Summary:

And the moment Eddie put up that stupid ponytail – Steve knew, there no escape. He was so fucking in love.

Work Text:

They didn't really spend the night together before at this point. And that was... Pretty nice, actually. Munson turned out to be really clingy in his sleep, but Steve didn't mind that at all. It's was kind of cute.

And surprisingly, when Steve woke up, Eddie wasn't around. Steve never thought about him as a morning person, so he didn't know, should he be worried or just a little surprised. And kinda disappointed as well, because he low-key wanted to cuddle at the morning for a little. Like in those silly romantic movies his mother used to watch every evening, their very own morning cuddles. But there will be time for that, he thinks while standing up lazily, wandered into the kitchen, looking for his lost boyfriend and a cup of coffee.

Steve, still a little dizzy after sleep, stares at the figure in the kitchen, but the person in front of him, sipping the good old coffee didn't have a mess of a hair, and it takes Steve a second or two to realize that Eddie just put up a freaking ponytail.

And the moment Eddie put up that stupid ponytail – Steve knew, there's no escape. He was so fucking in love.

"It isn't polite to stare, y'know?" A sudden voice brings Harrington back into reality. They share a little almost awkward laugh, while Steve comes closer to give Eddie a hug from the back.

"Sorry, I just... Zoned out a little. Since when you wear ponytails?"

"What kind of question is that? You think I'm always just let my hair get into my morning coffee or whatever?"

"Kinda?"

"Oh my god." Eddie laughed, turning his head to Steve for a little kiss in the cheek. "Do you like it? Be honest."

"Gosh, yes. Why didn't you go out like that?"

"Is that a serious question?"

"Totally serious."

"Then let's say it's for Steve Harrington's eyes only, kay?" Eddie laughed.

"You're shitting me, aren't you?"

"Kinda?"

"You're so dead, Munson."

Couple of soft kisses landed on the open neck, full of bite marks and hickeys already – right know that sight was wide open to everyone to see, and that's was kinda hot. Steve would love to leave another one, but Eddie stopped him, turning around, giving Harrington a second cup of coffee that he didn't even noticed to the this very moment.

"It's getting cold." Eddie was obviously having a good time teasing Steve like that.

"Oh, you made one for me? That's nice."

"Yeah, yeah, drink it already."

Steve Harrington was so in love.
