"Oh and have i mentioned how much of a great boyfriend Jun-kun is?"
"I'd say based on the past half an hour that you spent talking about him, yes you did Hiyori-kun" Eichi expressed with a fake smile.
"Well, you know Eichi-kun I just can't help it! Not that you would understand that of course"
"Oh I do, did you forget that I have a boyfriend myself?"
"My, you do? I'm surprised anyone would be able to handle your demeanor"
"And what is that supposed to mean, Hiyori-kun?"
"Ahaha guys stop fighting please, what would Nagisa-kun say if he knew you guys were at each others throats again?"
"Tsumugi-kun don't worry we're not fighting! We're just having a friendly chat like in the old days, wouldn't you agree Eichi-kun?"
"Of course, although I must say that it is a shame that Nagisa-kun couldn't make it to our reunion"
"Indeed, Ibara has been keeping him very busy with all the Adam business. We haven't had the chance to perform together as Eden lately."
"Hopefully he can make it another time then" Tsumugi said before taking a sip of his tea.
"Speaking of another time, I just came up with a great idea!"
"Oh you did, Hiyori-kun?" Eichi asked.
"Of course! Well since Nagisa-kun and Ibara -kun have a thing going on too, why don't I invite you all to my family's restaurant and we all bring our lovers?"
"That sounds wonderful" Eichi replied.
"Oh but wait.. Tsumugi-kun you don't happen to have a partner or do you?" Hiyori smirked.
"Me? Oh uh I-I" Tsumugi stammered.
"Don't worry about it Tsumugi you can just bring a friend" Eichi reassured him.
"N-no I do! I do have a boyfriend" Hiyori raised an eyebrow.
"You do? And who might that be?"
"Uh we.. we actually wanted to keep it a secret for now ahaha you know how crazy fans can get sometimes"
"Is that so? I have to say I'm quite surprised"
"Hahah you are?" Tsumugi said as he scratched his cheek.
"Me too actually, I had no idea. You must have been doing a good job at keeping it a secret" Eichi added.
"I guess so, well it was fun catching up with you both but I need to go now, until next time" Tsumugi said after he downed the rest of his tea in one go.
"Later, Tsumugi-kun. I'll inform you of the time for our next meeting soon!"
"I'm looking forward to it!" Tsumugi smiled as he waved goodbye.
As soon as Tsumugi left the café his smile dropped. He messed up. He REALLY messed up. The boyfriend he spoke of is just as existent as Hiyori's liking towards Eichi. How on earth was he supposed to get a boyfriend within a few days so he wouldn't embarrass himself infront of his old unit members? Tsumugi cursed himself out in his mind, afterall no one would be willing to date someone like him. Tsumugi started walking towards the school, since he agreed he'd help Natsume with restitching his Switch uniform after he was done catching up, when suddenly he got an idea.
Out of breath after rushing to the library, Tsumugi stopped at the secret room's doorframe to calm down when suddenly a book shot towards his direction. Unable to react in time he got hit in the face and fell to the floor.
"I know I told you to come here but you didn't have to ruN, if your stupid body can't handle it senpAI. You can't even dodge anymoRE" a certain redhead remarked. Picking up the book, Tsumugi rubbed his face "I'm sorry Natsume-kun. I just had a favour to ask of you so I wanted to come here as soon as possible."
Natsume raised an eyebrow "A favOUR? Aren't you the one who's supposed to be doing me a favour you shaggy mAN" Natsume asked as he crossed his arms. Tsumugi shut the door and walked closer to his unit mate "Ahah I guess so but maybe you can help me out too?"
"And what is it that you need me to DO?"
"Uh so I know it's a lot to ask for but I did a really stupid thing and— OUCH what was that for now?" Tsumugi groaned after he earned another book in his face.
"For being stupiD. What mess did you create this tiME" Natsume scoffed.
"So I told you I was gonna meet up with my old unit members but they were mostly just talking about their boyfriends and I uh.." Tsumugi paused.
"You whaT?"
"I lied about having a boyfriend and that I would bring him with me to a group date" Natsume's eyes slightly widened as silence fell between the two of them for a few seconds.
"Natsume-kun?"
"I knew you were stupid but I didn't think you could be this stupID"
"Come on don't be so harsh!" Tsumugi whined.
