Chapter 1: DayNight - Has anyone ever told you that you kind of suck? (Mild NSFW)

Chapter Text

“Has anyone ever told you that you kind of suck?” Ruhn Danaan almost chokes on his sip of beer. In the past hour, he has learned two very surprising new things about Lidia Cervos. First, that she is a lightweight. She only had the one beer to his two and Tristan Flynn’s three, but from the way she is acting, one would think she had more to drink than just a single beer. And second, she had zero filter when she was drunk.

When Ruhn had handed Lidia her first ever beer, he had visions of a causal evening at home. The two of them cuddled together on the couch, enjoying the other’s company. Ruhn had just put his arm around her shoulders when Flynn walked in. He promptly flopped down on the couch with his own beer and proceeded to make himself right at home. In his defense, this was his home. And having Lidia around was new. But the male needed to learn how to read a room. Ruhn was trying to spend some quality time with his female; not hang out with everyone in the house.

Although between Flynn, Dec, and Ithan living there, and Tharion, Bryce, and Athalar dropping by whenever the Hel they wanted, Ruhn had to admit, it was harder and harder to find a moments peace around the house anymore. Not that Ruhn was about to say anything about his displeasure over Flynn’s insertion into his quiet evening with Lidia. But it seemed, given the proper liquid courage, Lidia had no qualms about doing just that. And while Ruhn had been shocked by her statement, Flynn found it hilarious. The other male threw back his head and let out a hearty laugh.

“Not you though. I love you,” Lidia continued, turning to Ruhn. She tenderly tapped his cheek. “And I love it when you suck.”

This makes Flynn howl, even harder than before. He slaps his knee and then actually wipes a tear from his eye.

“I’m serious,” she insists, addressing Flynn again. “He does this thing, I swear to Luna, its mind blowing. First, he swirls his tongue and then he–“

The rest of what she is about to tell Flynn is cut off as Ruhn stands and hoists a very drunk Lidia over his shoulder.

“Alright, I think we’ve established that your limit is one. Time for bed.”

Lidia plants on hand on his ass and pushes herself up to look at Flynn as she is being carried from the room. She really gets a good handful. “And another thing–“

“Nope. You are cutoff Daybright. No more stories for you.”

“But he needs to know,” she whines as she carts her off upstairs to his room. “All males do!”

“Can’t have you sharing my trade secrets.” Ruhn deposits her gently onto his bed.

Lidia grins and stretches on the mattress. “I love your bed, too. It smells like you. It’s my favorite place in the whole world.”

“Because it smells like me?” Ruhn crosses to his dresser and pulls out a clean tee. Behind him, Lidia hums her confirmation to his question.

“That and it’s where you do all those wicked things to me with your tongue.”

He chuckles. “Well, not tonight. Tonight, it is where I tuck you in and cuddle with you as you sleep.” Ruhn motions for her to sit up. Grasping the bottom of her shirt, he lifts it off. Lidia removes her bra and then he drops his shirt over her head. Her arms quickly pop out of the sleeves. Next, she shimmies out of her leggings and crawls under the covers. Ruhn strips out of his shirt and pants as well, leaving him clad in only is boxers. Before he joins her in his bed, Ruhn fetches her a glass of water from the tap.

“Drink this before you fall asleep.” Lidia accepts it wordlessly and quickly finishes the glass. Ruhn takes back the empty cup and places it on the bedside table before turning out the light. Once he is under the covers, he pulls Lidia to him; gently spooning her off to sleep.

~~~~~~~
Pain. There was so much pain that Lidia is certain her head must have been crushed. She tried to lift it, but that just made her feel dizzy. And her mouth felt dry too. When she cracks open an eye, Lidia’s senses are further assaulted by the harsh day light. What the fuck happened to her last night? She remembers sitting down on Ruhn’s couch, him handing her a cold bottle of beer, and then…
Disjointed flashes of memories start to roll in. Flynn interrupting their quiet night. Lidia losing her cool with the other male. Her insistent claims about Ruhn. She groans, pressing a hand to her forehead.
“Morning, Day.” Lidia tentatively cracks open an eye to find Ruhn propped up on one elbow. He watches her with a smug grin. “Guess I know why you never had a beer before last night.”
“I hate you,” she mutters, wishing he would leave her alone. She shuts her eye and rolls away from him, burying her head under the pillows.
“No, you don’t. You love me,” he tells her. And even though she can’t seem him, Lidia knows Ruhn is looking even more smug than before. Damn him to Hel. “And you love it when I suck.”
Lidia’s eyes snap open at that. Suddenly she remembers everything she said to Flynn last night. “Merciful Cthona.”
“I was thinking more along the lines of ‘Merciful Ruhn,’ but I’ll allow it.” He starts kissing down her back, starting at the base of her neck, where her torque used to sit. But that’s gone now. Thanks to the male who lips are on her skin. Ruhn gently rolls her over on to her back and kisses his way around to her stomach; his lips finding skin again where his tee had ridden up along her torso.
“Yeah?” Lidia asks. Her skull-splitting headache suddenly no longer seems to be a concern as his mouth reaches the skin below her belly button. Ruhn bites her lightly and then begins inching her panties down her legs.
“Yeah,” Ruhn confirms. “Now, if memory serves, you were raving about the way I swirl my tongue…”
And if the noises Lidia made after were anything to go by, she did indeed love it when Ruhn sucks.
