Work Text:

. lmao what if i make angst of park uijin and choi gangmok :000

Gangmok opened his apartment door with one hand, holding his groceries in the other. Or well, his shared apartment, with the dumbest fucker around known as Park Uijin. He yawned as he set the plastic bags down on their table, locking the door as he shouted for Uijin.

“Oi, you still awake or what?” Gangmok walked through their humble apartment, his voice echoing around the hallway.

He shuffles to their joint bedroom while cracking open the door slowly. Seeing Uijin piss drunk on the floor, mumbling nonsense, he sighs and crouches down to his level.

“Gangmok…? That you?”

“No shit, dumbass. What’s up with you?”

“...Everything's shit, Gangmok…”

Gangmok pauses, squinting his eyes at him. Where was he going with this?

“My parents left me, my best friend left me… everyone just,” he lets out a choked sob. “Everyone leaves me…fuck…haha…am i really that horrible?” Uijin’s full on crying now letting out gross wet cries from his eyes.

Gangmok cringes, not really sure about what he’s supposed to do. He pulls Uijin up with a heavy huff, carrying him to his bed. He lets him cry to his heart's content onto his shirt, much to Gangmoks dismay (it was a nice shirt!). Awkwardly patting his back, he slowly pushes him down to the bed to lay down properly.

As he got up to put the groceries in the fridge, his hand gets tugged back by Uijin. Whipping his head around, he’s face to face with a red faced, snot dripping Uijin.

“Gangmok this’ll sound stupid…but please don’t leave me. Seriously.”

“...what.”

“I just don’t want you to leave me alone. Please…” he has those fucking depressing puppy dog eyes which Gangmok can’t help but feel pity for.

“...Yeah, fine. Listen, we’re in this for the long haul, ok? So don’t think I’ll just leave one day or something, alright?”

Uijin drunkenly smiles in relief up at Gangmok’s softened face.

“Thank you, Gangmok.”
