenery, anything he could do to make her comfortable. His smiles, laughs, eye contact aimed at her.
“I’ve had enough for now.”
“Okay. We should stop eating now anyways, it’s gotten late. Let’s call it here.”
“Sure.”
“Oh, tomorrow, we can look at some blueprints for a bed. Pick whichever one you want. I’ll build it.”
“Do we have to?”
Her grumble slid out, not meaning to say it in the first place.
“Are you fine with sharing a bed? Mine is pretty spacious, so… I don’t mind.”
He doesn’t need convincing.
“I’m okay with it.”
And so, they prepare to call it a day, laying under covers with moonlight penetrating through the blinds of the window off to the side.
“Sleep well, Lumine.”
“You too. Goodnight, Aether.”
He turns away from her.
“You sleep on your side now?”
“I do. Do you still sleep on your back?”
“I do, but… I think I’ll sleep on my side as well.”
She does, greeted with his back.
“What else has changed about you?”
Ignoring their goodnights, he turns around to join her in her questioning.
“I’m not sure. I guess you’ll have to tell me.”
“You’re more outgoing. All those friends you have, and Paimon being your best friend.”
Melancholy accompanies her words, the short burst of pain present. It’s getting annoying.
“That’s true. But I’d say Paimon is my only genuine buddy. With how many ‘friends’ I have, it’s hard to keep in touch with all of them.”
“It doesn’t change the fact that you’re great friends with Paimon.”
The instant reply startles them.
“Are you jealous?”
At the word, the same symptom happens. Really annoying.
“Of what?”
“I’m not sure. That’s the feeling I get from you. Maybe you’re jealous of the friendship I have with Paimon?”
Aether asks the question as in she longs for a friendship of equal weight, but she doesn’t.
“I’m not jealous about that. I just… don’t like how good of a friend you are with her, and that you have so many. It makes me hurt. Makes me lonely, even though you’re right here with me.”
I don’t like your attention on others, she realizes. I don’t care about other people except you, she realizes. Doesn’t like sharing him. That would imply he belongs to her.
“Oh… Hmm… Then I’m not sure either. Maybe spending the day talking about strangers to you wasn’t the best idea. We just reunited, and I’m not giving you much attention. Sorry.”
“It’s fine… Actually, it’s not fine. I want to spend time with you. I want it to be how it was, before we were separated. Just us. Before I was alone.”
Before you made useless relationships, Lumine holds back. To think that she could imagine such a cruel sentence. Were it not for his bonds, he may have been grief stricken his whole journey.
“Are you hurting? From all the years we were separated?”
“I am. It hurt, Aether. Not having you with me.”
She shrinks. He takes her in his arms, cradling her because he wants to, and in reaction she snuggles.
“You were so lonely. I wish I could understand how it felt, so I can understand you, but I’ll never be able to. I always had companionship thanks to Paimon.”
Even him talking about someone else upsets her, but she ignores it and hugs him.
“You’ll never be alone again. I’ll make sure of it. Let’s sleep.”
He pats her back and encages her in his warmth, lulling her to sleep to make up for his lack of mindfulness. This time, he’s the one that stays awake, focusing on the person that’s snug into him.
“Hey, are you still awake?”
“What?”
He alarms her, rudely waking her.
“Sorry. It’s that… there’s some stuff I want to say to you. Will you listen to me?”
“Is it about more people?”
She hesitates to ask but does, and is puzzled by his answer.
“It’s about you—me—how I feel.”
“Me?”
He squeezes her tightly before answering. She almost lets out a sound of delight, content at the strong affection.
“You mean a lot to me, Lumine. I’m sure I don’t have to say this, but you are far more important and special and dear to me than anyone I’ve met in my journey. My friends are great and all, but they’re not you. I hope you knew that already. I wish I could express it to you how important you are to me, but I can’t. There’s so much I could say, but I won’t be able to say it well. Just know that I adore and cherish you.”
If Lumine pries a teeny bit further into his words, she’ll find desperation.
“When you were swallowed by those cubes, and I saw you disappear in front of me, I realized that I didn’t want to be separated from you ever. This is embarrassing to say, but I don’t want to live without you. It’s not the same. Nothing is. You make me happy, really happy, and I’m glad that you’re my sister. Glad that I got to be with you since day one.”
She can hear his loving desperation. She takes a deep breath, Aether’s scent soothing her as she squeezes him. His arms wrapped around her relax her to the point that she doesn’t want to let go.
When Aether is being so heartfelt with her, what can Lumine do other than lay there and listen?
“I’m the older sibling, right?”
“You are. By a few seconds.”
“The older sibling is supposed to take care of the younger one. In our case, the big brother takes care of his little sister.”
“We never mention it though. Why bring it up now?”
“Because I’m your big brother and your my little sister. Meaning I need to take care of you.”
“Yeah… What are you getting at?”
“If there’s ever anything I can do for you, please tell me without hesitation. I want to help you, and I’ll do all that I can to. Anything and everything for you, okay?”
Aether hugs Lumine tighter, pushing her more into him, feeling her warmth caress him, his love for her shining through.
“I should have told you this a lot more than I ever did. I love you. So much. So, so, so much. I love you, sister.”
He repeats himself and calls her sister, something he only does when he wants her to know he’s genuine.
“Okay. I will. I’ll rely on you, and I love you too. Same as you do me. I love you, brother.”
“I love you too, sister. Please never forget how much you mean to me.”
She loves the adoration that comes from him.
She takes another deep breath, nuzzles into him, heart skipping a beat.
But there is no agitation in that skip.
The first day comes to an end, slumbering in the others arms for another night.
------
A new day, a new morning. Lumine’s first morning waking up to Aether. In the tranquil and peaceful hours of sunrise, she bemoans having to get up, leaving her brother’s loving enclosure. He’s hugging her like she’s a pillow, both arms coiled around her back, his legs tangled up with her legs. A never before done intimacy between them. Lumine pushes herself as far as she can, any remaining space erased, and in response to her movement he ends up tightening his hug. It’s the closest they’ve physically been, and almost everything is touching.
Feeling her brother hug her like she’s his everything feels so good.
Unfortunately, her blissful intimacy is interrupted.
“You two awake yet?”
How could she have forgotten. It’s not the two of them, another shares their living space. Lumine moves to answer the door, but Aether’s hold on her is too great for her to want to leave it. She could get up if she tried hard enough, and she could answer Paimon, but the rustling and yelling would wake him. If he woke up he’d let go of her.
“Guess not.”
She stayed silent long enough for Paimon to leave. Lumine thought about it. Did Paimon come to his room and wake him up every morning? Does she open the door, fly on over, and lay her hands on her brother every day?
Lumine quickly notes her strange thinking, but it doesn’t stop her. It really was no matter if Paimon did that, no bid deal. But Lumine simply didn’t like the idea of someone waltzing into Aether’s room, catching a glimpse of him defenseless, and waking him. Actually, she doesn’t like the idea of anyone being in his room, so close to him.
One of Lumine’s hands rises from its spot on Aether’s back to his neck, then to his cheek. She rests her fingertips on his skin, freezing in place before gulping the lump in her throat down. Her palm comes down, entire hand placed on him. She begins to stroke his cheek with her thumb, slowly and gently performing the same stroke, her thumb sometimes straying from its course to the edge of his bottom lip.
Her hand moves upwards to his forehead, the skin on skin contact never stopping. She plays with any strands of hair that stick out, brushing them back in an orderly manner, gliding her hand from his forehead to the back of his head. She uses her remaining hand to caress his other cheek, all done while he unknowingly traps her.
“Aether… my brother…”
Being touchy with him is something she enjoys too much.
“Lumine?”
His eyes shoot open, his voice ending her trance.
“M—morning.”
“Morning… Were you petting me?”
“I—I was. I don’t know what came over me.”
“Uh… Well… It’s no big deal.”
He’s blushing. Her also, and in her mind she thinks, ‘Aether is blushing because of me.’
It’s true, but stating it makes the intent questionable.
“We should get up. Paimon’s probably awake by now.”
Getting up can be difficult though, when Aether’s basically cuddling with Lumine. He apologizes for it and ends it. The end of the warm affection and intimacy disappoints her, and so does the fact that the first thing he thinks about is not her.
When anyone is involved with Aether, it annoys Lumine. She hates the feeling and where it comes from. She wants rid of it immediately.
“Aether, can I ask you for something?”
“What is it?”
The disappointment and annoyance gives her an aura of sadness that he’s aware of.
“How you were hugging me in your sleep. Can we do it? I mean… Can you hold me like that when we go to sleep?”
