Sunoo was bored while scrolling through his tiktok fyp. Rolling his eyes once in a while when a couple appears, then showing it to Jungwon who's sitting beside him, probably texting his boyfriend Jay.
"You should find one so you'll stop being bitter." Jungwon said.
Sunoo dramatically sighed, "it's not easy Wonie." he pouted.
Jungwon laughs, "Actually it is easy, if you stop rejecting everyone who tried to confess to you."
"But they're not Heeseung." he mumbled but Jungwon still managed to hear this.
"Then confess to Heeseung." Jungwon said as if it is easy as breathing. "And didn't you say Heeseung is just your happy crush?"
Sunoo wanted to avoid this topic, looking around trying to find some distractions. Lucky for him, he saw Jay coming on their way.
"Oh look! Your boyfriend is here. Hi Jay!" Jungwon rolled his eyes to Sunoo and mouthed 'We're not done yet' before he run to his boyfriend's arms.
"Hi Babe." Jay greeted while hugging Jungwon. "And hi Sunoo, thanks for staying with Jungwon while im busy."
"It's fine, just take him away from me. Go on a date or something." Sunoo rolled his eyes. The couple just laughed at him.
Sunoo had an eye contact with Jungwon for a second, and he swear he didn't like how his best friend smiled like he was thinking of doing something he wouldn't like.
"Babe, you know Lee Heeseung from engineering department right?" Sunoo wanted to cringe at the tone of Jungwon while talking to Jay But he's more concerned now at the sudden mention of Heeseung.
Sunoo tried to warn Jungwon by glaring at him. Jungwon looks like he didn't saw him, or more like pretended he didn't saw him glaring at him.
Jay was confused but still answered, "Yes, we're in the same team. Why babe?"
Jungwon claps, "Great! Sunoo needs to interview a basketball member for his homework. Can you give his number to Sunoo?"
"Jungwon I swear to God im going to kick you if you don't stop talking." He warned but again Jungwon pretends he didn't hear him.
"What interview? I can help tho, Im in the same team with Heeseung anyway." Sunoo thought Jay really loves Jungwon, he didn't even noticed the evil smile that Jungwon has right now. Or maybe he does but still he's willing to do everything that his boyfriend wants. Sunoo rolled his eyes at this thought, 'Ugh couples'
Jungwon rolled his eye because of his boyfriend's obliviousness, "He wants Heeseung tho, right Sunoo?"
Sunoo wants to run away from his best friend. He want to avoid letting others know his little crush for Heeseung. Others meaning someone like Jay who's really close with Heeseung.
While Sunoo was busy spacing out, Jungwon explained to Jay why he wants Sunoo to have Heeseung's number.
"Sunoo, here's heeseung's number. Good luck with your confession, I mean interview." His senses came back when he heard Jay talking to him.
He pouted, "I won't confess. I'll never confess." he tried to sound firm but the visible red blush on his cheeks are betraying him and that made the two laugh at him.
"Sure if you say so, we need to go now. Good luck Sunoo." his best friend cheered.
"I said I won't confess!!!" Why is he even defensive, as if Jungwon will believe him.
He stared the piece of paper on his hand. The eleven digit numbers are just numbers, but for some reasons Sunoo is feeling so ecstatic about it. He even thinks he can memorize this right now even though he hates math to death. He made a mental note on his mind to treat Jungwon and Jay for this.
Jungwon and Jay still laughing at Sunoo while heading to the parking lot.
"I didn't know Sunoo likes Heeseung." Jay still couldn't believe that Sunoo, who rejects a lot of his potential suitors has a crush on someone.
"He is so obvious about it tho, he may not tell me about it at first but I caught him not just once, watching him on your games every time i dragged him with me to watch you." Jungwon laughs, "He's so bad at hiding it, Im surprised Heeseung doesn't even notice it."
Jungwon's last sentence made Jay freeze on his spot at the moment, of course Jungwon noticed this and asked him what happened.
"I think we forgot something that I feel like we should tell Sunoo first before he could message Heeseung."
"What is it?"
"Remember when you gave me Sunoo's number in case your phone died when you two go on a trip before? I left my phone on the locker room that time babe..."
Jungwon gasped,"...and I saved the number using your teammate's phone." His eyes are now open wide, so much surprise with the sudden realization, "That teammate is Heeseung??!!"
Jay nods, "Should we tell him?"
"No, let him be." Jungwon laughs.