"I can't help IT when you're constantly acting like a morON"
"Natsume-kun!"
"Just say you're busy and canCEL"
"They're gonna know that I'm lying!"
"That's your fault for lying in the first plaCE"
"You're right but I'm too embarrassed to tell them the truth. I was thinking maybe.. maybe you c-could—"
"Spit it out already mop heaD"
Tsumugi kneeled in front of Natsume with his hands pressed together "Maybe you could pretend to be my boyfriend?"
"W-what?" Natsume stumbled back a bit. "Please, Natsume-kun it'll only be for a few days! I'll just tell them it didn't work out after some time"

"Ow, please stop throwing books at me!"

"Please Natsume-kun I don't know who else to ask" he pleaded.
"How would this even worK?"
"We just have to hold hands and act like a couple while we're eating at the Tomoe Restaurant. It's only for a day"
"Ugh you're making it hard not to kill you on the spoT"
Tsumugi took Natsume's hands in his "Please, just this once!"
"D-don't just take my hands like thaT, stupid senpAI" Natsume hissed while pulling his hands back and looking anywhere but at his senior.
"I'm sorry"
"Fine, I'll help you out just this onCE"
Tsumugi's face lit up immediately "Are you serious?"
In response the magician simply nodded. "Thank you so much!"
"Don't get so worked up now, you still have to help me with my unifoRM"
"Of course! We can discuss this tomorrow"
"Good morning, Natsume-kun!" Tsumugi greeted the next day as he entered the hidden room.
"MornING" Natsume said, not even bothering to turn around to face the other.
"I was thinking we could talk about the pretend dating thing now. Would that be okay?"
"SurE"
"Great! So we have to- uh Natsume-kun?" "WhaT?" the second-year responded, still facing Tsumugi with his back.
"Are you busy? I can come again later if you're doing something more important, I don't want to bother—"
"No just.. just continue talking senpAI"
"Are you sure? You seem a bit tense, is everything alright?" Finally Natsume turned around "I'ᗰ ᖴIᑎE"
"Wahh!"
There goes another one of Natsume's books which luckily Tsumugi dodged this time. "Natsume-kun are you nervous perhaps?"
"N-nervous? Wha— I'm nOT! Why would I even be nervOUS" mutters before he averts his eyes to the side.
Tsumugi chuckled "Alright, alright come here now"
Natsume sat down next to his senior waiting for him to tell him his plan.
"So we'll be eating at the Tomoe Restaurant in a few days and we have to decide on a story of how we got together because they're most likely going to ask us about it"
"OkaY but how am I supposed to ACT?"
"When we're with them we should hold hands and if possible please refrain from threatening me the whole time"
"I'll see what I can DO.."
Tsumugi laughed "Anyway we don't have to kiss or anything we can just say that it's too much for us to do in public since I did tell them we've been keeping it a secret because of our fans"
"I suppose if it's just a bit of hand holding it's fiNE"
Tsumugi smiled at his junior which made him look away again "Thank you Natsume-kun"
"Shut uP, you already thanked me. So did you come up with a story alreadY?"
"Ahaha not really. I thought perhaps you would be more creative with it?"
"Ugh of course you're making me do all the work you idiOT"
"N-no! Not at all, I'm just not that good with that stuff"
"And what makes you think that I AM?"
"Eh? I don't know I just thought you would be better at this"
"I'd ask Wataru-niisan for help but he's dating that old mAN so that's definitely not an optiON."
"You mean Eichi-kun? But you're right Hibiki-kun will be there too"
"We can just say I asked you out under the moonligHT or some cheesy stuff like thaT"
"Wait why did you confess first and not me?"
"Everyone knows you wouldn't have the guts to do that senpAI"
"Ah alright then.."
"So when did we start datING?"
"What about two weeks ago? If we haven't been dating for too long it won't be that suspicious that we aren't all over each other like Hiyori-kun and Jun-kun!"
"Sounds good i suppoSE"
"I can't believe I agreed to thIS" Natsume sighed as he walked next to his senior. Tsumugi grinned while taking Natsume's hand in his "Me neither!"
Natsume looked to the side "Ugh do I already have to hold your sweaty haND?"