“… I’m not sure. That is…”
Excessive for them considering their familial ties.
“Please?”
Is the right thing to say no? Aether thinks so, but… This is the first thing Lumine has asked of him. If he’s truthful to himself, he doesn’t want to say no to her. She spent an unreasonable amount of time alone, without him, so he wants to help her drown out the loneliness by going along with her wants.
“Every night?”
Her faces says yes.
“I did say not to hesitate to ask me for anything… Alright then. Like this?”
Aether does his best to recreate the hold he had on her and succeeds, netting a deep breath from Lumine as she cuddles into him.
“Yeah. Like this.”
“It feels nice.”
“Mhm.”
“… I think Paimon can wait a few minutes.”
Lumine smiles, hidden from the close contact.
‘Anything for me,’ she repeats in her mind.
------
In the same day they head back to Mondstadt, Aether taking Lumine to parts of the city that are less populated. He wants her to readjust to people again, so she won’t shimmy around in place like yesterday. He only knows that she was doing it, not the reason as to why, therefore assuming she was simply shy. She knows the reason, and she’s painfully reminded of it.
On this second day since their reunion, and for what would occur on a daily basis for a week, no matter what part of any city and town they went to, fate deemed it fine to torment Lumine. In the outskirts, in the dead restaurants, in the hidden corners, they were always there. Aether’s and Paimon’s friends. One after another, relentlessly each day, interacting with her dear brother, stealing his attention and laughs and smiles away from her. Turning those waves of unpleasantness to impales of pain directly into her chest.
Obviously, they weren’t doing that. They showed the same amount of respect and friendliness to her as they did to Aether.
She didn’t care, it’s how it felt like to her. It was driving her insane.
To counteract the harsh pain, the sister would turn to her brother for help. Seeing that she couldn’t keep still, constantly changing her position and developing a sour expression on her face by the end of every encounter, Aether would coddle her to make up for the negative experience. Being held by him calmed the irritation that came from meeting people, a bad habit that refused to expire.
On the first two days, Lumine would approach Aether for a hugging session only after the encounter. On the third day, she would approach him from behind while he cooked, Aether weak to her after becoming attached to her warmth, and wanting to care for her. Fourth day, she interrupted his conversation with Paimon by wrapping her arms around his neck from behind his chair. Fifth day, she stopped asking for permission. Finally, on the sixth day, it clicked for Aether. She would crave his warmth after encountering his friends, and whenever he spent a long time talking with Paimon. When he wasn’t constantly attentive of her.
Aether pampers, dotes on Lumine, lets her have her way. They share the same room, sit next to each other, walk almost glued to the hip, all at Lumine’s will. She makes little requests and he obliges. It’s cute how caring of a brother Aether is to Lumine, and she gladly partakes in the pampering and doting.
Paimon finds it adorable when she catches them hugging when they think she’s not around. She asked Aether if they were always so close, and to her surprise he said no. Not to such lengths. Paimon guessed the reunion strengthened their bond in a way.
Aether and Lumine grew scarily close.
They would grow closer on the seventh day.
They’re back to Mondstadt on a day that many of Aether’s comrades are absent. They go to the bustling sections, a mistake on his part, for fate bestows upon him a friend he hadn’t seen in a while. Amber, the one he’s known the longest, aside from Paimon, and up to this point had not met Lumine. After the greetings she’d be upset again, but he really wants her to at least be aware of the outriders existence.
He puts her on the spotlight, she quickly introduces herself, and retreats behind him to perform the intolerable cycle. He’d have to turn in early for the day, so he can pamper her in their room. Putting her aside he catches up with Amber, very much enjoying the jolly atmosphere. Half way through, Lumine separates from the group, telling Aether that something caught her eye, and she was going to go investigate it.
“Your sister’s very quiet.”
“Ah, yeah… That’s just how she is now. I was hoping that having her meet you all would make her more talkative, but it hasn’t worked out. At this point it feels like I’m forcing her to socialize. She barely speaks to Paimon and we all live in the same place… But they seem to get along.”
“Well, chin up! She’ll get there eventually. I’m sure Lumine appreciates your help. Maybe she has trouble talking to us because so many of us have known you for so long. Like you and I, we go way back.”
Amber lift his spirits up, circling her arm around Aether’s shoulder with a smile.
“That’s true. You and Paimon were the first people I ever met. We have known each other the longest.”
“Exactly. Don’t you agree, Paimon—Huh? She’s not here…”
“I—I’m right here! I was just checking up on Lumine. She’s perfectly, totally, A—okay!”
She reappears in front of them, never failing to hide when something’s wrong and her name is brought up.
“Thanks for that. Amber, it was great seeing you again. We’ll see each other later, maybe we can have a gliding race with Lumine.”
“That sounds like a great time. See ya.”
They wave goodbye, and before Aether can question Paimon she questions him.
“Uh… Hey, Aether? You know Paimon would never lie to you.”
“Why are you whispering? And yeah, you don’t lie to me.”
“Right, right. You see…”
She whispers to him, Lumine silently returning to them.
“… No problem, I’ll talk to her about it tonight.”
“You really believe me?”
“I do. You have no reason to lie. I’ll get to the bottom of this, so don’t worry about it.”
“What are you two whispering about?”
“Eek!”
“Nothing much. Now that we’re done here, why don’t we head back home?”
“Leaving me out? You’ll hurt my feelings.”
The reason as to why Paimon thought Aether wouldn’t believe her has to do with Lumine’s behavior.
Her reasoning for separating from her brother wasn’t because something grabbed her attention. It was because she wanted a better view of him when he’s with his friends. She stared at them, eye twitching at the sight of him being with anyone other than herself. When Paimon went to check up on her, she found her glaring at them. She had one fist up to her chest, and the remaining hand clenched at her side. She was visibly upset, angry even.
Ire is the word Paimon used later on. Perhaps she was worrying over nothing. Maybe Lumine was squinting at a distant object, not glaring. Why would she glare, if no one had done anything to warrant ire? Paimon convinced herself that Lumine had dust in her eye and drifted into dreaming, leaving the situation that she no longer fretted about to Aether.
“Aether? Are you still up?”
“Yeah. Wanna talk some more?”
Nightly conversations quickly became a habit, and so did cuddling at Lumine’s request.
“Do something for me?”
“What is it?”
“Can you kiss the top of my head?”
“A kiss? It’s a bit embarrassing, but sure.”
He touches down on her hair, a shiver slipping down her back.
“My cheek too?”
He lightly pecks her cheek, spine tingling. She lets out a deep sigh, pressing further into him. When she does, he knows she’s no longer irritated.
“Aether?”
“Yeah?”
“Can you kiss me? Here?”
She holds his hand and brings it to her mouth, placing his fingers on her lips and hiding from him.
“You want me to kiss you on the lips?”
“Y-yes.”
“… Is there a specific reason as to why?”
“It’s just a kiss on the lips. That’s fine, right?”
It’s too much affection to be showing to his sister. He should say no.
“Anything for you.”
But he can’t say no to his dear sister. He nudges her up, and plants a quick kiss on her lips, smiling at her when he pulls away. She quickly hugs him to hide her evident emotions.
“Hug me.”
“You’re asking for a lot. Something happen?”
He does as she wants while curious as to why she’s so demanding tonight.
“Not enough. Tighter.”
He does what she wills.
“Tighter. Like you mean it.”
“Alright, here you go. But really, you’re being awfully clingy. What happened?”
“Nofing.”
She’s muffled from pushing herself into him. Aether guesses that she enjoys hugging far more than he does.
“Lumine, re—mem-—ber? I’ll help you with whatever. Meaning you can tell me anything and ask me for anything.”
“I know. The thing is we’ve been going out a lot recently. We haven’t had a chance to be alone, and we keep running into your friends and acquaintances.”
“Jealous?”
“Maybe a little. Your sister wants her brother all to herself… Haha, or something like that.”
“Then we’ll spend the whole day together. How does that sound?”
“No Paimon.”
“No Paimon. I’m sure she’ll go elsewhere for the day if we ask.”
“Good.”
“Good? Don’t like her?”
“… I want to spend the day with you, twenty four hours. How it used to be.”
“I’m not sure if I believe you. If you tell me why you were glaring at her, I’ll believe you.”
She goes eerily quiet, but stays attached to him.
“I’m not upset at you or anything of the sort. She’s worried about you, and so am I.”
“It’s nothing.”
“It clearly is. You don’t glare at people for no reason. Sister, Lumine, you don’t like me dragging you out to meet people everyday. Am I right?”
“… You’re right. I don’t like it at all. I feel really upset. At them, and at you.”
