The Legendary Being in the Mountain
There’s a legend that if you climb a mountain, there’s a chance that you will meet a being that will give you a silk scarf that will make you understand and tame an animal, small to gigantic.
There’s a man that wants to meet that being to have a conversation with his best friend that transforms into a dog.
He and his best friend climb multiple mountains, but they have yet to meet the legendary being. Their will is wavering, but they decided that if they don’t meet the being on this final mountain, they will stop this long journey.
Finally reaching the peak, they found no one. They hang their heads low. I did not notice a being emerging from the clouds. They hear the wind blowing in an unusual way.
They looked up and saw a goat being carried by a silk carpet.
I, SilkyGoat, admired your dedication, so I will give you the item that you wanted, but beware of getting down from the mountain. There’s going to be a being that will try to take the item. They seem like a totally normal person, but they are in fact the devil. "
The man was so grateful and also afraid that the scarf would be stolen, so he hid it in his bag.
While getting down from the mountain, in the fog, they see the silhouette of a person. When they got close enough, they saw a man wearing a duck costume.
Afraid of the stranger, the man slowly backs away. The dog barks, hoping that it will back away, but the duck man keeps getting closer at an unusual speed.
The man tried to run, but he tripped and tumbled down the mountain. It hurt, but he was at least thankful that he got away. When he tried to stand up, a shadow was cast on him, and then looking up, he saw a duck costume.
"It seems that you know about me, huehuehue."
The duck costume melted then it reveal a red skin devil holding an ax. The devil raised his arms preparing to strike but before he hit the man. The dog ran in front to block the strike. The strike ended up killing the dog.
The man was enraged. The man hug the devil and ran off to a cliff.
They both ended up falling