"Ah am I really sweating? I'm sorry Natsume-kun, I guess I'm just a bit nervous"
"Stop apologising alreadY—"
"Who do we have here~ hello Tsumugi-kun! And you must be the mysterious boyfriend he was talking about" Hiyori spoke as he greeted the pair excitedly.
"Ahah hi there Hiyori-kun" Tsumugi said as he waved awkwardly.
"Natsume Sakasaki, it's nice to meet yOU"
"Natsume Sakasaki? Of course! You must be one of Tsumugi-kuns new unit mates, it's a pleasure to meet you"
"Ohii-san" blue hair peeked from behind Hiyori.
"Yes, Jun-kun?"
"Nagi-senpai just texted, he and Ibara won't make it"
"Really?" Hiyori sighed, "what a shame, Adam is getting busier and busier these days"
"Oh that's really unfortunate, I haven't seen Nagisa-kun since the last SS"
"Well maybe another time!" Hiyori shrugged, "now where is our beloved Eichi-kun? Did he finally have his last breath?"
"I see you're already so worried about me but don't fret, I'm perfectly fine" Eichi put on a smile as he joined the group, "ah hello Sakasaki-kun, so you're the one dating Tsumugi?"
"Amazing! What a turn of events, finally you two have found to each other, I thought you were going to keep quiet about your love forever. You shall have my blessing!" Wataru exclaimed as he went in to hug the fellow eccentric. The pair blushed, what was that supposed to mean? Finally they have found each other? Love? Wataru must have been mistaken, between them was nothing but pure friendship. But of course they couldn't just say that, afterall they were supposed to act like a couple for now.
"Thank you Wataru-niisAN" Natsume muttered as he hugged the other back. "Since we're complete now, shall we get going?" Hiyori asked the group.
"What about Nagisa and Saegusa-kun?" Eichi questioned.
"They couldn't make it today unfortunately"
"Alright, please send them my best regards"
While the couples were walking to a table at the Tomoe Restaurant, Tsumugi put his arm around Natsume's waist which caused his cheeks to fade into a light shade of pink.
"I have to say you two look quite adorable" Hiyori stated as he sat down next to Jun. Tsumugi put his hand on his neck "Ahah thank you, Hiyori-kun"
"So how did you two get together?"
"Uh N-Natsume-kun asked me um—" Natsume entangled their hands as he interfered,
"About two weeks ago, I decided I wanted to finally confess to senpAI, so I wrote him a letter, asking him to meet me at the school's rooftop as it got darkER. I spread rose petals and lit candles all over the grouND and when he arrived I told him everything that I love about him and asked him to be my boyfrienD." the second-year smiled.
Tsumugi blushed, Natsume had thought this better through than he did. But the thought of Natsume doing such a cheesy thing for him made his heart skip a beat, even if it was all just made up.
"Truly amazing!" Wataru put a hand on Natsume's shoulder, "I cant believe you did all this Natsume-kun, however I do feel a bit hurt that you didn't tell me before"
"I was just a bit embarrassed to tell you, Wataru-niisAN"
"You know, I was very surprised when Tsumugi told us he was dating someone" Hiyori spoke, "it's still kind of hard to believe, so why don't you show us just how in love you two are?"
"Huh?! What is that supposed to mean?" Tsumugi asked.
"A kiss of course! That shouldn't be a problem right?"
He gulped. "A k-kiss?"
"Is that a problem? Have you two not kissed yet?" Hiyori smirked.
"N-no just what about other people?"
"Take a look around, Tsumugi-kun! There's no one here besides us. I ordered to close the restaurant early so we wouldn't be bothered. Problem solved, no?"
"Why don't we order food firsT?" Natsume interjected, "I'm sure everyone is starving alreaDY"
"Indeed, I am quite hungry!" Wataru agreed.
Eichi nodded "Then let's wait until everyone gets their food"
"So~ now that the food has arrived why don't you show us a sweet little kiss?"
Jun rolled his eyes "Ohii-san just leave it"
"I just want to see if they're more in love than we are~"
Suddenly Natsume put his hand on Tsumugi's face and pulled him closer as he whispered to his senior "I will bury you alive for making me do this senpAI"
Tsumugi's face flushed.