“At me?”
“Aether, I… I don’t like your attention being on anyone other than me. Whenever I see you talking to anyone, especially Paimon, and you’re laughing and having fun, it bothers me. I shouldn’t feel this way, but I can’t help it. Something’s wrong with me. I’m sorry… for being this way. I guess you’re right, I am jealous.”
She lazily hides under the covers, only for Aether to pull them away and gently return her to his loving embrace.
“Don’t apologize. This isn’t your fault at all. Neither of us knew this would happen to you. All the centuries of loneliness scarred you.”
At this point he shouldn’t, but he kisses her on the lips again, aware that it calms her the most, unaware that it’s changing her.
She kisses him back, another one coming along, once more, then again, making him giggle.
“Alright, that’s enough for now. Sleep—”
She sneaks in between his words.
“Honestly… Night—”
Lumine cuts him off again, pecking at his lips over and over.
“Lu—Wait—”
She goes for the final one, the longest one yet, and when she separates she grins.
“Love you, Aether.”
“You’re ridiculous. Love you, Lumine. Now, sleep!”
Satisfied she sleeps. As he promised, they spent the whole day together when they woke up. She gave him a morning kiss and hugged him, savored his spoiling, and gave him a goodnight kiss, repeating the same nightly sequence of tenderness, and not a single person in the way. She was showered in his love for a whole day, and it made her extremely happy.
But unfortunately… It wasn’t enough. The physical contact, the adoration, the exchange of love yous, not enough. She needs more of him and from him. So when the moon replaces the sun and he sleeps, she recalls his words.
‘Anything for you sister.’
Lumine peers up at Aether, staring at his serene sleeping face. She cranes up and hops her lips over his. Then she pushes him on to his back, crawling on top of him and glueing herself to him, space not existent between them. She goes back to kissing him, adoring her brother’s lips that only she gets to taste. Their embraces, only she gets to experience. His love, only she gets to receive.
Him, only she gets to have.
“Aether? Aether, wake up.”
“Mmh? What’s wrong?”
He rubs his eyes and opens them, confusion present.
“You said… You said you’d do anything for me.”
“I did say that. Why? Need something?”
Need something?
“I need… Aether, I need to tell you something. Listen to me.”
“Go ahead, sister.”
He kisses her forehead and brushes her hair. Lumine is amazed at how kind he can be to her.
“Remember how I said I get upset when you meet and talk with your friends? You see, when you do that, it hurts my chest. Physical pain.”
“It hurts you? What kind of pain?”
“At first there was a constant wave of unease. Like when you need to move your body because you’re anxious. That’s what I felt. It got worse though. My heart would skip beats again and again, as if I was receiving bad news. Like a needle was pricking my heart, and my happiness would escape from the tiny holes made.”
“Why did you never tell me?”
“It’s weird, Aether. Telling my own brother that my chest physically hurts when I see him having fun with people that aren’t me.”
How is he supposed to respond to that?
“Don’t say anything yet, let me continue talking. Aether, brother, you love me. You love me a lot, and I mean everything to you.”
“That’s right.”
“S—so, because of that you’ll do anything I ask of you.”
“… What do you want?”
“I want you—want you to stop the pain. Replace the pain with… pleasure.”
Lumine lifts herself up from him and sits her bottom on his lap, staring down at his eyes with a fierce red.
“Pleasure? You want me to touch you?”
He’s wide awake now that he’s heard a ridiculous thing, and now that she’s in a compromising position in his lap.
She ignores his question and drops her hands to the end of her shirt, grabbing the ends and raising her arms slowly. Aether is tempted by her silky skin coming into view, her waist no longer hidden as the shirt moves up, uncovering more and more until her bare breasts are hanging in the air for her brother to see.
Aether averts his gaze, thinking of a response.
“That’s something I can’t do. That’s too much—”
“Please? Aether? Brother? You—you’re part of the reason this happens.”
“That’s true, but—“
“Please! For an entire week, for seven days, Aether. Every day my chest was hurting, and when I remembered the events at night my chest would hurt again. Brother, Aether, please, I’m begging you. Make it stop…”
There are tears threatening to spill, and her breathing is shaky.
“You know we shouldn’t do this. I’ll say it so you’re aware. We’re siblings.”
“I don’t care. I want it to be you. I need it to be you who replaces the pain with pleasure. I need it to be the person I love the most. You, brother.”
Aether should be pushing her off him and reprimanding her. Before it got to that he should’ve stopped her from taking off her shirt. And more before that, he should’ve actually done something about her mood swings when she came in contact with people, not just hugging her and listening to her say it calms her.
But those crystals of water in her eyes that scream at him that she’s going to cry if he refuses…
It shouldn’t be this easy to convince him.
Aether’s just trying to be a good brother to Lumine.
He takes a deep breath and shifts his weight to his hands, elevating up to get closer to her.
“If you start feeling bad about this after, I’ll take responsibility.”
She’s the one initiating the sin, but he’s the one going through with it, and he still worries over her.
“Thank you. I really appreciate this.”
She guides his hand to her breast to lay it there.
“Do whatever you want. Because it’s your touch, I know it’ll feel good.”
She’s smiling at him in anticipation. Hearing such words from her makes Aether blush harder than he already is, his ears redder than roses.
He covers her tit with his hand, almost a perfect fit in his grab. Not too small and not too big. A perfect medium size for him, from his sister. Aether massages her, round motions and light presses, the middle of his palm grazing her hardening nipple.
Lumine eases her tense muscles from the prospect of rejection. She gets comfortable in his lap and leans forward, hanging her arms on his shoulders. Aether’s searing fingers are amazing on her frigid mound, but he’s yet to pay attention to the other one, left sulking in loneliness. She wants as much attention from him as possible.
“Mmh… The other one, your mouth.”
Aether listens to her satisfaction and her want, opening his mouth and sticking his tongue out. He hovers over her, realizing what he’s about to do. Before he can set himself in the right mindset—(Whatever mindset is the one that makes him take his sister’s tit into his mouth)—Lumine shoves his head, her globe stuffed right in his mouth.
He’s beyond embarrassed, but he pulls through, circling his tongue and brushing up on her bud, eventually licking at it and pinching the other. He sucks at her, opening his mouth wider and taking in as much as possible, or narrowing his mouth to focus on her point.
“You’re so good to me~ You really do whatever I say. I love how you dote on me.”
She hugs his head, burying his mouth deeper and speaking things she’s been holding back. He lets go of her breast, a pop resounding in the air, grazing his lips across her valley, saliva trailing as he reaches the dry mound. Before he wraps his mouth around it, he gently kisses at the skin around and under, moving to her cleavage and giving affection there too, switching back and forth.
“Ahh… Aether… Keep doing that.”
He showers her in his affection, taking a moment to give his thoughts.
“Does your chest hurt?”
“No, it doesn’t. Not when we’re together, not when you love me like this. Don’t stop, continue.”
Fingers brush through his hair, thumb strokes his cheek, Lumine giving him affection too.
She’s pleasured by the hotness of his mouth and tongue. Never did she imagine his mouth would be anywhere near her chest, but here he is, sucking on her tits like a baby because he’s too weak to her to say no.
Lumine loses herself in the pleasure, resting her chin on the top of his head and pushing him further. Licking and sucking and kissing is done over and over by him, until his dear sister is satisfied from all the loneliness fading away. Something must replace what has faded away though, a hotness welling up between Lumine’s thighs.
“Aether… Ae—Aether, I’m feeling good.”
She falls down backwards, laying him down onto her.
“Hey, touch me more, down there.”
“Lumine, that has nothing to do with the pain in your chest.”
“… Please? You just make me so happy. I want to feel you touch everything, even places you shouldn’t. Please say yes, Aether. It’ll make me really happy.”
“…”
“You said you would take care of me. You said anything for me. If you say no, it will make me feel lonely. You didn’t lie to me, did you? You don’t want me to be lonely, do you? Say yes, Aether. Don’t say no. Make me even more happy. Please, brother, I love you… please say yes…”
Lumine learned to use puppy dog eyes and sound needy to convince Aether.
“I didn’t lie to you… You’re being mean to me, Lumine.”
He slides a hand up her thigh and stuffs one hand into her underwear, grazing her folds in the process. She gives a harsh gasp, smiling at the same time.
“Thank you, thank you… Rub me with your fingers.”
She’s aware that her choice of words can be manipulative, but Aether’s the one that decides to let those words have an impact on him.
Fingers massage her entrance from top to bottom, rubbing her bud in the process. She bites her lip, doing her best to hold back her whines.
“Kiss, your tongue.”
