Chapter Text
The story is about Sharlod the slave girl. It is set in Viking times and falls under the category of what I call wonky stories. I hope that some of you will want to come along as I intend to make this another beautiful love story.
It was inspired by visiting the Yorvic centre in York (UK) in February. There they have build a whole mini Viking City and the Viking figures are life size. There was a slave trader and a tied up slave girl only visible from the back, but with her hair and body shape she looked like Charlotte/Rose. It gave me a proper stab to see her like that and immediately I wanted to rescue and redeem her.
A story started to form where Sid Parkerson comes back from trading in far away lands and is now ready to settle and when he sees Sharlod, he buys her more out of pitty than need and there our story begins.
It will take a while until I will put chapters up, but if you are interested in reading this, you can book mark it and it will come up, once I am ready to post.
For those less interested in that kind of thing, there will be at least another two stories. The next one about a Scrooge at Xmas.