Natsume's words may have not been the sweetest but he just loved hearing his voice and the feeling of his breath right next to his ear made him even more flustered.
Hiyori quirked an eyebrow at that "Oh, what was that?" he grinned.
Natsume smiled "Nothing Tomoe-senpai, we're just going to prove to yOU how much more we're in love than you and that stupid boyfriend of yourS"
He smirked as he closed the distance between his and Tsumugi's face and embraced him in a kiss. Tsumugi's eyes widened but he closed them soon after, while he nuzzled more into Natsume's hand which was still resting on his warm cheek. The kiss they shared wasn't just a simple peck on the lips, however it didn't last that long either.
Although maybe Tsumugi wished it did. It felt nice. He liked the feeling of Natsume's lips on his. The third-year was craving more, he was craving Natsume.
"Oh~ Natsume-kun, I didn't think you would be this bold!" Wataru voiced, "this was just like a true love's kiss~"
"Hmm I guess so but this still proves nothing"
"W-what do you mean Hiyori-kun?" Tsumugi questioned, fingers ghosting over his lips as his face was still covered in red. Did the kiss not look genuine enough?
Hiyori smiled as he took Jun's hand "Well me and Jun-kun are obviously still the most in love! Wouldn't you agree dear?"
"Yeah, yeah" Jun responded after he took another bite of his food.
Suddenly Tsumugi was startled by Natsume's hand finding place on top of his as Natsume softly smiled at him.
This was going better than he expected and Natsume was definitely doing a way better job at this than him. If his fellow unit mate didn't take the lead most of the time they would have probably been found out already. He was glad it was Natsume that he was doing this with, he knew he could always trust and rely on him.
After everyone said their goodbyes, Tsumugi and Natsume sat down together on a nearby bench.
"Natsume-kun" Tsumugi started, "you didn't have to kiss me" "Shut UP, they would have found out if we didn'T. You owe me for this onE"
The senior laughed "Of course, I have to say Natsume-chan's lips did feel nice though~"
And he earned a smack on the head. "Oww"

"But your hands feel nice too heh~"

"Natsume-chan's face is so red~" Tsumugi teased.
Natsume got up and started walking away until Tsumugi grabbed his wrist "Natsume-kun, wait—"
"Your breath stinKS"
"Eh? Should I make sure to have some gum before we kiss the next time?"
Natsume turned around to face the older one "N-next timE?"
"I'm just kidding" Tsumugi chuckled.
"Can you let go of my wrist nOW? I need to leaVE"
"Oh— yes of course, goodbye Natsume-kun" Tsumugi smiled as he let go of Natsume and waved goodbye.
That stupid, stupid senpai. He made Natsume feel so fuzzy inside, just like his stupid fuzzy hair. All he could think about was Tsumugi and his soft lips. He knew he didn't have to kiss him so why did he? Perhaps it was just his selfish desires getting the better of him. But what did he even desire? Did he really want Tsumugi? There's no way he would actually develop feelings for that idiot, right?
Oh how wrong Natsume was. The next day he was sitting next to Tsumugi while he was reading some book and he just couldn't help it but blush. They were sitting so close to each other and somehow their hands were intertwined. How did this even happen?
Natsume didn't even notice that he's been staring at Tsumugi's face for the past few minutes until his senpai turned to look at him. After a few seconds of silence Tsumugi spoke up "Is there something on my face?"
Natsume didn't know what had gotten into himself but suddenly he felt himself closing the distance between the two of them yet again. He cupped the third-year's face with his free hand and put his lips on Tsumugi's soft ones.Tsumugi's eyes widened as he let out a surprised noise which Natsume adored but he felt himself melting into the sweet kiss almost immediately and kissed his junior back.
Natsume was the one to pull back first, completely shocked by what he just did "I—" but Tsumugi didn't let him finish whatever he was going to say and pulled him back into another kiss. Natsume put his arms around his neck as Tsumugi pulled him onto his lap, Natsume now straddling the senior. The eccentric brushed his tongue on Tsumugi's lips, subconsciously asking for entrance which Tsumugi gladly granted him. Natsume's tongue now inside of Tsumugi's mouth, while the both of them swapped their spit until Tsumugi was out of breath and pulled away.