Aether’s getting intoxicated on the moment, some of his morality slipping away as he parts his lips and slide his tongue in Lumine’s mouth. She wrestles her tongue with his, moaning into his mouth and closing the gap that he makes when he pulls away so her cries don’t filter in the open air.
She uses one of her hands to reach the one that’s in her underwear, tapping on it to tell him to insert a finger. Once in, she pushes and pulls on his hand, guiding him on how to thrust his finger and push her to climax.
“Aether… good… so good. I love you, I love your touch… You’re—Mmh!—Good. Happy… Ha—Haa!—Aether, brother, I’m going to—Nngh!—My brother is…! My brother is going to make me cum!”
Lumine’s words are spat directly in front of Aether’s face, and she stares deep into his eyes as pulses shake her core, dirtying his hand with her juices.
“Again!”
He takes action, tenderly thrusting in and out of her, very gently scraping her fleshy walls that have loosened up.
“Is this good?”
“Yes, just like that… You’re so kind to me, keep it like this, I like it.”
Although a boy, the shape of Aether’s fingers do not differ much from Lumine’s. However, because it’s his fingers, her body becomes more sensitive to him. She can ask him to pump his fingers fast and deep into her well, spreading her legs further for him as she pushes her hips against him, mewling his name out in desperation…
But he’s so kind to her, so tender and careful, so lovely and sweet, enchanting. One day Lumine will ask him to mess her up with his length, but in this moment, how he handles her like the most fragile piece of glass work, laying his soft and heated lips on her skin, smooching so softly and slowly on her lips and cheeks and forehead as he massages her core…
It reminds her that she means everything to him. That to Aether, her brother who’s been with her since conception, she is the most lovable thing in the cosmos. He loves her to the moon and back, more than every star and planet they’ve seen in their travels.
“Aether… I love you… Love you so much… You mean everything to me…”
She suppresses the need to scream out her fondness, in place whispering her honey, dripping it into his ears. When she scales her peak again her voice breaks out, murmuring loudly with her liquid soaking his hand more.
“Are you feeling better?”
“Yes, it felt so good. You’re the best brother in the world.”
“You mean it?”
“Of course I do. You do everything I tell you to, and it makes me so happy. We have nothing, but I’m still blessed by your love that only I receive. You’re the only thing I have.”
Heavy words were not expected, but what she says is true.
“Thank you again, for everything.”
He lingers on how to respond, hesitating before going through with it.
“… Anytime, sister. Anything for you, the one I love the most.”
And like always, he smiles at her. She is taken into his serene hold, cuddling as any other night.
‘Anything for you,’ he promises.
Tough love is something he never learned.
------
“Good morning, my brother.”
“Are you going to start calling me that?”
“Maybe. Don’t like it?”
“I like it when you call me by name. It makes my heart flutter, hearing you call me Aether.”
They begin the day with a joke, Aether following along with questions he held back last night.
“So, you don’t like me hanging out with my friends? Or is it that you don’t like me having friends at all?”
She hides in his body, covering her face in his shirt and hugging him.
“Like I said, I’m not upset at you. I just want to understand what’s going on in that head of yours. Be honest with me, don’t lie to me, okay?”
He presses their lips together, no reserves to doing it now that he’s kissed other sensitive areas.
“Alright. I’ll tell you. You having friends, and in turn mingling with them, I don’t like it. I’m being serious here, I want to spend every hour of the day with you. I don’t want anyone interrupting us. I want it to be how it was. Aether and Lumine, brother and sister, just the two of us.”
“This isn’t the first time you’ve said you want it to be just us… You really don’t like my friends then.”
It’s saddening for Aether to confront Lumine about it. He’s bonded with them significantly, the cracks in his heart mending thanks to them.
But the cracks only truly started to heal after Lumine came back into his life. After all, she is a major part of him. Everything is what she is to him. He’s certainly been showing that to her since they reunited, in actions and words.
“… What do you think we should do? I don’t want your chest to keep hurting.”
“A doctor wouldn’t help. This is a matter of the human heart… We should spend more days alone. Believe it or not, I think that will help me.”
“Then, let’s spend the next four days alone, and on the fifth day we can hit the city. How does that sound?”
Perfect.
“That can work. Take good care of me.”
The next four days Aether and Lumine spend it together, encountering not another soul. They took the chance to go out in the wilderness, exploring areas neither had explored. Clouds flew by as they laid on grassy hills, pointing out shapes they saw. Their inner youthfulness came out, running after the other and tagging them, quickly turning on the spot to sprint away. They camped outside, huddled near a campfire late into the hours of the night. It felt like things were truly back to normal, to how it’s supposed to be.
She woke up great on the fifth morning, ready to leap into the day.
She thought, she really did, that the pain would not return. She thought four days of Aether was enough, and that she would be fine sharing him the fifth day. She thought she would be able to jump in the conversation and make Aether happy that she’s socializing.
All she felt was annoyance at the damned pain that refused to leave her.
Annoying, too annoying, that she wanted to pummel her fist right in her chest. The hurt is agonizing. Dare she think, not being with him was less agonizing than being with him. But she suppressed it, and it was not easy.
Her legs wanted to spring forwards, her arms wanted to wrap around him, and her lips wanted to be on his. But if she did any of that, Aether’s friends would be appalled by the sight. She didn’t want to ruin his friendship. Yes, she hates that he has them, but she doesn’t want to ruin it.
But it hurts, and it’s so annoying that she wants to claw her skin off.
But his friends that he cares about, they wouldn’t approve. His blasted friends that get in her way of having Aether all to herself.
She was drowning in a spiral of her own delusions, restraining herself for the day and praying for night to come. She’s glad Paimon gave them an extra day to themselves. If she was present, glares would be aimed at her.
When they returned to the Serenitea Pot, Lumine yanked Aether to their room, not bothering to take off her boots and plummeting towards the bed with him, demanding him to kiss her wherever she pleased. Before she knew it, she had spent hours drowning in his love, the room hazed in darkness.
But, even with all the hours of love, it wasn’t enough this time.
“Does it still hurt?”
“It does… maybe I can sleep it off.”
“Are you sure?”
She’s not sure. Why is his affection not enough this time? When his mouth departs from her breasts, why is she left with wanting more? His hugs aren’t enough, his body touching almost all of her surface area isn’t, his lips caressing her body and sending a gentle flame doesn’t do it. If that isn’t enough then what is? There’s an itch in her whole body that she wants Aether to scratch. An itch that she needs her brother to soothe. A desire for him that keeps growing and growing in her, never waning no matter how many days pass.
She wants him. Needs all of him.
“Yeah… I’m sure.”
“If you say so. Wake me up if you need me. Don’t hesitate to ask me for anything.”
He gives her a light, but long kiss, and drifts away to sleep, holding her tightly to his body like every day. Her mind focuses on his voice saying ‘Need me,’ repeating it to herself for minutes.
“Need… you. I need you.”
Lumine blurts out loud, doing her best to untangle herself from Aether after waiting enough time for him to sleep. She shakily stands up, towering over her brother and gazing at his sleeping face. She can’t control herself.
“Aether… You’re so amazing to me… You take care of me so well.”
She comes down, resting on her knees with her crotch hovering over his crotch, falling slowly until she feels contact.
“I love your hugs, your kisses, you pampering… but it’s not enough. I need more. I need everything you can give me.”
She removes all of her clothes after removing his, keeping him asleep in the process.
“I need you to belong to me.”
With that promise sputtering out her mouth, she places her palms on his torso and begins to move her lower body.
------
He can’t refuse. Not when she’s so… Well, Aether’s not sure. The way she peers at him in anguish? No, that’s far too serious. It’s not the way Lumine looks at him. With small tears pooling at the corner of her eyes, and with a scorching gaze that he can’t turn away from, it’s clear she needs something from him.
He should already know what she needs from him. He may have not noticed earlier, but now it’s staring him straight in the eye. He should have known since the first day, when she clung to him so tightly that it left marks, and when she requested him to kiss her, and when they cuddle every night, and when her chest started hurting from him talking to other people, what it is that she needs from him.
He’ll pretend he doesn’t.
“Please Aether, please. Just... just lay there, okay? I… I need you. No one else. I only want you. So please help your sister out, and lay there. You don’t have to do anything. Help me, and let me have you.”
Pathetic. Harsh, but it’s what Aether thinks when Lumine begs in the current situation. She’s never been so weak, so pitiful before. None of this was shown to him in the weeks that came after their reunion. Was everything an act? Was she forcing herself to act normal? The acting is only when she’s around others. The intense fondness she asked of him and gave him is real, and so is everything she said in those times. Not liking that he’s friends with anyone, and she wants him all to herself. That’s real.
It should have bothered him more than it does, the fact that his sister is on top of him, grinding two specific areas down below against each other as he slept, now awake. He won’t refuse. Not when her face twists with misery and she stares at him with hope, despite the wrongness.
“Let me do this. I need you. All the hugs and kisses, they’re not enough, Aether. I need more.”
“All I have to do is lay here?”
“Yes. You don’t have to do anything else.”
The situation and her pleading is too much for him. He yields to her, like he’s been doing.
“Go ahead.”
“Thank you.”
That thank you is the most sincere one she’s given him. She receives a silent nod from him, and he stays motionless as she repositions. Her hands push down on him to support herself, moving so her bottom lips run along his crown. Slow is how she goes, shuddering at each glide. He assumed she would do it quickly, with how much she was begging, but she’s taking her time. Her hips stop for a few seconds, Aether about to question her, but what comes next couldn’t be anticipated by him.
“I’m sorry. I really am sorry for being this way. But it’s not enough, I need more.”
When she finishes her apology, Lumine shoves herself down, Aether feeling every inch of his member enter her in one swing, an incredible heat gripping him in place. A loud grunt comes from her, and she’s trembling in pain on top of him. Causing herself pain, he’s going to worry about her.
“Are you okay?”
“Ahhh… I—I’m fine… It hurt—hurts a bit.”
She must really need help, if she’d go this far. If that’s the case then he won’t push her away. Although wrong, he’ll support her and lay there and do nothing, like she told him to, and how he’s been doing.
So under the guise of ‘helping’ her, Aether lets Lumine ride him.
She desperately moans his name, gratitude sprinkled in. He keeps an eye on her, watching whatever plagued her and drove her to do this vanish, exhibiting pleasure and happiness as she rocks her hips. His stoic facade breaks from her bouncing, with short and sharp exhales through his nose when she takes him in fully.
She’s happier than can be, that he’s feeling pleasure, that her begging worked. She coils around him, edging him to release his seed inside her and make her mind a mess, but he holds himself back. It feels good, it really does, but he won’t do it. She’s distracted enough already, and this is more for her than it is for him.
And after a few minutes it all comes to an end, her walls gripping him as a hot liquid comes out of her. She trembles and crashes down on him, her hot and sweaty body sticking to his.
“Thank you… thank you so much, brother… I love you.”
He’s no idea at what comes next. Comfort her, question her on what just happened. Not bad routes to consider.
He wasn’t expecting her to start moving again. She’s slamming down on him, her pussy seducing his cock to spurt every drop that’s stored in him inside her, the sound of skin and meat slapping also tempting him.
She stops for a few seconds to reposition herself, sliding upwards and burning his skin with her own, not a dollop of cold felt. She places her lips directly over his ear, and her hips jerk up and down harder and faster than last time.
“Aether… Broth—Ahh! Nhh! Ae—Aeth—Aether, come on, come—Inside! Please, inside your sister… You love me—Agh! Love me, right? Do everything I tell you to do… Cum inside me, make your sister—Ohh! Ahhh! Make your sister happy…”
Lumine’s voice switches from sweet little purrs to pleasure filled shrills, both options sinking its fangs into Aether and rotting his ear away.
“Come on, come on, do it for me, do it for your sister… Aether, brother, become mine, go all the way with me… Come—on! Co—Ahh! Ohh! Nhhmhh! Aether! Brother!!!”
Before he can fill her with his essence, she grips around him again, another round of ecstasy sucking her vitality and exhausting her. Her hips crash down, Aether’s mouth gaping and breathing out a harsh sigh. He’s glad she came. One more jerk from her and her walls would be painted white. A commendable job from him, considering he was backed up from the night he pleasured Lumine.
With her final words of the night she falls asleep on him. Aether didn’t get to finish, but that doesn’t matter to him. What does matter is how Lumine looked at him in want, in need of him. He cleans himself and her, dressing so they won’t shiver from the cold, and he stays awake contemplating. What lead her to do this is unclear to him. Why she even thought of doing this is a mystery to him. Why he’s not repulsed at all is lost on him. All he knows is that she’s unhealthily clingy of him. The physical contact, the unnerving things she says that don’t unnerve him. Her glaring at his friends. He grumbles and stares at the ceiling, wanting to let go of her but keep her close at the same time.
He’s unhealthily clingy too.
------
“Morning.”
Aether weakly greets Lumine when she exits their room. It’s difficult to converse with her, considering what had transpired a few hours ago. She walks over to the table and sits next to him, spending time in quietude. He stabs at the pancake on his plate that he cooked, cutting it into four pieces, but not taking a bite. Lumine lingers in his thoughts, her demeanor from last night more prominent than the actions taken. The silence continues, the plate of breakfast losing its freshness by the second. With a small sigh and a careful tone, he talks to her, but doesn’t face her. He hasn’t seen her face, resolute.
“I messed up last night. I should have helped you out another way.”
‘We messed up,’ was his original intention, but saying ‘we’ shifts blame on to her. He’s not about to blame her.
“Thank you. I mean it.”
“… You’re welcome.”
Letting the awkward silence return is not in the best of interest for them, so he asks what he spent all his hours awake pondering.
“What are you thinking about? I want you to tell me. I want to understand you.”
Instead of words responding to his, it’s movement. She turns and scoots closer to him, and their eyes meet for the first time in the morning. What surveys him is what can only be described as desire. That desire seizes him, refusing to let go of its new found possession. He can’t untangle himself, the way Lumine entraps him, holds him, making it impossible for him to act, mesmerized by what sits to his side.
“Lumi…” he can’t finish his sentence. That desire is strong, suffocating, alluring.
“You, Aether. I’m thinking about you. About how much I want you, about how much I need you. I don’t know you, but I know me. I know how I feel, I know what I discovered about myself in our reunion. That I need you, how plants need water to grow, to live. You’re a necessity to me, Aether. I can’t bear not having you. I need you all to myself. I need you to tell me everyday, to show me everyday, how much you love me. I want you to kiss me, hold me, whisper to me, make love to me, do everything to me. I want to feel you on me, under me, beside me, in front of me, behind me, in me, so I only think of you. And I’ll do the same to you. I’ll make you only think of me. Not Paimon, not any of your countless friends. Just me. And you’ll do everything I tell you to do, and I’ll do everything you tell me to do. I want my brain to be replaced with Aether, and I want yours to be replaced with Lumine. I want you to be mine, and in return I’ll be yours.”
He listened, heard everything, as much as he could. His brain was malfunctioning, gears screeching to a stop from every letter, word, syllable, sentence that flowed into his ears. He can’t talk or move. He’s stunned at how she was able to say all of that with one breath, stunned at how during all that time the same desire stabbed him, digging deeper and not stopping until it reached his heart.
A hand lands on his chin, thumb stroking his cheek, Aether jolting from the possessiveness that lies in that stroke. Lumine draws near, her voice cooing, making the goosebumps on his skin more proliferate.
“Can you do the things I said? Can you love me, hold me, show me affection, how we’ve been doing it, and more? Need me like I need you? Forget about everyone else but me? Please, Aether, brother? I’m so lonely without you. You said I’d never be lonely again, so agree to everything I say.”
Both her hands gravitate to his cheeks cupping them, pulling him closer to her. They’re close, so close, that their lips graze. Throughout it he stares at her, lost in the cosmic of her eyes that haven’t turned away from his. She shines a shine that’s full of desire, want, need, ambition for him. It’s supposed to be positive, such devotion. Yet, Aether can’t shake the feeling that Lumine’s shine is more of a light illuminating the depths. And when there’s a luster in the spiral of darkness, the siren lures any soul in.
“… Okay, Lumine.”
Aether’s brain moves his mouth, his agreement not absolute.
“Thank you.”
Every time they talk their lips brush. It’s irritating, nauseating, the breaths that trace them. She sighs, forgetting that her face is merged with his, making him gasp from the air.
“Don’t get sick of me. Love me forever and ever.”
Aether stares at Lumine, and he’s stranded in her glory. The muscles in his throat are immobilized, unable to form one syllable. All he can do is ogle at her as she maintains a firm grip on his mind.
“Aether? Say something.”
“A—ah, sorry. I… I don’t know what to say.”
“If you don’t know what to say, do instead. Hug me like always.”
Hugging her has eased him since they reunited. From that day onward, the more he slithered his arms around her back, or shoulders, or waist, or stomach, the more her warmth pacified him. It’s no different now, except for the fact that the hug feels more warm. Incredibly warm, and it calms his racing mind.