The pair just stared at each other, faces flushed pink when suddenly Natsume got up and rushed out of the room, leaving Tsumugi to think if he did something wrong.
Natsume scolded himself for kissing Tsumugi again but he just couldn't help it when he was staring at Natsume with his beautiful eyes and his soft lips mere centimeters away. He regrets leaving and not continueing to kiss him a little bit more but he was just too scared to face his feelings. When did he start liking Tsumugi? Was it because of the first kiss they shared? Or even way before that? Whenever it was he definitely needed some advice now. He felt completely helpless and was too scared to face Tsumugi now.
"Natsume-kun~ what brings you here?"
"Wataru-niisan I don't know what to DO" the second-year confessed as he walked into the theatre room.
"What troubles you, my little magician?"
"It's about Tsumugi-kuN"
"Oh? Is there trouble in paradise?"
"You knew that we were just pretending, didn't yOU?"
"Why, of course I did! An actor will spot a play from miles away" Wateru smiled, "but I meant what I said about you, you two truly love each other, don't you?"
"I— I don't knOW.. after our kiss I couldn't stop thinking about that fuzzy-haired idiOT and just now we.."
Wataru raised an eyebrow "Yes?"
"Just now we kind of made OUT but I panicked and left hiM"
"Ahh, young love so sweet but yet you make it so complicated" Wateru said, "if you couldn't tell even after your make out session, Tsumugi is head over heels for you!"
"No, that morON probably just doesn't know what he's doiNG!"
Wataru sighed "Natsume-kun, have you ever seen the look of pure adoration whenever he looks at you? Because I and everyone else certainly have"
"R-reallY?" Natsume questioned, he was actually quite observant or so he thought. Wouldn't he have already noticed?
Wataru nodded "Just act out that sweet little confession of yours that you made up and he'll be yours~" he grinned.
"Huh?!"
The rest of the day Natsume avoided Tsumugi at all costs which made Tsumugi think he might have upset his junior. It has gotten late so he was about to leave the school when suddenly a piece of paper slipped out of his bag. It was folded in half and he wondered what it was, making him unfold it and examine the said paper. Tsumugi read quietly to himself "Meet me at the roof? And it's signed by Natsume-kun!" The redhead was definitely going to tell him how much he hated him for what he did. He probably felt pressured into having to kiss Tsumugi. He couldn't blame Natsume though, who wouldn't hate him after all that? He sighed before starting to walk towards the stairs, leading up to the school's rooftop.
As Tsumugi arrived at the rooftop he spotted Natsume leaning against the railing of the roof. But wait, were those.. rose petals and candles on the ground? Natsume turned around and both of their eyes widened. Tsumugi started walking towards his unit member as he observed the scenary in front of him. It was just like how Natsume described to the others. Was he really going to confess? But there was no way Natsume would ever like him in that sense.
Tsumugi gulped as he stopped right in front of Natsume. The pair just stared at each other before Natsume suddenly hid his face in Tsumugi's chest and whispered "I hate yOU"
"Eh?" That was what Tsumugi expected him to say in the first place but then why was he so surprised? Did he secretly wish he would have told him something different?
"Your stupid fuzzy hair, your stupid face, your stupid soft lips and just everything about you makes me feel sO—" Natsume continued, "it makes me feel so weak in the kneES"
"Natsume-kun?"
The magician pulled his face away from Tsumugi's chest to look at him "And as much as I hate to admit it but I really like yOU, no I.."
Suddenly Natsume pulled Tsumugi by the collar of his shirt and connected their lips as they both closed their eyes. Tsumugi grabbed Natsume by his waist to be as close to him as possible and in between their kisses Natsume whispered "I love yoU" to his beloved senpai.
After a while they both pulled away "I love you too, Natsume-kun" Tsumugi smiled, "So I guess this means we're actually dating now?"
Natsume flicked his forehead "Of course we are, mophEAD."
Before Tsumugi could respond, the junior pulled him back into another kiss as he put his hand on Tsumugi's chest and smiled against the kiss.
Maybe it really was a true love's kiss.

"Eh? I'm sorry, Natsume-kun. I just didn't expect you to kiss me again!" Natsume rolled his eyes playfully at that. He really did love his stupid senpai.