The screeching of a door and a loud yawn reminds him they’re not alone.
“Good morning… Paimon slept like a log~ I hope you guys enjoyed your extra day yesterday, because we’re gonna have a blast today!”
How could he forget. Paimon’s there.
“Don’t let go, stay with me. Let her see us this close to each other.”
Her whisper, her embrace, her soothing, gentle, patient tone that he’s heard somewhere. He’s heard it from himself. She’s copying him.
‘Is this how she feels when I do it?’
Aether couldn't be more right.
“I need… to make breakfast.”
Hesitation has never disturbed him so much as it has in this one moment than his entire life. He leaves her before Paimon can see them and walks to the kitchen, withdrawing three plates from their drawer and grabbing all the necessary ingredients to dish out another breakfast. Lumine lingers near him, close enough to get her fill of him, but enough space to not impede his cooking.
“Aether, if that stays on the stove any longer it’ll burn.”
Breakfast was completed, his hands working on muscle memory since his mind is still disorganized.
“Oh, thanks for telling me.”
He lays each dish with equal proportion, and before they head to the dining area with plates in tow, Lumine steps in front of him, eclipsing the view of Paimon to her back.
“Let’s kiss.”
“She’s right there.”
“Doesn’t matter.”
She invades his personal space, inching closer and stopping before they touch.
“Please. You said you’d do anything.”
When she’s so close, when she reminds him of how his heart flutters when they shamelessly pull the other in and fuse their lips together, no can’t be the response.
Aether is not given a moment to understand the morning’s events. They had plans for the day that deprived him of the time needed to understand. During the day Lumine sneaked kisses, taking opportune moments when the people they were with were distracted, even if by a second or two. That took away more time from him. Only at night, when he’s alone with her, will he get the chance to sort everything out.
------
It was the end of the same day, and the three were sat on a couch back in their house. Lumine was currently leaning on Aether napping while he and Paimon had some friendly banter, yawning in the middle of it.
“What’s wrong? Didn’t sleep much?”
“Lumine and I spent the whole night talking.”
“What? Why didn’t you invite me!”
“Sorry, sorry. Next time.”
He lied to her, bits of guilt sprouting.
“By the way, what did you do yesterday?”
“Spent it in Mondstadt. Actually, half the day with Jean and Barbara, and the other half with Kaeya and Diluc. We all met up at the end.”
“What’s up with that?”
“I wanted to compare your relationship with other siblings.”
“Yeah? I’m sure we’re vastly different compared to them…”
“You got that right. It’s hard to believe how close you two are. Your bond is unique, a once in a lifetime opportunity! And since you two are so unique, we all agreed on something.”
“Do tell.”
“That you’d do anything Lumine asked you to.”
“I try my best to. It makes me a good brother.”
“Well… Sorry for saying this, we weren’t meaning to be rude, but by anything we also meant things that shouldn’t be done.”
He averts his attention away from her and goes silent. Paimon thought she hurt him and spews out whatever.
“Like stealing, or punching someone! You know, things like that! Nothing too serious!”
“… Talking bad about us, for shame.”
“Like I said! We weren’t trying to be rude! It’s just the feeling we get!”
“Relax, I’m pulling your leg, Paimon. I wouldn’t do things like that because Lumine wouldn’t ask for that.”
“But what if she did?”
“… I’d pull the big brother card and tell her no.”
In that case he’s failed multiple times. He did the opposite of rejecting, and agreed to everything Lumine wants.
“I’m going to go for a walk. Want to tag along?”
“Nah. Take Lumine with you. I’m turning in for the night.”
Paimon leaves the living room, heading off to her own room. Aether lets out a deep sigh. The day felt long. It was past midnight when he was awoken by Lumine, still the same day as their forbidden excursion and her small speech. He thinks about her speech, and on what exactly he agreed on. To be hers, and in return she’ll be his. He was disorganized back then, accepting without minding the implications. Then he thinks again, unsure if the previous night was a one time thing. She said everything else wasn’t enough, so she’ll take everything she can from him, even if it’s taboo.
Aether gently shakes Lumine, waking her up and walking to the door.
“Let’s go for a walk.”
She runs and stands next to him, pecking his cheek before smiling.
“You’re something else… Come on.”
He opens the door and they aimlessly wander around the Cool Isle, stopping at the farthest island on a bench placed under a giant umbrella.
“Ah, here’s more of your strange furnishing decisions.”
“I can build, but I can’t decorate well.”
“Haha, maybe I should give it a whirl later.”
Lumine circles around the bench Aether’s seated at before circling her arms around his neck.
“Brother… we’re alone.”
His heart skips a beat at the revelation. The whole day was spent running into people, which was why she was taking a nap to recuperate her tuckered out mind.
“How are you feeling? Those your chest hurt?”
She nods her head in agreement.
“Come here.”
She stands in front of him and he pulls her down, making her sit on his lap while they face each other. He hugs her as tight as he can and cranes his head up to her face, lavishing her with kisses as far as he can reach.
“You said some ridiculous things in the morning.”
“And you agreed to it all. Do you want to talk about it?”
“I’m not sure. It’s a lot to take in.”
Lumine guides his hands to her waist and aims her hands on his shoulders.
“I need you, and I’m going to make you need me. I’ll belong to you, and you’ll belong to me. But what I really want is like I said… I want to replace everything in your head with me.”
Lips attack his, staying there until his fingers twitch.
“You don’t think I need you?”
“I don’t think you do. I need to change that.”
“What do you mean by belong?”
“Exactly what it means.”
“… I can sort of guess what you mean on the last part. How are you going to do all this?”
“I’ve already done a lot. Of course, I wasn’t doing it on purpose. All the affection I asked of you, you gave it to me. That changed you.”
In those four days they spent alone Aether approached Lumine a lot, choosing to give her affection without her having to ask him for it. He loves feeling her body press against his, loves the feel of her soft lips colliding with his cheek and lips, loves hearing her confess her love to him in the mornings and evenings.
“It has. It really is like you said, my mind is being replaced with you… It’s a bit scary.”
“Why is it scary?”
“I can’t say no to you. You have me wrapped around your little finger… Is what someone would probably say. But I enjoy doing the things you ask of me. I enjoy spoiling you rotten. I enjoy our acts of affection. Kissing you on the lips, kissing your chest, having you sit on my lap like this. Sometimes I wake up before you do in the morning, and when I do I stare at you for minutes. It’s weird, but I can’t help myself. Just looking at you is enough to make my heart flutter. Then the drowsiness sets in, and I hug you tightly, and you hug me back in your sleep, and I can’t help but break into this huge stupid grin. It feels good, makes my heart all warm and fuzzy, and I can’t get enough of it. It’s all wrong, but I can’t stop it. Why would I say no? You make me unimaginably happy, Lumine, and I want to make you as happy. I can’t say no to you. I don’t want to.”
Aether went off on a tangent, surprising Lumine whose eyes have wetted. She spilled her heart out in the morning, and he spilled his heart out to her in the night. It wasn’t his intention to do so. He started talking, and the words refused to stop coming out his mouth, probably to prove to her that he does need her. She’s reminded again of how much he loves her. It’s an outstanding amount.
“Oh Aether. You’re so… I love you so much.”
She assaults him with kisses, moaning with delight.
“Brother, say more. I want to hear more.”
She wants to hear more love flow out his mouth.
“I’ll give you my attention everyday. Pamper you everyday, hold you and kiss you. I’ll belong to you.”
“Can you do it now? What you promised? Do everything I tell you to do?”
“I can Lumine. You said a lot though. You’ll have to remind me.”
She pushes herself down, her face merging with his from the non existent distance, and she drops her voice as low as she can to coo in his ear, making it the most needy she’s ever sounded.
“Forget about everyone, and let’s do everything we can possibly do to show our love. Even things that we shouldn’t do since we’re siblings. We still do though, because you love me, and you’ll do anything for me, your sister that you adore so much. And I love you. I’ll do anything for you too, my brother that I need so much. Let me turn your brain into mush and replace it with me, Lumine, your sister.”
“You know, when you say you’ll turn my brain into mush, that really does sound scary.”
“It’s not. It’s not scary at all. It’s already happened to me. You know what’s inside my mind, don’t you? Tell me.”
“I am. Me, Aether, your brother.”
“And look how I turned out. The most loving sister in the world.”
She nuzzles their faces together, not failing to sneak in kisses.
“Aether, carry me to our room.”
“It’s a long way there.”
“Please? You said you’d do anything?”
“And I said I can’t say no to you.”
He picks her up princess style, carrying her to their room as she buries her head in his neck. Once there Lumine drops down, standing in front of him with her arms behind her back.
“Can you guess what I want?”
“You need me… inside you. The same as that night.”
“That’s right. I forced myself on you, and you agreed. Tonight, let’s both enjoy it. I’ll make sure you feel the same pleasure I felt, but before that…”
She gives a small twirl, her dress waving in the air that covers her most special areas from her brother.
“Undress me.”
Lumine will slow down the process as much as she can before going full force. It will be marked into them what exactly they’re going to do from this night forwards.
He approaches her from the front, wandering his hands to her neck and unraveling her scarf, dropping it on the floor soon to create a pile of clothes. Then he undoes the straps that hold her dress, it falling down to her hips and catching there. He drags his hands from her collarbone down through her torso, arriving at her dress and removing it. She shudders at his sailing, and her body grows colder from the removal of the main piece of clothing that keeps her warm.
“Keep going.”
They flush in embarrassment. He goes to her gloves, taking them off as their fingers touch. She drags him in front of her as she sits down on the bed and tugs his hand down. He understands and kneels before her, taking her foot in hand and pulling off her boots, reaching his hands up to her stocking and pulling down, with her underwear the only thing left. He skims his palms up her legs, reaching her plush thighs. He grabs her underwear, bringing them down the path he took up and making her quiver. She sits there naked, Aether in wait for her.
“My turn.”
She returns the favor, starting with his gloves and throwing them to the side. She acts faster than him, untangling his scarf from his neck and racing her hands to his torso, removing the vest in swift motion. His pants and boots remain. He stands up, Lumine bending forwards and stopping when she levels with his crotch. His pants are removed with ease, exposing his member to her that’s already stiff from gazing at her. Unnerved from having it in her once, she bends down more and takes his boots off, her hair tickling him in the process. He resembles her now, nothing in the way to cover them.
“Sit down, I want to be on top.”
Although she tells him to sit, she still stands up and pushes him down, returning to his lap with his meat poking her.
“If that’s what you want. Start whenever.”
He relinquishes to her. She rubs her wetness against his hardness, slow so every inch runs across her flaps.
“Tell me that you need me.”
“I need you, sister.”
“That’s good. My brother wants me, his one and only sister. Aether needs me.”
“Yes, Lumine. I need you.”
Lumine’s had enough waiting. Aiming him into her core, she pushes down and groans at the connection, moaning his name as every inch of him spreads her out. He’s perfectly slotted inside her, her brother, her Aether, leaving no empty space in her insides. She couldn’t be happier.
She rises to fall back down, each movement engraving Aether’s shape into her pussy. Her hands roam to his shoulders, exuding depravity as she maintains eye contact with him. He tilts his head back, but she grabs his chin and tilts his head towards her, shaking her head in disapproval. Eyes on me, is what she means. So he does, and in a matter of seconds she’s bouncing on him, face twisting with the same euphoria from their first time.
“Good, you feel good! Here, put your hands here!”
It takes her a second to put his hands on her sides. Her riding grows in ferocity, throwing herself up and down and running out of breath.
“How… Ahh! Haah! How does it feel?”
“Keep your voice down… Nhh! Paimon will wake up.”
“You shouldn’t be thinking about… other girls right now.”
She lowers more into Aether, gripping his shoulders firmly as she stares at him. He raises one brow, and Lumine smiles at his confusion, slamming down to watch him gasp with shock. Fast, hectic, hungrily she jerks, Aether letting out his moans after stifling them for so long.
His hands that rest on her sides slide down to her hips, and in reflex to her riding he holds on tightly, pushing her down when she rises. He starts to lightly thrust from the numbing of his mind. She’s entirely gone at this point, focusing on the climax that’s due to happen from her brother spreading her walls, said walls tightening around him, urging him to release his thick seed that was prevented the first time. She wants, needs to know, what it feels like to have Aether spill inside her, painting her white.
“Ae… Aether! Broth-brother! Aether!”
She flutters around his cock, experiencing the rawness of her peak, but as she does she trembles from Aether thrusting upwards, and she doesn’t stop her hips from shaking. She latches on to his head, grabbing fistfuls of his hair with her vision blurring. He loses his composure, thrusting as heat and moistness consume his whole length, shoving Lumine down and gripping her smooth burning skin. He’s running out of breath, his heart banging on his chest, the build up to his climax about to arrive.
“Lumine! Sis-sister… Soon, I’m about to—”
“Inside! Inside me! You have to. Hurry, hurry, brother. Cum inside your sister!”
One final hard thrust has his essence coursing through his dick to spill inside her, a stagnant wave caressing him with another orgasm from her. The two wait for their minds to clear, still holding on to the other. Lumine shifts to fit snuggly on Aether before going limp. He peeks at her, a tear glistening on a face craving more.
“More… more. Love me more… please.”
He’s still situated deep in her, and he does all the work this time. Lumine clings to him, her thighs wrapping around his waist and her hands gripping his hair, undoing his braid and releasing every strand. All she sees is darkness and whiteness from Aether skewing her. He gives her everything he can, hugging her as tight as he can without causing pain and pouring kiss after kiss on her lips. It’s all she ever wanted, all she ever needed.
He loves the feel of her glueing herself to him, her whimpers sticking to his ears, trying her hardest to prevent him from moving away. It’s nice, good, being wanted, needed.
“Love… you… love you… sister!”
He breathes out, and with each word of affection he gives she secures around him.
“Me too… me too brother… love you so much, Aether!”
It’s coming again, that wave of excitement that she makes him feel. He hastens his thrusting, slamming her down onto his cock with another flutter from her. That flutter is enough to win him over, filling her with his seed one more time. He swallows, his throat parched, but he doesn’t mind. Not when she’s wrapped around him, siphoning her love into him with her bear hug and kisses. He moves his arms back to her waist, pushing her deeper into him that their heartbeats pulse on the tips of their fingers, which in turn pulse on their twins skin.
“More, Aether… engrave yourself in me, Aether… fill me up more, Aether. Your sister wants you to never leave her, brother…”
If she’s trying to spellbind him with her coquettish demeanor and chanting of his name, he’s falling straight under it.
“Anything for you.”
“Say my name, call me your sister. Tell me everything I want to hear… while you take me.”
“Lumine, sister… I want you. I love you. I need you.”
He pushes her down on the bed, her legs fixed around him and her arms snaked around his neck. There is no room between them, their ribs poking at the other’s skin, sweat sticking together, his cock buried in her cunt.
“Who makes you the happiest?”
“You.”
“Who do you belong to, Aether?”
“Lumine.”
“Who do you love so much that you sin with them, brother?”
“My sister.”
Through droopy eyes and slurred words of devotion, Aether plunges into Lumine to prove that he loves her the most.
“Love… you. Love—Nghh! Haah!”
Aether pounds frantically, always failing to convey his feelings as each shake takes his breath away, replacing it with the need to keep his hips moving at all times. He keeps going for as long as he can, and when he empties inside Lumine he compels himself to continue thrusting, but he can’t.
Her sheath spasms around his cock so perfectly that his hips give out, and try as he might to rut into her, his hips refuse to rise. All he can do is lay there as his cum seeps into her, waiting for barely enough strength to return to him so he can claw his way out of her tight pussy and dig back into her very womb.
“I love you, Lumine. I adore you, sister. Never leave me, let’s never separate ever again.”
“Of course. Let’s stay together forever. With no one else in the way… You know what I mean, right?”
“I do. It’s fine. You’re all I need.”
“I’m glad. Don’t worry, my Aether. I’ll fill the void your friends leave, and I’ll make sure those voids stay filled with me. Your heart will never have room for anyone else.”
“Ahh, that’s fine… Lumine I can’t move my hips.”
“Let me ride you then. We can take turns.”
It takes them an entire two minutes to have Lumine on top of Aether. Even then she’s still laying on him, only moving her bottom so they can persist in their love making.
“Hey, when I pass out, can you keep going? Make sure you spill of your cum inside me, okay? Don’t stop until you pass out.”
“Okay, of course. I can do that for you. Anything for my sister.”
------
“Alone again for today, Paimon?”
“Yeah… Aether and Lumine wouldn’t wake up no matter how much I screamed at them. They were up all night…”
“They must have a lot to talk about. If I’m being truthful, I envy that kind of camaraderie. Staying up all night, chatting it away with someone you trust. Barbara and I did that once, but only when we were young children.”
“And I envy that you even had that experience. A shame a certain brother of mine can’t be so familiar with me. Always so dead panned.”
“… Uh, yeah…”
“Something the matter, our little flying friend?”
Something was the matter. The fact that she found them passed out in their room in their birthday suits, Lumine clinging to Aether with an obscene amount of bodily liquids drenching them and their surroundings.
Absolutely not, was Paimon going to tell anyone what she saw that morning.
“Hey you three.”
“Ahhh!”
“Whoa, calm down Paimon.”
“Huh? Aether? Lumine? But you two were… Wait, did you just talk to me, Lumine?”
“I sure did. Sorry for being so rude to you this whole time.”
“Oh, uh, no worries. We’ve met ruder people in our travels.”
“Mhm. Anyways, we have news.”
Paimon is surprised to hear Lumine talking so much, and at how exhausted Aether looks. Seeing them here acting normal messes with her head, unsure if what she saw in the morning was some kind of ploy.
“We’re leaving. We’re travelers you see, so we have to move on eventually.”
“Yeah. I came here to say goodbye, Paimon. You can keep everything we got in our travels.”
A farewell greeting is had, and many people watch as the twins leave the city of freedom.
“Make sure to tell everyone else in the other regions! Goodbye, everyone! Goodbye, Paimon! I’ll try and visit, but no promises!”
Aether walks backwards as Lumine walks facing forwards, him waving at everyone as he grows smaller and smaller. Paimon is the final one to stay, and just as she’s about to turn around, she catches Aether pulling Lumine into him, locking lips together as she nudges him into her.
“Am I going to have to live with this secret my whole life…?”
Paimon never told another soul, keeping it a secret as Aether visited less and less.
Bonus: I didn't feel like rewriting the specific parts to fit it in the story, so here you go.
“I want to thank you again. For being so caring of me, for going along with my wants. I want to repay you for all the kindness you gave me. And for both of those nights.”
The first night of their debauchery, only Lumine received. On the second, he willingly held back, unsure if it was the right thing to release.
“You don’t have to… It’s fine, really. As long as you’re happy.”
“That’s not fair. It’s time I finally pay you back. The little sister has to care for her big brother too.”
Lumine gets off the couch, keeping one hand on his knee as she drops to her knees, fitting herself in between his legs.
“Lumine? You really don’t have to.”
“Aether… Then if I say please, will you let me? I want to make my brother happy, now will you let me?”
She pulls down on his pants, his member already half primed.
“Brother, I’ll make you feel as good as I did—No—Even better. Because I love you, and I want you to feel the same emotions I do.”
She wraps her hand around his length, nearing her face to it so her breaths tickle him, blowing cold air and making it twitch.
“Let me take care of you too. You want that, right? You want me to take care of you?”
He’s extremely weak to her. He relents to her.
“… I do.”
“Then, let your sister take care of you.”
Aether finally decides to looks down, Lumine’s beet red face contrasting with the color of his dick. She starts moving her hand very slowly, doing her best to recreate the same soft strokes he did inside her.
“Don’t be quiet. Tell me what’s on your mind.”
“That’s nice… Keep at it, Lumine. That’s good.”
She moves her fingers and palm across his entire length, going down to the base and up to his head in a calm pace. He fully hardens, his twitches suppressed by her hold on him.
“Lumine, could you go a bit faster?”
“Of course. Anything for you.”
She quickens her pace by a smidgen and he gives his approval, sinking into the couch with a satisfied sigh. Her softness envelops his meat, and she fastens her pace once more. His composed breathing is thrown of balance, deep huffs sprinkled in between exhales.
“Let your voice out. It’s okay.”
“Paimon… her room is—Mmh… right there…”
His forehead wrinkles, and he closes his eyes, taking in oxygen through his mouth, failing to return his composure. He starts to restlessly move his hands, going from his thighs to his sides on the couch. Her strokes are breaking him down.
“Aether… You shouldn’t mention another girls name…”
“S—sorry.”
Lumine shifts her arms, getting it in a position where she won’t hit anything if she were to jerk her arm harshly up and down. With her arm in place she grips his dick to get a better hold, goes to the very tip, and glides all the way down, stimulating every inch.
“Wha—Ahh! Lumine!”
Aether’s eyes shoot open, and his torso jerks forwards, looming over Lumine as his hands curl into fists. He holds his breath, hoping that would somehow help him contain his pleasure filled groans. It works, but when his lungs can’t go on, he hisses in air loudly, more louder than moaning normally.
“Am I doing a good job?”
“Ggh! Lu—mine! You’re doing—Gah!—Nhh!”
His reactions are way too profound for a simple hand job.
“Aether? When’s the last time you…?”
“Not that—Not that long ago, but I’ve really—really been—Ahh!—At least let me speak!”
“Sorry!”
She slows down immediately, but only enough for him to be able to talk.
“Since I fingered you that night, and because of your efforts last night… and all the perverted things you were saying… I’m horny… so you’re really making me feel it.”
“Yeah… I can tell now… That look on your face, Aether. Is that how I looked like?”
“What kind of face am I making?”
Lumine tilts her head back, directly looking up at Aether as he stares down at her. His cheeks are crimson red, his ears are dyed blood, his lips tremble slightly, and his eyes are swimming in a swamp of ecstasy.
“A lewd one.”
She pumps her hand and arm again, watching Aether slip more and more into a pleasure filled craze. He writhes in front of her, her jerking bringing him closer to his first orgasm.
“Lumine! Aahhh! Nhhh! Lumine, Sister! I—I’m about—”
His face becomes more lewd with each stroke, more groans coming from him. Lumine can’t avert her gaze from her brother’s face deteriorating to a messy puddle, the same shade of red that cloaks him now covering her face as well.
“Go ahead. Don’t hold back!”
With one final grunt Aether orgasms, his thick and seedy cum spreading all on Lumine’s face, every single drop. It had built up for a few days, and all the stimulation had brought him to release a lot.
“You… You came so much…”
He huffs and puffs, his face melted from all the pleasure she gave him. She’s never seen Aether so different before, his demeanor unlike anything anyone has seen from him.
She wants to see how much she can twist his face.
“Aether, I’m going to continue. If it starts hurting tell me. If it doesn’t… I’ll continue.”
“You—You’re continuing? Ohh! Lumine! It—Ahhnnhh! Kuh! Stop, Paimon wakes up around this time!”
“Brother, I told you not to mention another girls name…”
Lumine is peeved at the second mention of someone else. He’s super sensitive at the moment still riding the high of his orgasm, but she adds more fuel to the fire, a brutal pace barraging his cock. Some of his cum acts as lube, aiding her in her quest to bring him rapture.
Aether’s eyes open wide, his hands shooting towards her shoulders and gripping tightly, only to loosen up. But each stroke sends electricity to his dick and brain, tightening his grip again as he stares down at Lumine.
Each stroke also makes him bend downwards, getting closer and closer to her face. They both sport the same erotic look, staring deep into their eyes, and he starts to salivate, mouth open because all the jerking doesn’t let him close his jaw.
His drool rivers down to his chin, dripping onto her lips. She parts her mouth, licking at any cum and saliva that her tongue catches and swallowing.
Bitter, salty, nothing from his spit… but it’s all from him. That’s what matters.
“…!”
Lumine is given no warning. Aether climaxes once more, his cum lathering his sister’s face, only a few drops going elsewhere. He watches her face infused with red and white, his mouth hanged open and not a single sound coming from him.
“Wow… That was still a lot… I guess I did make you feel better than I felt.”
Lumine gulps down the saliva that had built up in her mouth, too distracted from Aether’s perverted expression. She opens the hand that’s been masturbating him this whole time, to notice that there’s a lot more cum that ended up trailing down, along with what seems to be his own drool. She scissors her fingers, a trail of liquids bridging between.
His dick and her hand are a mess.
She swallows again, and brings the same hand in front of her. Her brother’s vigor has tainted a lot of it, his vigor that she drew out with her palm and fingers. Then she aims her sight back to his cock, more of his cum there than her hand. She nears her mouth, sticking her tongue out and licking down from the base up to the head, picking up saliva and his white liquid.
“Ahh… Lumine, please. It’s really sensitive right now…”
His words fall on deaf ears. She licks again, performing the same long and slow roll of her tongue, tasting the same bitter taste from earlier.
His dick is left clean, except for the saliva that came from Lumine.
“It’s clean now.”
“You didn’t have to do that, but thank you.”
“Yeah. No problem… Hey, let me make sure it’s clean.”
Her mouth is about to wrap around his head, but Aether quickly pushes her away.
“No! It’s clean, it’s definetly clean! You can stop now! Gods, are you trying to kill me?”
“Like I said, I just want to repay all the kindness you’ve been showing.”
“You’ve more than repaid it. Also, we should wash your face.”
“Oh, right.”
